Chapter 141: Storming the Castle

"CATTs, let's storm the castle!" Raine declared as the CATTs charges at the special scouts.

The SCORN scouts held their weapons and tried to aim at them, but before they could fire Raine sent out a powerful whistle, sending a shock wave at them. Harpy Eda and Harpy Lilith flew to the frontlines, punching, kicking, and disarming as many scouts as they could, Lilith even firing electricity at some of the scouts.

"You know, I'm still jealous that you got extra powers," Eda admitted as she grabbed an Abomi-Shooter and snapped it in two.

"Not the time, Edalyn," Lilith said as they sent the SCORN scouts into disarray.

This, of course, gave the other members of CATTs an opening. Odalia tapped on her pendant, sending out to spirits to tackle some of the SCORN scouts while Edric handed potions to Geist, Hikari, and Bunker, who threw the potions at the scouts, trapping them in foam and jello.

The BATTs summoned their instruments, sending out lighting strikes and other magical attacks at the SCORN scouts. Amity flew overhead while in her spider-suit, shooting abomi-goo to trap the scouts and yank their Abomi-Shooters away from them. Some of them tried to get a shot on her, but they were tackled down by Wrath.

"Wrath?!" Gibson shouted when he spotted the former Warden. "What do you think you're doing?!"

"Just doing a favor for Amity!" Wrath declared before punching a scout trying to shoot at the CATTs. "She is my son's favorite babysitter, after all!"

Emira, as Ms. Chevious, summoned illusions to confuse and disorient the scouts before she used ice spells to freeze their weapons, forcing the SCORN scouts to drop them. While she did this she was protected by Bela, who as Shadow Wolf kicked and knocked down the nearest scouts.

Luz was up in the air as well, laughing as she fired spells down on the SCORN scouts. "Looks like your little special scout troopers aren't so tough, Oscorne!" she taunted as she threw down some glyph combos, one of them causing some scouts to be blown away by a mini-twister while another tangled up the scouts with vines while snatching their weapons away.

Star blasted the scouts with her hand before seeing some scouts try to shoot at her. But they get blocked by an Abomination wall, courtesy of Darius who sent fists at them. Eberwolf then jumped in, summoning a giant rat worm that they got on and rode to topple the scouts down.

Tres was shown draining the scouts from behind, knocking them out. He looked over at Raine, who was using their violin to send shockwaves while Lilith shot lightning strikes to shock them. Lilith looked over at him and the two made awkward eye contact for a moment before they continued their assault.

Despite their weapons, the SCORN scouts had quickly been overwhelmed, with the few still standing quickly pulling back further into the castle. One SCORN scout was crawling for his gun, but Boris came over and stomped on the scout.

"Not using that," Boris told him.

"So what's your next move, Gibson?" Odalia asked, smirking when she spotted Oscorne.

Gibson looked around, seeing his scouts defeated and laying in piles. He knew that he was no match against all of them. So he did what any businessman in his position would do… he ran.

"I'm out of here!" Gibson shouted before he felt a spark of flame on his keister. "GAH!" he shouted while patting his own rear.

Luz was the one who shot him and she blew the smoke from her finger. "If you can't take the heat," she said. "Stay out of the kitchen."

Meanwhile, in the room where Steve had been left beaten and bruised, he heard the door open. He expected Leonte, but instead he heard a familiar voice.

"Steve!" Le'Belle said as she and Bindell rushed over to help him. "Don't worry, Steve, we're here." She winced when she saw his face. "Titan, you look bad."

"Let's get you out of these chains," Bindell said as she went to use a spell to unlock the chains.

"Le'Belle… Bin…" Steve groaned as Le'Belle healed his face.

"Stay awake, we got you," Le'Belle told him as she and Bindell helped him up.

After treating his wounds the best they could, the two got out of the room with Steve.

"Where's… Cross?" Steve asked.

"Don't worry, he's with Emily," Bindell said. "They went to bust out his sister. I guess Emily is on our side now."

"I just hope they stay safe," Le'Belle said.

"Halt!" someone shouted.

The three paused, slowly turning around to see the rest of the BIG members.

"Stop where you are, you three," Alburno said while taking charge.

"Oh great…" Bindell groaned but Le'Belle stepped up, raising her hands.

"Hold on you guys, before you do anything, just hear us out," Le'Belle told them.

"Why should we do that?" Joana asked.

"Um, maybe we should give them a chance to talk," Scameron said while looking at Steve and Le'Belle. "I mean, it's unusual for Le'Belle to rebel, right? I kinda want to know why."

The others exchanged looks. Admittedly, they were curious as well.

"Yes, it's surprising, I know. Little miss rule follower rebelling against the throne," Le'Belle admitted before she got to the point. "But I didn't join the Emperor's Coven just because I was a rule follower. And I can't stand to see what Belos is doing to the Isles. Especially since I learned what the Day of Unity really is about."

"The Draining Spell…" Joana said.

"Wait, you know about it?" Steve asked in surprise.

"Felicity Fox's daughter just told everyone about it," Alburno said. "Admittedly, we were not sure if what she was saying was true or not."

"Well, she's right," Steve said as he looked at them. "And I also know you guys. We trained together, lived together, fought together. I know that deep down you guys know that the stuff going on right now is wrong. I mean, branding kids, the corruption allowed within the covens,"

"Don't forget how Leonte didn't want us to save witches at the Torsa Villa, which really shows how messed up his priorities are," Le'Belle pointed out, causing Scameron to look down uneasily, as Thunder and Joana. "I rebelled because I realized this is not why I wanted to join the Emperor's Coven."

"And one of the reasons I rebelled, besides the whole branding children thing, is the fact that the Emperor considers us expendable," Steve told them.

Scameron looked at Steve. "Expendable…?"

"Yes," he responded, his face dead serious. "I defected after the Emperor's Coven and Head Witch Osran purposely used scouts as fodder during a raid. I was already planning to leave, but Leonte tried to brand a seventeen year old kid with a sigil."

"And speaking of Leonte," Le'Belle pointed out. "You guys have seen how unhinged he has become. And it is not just him. Just look at the corruption. Coven Heads like Terra and Graye abused their power and committed numerous atrocities while the Emperor preferred to turn a blind eye. But I know that there are scouts who care about helping people and doing the right thing. Including you guys, who proved that you cared during the Fire."

"Belos wants absolute loyalty, but he won't even tell you why he wanted you to brand those kids," Steve pointed out. "He's doing it all for his draining spell. He's using you."

"So please, don't think about following orders… follow your conscience," Le'Belle told them as the BIG members looked at each other for the moment.

After a long pause, the four BIG members held their hands up… and grabbed their masks.

They took their masks off, showing their faces. Alburno, Scameron, Thunder and Joana showed their faces as they faced Steve, Le'Belle, and Bindell.

"You guys are right," Scameron declared. "This is not why I joined the Emperor's Coven."

"Yeah," Thunder said. "Like I'm going to get my magic drained."

"We should get the others to revolt," Joana added. "Even if it means facing Leonte."

"I'll admit, I was thinking of a career change," Alburno said as he offered his hand to Steve's group. "Ready to save the Isles?"

Steve smiled and shook Alburno's hand. "You guys are doing the right thing."

Elsewhere, the castle had fallen into chaos. Leonte marched into a hallway, where he saw scouts running around in a panic, not sure what to do. He grabbed one scout.

"What the hell is going on?!" he demanded.

"The r-rebels, sir!" the scout managed to answer. "They've gotten into the castle!"

"Those damn rebels," Leonte snarled before he called out. "Attention, all scouts! The rebels are in the castle. We have to lock down the castle, prevent them from getting any further and anyone else from getting in as well! We can't lose the castle!"

"Hey, I don't know, man." a scout said as he looked at his scroll. "I'm not sure what to follow anymore."

"I'm not going to have my magic drained!" another responded as he brought out a sword. "Time to chop this hand!"

After the scout screamed, Leonte looked around in disbelief at the scouts muttering amongst themselves. "Everyone, stop looking at your scrolls! This is what they want! Don't listen to that fake news and listen to me!"

"Why should we?" Joana questioned as she and the rest of BIG came into the hallway, walking right up to Leonte. "We're not going to let Belos drain our magic just so he and his compatriots can keep it to themselves!"

"Yeah! We must stand up for ourselves!" Thunder declared as the other scouts cheered.

"Yeah! I'm sick of following orders!" another scout declared as they all cheered.

"Are we gonna take it anymore?" Alburno asked as he turned to the other scouts.

"WE WON'T!" the scouts shouted.

Leonte's eye twitched. "Are you all mad?! This is treason!"

"Yeah," Scameron said as he crossed his arms. "And what are you going to do about it?"

Leonte snarled as he threw his fist at Scameron, who simply bubbled Leonte. "Hey! Get me out of here, Scameron!" he demanded, before Scameron pushed him back, making Leonte roll away.

"Heh, I am so dead," Scameron said before he dodged a falling chandelier. "Gah!"

"Belos is a blasphemer!" declared O'Darby, who was there for some reason and hanging from the broken chandelier. "Come on, guys! Let's try to take out Belos before he drains our magic!"

"Yeah!" the group of renegade scouts declared as they removed their masks, heading to the throne room. "Let's kick Belo's ass!"

Soon, some of the renegade scouts burst into the throne room. However, immediately after they did… they began to scream. "YAAAAAHHH!"

O'Darby was about to join them until she heard the sound of scouts screaming and getting slaughtered. She winced as she heard the scouts getting shredded by the Emperor.

"Ooh… that sounds graphic," she whispered before she ran away.

Inside the throne room, King shivered as he looked around at all the dead scouts. Their bodies were shredded, with their insides and their blood decorating the floor and walls. Belos stood in the middle of the room, tendrils coming out from his robe before they retreated back to him.

Belos looked around at the carnage he had created… and sighed.

All around the castle, scouts were starting to rebel. Hugh, Meg, Cle, and Grip watched the chaos. A few scouts were vandalizing the walls, leaving graffiti on them as they descended into anarchy. A few scouts were trying to bring back order and one particularly rebellious scout pushed over a potted plant before running away.

"Well, this took a turn," Grip said, stating the obvious.

"Have you seen the news, man?" Hugh asked as he held up his scroll. "Belos wants to drain our magic!"

"And Felicity was in on it, along with probably a lot of our superiors," Meg said. "I mean, I knew they were keeping stuff from us, obviously. But something like this?"

"There you guys are," Carter said as he, Bowen, and Dale made their way over to them, avoiding the chaos. "I'll admit, I expected things to get a little hectic before the Day of Unity. But nothing like this."

"What are we going to do, man?" Bowen asked.

"Guys!" someone shouted. Everyone turned and saw Gidgette, along with Barb, making their way over to them.

"Gidgette!" Cle and Dale shouted as she ran up to them.

"Gidgette, you're out!" Dale shouted as the two hugged.

"Wait, where were you, Gidge?" Meg asked her.

"The dungeon," Gidgette explained. "Leonte and Osran locked us up."

"She's right," Barb said before being spotted by Scameron.

"Barb?!" Scameron said in shock. "Holy… I thought you were-"

"At the Healing Coven? No," Barb told him before noticing his look. "Why do you look like that?"

"Because we all thought you died in the explosion in the Healing Coven," Scameron said, which shocked Barbara and Gidgette.

"What?!" the girls shouted in shock before spells were shot into the air, making everyone duck.

"Everyone calm down this instant!" Flora D'Esplora declared. She had arrived with a group of loyal scouts which included Kiki, Pugsley, Wolffe, and a recovered Sham. "Either you all stand down and put on your masks back on, or we will have you all condemned!"

"No, we won't," Bindell declared as she along with Steve, Le'Belle, Alburno, Thunder, and Joana appeared. "We're not going to let you have our magic drained!"

"Oh Bindell, such a disappointment of an apprentice," Flora said as she brought out her whip and cracked it on the floor. "I'm going to enjoy whipping your backside for this!"

"Phrasing!" someone scouted as she flew into the masked scouts, toppling them over. She then flew back to join Eda, Lilith, Amity, and the rest of the CATTs.

"Lilith," Flora said, glaring at Lilith.

"Hello, Flora," Lilith hissed back.

"Your little rebellion ends now!" Kikimora declared as she drew a spell circle, only to be hit by an Abomi-goo shot that stuck her to the wall. "YEH!"

Darius had thrown the Abomi-goo. "Shut up… Kiki."

"Is that… Eber?!" Cle asked in shock.

"And that Abomination looks like… Darius?!" Carter exclaimed in shock.

"The Isles know the truth, so give up now," Raine told the loyalists.

Flora just glared at them. "Take them out!" Flora ordered as she and the loyalists charged at the rebels.

Much to her surprise, Meg spotted Le'Belle fighting against the loyalists alongside Steve, Barb and Bindell. Behind her mask, her eyes widened as she stared at Le'Belle in awe… and she even felt her heart skip a beat. After a moment, she gave a determined look while removing her mask.

"Fuck it, let's join the right side," Megan said as she charged up, bringing out her paintbrush and hitting a loyalists.

"You heard her," Grip said as he summoned his guitar while Hugh summoned his illusions. "Let's go kick ass!"

"Woo-hoo!" Bowen cheered as he and others went to fight the masked scouts while removing their masks.

Gidgette, Carter, and Dale ran to join the fight, Gidgette turning to Cle. "You coming, Cle?"

Cle hesitated a moment before letting out a sigh. "Oh what the heck," he said before he charged in to join the battle.

More chaos ensued as the now former scouts, CATTs, and loyalists all fought one another. Though the fight began in this hallway, it soon spread to the rest of the castle as combatants chased each other through the halls.

Lilith took out some loyalist scouts with her staff, kicking Pugsly in particular before she found herself getting wrapped up by a whip and brought towards Flora, who swung her to the floor.

"You…" Lilith said while looking at Flora.

"Come on, Lilith, you really should have seen this coming," Flora said with a smirk.

"And you should have seen this coming," Lilith said before charging herself and expelling electricity through the whip. The electricity went up to shock Flora's hand, making her let go of the whip.

"GAAH!" Flora shouted as she backed away while glaring at Lilith, who was now in her harpy form. "You freak!"

"Talk to the glyph, bitch!" Lilith shouted as she slammed her glyph cards to create a flash, blinding Flora for a moment. When her vision cleared, she saw Lilith lunging at her. Flora rolled out of the way and grabbed her whip, which she used to grab Lilith's arm and try to pull her forward. But instead, her arm simply was taken off and it formed a fist and punched Flora in the face, breaking her glasses.

"Weak," Lilith said with a smirk.

Flora snarled in anger as she glared at Lilith. "I'll show you weak!" she shouted as she drew a spell circle.

Meanwhile, Alburno kicked a loyalist down as he counted how many he took out. "Ten loyalists, not bad," he commented as he turned around… and was suddenly met with a fist to the face, breaking his nose in the process.

"I… regret not keeping my mask on," Alburno groaned as he held his broken nose. Before he could get a good look at his attacker, he was slammed by an Abomination fist, knocking him into a wall.

"Alburno!" Scameron shouted in worry. When he saw who had attacked Alburno, the former BIG member gulped. "Leonte…"

"All of you…" Leonte snarled, the vein on his forehead popping while glaring at the BIG members. "You are all traitors! Traitors that deserve death!"

"Leonte, wait!" Joana shouted, but before she could throw up a shield or otherwise defend herself, Leonte summoned a construct that hit Joana in the stomach, knocking the wind out of her. As Joana gasped for breath, Leonte brought two more constructs together, sandwiching Joana between them and crushing her. Thunder and Le'Belle both tried to outflank him, but he deflected their spells back at them before blasting them both with a fire spell. While they were knocked down, he made sure that they stayed down by stomping on Le'Belle's chest with his boot, making her scream.

"GAH!" Le'Belle screamed before Leonte kicked her in the face. He saw Thunder start to get up and he used his Abomination slime to cover Thunder's face, making it harder for Thunder to breathe before he passed out. He then stomped on Le'Belle again for good measure.

He turned to Scameron, who glared at Leonte before he used his construction magic to create a wall and push it towards him, but Leonte just punched the wall, breaking through it. "Leonte, I'm gonna ask you only once to stop!" he told him.

"And why should I do that?!" Leonte asked as he appeared behind Scameron, who looked shocked. He turned around and swung at Leonte, but it turned out the Leonte behind him was just an illusion. The real Leonte stormed up to Scameron and backhanded him across the face, sending him to the floor. Scameron defensively put a bubble around himself, but Leonte just summoned a mallet and hit the bubble so hard that he sent it through the floor to the lower levels of the castle, Scameron crying out as he fell. He then felt Abomi-goo wrap around him.

"Because right now, you're acting like a real bully!" Barb declared, which only made Leonte pissed off.

"You're the ones in my way!" Leonte declared as he broke through the bonds while turning to Brabara. "And I'm not going to be talked down to by someone who's also a Clawthorne!" he shouted before he launched towards her… until he was met with a wall that he hit.

Barb flew up away as Steve, who had made the construct, appeared. "I'll take it from here, Barb," he told her while looking at Leonte. "Check on the others. Me and Leonte have a score to settle."

Leonte snarled when he saw Steve. He immediately forgot all about BIG and instead focused on his former pupil. "STEEEVE!"

While Eda fought against the loyalists, she looked around, trying to find Luz and Amity. It was getting harder to keep track of everyone in the fighting, especially since the fight had taken some combatants into other rooms and hallways. She did spot Luz and Amity in the distance though.

"Luz, Amity, don't try to-" she tried to say before but she got tackled and slammed into by Sham.

"Owl Lady," Sham said in a respectful tone as he stood back up. "You, Raine, and all of your associates are under arrest in the name of the covens!"

"Does that even mean anything at this point?" Eda asked before seeing Sham charging at her with his fist, which she dodged before using a light glyph to blind him. She then slammed a plant glyph, which tangled up Sham while she looked around, only to realize she could no longer see Luz and Amity in the chaos.

"Luz! Amity?!" she shouted before she got tackled again by Sham, who had managed to escape from his bonds.

"It will take more than that to stop my strength!" Sham declared while Eda crashed into a wall. Eda got up, seeing that Sham was not fooling around as he prepared to draw spell circles. "Tell me, how do you plan to fight without your magic?"

Meanwhile, Luz and Amity had flown to a different part of the castle.

"Man, things have got a little crowded in here," Amity said while looking back.

"Yeah. Come on, we need to find King, Willow, and Hunter!" Luz shouted as the two flew up by the ceiling, flying through the castle. "They could be anywhere in this large castle."

"I'll send Sam to look for them," Amity suggested as her shadow flew from the walls. "Sam, look for our captured friends."

"Got it," Sam said as she flew away.

But as the two continued to fly, they heard a beeping sound. They saw something being thrown at them and it looked like… a pumpkin bomb.

"Look out!" Amity shouted as she flew to Luz, grabbing her as the bomb exploded. The two avoided it just in time, both of them falling to and rolling across the floor.

"You two were foolish to come here!" shouted a familiar armored figure riding on the gargoyle glider above them.

"No…" Amity said, her eyes widening.

"The Grim Goblin?!" Luz shouted as the two got back up. "I thought you went to rehab?!"

"Wrong Goblin, actually," he declared as he grabbed his mask to remove it. The two were shocked to see that it wasn't Teri…

"I won't apologize for causing any confusion, but I never apologize," Gibson Oscorne said as he sent a glare at the two.

Meanwhile, Donna was in another room of the castle. She was on the floor, bruised and breathing heavily as she looked up to see Lupe towering over her as he closed the door to the room to make sure it was just the two of them…

"Hehe, this is going to be fun, won't it, little snack?" Lupe asked her as Donna tried to get up, only for Lupe to roughly pin her to the floor. "Nah-ah-ah, I won't be having any of that now, understand?"

"What… what are you…" Donna asked while looking up at Lupe in fear.

"Well, I can't eat you, not yet, not until the Emperor is done with you," Lupe said as he curled his lips while looking at Donna's body, his gaze lingering uncomfortably. "And don't worry, when the Emperor is done with you, I will take my time. But he didn't say that I could… play around you a little before then…"

Donna's eyes widened when she realized what he meant. She began to struggle frantically. "No… NO! Help! SOMEONE!" She was then hit in the face.

"Shut up!" Lupe shouted before he licked his lips when he saw the blood falling down her face. "Now why don't we remove that outfit of yours…"

Donna felt Lupe grabbing her shoulder guard. "No! Stop! Get off! Leave me alone!" She swatted at him with her remaining hand, but he pinned her arms to the floor. "NOOO!"

Before Lupe could continue, the door suddenly flew open. He turned around and saw that standing in the doorway… was Nina.

"You…" Nina snarled as she looked at Donna underneath Lupe, realizing what was going on. It made her furious. "GET OFF OF HER!"

Lupe snarled when he recognized Nina. "You!" he shouted as he got off of Donna and pounced on Nina, sending them both crashing out of the room and into the hallway. "You're that cat-bitch Sonya loved to experiment on! You have a lot of guts showing up here!"

Nina's legs turned into elephant legs, which she used to kick him off of her and send him crashing through the ceiling. Nina got up and spotted Donna struggling to get up as well, so she ran over and helped her. "Donna, how are you feeling?"

"Nina… how did you…?" Donna asked.

"I used that teleportation circle and followed your scent," Nina told her. "But I didn't come alone."

"Nina! Donna!" Skara shouted as she and Slasher caught up to Nina. "Are you alright?"

"Not for long!" someone shouted.

A beam hit Donna away from Nina and the Brookes, sending her to the floor. Draco emerged from the shadows, holding up his staff. Leaping down from the hole in the ceiling was Lupe, now in his werewolf form as he stood next to Draco.

"I will not allow interlopers to interfere with my revenge!" Draco shouted.

"Donna!" Nina shouted in concern before she turned toward Draco, murderous rage in her eyes. "You bastard!"

"I'm sorry, who are you?" Draco asked as he looked at Nina. He then looked at the Brookes. "In fact, who are any of you?"

"I know them," Lupe said with a cruel grin as he recognized Slasher and Skara's scent. "Slasher, your arm healed remarkably well… although I can't say the same for my eye." He hatefully glared at Skara while feeling his scarred eye. "Oh, I didn't forget you and what you did to me. Don't worry, I'm going to make your father watch what I do to you…"

Skara was startled by his hateful glare and his threat towards her, but she managed to keep a brave face. "You don't scare me, monster!" she snarled as she started to change.

"We're going to bring you down for good this time, Lupe," Slasher declared as he started to change too.

"Ah, old friends of yours then," Draco said as he gave Lupe a smile. "Looks like this will be a good day for both of us."

As Lupe watched the Brooke father and daughter change into werewolves, he sported a grin. "Yes, it will," he agreed.

Lupe charged at the Brookes as Skara, Slasher, and Nina leapt into battle, Draco firing a blast from his staff which Nina dodged as they prepared to meet each other in combat…

Back to the battle between rebels and loyalists, Eda was facing off against Sham, Lilith was facing off against Flora, and Steve was facing off against Leonte. The rest of the rebels were more spread out throughout the castle as they fought the loyalists.

Eda was full on Harpy mode like her sister as she fought and fended off against Sham. He delivered a punch to the face, knocking her against the wall. She looked up to see Sham bringing his fists towards her, but she dodged and turned over, and kicked him in the abdomen.

"You can't take me down when I'm this beefy!" Sham declared while flexing his muscles.

"No wonder your name's Sham!" Eda shouted as she flipped over and used ice glyphs to target ice spikes on him. Sham drew a spell circle to burn the ice spikes.

"It's pronounced Shawm!" Sham declared while stomping on the ground and launching himself towards Eda. He slammed her wings against the wall, punching one of them so she wouldn't be able to fly away.

"AAH!" Eda screamed before Sham grabbed her by the throat.

"It was a mistake to trust you with the orphanage," Sham declared while slamming her against the wall. "After all, you're nothing but a thieving, snake-oil selling, drunkard of a witch. You're obviously unfit to be a mother anyway," he declared as he raised his fist up. "Especially considering how your children turned out!" he shouted as he sent his fist at Eda… only for her clawed hand to grab it. "Huh?!"

"Now you've done it," Eda said as her eyes blackened. Catching Sham off guard, she punched him in the beak, before kicking him off of her, sending him flying back.

Sham spat blood while finding his beak crooked. "What?! But… how?!" he exclaimed.

"It's one thing to insult me," Eda said while standing up. "I can take all what you bozos say about me… but I'm not going to let some two-bit bastard insult my kids!" she shouted while extending her claws and charging towards Sham.

Sham managed to get up, holding his fists up. He refused to let himself lose to the Owl Lady who was without her magic. But as he threw a punch at her, she easily dodged it and slashed him across the face, targeting his eyes.

"AAAAAAH!" Sham cried as his eyes bled out. "My eyes! MY EYES!" He then felt his head grabbed as Eda raised it up and slammed him to the ground. Once she let go, she raised her leg up and slammed her talon foot down onto Sham's head, bringing him into the floor.

Sham didn't know what just happened as Eda hovered above him. "I'm going to enjoy fucking your bureaucratic ass up," she said as she prepared to use her claws on him.

Meanwhile, Lilith and Flora circled around, Flora cracking her whip on the floor. "You can't beat me, Lilith," she told her.

"Flora, please reconsider this," Lilith said, attempting to calm her down. "We don't have to fight, don't you see that what Belos is doing is going to wreck both our lives? He's going to use the Draining Spell to hurt all these witches!"

Flora gave Lilith an indifferent look before she just checked her own nails. Lilith was confused by her reaction… until she realized what it meant.

"You… you already knew this?!" Lilith asked in shock.

"Please, Lilith, I've known about it ever since Belos promoted me to my position as Head Historian," Flora declared while looking at Lilith with a smirk. "And I do agree with him, history is written by the winners and I ensure to keep it that way. But it did come to my surprise, and anger, that your sister discovered the last living Titan before me… who had written a book about the Last Titan without realizing it had a child!" Flora ranted while glaring at Lilith. "Do you know how much of a fool I look like because of that?!"

Lilith reacted in surprise. "Wait, Belos knows that King is a Titan?"

Flora grinned. "Yes, he does. And hopefully, I will get to study it, perhaps even dissect it."

Lilith shot Flora with a glare. "My nephew isn't an it, he is his own person."

"Oh Lilith, you are so disappointing!" Flora groaned in annoyance before she enhanced her whip as she swung it at Lilith.

Lilith flew from the whip attack, but Flora kept swinging and she managed to hit Lilith in the arm. "GAH!" she screamed, feeling excruciating pain. She then felt another hit by the whip to her leg, followed by a hit to her wing. "GAAH!"

Meanwhile, Steve and Leonte were battling against one another, Leonte using his own Abomination clones to surround and punch Steve, who took several hits before knocking the clones away, only to then be hit in the stomach by an invisible fist.

"Oof!" Steve shouted as he fell back. A previously invisible Leonte appeared before him, knee-kicking Steve in the stomach.

"Did you know that I have been holding back, Steve?!" Leonte shouted before punching him again. "In our previous fights, I kept myself from going all-out on you, because it was you, Steve! You were like a son to me! But now I'm tired of going easy on you!" He punched Steve again, this time making him crash down on the floor.

Steve coughed while Leonte towered over him. "And look what you made me do, Steve. I didn't want to do this to you, Steve, but you made me." He kicked Steve across the floor. "We could have been working together instead! But I gave you a chance and you threw it away! I regret training you!"

"Leonte, stop!" Steve told him while getting back up and trying to reason with him. "Look Leonte, I know that you care about the Isles! That's what you saw in me all those years ago! Someone with a genuine desire to help the Isles, rather than only being in it for themselves or their own personal power! Can't you see how wrong this is! That Draining Spell is going to make every witch lose their magic, or worse…"

"Steve, please," Leonte scoffed as he stepped forward. "The Emperor only wishes to protect us, and I'm not going to allow you to make me doubt my faith."

"Your faith?" Steve questioned while looking at him. "Look at yourself, Leonte. Look at how you've fallen! After seeing what you did, and what I've heard, you've become what you joined the Emperor's Coven to fight against… a bully!"

Leonte's vein popped again, this time it burst. His eye turned red with anger. "YAAAH!" he shouted as he charged towards Steve, who this time was ready for him.

Leonte formed Abomination gauntlets that he swung at Steve, who blocked them with stone gauntlets that he constructed. Steve dodged and blocked several attacks before hitting Leonte in the stomach. However, when he tried hitting Leonte again, Leonte caught his fist with his own and the Abomination slime covered Steve's hand, preventing him from pulling away. Leonte then hit Steve several times before throwing him against the floor. This was spotted by some of the rebels who were fighting nearby.

"Steve!" Hikari shouted as she rushed over, which Bindell and Shadow Wolf noticed.

"Hikari, wait!" Bindell shouted, seeing the girl rush over to Steve's aid. However, before she and Shadow Wolf could stop Hikari, they had to duck some spells shot at them by some loyalists.

Leonte marched towards Steve, who had gotten back up, but Hikari blocked his way. He looked down at her, recognizing her as the girl that Steve defected from the Coven for. "YOU!"

"I won't let you hurt him anymore!" Hikari declared drawing a spell circle at Leonte… who angrily backhanded away.

"Out of my way!" Leonte shouted, shoving Hikari into a wall… where she hit her head with a cracking sound.

"Hikari!" Steve shouted when he saw her hit the wall. Needing to get to her, he summoned a dome of rock that he momentarily trapped Leonte in.

Emira and Bela had also seen Hikari and they rushed toward her.

"No, nonononono!" Steve shouted as he ran towards Hikari, who had fallen limp. Her head was bleeding. He knelt over, along with Emira, who came to check on her. "Hikari, hey, it's me," Steve said as he turned her over. He saw the blood coming from her head and her face getting paler. "Hikari, listen to me. You're going to be okay." He looked up to Emira. "Right?"

"I… Hikari," Emira said as she held her hands over where Hikari's head was. Her eyes widened as she felt something wrong. "No…"

"S-Steve…" Hikari spoke up weakly as Steve looked down at her.

"Hikari! Please, it's going to be okay. You're going to be okay," Steve said, tears streaming from his eyes.

"No… I'm not." Hikari said weakly. "I'm… not going to make it."

"No! Don't you dare say that!" Steve told her, the two of them completely ignored by the rest of the witches who were fighting all around them. "You're going to be okay!" He looked around. "Healer! I need healers here!"

Nobody came.

"Steve," Hikari said as she patted his scarred cheek, getting him to look back down at her. "It's okay… I don't regret this. I… I thank you for… being here with me. My journey… has to end…"

"Hikari…" Steve said as he looked down in shock, feeling her hand fall limply to her side. Her eyes became lifeless, but there was a smile on her face as she laid peacefully in his arms. "Hikari…"

Emira was in tears and Steve let her hold onto Hikari's body. Bela rushed over to look, removing her mask as she burst into tears. Steve just slowly stood up in shock. He couldn't hear anything going around him. The only thing he could focus on was the fact that Hikari, the girl he saved… was gone.

Leonte freed himself from the stone dome, but paused when he saw Hikari's body and saw how… still it was. After a moment, his eyes widened as he realized that the girl he threw into the wall… was dead.

"Steve…" Leonte said, getting his attention. "Listen-"

"YAAAHH!" Steve screamed in rage as he formed his arms into a mix of Abominations and hard stone. He charged at Leonte and punched him across the face, sending him back. But Steve didn't let up there. He didn't give Leonte a chance to defend himself. Instead he gave Leonte the beating of a lifetime. "She was a kid and you killed her!" he shouted while hitting him. He grabbed his horns and brought his head to his knee, breaking Leonte's face. "You murderer!"

Leonte fell back, shocked to see Steve like this. This was no longer a fight. It was a curb-stomp. Tears of anger fell from Steve's eyes as he slammed his stony gauntlets down onto his former mentor to the ground and then continued to beat him even after that.

Flora was shocked when she saw Leonte getting beaten. "Leonte!" she shouted while rushing to try to whip Steve, but her whip was pulled away from her hand. "Huh?"

"You won't be needing this," Lilith said before tossing the whip aside as she dashed towards Flora.

Flora backed away, trying to draw a spell circle. But Lilith charged her fist and opened it as she pressed her palm on Flora's face. She unleashed the electricity onto Flora, sending shocks throughout her body. "GAAAAH!" she screamed before she flew back and hit the floor. She wasn't going to get back up again.

Now that Leonte and Flora had both been dealt with, Lilith turned her focus on Steve. She saw him standing over on Leonte's unconscious body and she flew over to him.

"Steve," Lilith spoke as Steve turned to her sadly. His eyes were flooded with tears and Lilith immediately gave him a hug, Steve hugging her back as he cried.

Eda stepped away from Sham's unconscious body and looked around. Her eye widened when she saw Emira crying while holding onto Hikari's body, Bindell comforting a crying Bela, and Lilith hugging Steve. Star had also come over and when she saw Hikari, she screamed in anger and started blasting at any nearby loyalists, keeping them away from the others.

Both Eda and Star had realized what just had happened…

Hikari was dead.

Meanwhile, Luz and Amity were fighting against Gibson, who unleashed everything he had from his Goblin suit, including shurikens and more bombs.

"Look out!" Luz warned Amity, who dodged the shurikens. She was in her spider-suit while holding the Sword of Adam to deflect the shurikens. Luz had to dodge the bombs being thrown at her. "Are you nuts, Gibson?! You're attacking a couple of teenage girls!" she shouted.

"Yeah, how pathetic do you have to be to pick on us?" Amity called him out.

"Pathetic?! You two are responsible for ruining my life!" Gibson claimed as he pointed to Luz. "I know you were the one who exposed my company's connections to the weapons the Grim Goblin had! And you!" He pointed to Amity. "You cost me the Abomatonium research all because you couldn't let go of your daddy!"

"My dad is not your puppet!" Amity shouted while shooting her Abomi-balls at him, which Gibson burned through with flamethrowers from his gauntlets.

"And worst of all, you two failed to save my son from the Tarot Guild!" he claimed while throwing more bombs in their way.

Luz used Atticus to make an ice shield to block the attack on her and Amity. The explosion caused the ice barrier to break, but both Amity and Luz managed to get clear.

"Hey, your son is getting the help he actually needs now!" Amity told him.

"Yeah, it's the Inner Demon's fault to get into his mind, and yours for not doing about his problems sooner!" Luz pointed out.

"None of you understand what kind of shit I'm in right now!" Gibson told them as he shot more shurikens at them. "Because of the Grim Goblin incident, I had to make use of my new Abomi-Shooters to appease the Emperor!"

"Abomi-Shooters?" Luz asked, realizing he must've meant the Abomination-made guns. "You mean those guns?! You sold the Emperor's Coven guns?!"

"Is that what they're called?" Gibson asked. "So that's what those red, horned demons were carrying…"

Nevertheless, Gibson continued throwing his arsenal at Luz and Amity, who dodged the attacks. "But it will all work out in the end, because do you know what I see the Boiling Isles will look like after the Day of Unity? I see that in the future… SCORN will be in control!"

"SCORN in control?" Luz questioned. "So like, you plan to replace the covens with your company?"

"Obviously! That way, SCORN will be what people rely on! Not Blight Industries nor Hieron Labs, only SCORN!" Gibson declared while glaring at the two as he brought out his Abomi-Shooter. "And I won't let some delinquent punk and some Fae-freak stop me!"

Luz used Atticus to aim at Gibson before firing at ice glyph Gibson's hand, the ice block knocking the purple gun away. Amity then teleported close to Gibson and kicked him off of the glider, he and the glider falling and rolling to the ground. Gibson quickly got back up, iron blades popping from his gauntlets. He targeted Amity, about to swing at her, but Luz came in and blocked his attacks with her sharp wings while she was in Maya mode.

"You're pretty pathetic, you know that, Gibson?" Luz asked as she kicked him away. "Because you're just another sad, strange little man who blames others for your own mistakes! You're a bad father, a bad father who couldn't get his son help because he was too afraid of a scandal!"

"How dare you!" Gibson screamed. "I love my son!"

The angered Gibson charged at Luz. He swept his blades at her, which she dodged. But he managed to get a cut on her, making her wince. Her scales then turned white as she blasted ice on his gauntlet blades before shattering the blades and kicking him away. Gibson growled and fired shurikens at Luz, who flew up as the blades hit the other wall before Amity teleported close enough to shoot Abomi-goo at Gibson, the goo forming a fist as it hit him across the face.

"Just give up, Gibson," Amity told him. "You've done enough conspiring against my family."

Gibson chuckled as he seemingly rubbed his arm. "I told Alador once that he would regret cutting ties from me," he said while tapping into something. "And I keep my promises…"

The glider rose up and flew toward Amity, sharp blades coming out of it. Luz noticed this. "Amity! Behind you!"

Amity immediately teleported out of the path of the glider and Gibson's eyes widened when he realized that the glider was going straight towards him instead.

"Oh," Gibson said before the glider collided into him, causing him to hit the wall as the blades pierced through his armor, making him gasp in shock.

Amity appeared beside Luz, the two seeing that the glider had indeed hit Gibson… but it didn't kill him.

Gibson looked down and saw that the blades had hit him… in his knees, which were pinned to the wall. "AAAAAAAH! MY KNEES! OH TITAN, MY FUCKING KNEES!" he cried in horror and pain, looking down at his bleeding and shattered knees. He looked up at Luz and Amity. "Don't just stand there! Help me!"

The two girls winced. "Should we help him?" Luz asked.

"I think we should at least stop him from bleeding to death," Amity suggested as she and Luz ran up to Gibson. "Listen, Gibson, we're gonna help you get this glider out, and we're gonna treat your wounds before we go."

"You… you will?" Gibson asked them.

"Yeah, lucky for you I took the Healing Track for a week," Luz said as she and Amity grabbed the glider.

"… Did you say a week?!" Gibson questioned.

"Don't worry, I know how to close the wound," Luz admitted, which did not help to ease Gibson's worries…

Meanwhile, Nina and the Brookes were facing off against Draco and Lupe.

Nina took on Draco, who kept firing shots at her with his staff. Nina jumped around to dodge the shots while launching herself towards him and kicking him in the chest, sending Draco stumbling back, though he managed to catch himself with his staff before he fell over.

As for Lupe, he slammed his fist into Slasher, who was launched back while Skara jumped over and slashed at Lupe's back. Lupe growled at this and spun around, grabbing Skara and throwing her to the floor. He brought his foot down to stomp on her, but Skara managed to roll out of the way before Slasher tackled Lupe away from his daughter.

"These punks just don't know when they are outmatched," Lupe said in irritation as he kicked Slasher off of him.

"They're spry, I'll give them that," Draco said as Nina charged at him.

She extended her claws as she slashed at Draco, who blocked her attack using his staff to bring up a shield. He took a step back as Nina kept slashing at him. "Lose the staff and fight like a real… whatever you are!" she shouted as she turned her arms into tendrils, shoving Draco back hard enough that he crashed into a wall.

"OOF!" Draco shouted, his hood being knocked in the impact. When Nina saw his unhooded face, her eyes widened in shock.

"What the fuck?!" Nina exclaimed.

Hearing her reaction, Draco smiled, though it was hard to tell… considering that his head was just a fleshless skull.

"I know, I have a face that only a mother can love," Draco said as he stood up, gesturing to his skeletal face.

Donna finally managed to stand after healing herself with her remaining hand. Having regained her senses, she looked over at Nina facing Draco while Lupe fought the Brookes. Her eyes widened when she looked at Draco, seeing his skeletal face. "Draco…"

He noticed Donna and smiled. "Ah, so you can stand now? Take a look at this face, Donna." He pointed to himself. "You did this to me and I intend to pay you back in full. First by killing your crow friend and now by killing this werecat who's fond of you!"

"So you're that evil uncle Donna mentioned," Nina snarled as she extended her claws while spreading out porcupine quills all over her arms and back. "Honestly, I was hoping I would get to fight you at some point after what you did to Donna."

"And you won't be alone," Donna said as she brought out her key, summoning her keyblade as she stood next to Nina, both of them facing Draco. "You're going down, Draco."

Draco gave another skeletal smile. "Your funeral…"

Meanwhile, Lupe continued to beat down Slasher and Skara, slamming his fists down on Slasher's back before Skara bit his arm. Lupe raised his arm up, shaking Skara off of it as he grabbed her and threw her across the floor, which Skara bounced off.

"You really are your father's daughter," Lupe said with a grin. "You both love to take a beating, don't you?"

"We… we won't give up until you're taken down!" Skara declared while wiping the blood from her mouth.

"Yes, you're not getting away this time," Slasher said while glaring at Lupe. "I promise you that."

Lupe chuckled. "Cute. Oh, I'm gonna enjoy skinning you alive and making you scream!" he declared while extending his claws.

Nina and Donna, meanwhile, continued their fight with Draco. As Draco used his staff to try to hit them, Nina ran around dodging the blasts while Donna deflected a few blasts with her keyblade, even sending a few back at Draco. He dodged the reflected blasts before he noticed Nina, who turned her head into an alligator head and tried to snap at him. Draco backed away just in time before hitting Nina in the face with the blunt end of his staff.

Nina fell to the ground and Draco prepared to bludgeon her with his staff, but Donna came in and slashed at him with her keyblade. Draco stumbled back and Donna swung at him again, although this time Draco managed to raise up his staff and block her attack. While Donna assaulted him with spells which he avoided or blocked, Nina got up and managed to slash Draco in the back, making him wince in pain.

"That hurt!" Draco shouted as he swung his staff at Nina, who jumped over it and kicked him in the face, using it as a platform to launch herself off him. Donna then hit him in the back with her keyblade, making him stumble over. He growled and used his staff to zap at Donna, but Donna blocked the block with her keyblade while Nina pounced on him from behind and grabbed his skeletal face, dragging her claws over it. "Ow! Quit it, you darn cat!"

Lupe continued his fight with the Brookes, but even he was starting to have trouble with the pair. Skara blew a whistle that sent shock waves at Lupe, which sent him flying into the wall. Slasher also unleashed a howl, which sent another shock wave that hit Lupe while he was still recovering from the first shock wave. Before he could get up, Skara drew spell circles, summoning bugs that came crawling from the dark corners of the castle and sending them towards Lupe.

"Fuck!" Lupe shouted as he felt the bugs crawling all around him. He tried to swipe them off of him, but they kept coming. Flies, fleas, worms, roaches, and many other kinds of bugs crawled underneath his fur. "Get them off!"

"With pleasure!" Skara declared as she drew a spell circle, pressing her hands together and placing them on the spell circle, shooting a burst of flames towards Lupe, who was still distracted by the bugs. The flames hit him, sending him back across the hall.

Back to Nina and Donna, the two continued giving Draco a hard time. Draco managed to blast Nina away from him, but that just left him open for Donna to use an ice spell that hit Draco in the arm and leg. Draco cursed, but used his staff to break the ice before he fired a blast from his staff at Donna, knocking her back.

If Draco still had skin, he'd be sweating. His cloak had some tears in it, but Nina and Donna also had some tears on their outfits.

Draco knew that he had to step up his game. His staff glowed ominously before he fired an extra large beam at the two girls, who were forced to take cover behind a statue of Belos.

"We need to take that staff away from him," Donna whispered to Nina. "Can you transform into something big?"

"I… can make myself bigger, but I've never tried turning into something too big and I've never been able to straight-up turn into another animal before, just change my body parts," Nina admitted. "But I could try…"

Donna gave her a nod. "I'll try to draw his fire," she said as she held her keyblade with her remaining hand and stepped out from their cover. She charged at Draco and clashed her blade against his staff. She attacked relentlessly, Draco blocking each blow, preventing her from hitting some vital points.

"Are you trying to kill me? I thought you Healers don't hurt people!" he pointed out while blocking.

As Donna attacked him, she recited her hippocampus oath. "'I swear, on the Titan's heart, my witchcraft and healing magic will be used to help those in need," she recited. "But I shall not let any person from lesser to professional try to interfere with my primary commitment to provide the best and most appropriate care available to an innocent in need.' I swore to protect the innocent, which you are not!" She drew another slash for Draco to block.

Nina focused on her transformation. "Come on… think of a bigger animal to take Draco down," she said as she shut her eyes. When she reopened them, they were pure blue as she transformed.

Meanwhile, despite being burnt and losing some fur, Lupe had not given up on his fight with the Brookes. He grabbed Slasher by the neck while kicking Skara down the hall.

"You should have never come here, but I'm glad you did!" Lupe shouted as he raised Slasher up, slamming him down on the floor and then to the wall. He tossed Slasher around like a rag doll before throwing him down the hall.

"Dad!" Skara shouted as Slasher rolled next to her.

"I'm fine, dear…" Slasher responded before Lupe came over to them.

"Hey, you shouldn't lie to your daughter," Lupe scolded as he grabbed both Slasher and Skara up by their heads. "You two were foolish to challenge me. Don't you know who I am? People in both Realms fear me. For I am the personification of death." He raised the two off the ground, preparing to slam them into each other. "I am the Beast of Gévaudan. I AM THE BIG BAD-"

Before he could finish, he felt a sharp pain in his back. "GAH!" he shouted as an arrow hit his back, followed by more, which made him let go of Slasher and Skara. "GAH! WHO KEEPS SHOOTING AT ME?!" he shouted as he turned around. His eyes widened in shock. "YOU!"

"We meet again… Big Bad," Calypso said as she appeared from the shadows. She glared at Lupe while holding her crossbow. "You're going to pay for hurting my family."

Lupe snarled at her. "I see you're awake! Looks like that vampire Terra sent out didn't do a good job! So I guess I'll finish it for you!" he declared as he charged at Calypso with his jaws wide. But Calypso instantly moved aside and brought out a dagger, slashing his side and drawing out a large amount of blood. "GAH!"

Slasher and Skara got up as they saw Lupe wounded. The two took advantage of this and leapt onto Lupe's back, biting him.

Meanwhile, Donna continued to fight against Draco, who was getting cocky as he blocked her attacks. "Come on, is this really the best you can do with one arm?!" he mocked before he heard a roar. "What the…?!"

"ROOAARRR!"

Draco looked up in shock as he saw Nina, who had grown into a red-furred Slitherbeast. Donna looked at the red Slitherbeast and smiled before she jumped aside as it charged at Draco.

"What's a Slitherbeast doing in here?!" he exclaimed before the Slitherbeast took a swipe at Draco, who was too stunned to react in time. He was knocked across the hall and into the wall, but the Slitherbeast didn't give Draco a moment to recover. Instead, Draco was batted around, the Slitherbeast playing with him like a cat played with a mouse before eating it. Eventually, Draco lost his grip on his staff, which clattered to the ground.

Draco saw his staff and panicked. He managed to get away from the Slitherbeast and rushed for his staff, but Donna lunged for it first, screaming out as she swung her keyblade down on the staff. Once she slammed the keyblade down, the staff broke into two.

"NO!" Draco shouted. "My precious staff!" While he was shocked, Donna aimed her keyblade at him and blasted an ice spell towards Draco, freezing him up to his neck. He grunted as his body froze into a block of ice. "D-D-Donna… w-w-what?!"

"You're on thin ice now," Donna told him as the red Slitherbeast huffed in agreement.

The two then turned to see the three Brookes: Slasher, Skara, and Calypso wearing down Lupe. They were not giving him a moment to recover, Calypso slashing at his arms and legs with her knives.

"AAAAH!" Lupe cried in pain while Slasher and Skara kept biting him in the shoulders and the legs. "Get off of me, you inferior whelps!" he shouted before feeling a slash to his ankles, making him fall down on the floor. Slasher grabbed Lupe's legs to restrain them while Skara and Calypso grabbed his legs. "Let me go!" he shouted. He tried to struggle, but he was much weaker by now.

Calypso prepared to deliver the final blow, but Donna stepped in. "I have this," she said as she held her keyblade while walking toward Lupe, who continued to struggle against the Brookes. Lupe noticed her. "Hey… you hungry?" she asked, before aiming her keyblade at his chomps… and shoving it into his throat.

Lupe gagged as he felt the keyblade shoved into his mouth. It was then he felt an icy feeling in his throat and he realized what Donna was doing as her keyblade glowed white.

"No… NO!" Lupe muffled as he shook his head.

"Have a snack," Donna said coldly before blasting her ice spell through Lupe's mouth. "This is for my parents."

Slasher got off of Lupe as he saw ice spikes bursting through Lupe's head. Calypso and Skara got off as ice spikes shot through Lupe, sticking out of his throat and stomach. After they let him go, his body slumped over lifelessly, his eyes white.

"Is… is he…?" Skara asked as Nina changed back and came over to see Lupe's remains.

"Dead," Slasher confirmed with a sigh of relief. "Thank Titan it's over."

"I couldn't agree more," Calypso said before everyone turned to her. "Hey, guys."

"MOM/CALI!" Skara and Slasher shouted as they both jumped onto Calypso, shedding tears of joy and relief as they hugged the woman. Since they were both still in their wolf forms, their tails wagged happily behind them.

"Mom, you're awake! You're really awake!" Skara brawled.

"We've missed you so much, Cali!" Slasher cried as he held his wife.

Calypso smiled as she hugged them both. "I've missed you all so much," she said before feeling another hug from behind. That hug, of course, was coming from Nina.

"Don't scare us like that again, alright?" Nina asked while in tears, glad to see Calypso awake.

Calypso smiled and hugged Nina too. "I'm so happy to see you are all alright. And I can't wait to see Scabrina as well."

Donna watched the reunion, smiling. She was happy for them. However, her smile vanished and the moment was disrupted when they heard the sound of Draco's laugh.

"Pathetic!" Draco shouted, still in ice as Donna turned to him. "So you've finally got your revenge by taking out my best servant, the werewolf who killed your parents. You're no different than him, honestly. You're both killers."

"I'm no different? Wow, you're an idiot, Draco," Donna told him as she walked up to him with a stoic look. "You two have been nothing but a never-ending Hell for not just me and them, but everyone else that you've come across and hurt over the years. Your little servant has killed, tortured, and I don't want to even know what else to who knows how many witches. All I did was make sure he would never hurt anyone ever again. He deserved it."

"Ha! Look at how you sound!" Draco mocked her. "I killed your best friend and you killed my best killer. Did you honestly think killing him would bring you satisfaction? Your parents are still dead, Donna! Killing Lupe doesn't change that!"

"You're right, it doesn't," Donna admitted while glaring at him. "But like I said, now he can't mess with me or anyone else ever again. And what about you, Draco? I can understand Lupe. He's motivated by lust, bloodthirst, and sadism. He was a rabid animal, so I put him down like one. But you? You chose to hurt people, hurt my parents, including your own brother… why? Petty revenge? World conquest?"

"Oh, don't worry, I have a convenient sob story that justifies all of my actions," Draco told Donna, who scoffed at him in disgust.

"I don't know what made you decide to be like this… and honestly, I don't care," she told him. "And look at you now: no army, no brute as back up… you lost it all."

This made Draco growl in anger. "I lost?! No… this is just the beginning! You and I, Donna, we're like two sides of a snail! If I lost, you lost too!" he pointed out as he ranted. "We're both forever locked in a never-ending battle through the blood that we share! I will be remembered, as- wait, what are you doing with that keyblade?" he asked as Donna raised it up and Draco realized what she was going to do. "W-Wait! Wait! You can't be serious?! Donna!"

SMASH!

Donna swung her keyblade through Draco's skeletal head, smashing it into a hundred pieces as bits of his brain matter landed on Donna. But Donna didn't even pause for a moment as she redirected her keyblade and used it to smash through ice, shattering his frozen body. Chunks of Draco flew everywhere. Nina and the Brookes were shocked to see Donna deliver the killing blow.

"Stay dead this time," Donna told the pieces of Draco that were now shattered on the floor. Her keyblade gave off some darkness for a brief moment.

Back in Belo's throne room, it was still nicely decorated with the remains and bodies of renegade scouts that were left strewn all over the room. King was left very disturbed by witnessing every renegade scout being slaughtered and cut down by the Emperor. He glanced nervously at Belos, who silently sat on his throne. After what felt like an eternity, the Emperor finally spoke.

"How long…"

"Weh?" King asked him.

"How long have you known that you were a Titan?" Belos questioned him.

"Oh, um… well, it's something I've learned just recently, actually," King admitted.

"How recent?"

"Earlier this week," King answered.

"Earlier this week?" Belos asked in surprise. "So none of you knew before then? Edalyn had a Titan living under her roof for years and she never realized it?"

"Yeah, she isn't always the brightest," King admitted. "Though in her defense, you never figured it out before now either, smart guy."

Belos growled at this, immediately making King shut up. "How did you learn that you're a Titan?" the Emperor asked him in a darker tone.

. The little Titan gulped. "I… I learned about it from the Titan Trappers."

"Titan Trapper?" Belos asked him.

"Y-Yeah, you know, Titan hunters," King said. "They live on the other side of the world. At first, I thought they were members of my species… until I realized they're not. Instead, they were wearing Titan disguises, including baby Titan skulls which, looking back, is incredibly messed up." King realized something. "You know, these Titan Trappers will be coming for me, a-and Luz, and probably you as well. They have, like, these advanced weapons that can-"

"If these Titan Trappers are a threat, then I'll deal with them," Belos said. "After all, I have a navy that can handle an invasion. And with my power, these Titan Trappers will be of little consequence. Especially after tomorrow."

"You still plan on taking over my sister's body, huh?" King asked, but Belos didn't answer.

Before their conversation could continue, they heard the sound of screaming coming from outside the throne room, making King nervous.

"What was… that?" King asked. His question was answered when the door bursts opened. Coming in while throwing a body away was Bloody Mary herself along with Grimhilde. "Bloody Mary!"

But while King was shocked by the now more bloody Bloody Mary, Belos didn't look surprised by her appearance, not even bothering to stand up from his throne.

"Philip… long time, no see," Bloody Mary said as blood dripped from her hands.

"Mary," Belos responded with a sigh. "I knew that I would have to deal with you at one point or another… thank you for coming to me, at least. It makes this much easier."

Bloody Mary growled. "So arrogant." Bloody Mary said. "I'm going to make you pay for what you did to my brother, Philip. And I'll be sure that everything you've worked for and built up will be all for nothing! I'm going to tear it down. All of it! This world that you love, it will burn! That will be my vengeance for my brother's death…"

"You and your brother were hateful curs," Belos told her with a disinterested tone.

"And what does that make you, who plans to wipe out all humans?" Bloody Mary questioned.

"Alright, Mary, if that's how you want," Belos said before he then melted down into the floor, slithering down close to her. He rose back up, now closer to Mary. "Let's see who should've stayed dead…"

Bloody Mary glared at him and took a more monstrous appearance while extending glass blades from her hands. "I've been waiting for this day!" she declared before she attacked him.

Belos dodged her bladed attacks, moving unnaturally as he slithered away. He melted down as Bloody Mary slid down on the floor. He appeared back up, giving a roar as he drew spell circles to shoot flames at her. Bloody Mary summoned a mirror shield to deflect his attack, sending it back to him. Belos summoned an ice wall to block it. Bloody Mary then twisted her body around into multiple shards, sending those shards at Belos. He got hit by some shards while he stretched out and twisted around with his mud-like body. He formed his hands into blades made from his flesh, which he used to clash against the shards of Mary.

Grimhilde's hands glowed as she ran around, shooting spells towards Belos. He grunted, turning around and seeing Grimhilde shooting spells at him. "You! Are you some kind of human sorceress?!" he demanded, opening himself to a slash from Mary, making him grunt.

"Don't you ignore me, Belos!" Mary shouted as Belos twisted around and screamed at her. His body turned into multiple roots as it shot thorny vines towards her, which Mary dodged and sliced through. She then changed into a dragon made out of glass shards while Belos morphed into his skeletal, mud-like monstrous look while forming large tendrils to strike at her.

Grimhilde kept her distance as she continued assisting Mary in her fight against Belos, attempting to use her shadow magic to try to restrain Belos, the shadows punching and bringing him down. But Belos squirmed out of their grip and summoned a large root at Grimhilde. Luckily, Bloody Mary blocked the attack and shot more shards at Belos. Using the large roots to block the attack, Belos then shoots flames at the two. Mary and Grimhilde jumped to the side to avoid the attack while Belos spread out sharp tendrils to try to stab at them.

Bloody Mary formed mirror shields as the tendrils ran through them. The tendrils popped back out when facing Belos in the opposite direction, making him stab himself in the process. This gave Grimhilde a chance to form the shadows into that of a drill, stabbed through Belos as he ended up backing away. He glared at them as Bloody Mary twisted her body towards him, managing to slash across him and making him spill oozing blood.

"Gah!" Belos grunted as he was being pressed.

"Go, Mary, go!" King cheered for them.

"Looks like you're outmatched," Bloody Mary mocked as Belos's eyes glowed blue as he glared at her.

"You haven't seen me at my worst…" Belos snarled.

The rebels continued to fight their way through the castle, though as the fighting had spread to other parts of the castle, the rebels ended up separating into different groups. One of these groups was Raine's, consisting of them, Katya, Boris, Derwin, Amber, Tres, Darius, Eberwolf, Bunker, and Bindell as they ran through the halls, engaging loyalists along the way.

Bindell literally picked up and threw a loyalist while Bunker opened a hole in the floor that several of the loyalists fell through. Darius and Eberwolf fought side-by-side while Raine fought with the original BATTs, who used their instruments to push back against the loyalists.

Tres just simply drained some of the loyalists of their magic, but the results were undeniable.

"That takes care of them," Boris declared as they finished taking out another group of loyalists. "So what's exactly the plan again?"

"The others are looking for their captured friends, we should focus on finding the Coven Heads if possible or Belos if not," Raine pointed out as they headed down an empty hallway. They saw no loyalists on sight, not like the ones they had to fight.

"Uh, does anybody have a creepy feeling?" Tres asked, looking around.

"Yeah, empty hallways like this are usually not a good sign," Bunker said with a shiver.

Eberwolf looked incredibly nervous and Amber noticed them snarling. "I think Eber sensed something…"

"What a surprise to see you here… Raine."

They heard a voice, then Derwin's scream, causing them to turn around.

"Hey, where's Derwin?!" Katya asked, noting that Derwin was gone.

"AAH!" Amber screamed as she was picked off, pulled away from the others and into the shadows by an unseen force. Now the group was really feeling a sense of dread.

"Amber's gone too!" Bindell shouted.

Before they even had a chance to say anything, Boris and Katya were both pulled away.

"And so are Boris and Katya!" Bunker pointed out. He and Bindell ended up being grabbed by some shadows, pulling them down by their feet as they sank into the floor. "YAH!"

"What's going on here?!" Raine asked as they, Eber, Darius, and Tres backed away, trying to watch their backs to prevent anyone else from being taken. "Reveal yourself!"

"As you wish," someone said as they suddenly appeared before them.

"Hello, Raine Whispers," Abel said with a smile. "What a pleasure it is to finally meet you properly. I don't believe we had the chance to really speak before your… leave of absence."

"Abel…" Raine and Darius said in shock.

"Where's our friends?!" Tres demanded angrily.

"No worries, they are all unharmed," Abel reassured them. "I have no interest in killing them, too much of a waste. But I am on a tight schedule right now, and I can't have you all ruin it. So unfortunately, I have to stop your little 'storming the castle' plan right here."

Eberwolf snarled while Tres turned to Raine. "What's the chance of defeating this guy?"

"I… don't know," Raine admitted before summoning their violin. "But we came this far, haven't we?"

Abel maintained his calm smile as he held up his umbrella, pointing it at them. "As you young folks would say… bring it on."

Darius made the first move as he formed his hands into axes. He launched himself forward and tried to slash at Abel, who stepped back, casually avoiding the strikes. Eberwolf jumped in to try to bite him, but Abel used his umbrella like a bat to hit them away. Darius twisted his body around to try to contain Abel, but Abel suddenly disappeared from view before reappearing behind Darius, now floating in the air… while upside down.

"You are a skilled combatant, Darius," Abel commented. "But you are wet behind the ears." He then… flicked Darius, causing his body to explode and spreading his Abomination bits all over the hallway, much to everyone's shock.

"Darius!" Raine screamed. Fortunately, they noticed that the bits of Abomination slime were already trying to come back together, so Darius was not dead. Instead, he would just take some time to reform.

"Hang on, Darius!" Raine shouted as they played their violin, aiming a shock wave at Abel. The Emperor's assistant just teleported out of the way. Raine tried several more attacks, but Abel teleported away before being hit each time before he got close to Raine, knocking them with their umbrella and sending them to the floor. Eberwolf charged back to try to strike at Abel, but he just scattered his own body into a swarm of flies.

This confused Eberwolf before the swarm formed back into Abel, who looked down at the former Beast Head with a smile. "Eber… glad to see you feeling well," he said before grabbing Eberwolf and throwing them up, causing them to crash into the ceiling.

"Eber!" Tres shouted as he glared at Abel. He changed into his basilisk form and slithered over to Abel, coiling around his body and pinning his arms to his side. "You bastard!" He opened his jaws, attempting to feed off of Abel…

"Number Three… or do you go by Tres now?" Abel asked, seemingly unaffected while Tres started to look sickly as he tried feeding off Abel, almost like there was something wrong about Abel. Eventually, the Basilisk was so weak that his coils loosened and he slumped to the floor.

"Tres!" Raine shouted upon seeing the Basilisk fall unconscious. "What did you do to him?!"

"Hmm, looks to me like he did that to himself," Abel said with a shrug. "You must know, Raine, that I'm not like any other witches…"

Raine looked around, realizing that they were the only one still standing. "You don't say," they said as they tried to keep their cool, holding their violin up. "Do your worst…"

"Oh, you don't want that," Abel said with a smile before he dodged Raine's attacks. The bard kept shooting lightning bolts from their violin to try to strike at Abel, who just teleported around the room to avoid the spells. "Did you really think that your rebellion would succeed this time?" he asked while drawing a spell circle that summoned a large, green worm with a human face that tried to eat Raine.

Raine dodged the worm, pulling out some fire glyphs and activating them as they threw them into the worm's mouth, causing the worm to explode. Abel continued to monologue. "This is your second failed rebellion. People are dying under your watch, and will continue to die because they followed you, Raine," Abel declared before appearing behind Raine. He hit them with his umbrella, sending Raine down to the floor. "I hope you know that…"

Raine looked up at Abel, refusing to show fear. But before Abel could do anything else, a blast of green magic almost hit him, but Abel teleported away just in time. The magic hit the wall behind him instead. Looking at where the blast hit, Abel turned his head toward the newcomers.

"Aw, the reinforcements…" Abel said while Eda, Lilith, and Star came over to assist Raine.

"Alright, Dick Van Douche," Eda said as she and Lilith were still in their harpy forms. "I don't know what you even are, but you're the reason we're dealing with Belos's shit."

"Move aside, Abel," Lilith told him with a glare. "We need to save our sons."

"Ah, I see you've figured out the truth about Hunter, Lilith," Abel said with his arms folded behind his back. "Good for you. But I can reassure you that Hunter and King are both safe and secure… for now."

"Less talking, more kicking your ass!" Star shouted as she shot her beams at Abel, who teleported away. This surprised everyone except for Raine before suddenly a large fist hit Star from the wall, knocking her off balance.

"Ah, Star Butterfly, a rebel with a new cause," Abel declared while Star got back up. She attempted to blast him again, but he moved aside. "Though is that little rebellious streak of yours genuine or is it just a way for you to compensate for your unresolved… parental issues…"

Star growled as she shot another blast at Abel while Lilith and Eda tried to gang up on him. Abel casually dodged each of their attacks before he swung his umbrella to hit Star to the head. She fell back, but Abel didn't relent. Instead, he hit her several more times with the umbrella, knocking her around before she was finally down.

"Star!" Lilith shouted as she charged lightning in her claws. She shot the electricity at him, but he just opened his umbrella and casually blocked the attack. He then teleported in front of Lilith and dodged her slashes while hitting her with his umbrella.

"Poor Lilith, it seems that even after everything you've been through, you still couldn't overcome your issues," Abel commented. Eda attempted to grab him, but he teleported away before she could get her claws into him. "You wouldn't be in this position in the first place if you had just taken out Belos back when he was Philip…"

"And that would have resulted in the Isles being destroyed by witch hunters back then, wouldn't it?" Lilith questioned as she stood back up. "Just… what are you?"

Abel didn't answer. Instead, he opened his mouth and a bizarre and eldritch-looking tongue with multiple eyes came out, causing Lilith's eyes to widen. The unnatural tongue went after Lilith, but Eda pushed them both out of the way. They looked back at Abel as the tongue retreated back into his mouth. He then smiled again and teleported in front of Abel.

"Hello, Edalyn," Abel said.

Eda glared at Abel. "I don't know what your deal is…"

"You don't need to, Edalyn," Abel said while twirling his umbrella. "But I do have one thing to say to you." He used his umbrella to block Eda's attacks, with Eda not even managing to land a single blow. "You can't save all of your children! Their fates were sealed the moment they stepped foot in this castle!"

Eda snarled. "No! I will not allow Belos to have them!" she declared while jumping up, her wings spread out as she attempted to come down on top of Abel, who only disappeared before she could land a blow on him.

"Don't make promises you can't keep, Edalyn," Abel mocked as he lifted up his umbrella… and paused when a keyblade appeared next to his neck. He grinned, knowing whose keyblade it was. "Ah, I figured you'd show up sooner or later… little fox."

Next to him was Kitsuni and next to her was Raine. "You must be Abel," she said while holding her keyblade up.

"Kitsuni…" Eda said upon seeing the fox yokai.

"I'll take it from here, Eda," Kitsuni said while holding her Fox Temple. "Go find Luz and Amity, and get everyone out of here."

Eda gave a nod. "Alright, I'll leave things to you here," she said while turning to Lilith and Raine. "Let's grab everyone and get out of here."

The two agreed, Raine going to grab Eberwolf, Lilith going to pick up Tres, and Eda lifting up Star. The Abomination matter of Darius followed them as they ran out of the hall, leaving Kitsuni with Abel.

Abel looked at her keyblade, giving a chuckle. "I see you've taken your keyblade back, Kitsuni. But I wonder if your skills are up to speed? Considering your unfinished training…"

"You forgot one thing about me, Abel," Kitsuni said while holding her keyblade up. "I'm a fast learner…"

Eda, Lilith, and Raine ran through the hall while carrying the others.

"Where are the others?" Raine asked them.

"Well, Steve led a group to find other scouts who could help us," Lilith explained. "As for Odalia's group…"

Raine looked at their faces, seeing their looks of distraught. "What happened?" they asked.

"Raine… Hikari's dead," Eda revealed, which shocked Raine.

"Hikari… no…" Raine said. "How?"

"Leonte," Eda snarled with venom in her tone. "He killed Hikari, but luckily he was taken down by Steve… but I wish Steve put him down for good…"

Lilith and Raine looked concerned by this but also saddened by Hikari's death. They knew that there had been risks… but Hikari's death hit them hard. Even Darius's form was surprised, his green eyes drooping down in sadness.

"Mom! Lilith!"

The trio looked up and saw Luz and Amity flying towards them.

"Luz, Amity, you girls are okay!" Eda shouted in relief as they flew down.

"Yeah, we had to fight off Gibson in his Goblin suit," Luz explained. "We stopped him and demanded to know where King, Hunter, and Willow were."

"He didn't know where Hunter and Willow are, but King's in the Emperor's throne room," Amity said before noticing Star, Tres, and Eber's state. "Star… are they alright?"

"They all got knocked out by Abel," Raine said as Darius made himself known. "We escaped thanks to Kitsuni."

"Darius… I guess Abel's got you too," Amity said as Darius gurgled in response.

"At the very least, Kitsuni is back, so that's a good thing," Luz said before she noticed the adults' saddened look. "What… else happened?"

Eda, Lilith, and Raine looked at each other before Eda decided to break the news. "Luz… Amity… something happened when we were battling against those loyalists. Hikari… was killed."

Luz and Amity's eyes widened in shock.

"No… no, not… what…!" Amity shouted. She looked upset, but Luz just looked angry.

"Who… who killed her?" Luz demanded to know.

"Leonte, but he's already taken care of," Eda told her, seeing Luz glare at the floor with one of her eyes turning red. "I know how you feel, Luz, but right now we need to save King and get out of here."

"Yeah, I know," Luz responded, taking a deep breath before looking up with a determined expression. "Let's go get King."

Back in the throne room, Belos continued with his fight against Bloody Mary. Grimhilde assisted Bloody Mary with his spells, slowing down Belos greatly. And Belos was unable to focus on eliminating her thanks to Mary and her relentless assault. She used her shards to strike at Belos, who kept getting hit by them despite his magical prowess. He grunted and it actually seemed like Bloody Mary was overpowering him.

"Give it up, Philip! You're outnumbered and outmatched!" Mary told him as she rose above him. "Grimhilde, if you will…"

Grimhilde nodded and raised her hands to prepare a shadowy spell to aim at Belos. Shadowy tendrils launched towards the Emperor.

Belos watched the tendrils coming toward him… until a beam of light was launched from behind him, blasting the shadows and sending Grimhilde back.

"What?!" King, Mary, and Grimhilde shouted in surprise while Belos just chuckled.

"I knew you were coming for me, Mary," Belos said as he melted away from Mary, giving him a moment to recover as someone joined his side. "And I was prepared…"

"You're not the only one who's a good assistant… Grimhilde," Vanz Ator said as he revealed himself.

"Vanz?!" Grimhilde and King said in shock.

"But… how?!" Grimhilde asked.

"Oh, I struck a deal with Belos," Vanz explained while holding up a rhombus-shaped pendant with a red ruby at the center surrounded by a light brown color. It sparked with energy. "And I must say, I've been waiting to get back at you for trapping me in the mirror…"

"What could you possibly gain from working with Belos?!" King asked Vanz, who said nothing as he shot a beam of energy at Grimhilde.

Grimhilde dodged the bolts while Mary continued to fight Belos. But Mary got struck by the bolts of energy as well, which resulted in sparkling light as well as damaging parts of her. Mary winced as she threw shards at Vanz, who shot each shards to pieces with the lightning bolts. He dodged the other shards by swiftly moving around while also targeting Grimhilde with his pendant.

This helped Belos gain the upper hand as he held up his staff and shot lightning spells at Mary, shooting bits of her off. Mary twisted her body to avoid the attacks, changing into a glass serpent as she moved around. But Belos kept blasting her, breaking and shattering pieces of her, including her arms and legs.

Grimhilde tried to help as much as she could, but it was made difficult thanks to Vanz shooting lightning at her, which required her to be constantly moving and on the defensive. She attempted to use her shadow magic to counter, but her very limited knowledge of vodou magic showed and she was overpowered by Vanz. Soon she felt like she was cornered and that Vanz had the upper hand, even with her taught magic.

"I have you where I want you, Grimhilde," Vanz said with a threatening tone.

Grimhilde looked over to Mary, who kept getting blasted by Belos. She looked at Belos, then at Vanz, realizing that this was not going to end in their favor…

"I'm sorry, Mary," Grimhilde apologized before she created a cloud of black smoke at her feet, the cloud rising up and covering her completely. Once the smoke cleared away, Grimhilde was gone, much to Mary's shock.

"GRIMHILDE!" Mary shouted, seeing that Grimhilde had escaped to save her own life.

"How sad," Belos said as he got in front of her. "There goes your help," he declared before holding his hand up, drawing a spell circle and blasting lightning spells at Mary in the face.

"YAAAAAH!" Mary shouted before she shattered into pieces. Her whole body shattered, crumbing into pieces of broken glass on the floor. Belos and Vanz looked down at the shattered glass while King watched in shock.

"Is she dead?" Vanz asked Belos.

Belos just looked down on the floor, frowning. "I don't know…"

Meanwhile, Kitsuni was fighting against Abel, shooting her flames at him while drawing slash attacks against him. Abel blocked her attacks with his umbrella while backing away from her offense. He sensed Kitsuni's clone behind him, about to strike at him, but he disappeared. The clone poofed away while Abel reappeared and tried to stab at her but Kitsuni dodged his strike.

"You've been trained very well, Kitsuni," Abel said while slamming his umbrella on the ground, creating a shockwave that Kitsuni blocked by spinning her Fox Temple to form a flaming shield. "I hear you've merged with a mortal named Todd, though I don't believe I've formally met either of you…"

Kitsuni delivered more slashes while Abel blocked them. "You are an enigma, Abel," she commented while forming a fiery bow and arrow, shooting at Abel. He opened up his umbrella, blocking the attacks. "Just… what are you? Who in the hell are you really?!"

Abel just smiled. "Just someone who wishes to help his students reach their full potential, which is why I commend your own teachers," he said. "You were trained by Yen Sid, were you not? But I am surprised that you took your keyblade back, especially after what made you give it up in the first place…"

He started to transform and when Kitsuni saw him change shape, she paused. Abel has taken on a different form. A familiar form, one that she recognized. "Aqua…"

Abel, while as Aqua, spoke to him. "Why the shocked face, Suni?" 'Aqua' then launched herself at Kitsuni, attempting to strike at Kitsuni with her umbrella, though Kitsuni blocked the attack with her keyblade. 'Aqua' then shot water-spells at Kitsuni, the water turning into star-shurikens which Kitsuni slashed and evaporated with her flaming keyblade. 'Aqua' then transformed into someone else. "Don't tell me you're unhappy to see some old friends?"

Kitsuni saw that Abel had taken on another form. This time he was a tall and muscular young man with brown hair that reached to the base of his neck in the back, and was styled into rather messy, vertical spikes and bangs that framed his face. He had blue eyes and slightly tanned skin. He wore an outfit that consisted of two intersecting red straps over his chest, resembling criss crossed suspenders. He had a certain badge on his belt and was wearing a skintight, black, high-collared shirt showing his muscular physique. He wore feudal Japanese-style pants as his belt was tied like an obi-sash and he wore a hakama that was dark gray near the top, with several looks for his belt and two buttons, both of which were undone. The rest of his parts were tan with a small, lighter stripe of tan on the bottom hem. He also sported a black wristband on his right arm, while his left arm was significantly more armored.

"Terra…" Kitsuni said.

"Kinda funny, this realm had a Terra as well, though one very different from the one you knew," Abel commented while charging at Kitsuni, drawing his umbrella with a powerful strike. This shoved Kitsuni back as she tried to block his attack with her keyblade. Abel was using Terra's form to strike at her… her Terra…

It was then Abel changed into another person. This time it was a teenage boy of sixteen with spiky, dirty blond hair, blue eyes and clear tan skin. He wore a black and white jacket that is on each side, with a red collar up. White on the right side, black on the left. He had one piece of armor on his left shoulder, with a checkered wristband on his left wrist. He wore a second layer of white and gray striped button vest with a single button, and a third layer is a plain, high neck, black shirt. A chunk of dull, green and gray blue armor was on his midsection under his vest was shown. His pants had ballooned outward, closing halfway and down his legs, and they were colored in shades of gray, black and white. He wore boots resembling armored versions of street shoes in shades of dark bluish gray, dull green, and red. He also sports two, black criss crossed straps with a silver Keyblade Master emblem.

"Ven…" Kitsuni whispered before Abel charged at her as 'Ven'.

"What's the matter, Kitty? Never thought you would see old pal Ventus again?" 'Ven' asked before striking at Kitsuni again. He delivered some swipes while mocking her. "I hope you haven't forgotten how you couldn't save us that day! Well, maybe you have, since that is why you stopped using Fox Temple! Yet, here you are, using it again. As for what happened to a piece of me…" 'Ventus' then changed his hair color to black.

Kitsuni's eyes widened in horror when she saw 'Ventus' take on another form. Another form she knew. In place of 'Ventus' was a version of him possessing golden-yellow eyes, jet-black hair that was more vertical and spikier than Ventus, paler skin, and a more muscular build. He wore a black and red organic-looking bodysuit.

"Vanitus," Kitsuni said as she stepped back while 'Vanitus' chuckled and went to deliver more attacks. He shot out darkness at Kitsuni, who dispersed it with her keyblade. 'Vanitus' then instantly appeared in front of Kitsuni, spinning around to deliver kicks at her which she blocked with her keyblade. She looked at the eyes of an adversary she had once faced before…

"You left us, Kitsuni!" Vanitus declared before transforming into another form. "You could have saved us!" shouted the man in place. He had slightly tanned skin and jagged scars over his right eye and left cheek. He had black hair tied into a short, high topknot, with one bang falling off to the right side of his face, and a short, triangular soul patch with a mustache. He wore a white, red-lined Japanese haori that had a hood, and slightly shorter than normal, light-colored hakama. Underneath his haori was a navy blue shirt with a large white X-pattern on the front. He wore a piece of armor that was gold and black armored boots and a dull blue-green section that covered his abdomen. A second piece of armor sported the same symbol worn by his students near the top.

"Stop using Eraqus's form!" Kitsuni demanded while drawing her keyblade to send flaming slashes at Abel in his Eraqus's form. An explosion occurred on the spot, but coming out it was 'Eraqus', who launched the umbrella at Kitsuni, who blocked it with her keyblade. She glared at him, while 'Eraqus' gave a smirk.

"Kitsuni, Kitsuni, you haven't changed a bit," he commented before he kicked Kitsuni back. He then started to change shape. "Wherever you go, misfortune follows!"

Kitsuni glared at the latest form Abel took. This time he was a bald, old man with thin eyebrows and a curled, silver goatee. His ears were pointed and his eyes were yellow. He had broad, hunched shoulders and a crooked back. He wore a white and black coat with a red inner lining, which was worn over a white shirt with two thin black belts as well as white gloves and calf-high black boots. He may look like a feeble old man, but Kitsuni knew better.

"Xehanort," Kitsuni snarled in anger while 'Xehanort' just smiled.

"Yes, just as you remember him," 'Xehanort' said while bringing his hands up. His jaws opened up and that eldritch-looking tongue came out again, going after Kitsuni. She dodged the eye-covered tendrils as they stabbed through the ground, the walls, and the ceiling. Kitsuni eventually spun around, drawing more flames while sticking out her keyblade. She formed a flaming tornado, burning away the tendrils which caused Abel to change back and disappear.

Kitsuni landed on the floor, seeing Abel was gone. However, she could still sense him and she looked around as she prepared for him to strike.

"I will admit, you've gotten quite strong, Kitsuni," spoke Abel's voice, echoing through the hall. "You're much harder than Julia was…"

Her eyes narrowed. "What are you talking about?"

"Well, guess you'll learn eventually," Abel said as he appeared in front of her. "You see, while you were gone, I killed Julia Traveler."

"Did you?" Kitsuni asked as she gripped her keyblade tightly. "And why did you do that?"

"Well, I could claim that I did to prevent her from interfering, but that isn't completely honest," Abel admitted before he sported a smile. "I killed her because I wanted to. And yes, I enjoyed it. Even if I knew she was just an aspect of you-know-who and not the real deal. Still, I will take my victories where I can get them…"

Kitsuni held her keyblade up in defense. "Just… what are you…?!"

Abel smiled again. "Would you like to find out?" he asked as he just stood there, arms folded while looking at Kitsuni. It was then his eyes glowed red as they stared straight into Kitsuni's eyes, which turned red as well.

Kitsuni grunted as she felt something in her head. "What the… AAAAAAAHHHH!" she screamed as she knelt down, dropping her keyblade while holding onto her head. She let out another scream while feeling overwhelmed…

Back in the throne room, the doors flew open. Belos saw the ones who came in, are Luz, Amity, Eda, Lilith, and Raine. They had left Darius to watch over the others, so it was just the five of them.

"King!" they shouted when they spotted him.

"Luz! Amity! Mom!" King shouted but Belos held onto him.

"Stop where you are," Belos told them, stopping them in their tracks.

"Let my son go, Belos!" Eda demanded before the group noticed Vanz standing next to the throne, shocking them.

"Vanz?!" Lilith shouted.

"You're that vampire dealer from before," Luz released. "What are you doing here with Belos?!"

"Long time, no see, young Clawthorne," Vanz told her.

"Vanz Ator is an old friend of mine," Belos admitted while holding King with his tendrils. "Now then, let's get down to business. If you wish to keep this little Titan alive, give me the key. Don't try to deny it, I know you got it back…"

The group looked at each other before Luz spoke up. "L-Look, Belos, we did have the key, but…"

"But…?" Belos asked them.

"We lost it again," Eda admitted. "I-Including the portal door we had."

After looking at them for a moment, Belos sighed. "I do believe you…"

"Look, we can make you another if you want, just… please, let King go," Lilith begged him. "He's family. He's a Clawthorne like us."

Belos just looked at them before giving out a chuckle. "I don't really… see it that way," he said as the tendril aimed at his neck.

"NOOO!" the group shouted as they charged at Belos, trying to put a stop-

SLASH!

King's eyes widened when saw a blue and yellow colored splash of his blood coming down from his throat, much to his shock. He looked up at his family, who were also shocked.

Belos had just slit King's throat.

"L-Luz… mom… Amity…" King gurgled as blood spilled from his neck before Belos threw him onto the ground, having taken some of his blood and placed it into a tube. He watched as King landed on the floor and laid in a pool of his own blood as his vision grew blurry.

"KING!" the group shouted. Luz and Amity rushed over to King's body, Eda kneeling over him. Lilith fell while Raine just stood there in shock. Eda held onto King's body. Belos remained on his throne, watching them in silence.

"King! King, listen, you're going to be okay, alright?!" Eda told him while changing back into her normal self. She tore a piece of her dress, wrapping around his neck like a scarf. "You're going to be okay, King! Stay awake!"

"No… King…" Lilith was shaken, tears falling from her eyes.

Raine stood, shaken to their core, realizing that they had been too late to stop Belos…

Amity burst into tears while looking onto King's body as Eda secured him. The two were crying. Luz, however, knelt down in shock. As she watched her brother bleed to death, she looked down at her own knees and saw her leggings stained in blood. His blood. She looked at her own hands… seeing his blood on them…

Belos let them weep while looking at the tube of King's blood he had in his hand. "Sad, isn't it?" he asked as he started to speak. "The son of the Titan, raised by witches. Reminds me of the one called Jesus of Nazareth." He gave a sigh. "Quite honestly, he was never going to survive this. I needed his blood and the dog was too dangerous to be kept alive. Even if you had the key with you, I'd still have to put him down. Since he is the last Titan, I couldn't risk having him around to challenge my claims…"

It was then that Luz's blood started to boil. Her eyes were completely red. She turned to glare at Belos, who continued to talk.

"Quite honestly, if I had discovered him first, I would've drained more of his blood-"

"WEEEEEEEEHHHHHH!" Luz screamed, tears in her eyes as she let out a cry of pure rage, slamming Belos into the wall so hard that he became obscured by a cloud of dust. She eventually stopped screaming, her eyes returning to normal. As she glared at the spot where Belos had been, she heard her mother's cry of anguish.

"NOOOO!"

Luz's heart sank as she turned around and saw her mom crying. Luz stepped forward while looking at King. She looked at his eyes… no light, no shine…

King Clawthorne was dead.

"King…" Luz's eyes teared up. She took a step forward, which made her stumble a bit. She walked over to them, still trying to process the fact that her brother… was gone.

"Is that all you can do with that scream?"

Luz's head went up and she turned around to see that coming out of the dust… was Belos. Not only did he look unfazed by her scream, but he almost looked disappointed in Luz as he dusted himself off.

"Though you did almost make me drop the Titan's Blood," Belos said while still holding the vial of blood. "Now then… let me show you why I deserve to be a god…" he said as his eyes became reptilian and his body started to change into his Titan form. One that was a lot different from what Luz saw back in the Deadwardian age…

Because of Belos's deal with the Horned King, his Titan form was no longer pure. It had become corrupted. His face looked more skeletal with dark green bleached skin. His antler-like horns hung up from his white hair. His ribs were sticking out of his muddy, green body, with larger, pointed shoulders that had bone-strips exposed around up to his arms, and legs. Blue eyes appeared on his chest and abdomen and his limbs were overly long, making him taller. His wings were also skeletal. He looked more like a messed up Abomination, than a witch.

"It's been a while since I've used this form," Belos declared while cracking his neck.

Luz's eyes turned red as Maya took over. "You… You are going to pay for what you did to King!" she declared. "You've given me another reason to want you dead! For all the Palismen, all the witches you've killed and allowed to suffer, including your own family! YOU DESERVE DEATH!" She lets go of Atticus from her hand. "Atticus! You need to get Ghost, Owlbert and Edgar to clear out! We can't let Belos get his hands on a Palisman!" she declared. "Get them out of here now!"

Amity heard Maya's voice and she looked up. "But what about you, Maya?"

"Don't worry about me! Just get your Palismen out of here! Including yours, Amity!" Maya commanded as she extended her claws that burst into flames. "Cause I'm going to make this fucker pay!"

As Maya flew up to engage Belos, Atticus flew over and chirped at the Palismen. Ghost awakened from Amity's person, hearing Atticus's warnings.

"We have to get out of here! It's not safe for us!" Atticus spoke.

Ghost hesitated, looking up at Amity, who nodded at her.

"Sam, keep them safe," Amity told her shadow, Sam nodding as she went to assist in getting Atticus, Ghost, Owlbert, and Edgar out of the throne room, depriving Belos of his prey.

Eda still held onto King's body before her eyes started to glow. They glowed red, while Lilith's eyes started to glow teal. The two Clawthorne sisters started to transform, revealing their new Owl and Raven Beast forms.

"ROOAARR!" Eda shouted in her newly evolved Owl-Beast form. Her white mane became longer, as did her ears. She grew six wings as her body now resembled that of a lion's with talons.

"RAAAWWW!" Lilith roared in her Raven Beast form. Her eyes and mouth glowed green as she bared larger fangs. Her ears tattered and grew large, her upper body was black with six wings, strands of her hair grew longer, her talons having longer and bigger nails, and her lower hind legs were red feathered.

Raine stared at the Clawthornes in awe, seeing them enraged in their beast forms.

Luzaya, meanwhile, flew up in the air, her face starting to crack. White horns sprouted out from her scalp, black lines forming down her cheeks. It was like she had a running black eye-liner that looked like cracks. She then let out a scream at Belos, who flew up towards them.

"Can't you all see that I'm trying to save your souls?!" Belos shouted as he shot his tendrils at them. Luz screamed at the tendrils, dispersing them while Amity donned her Abomi-Armor and held up her Sword of Adam, shooting Abomination goo at Belos. The goo sharpened into blades, stabbing at his rotten body. He looked surprised to see Amity in the Abomi-Armor, recognizing the sword. "Adam's sword?! You don't deserve that!" he shouted as he shot flames at her.

Amity teleported away before the flames hit her. She scoffed at him. "The Sword chooses its wielder, it was never up to you!" she declared while blasting Belos with her sword, shooting out flames at him. "Adam would be ashamed of you for what you've done and what you've become! You may have loved him, but you didn't love what he stood for, what he believed in!"

Belos roared as he tried to target her, but Luzaya slashed him across his face. "GAAH!" he screamed, just as he got tackled by the Owl Beast and Raven Beast. They clawed at him and Belos grunted before shoving them off of him before he was blasted again by Luzaya's sonic scream, sending him back to the wall. "OOF!" Belos shouted as he began to get up, only to hear a loud whistling noise that sent out a shockwave. After being hit by the shockwave, he turned and saw Raine. "WHISPERS!" he screamed as he shot a blue blast of light at Raine.

Raine dodged the attack, falling to the ground in the process. They looked up and saw the throne room around them in ruins. Before Belos could try attacking them again, they were tackled once more by the furious Clawthorne sisters. While this was happening, Raine spotted Vanz, who stood from the sidelines watching the battle. Raine realized they recognized Vanz and they went up to confront him.

"You, I know you!" Raine shouted as they pointed to Vanz. "You're Katya's father!"

"Indeed, I am," Vanz replied while turning to Raine. "Nice to meet you, Mx. Whispers."

"Why are you doing this?!" Raine questioned the vampire. "Why work for Belos?! Especially allowing him to kill Eda's son!"

"I'm doing this for Katya," Vanz admitted. "I do feel bad for Eda's loss, really. But I have to do this for my daughter."

"What… what do you mean?" Raine asked him.

"I made a mistake a long time ago," Vanz admitted. "A mistake that I hope to fix."

"By allowing King to die?" Raine asked him in disgust. "You could've saved him, but you just stood there. If Katya were to see what you did…."

Vanz sighed. "I am aware that she would hate me. She probably wouldn't be able to forgive me. But it would all be worth it once I can bring them back…"

Raine looked confused. "Who's them'?"

"I'm afraid that's my business, Mx. Whispers," Vanz said before he bared his fangs and launched himself towards to Raine.

The bard stepped back, holding up their violin and out a spell that hit Vanz away. As Vanz recovered from the hit, Raine prepared to face off against the vampire shop owner.

Back to the fight, Belos was using more spells against them, including wind spells. But Luzaya, Eda, and Lilith resisted the strong winds, Luzaya casting ice and fire spells that Belos managed to deflect, except this left him open to an attack from Lilith, who fired beams of electricity from her mouth, one of them hitting his left leg.

"GAAH!" Belos shouted while behind him the beating heart of the Titan fell down, crashing on top of his throne. Belos noticed this and looked down at his hands, fearing the implications. But before he could wonder too long, he felt a slash across the back. "GAAH!" he shouted, turning around to see Amity holding the Sword of Adam before she teleported away. "YOU DAMN FAE!" he shouted before getting punched in the face by Luzaya.

"GO TO HELL!" Luz and Maya's voice spoke simultaneously before they let out 'WEH' at Belos, making him ram into the wall again. Before he could recover, Eda took a swipe at his arm, cutting it off.

"GAAAH!" Belos howled in pain. He looked down and saw his fallen arm rapidly deteriorating. "NOO!" he shouted while feeling his skin deteriorating and rotting from overuse of magic. "NOOO!" He then received a kick to the face by Luz, sending him crashing back.

"Face it, Belos," Luzaya taunted him while marching up. "You've lost!"

"No… I… have… NOT!" Belos roared as he got up, only to get blasted again by Lilith. He attempted to protect himself by creating an Abomination shield mixed with large thorns sprouted to shield him, but he then watched his fingers fall off from his hand while parts of his wings fell.

Raine, meanwhile, was fighting off against Vanz, sending lightning strikes at him. Vanz dodged the strikes coming from Raine's instrument and held up his pendant. He shot energy bolts at Raine, who dodged them. Vanz continued to shoot at Raine, who responded by blowing a high-frequency whistle at the vampire, knocking him down and getting him to let go of the pendant.

"So it's music you like? Well here's mine!" Vanz declared as he summoned a clarinet, playing music on it, the music sending flames at Raine.

Raine dodged the flames and played their violin, summoning a dark rain cloud which formed into a mini-storm that headed towards Vanz, shooting lightning bolts at him. Vanz dodged the bolts as the two kept on attacking each other.

The Clawthornes, meanwhile, continued to gang up on Belos, who was twisting his body around to fight back. Belos sent out his tendrils to slice at the Mega Owl and Raven Beasts, but Luzaya screamed 'WEH' at Belos's tendrils while Amity shot more flames from her sword. As Belos kept using his magic, his bones started to fall apart.

"Keep fighting!" Amity shouted. "The more we do, the more he's rotting away!"

"Got it!" Luzaya declared as she screamed at Belos again, though this time Belos was able to dodge the scream.

He saw the Owl Beast and the Raven Beast coming after him and Belos tried to fly away from them, but his wings started to wither, causing him to slowly fall down. "No! NOO!" he shouted as he fell to the ground, Eda and Lilith both pouncing on him. They managed to get a few hits in before he managed to melt away from them, using flames to drive them back before Luzaya screamed at him again, this time hitting him. "GAAAHH!"

Raine continued fighting Vanz, who was still using his clarinet relic. Raine was forced to take shelter behind some debris as Vanz attacked her.

"Allowing Katya to be associated with you was a mistake!" Vanz declared. "She would have never been locked up and endangered if not for you, Mx. Whispers! You stung her into your mess! As if you'd understand a parent's pain!"

Raine gave Vanz a look, making themselves known. "I may not be a parent myself, but I do understand the pain of losing your kids," they declared as they held up their violin. "Especially when I thought they were gone!" They aimed a lightning bolt at Vanz, knocking his clarinet out from his hands.

Vanz saw Raine run towards him. Vanz went to grab another relic from his person, but before he could Raine raised up their violin… and hit them in the head with it.

"OOF!" Vanz cried out before he hit the floor, knocked out while Raine stood over him.

"AAAAAAH!"

Raine turned when she heard Belos's screams and saw him getting hit by Lilith's lightning attacks, Luzaya's sonic screams, Amity's fire attacks, and Eda's claws. All of their attacks were actually overwhelming Belos, since they were relentless and Belos had already used a lot of his magic and energy to deal with the scouts and Bloody Mary. He was using up his magic a lot faster and was unable to get a chance to properly recover, which meant that his body was falling apart at a faster rate without a way to replenish it.

Belos was losing.

"NOOOOOO!" Belos cried out. He could feel himself deteriorating, rotting away into a puddle. "No! NOT YET! I can't die!"

"Can't wait to die? Let us fix that!" Luzaya declared as he flew over and grabbed the weakened Belo by the face. She then began to fly his body around the throne room, hitting and sliding it across the walls while flying at high speeds.

"NOOO! STOP, LUZ! STOOOOPP!" Belos cried in pain, feeling his body getting scrapped off against the walls, leaving behind a trail of ooze and blood.

"Stop? You're getting what you deserved!" Luz declared as she kept scraping his body against the walls, causing him to rot and fall apart at a faster pace. She then grabbed hold of the remains of his body and slammed him against the floor, leaving a splat. She proceeded to slam and bash his head against the floor multiple times. "YOU! DO! NOT! KILL! FAMILY!" she declared as she kept bashing his head, his remains splattering all over the throne room and her. She kept bashing and bashing until she let out a scream. "GYAAAHHH!" she shouted as she threw what little of Belos was left, including his head, against the wall, causing Belos to explode completely, his head now mush stained against the wall.

Luz panted, catching her breath. Tears streamed as she looked at Belos's remains, which was now reduced to paste. Everyone was stunned to see the damage they had caused.

Eda and Lilith changed back to normal, though they were still in their Harpy forms. The two stared at what remained of Belos while Amity and Raine regrouped with them. Luz remained frozen in her spot before collapsing onto the floor, crying…

"It's… over, isn't?" Luz asked.

"Luz…" Amity rushed over to Luz while the adults looked at Belos's skeletal head. It wasn't moving.

"He's… really gone, is he?" Lilith asked.

"Good," Eda said, though she didn't sound satisfied. She went over to King's body, which was still laying there. She picked his body up. "We should go."

"Yeah, and find the others," Raine said while Amity hugged Luz, who hugged her back.

"Shhh, there, it's over," Amity reassured her while hugging her tightly. "Belos won't hurt us again…"

But then… something sharp was rammed into her heart.

Amity gasped and looked down.

Eda, Lilith, and Raine turned around as their eyes widened in shock.

Amity looked down, and saw a dagger in her heart. Her eyes widened and she looked up to see who was holding the dagger…

"Luz…?" she asked in pain and confusion.

It was Luz, but her eyes were glowing blue.

Belos had taken over Luz's body.

"Die, Fae," Belos-Luz hissed at her before pulling the dagger out of Amity's chest.

Amity's vision blurred and she fell to the floor. Lilith cried out in shock and flew over to get her.

"AMITY!" Lilith shouted as she grabbed her body, but when she saw Amity's lifeless eyes, she realized that it was already too late.

Amity Goodfellow… was dead.

Beluz chuckled, allowing Lilith to retrieve Amity's body. "That worked out perfectly," he said as he walked toward his throne. "I knew that if I goaded them, Luz and Maya would be so focused on defeating me, they would leave their mindscape vulnerable, allowing me to trade up my old body for one less corrupted," he said before starting to transform. "It was expected, given how impulsive they are, especially in light of the death of their brother…"

Beluz grew mud like horns from Luz's forehead. The green scar formed across Luz's left eye and around her nose. Luz's arms then became covered in green scales with black stripes, her wings now crooked and deformed. Beluz's hindlegs started to resemble Belos's extended legs and Luz's arms stretched out. Even Luz's hair turned white.

"LUZ!" Eda shouted while in tears before Raine pulled her away so they along with Lilith could escape.

Beluz moved his throne back up with their extended claws. Once the chair was in place, Beluz sat on the throne. Beluz gave a victorious smirk while pressing his fist on his new face and pulling out the vial of Titan blood with his other hand.

"Now… where was I?"

When we say things will divert from canon… we mean it.

This is the reason why we had to split the chapter into two. The last chapter was more easy to digest with ending with an Emilzee kiss. This chapter, however, is the latter half where it's the most tragic. And with a lot of

Okay, so in regards to Amity and King's deaths, this was something we've been planning on for quite a while. For Amity's death, it was something we've planned since Book One as we foreshadowed this as early as Grom. Specifically, the part where Grom Belos attempted to stab Amity in the heart. It's also why we established that because Amity is only part-Fae, she won't turned to dust and regenerate like a full Fae can. So yeah… she's dead.

As for King, we did came up with the idea to kill him off while Season 2B was airing. We've seen how a lot of fans were worriedly speculating about Belos killing King if he were to learn of King's heritage. While that thankfully didn't happened in canon… we were inspired to have that actually happen here.

In regards to killing off Hikari, we've realized that it would be a good moment of tragedy. A way to make even Leonte to realized how far he's fallen. Although by then, it's too late. Leonte can never be redeemed after this.

In regards, we know you guys are upset about Lupe and Draco getting away. But let us remind you that this chapter was split into two parts, as those two would've been used for Book Three, but we've realized that we could resolve their storylines now instead. It helps make Book Two feel more conclusive, especially since we know that some of you guys may be annoyed by how often the villains get away. I know a lot of you are glad to see them all dead. So just think of these batch of villains' defeat and deaths to be like, the second level before we go take on the other threats in the next chapter.

And now, the next chapter that will be the deciding fates of the Boiling Isles… the Day of Unity. This time, don't expect the Collector to deux ex machina, cause this is going to be a very different outcome.

And yeah, the pendent Vanz was holding was the Eye of Dashi.

Review Section:

Matteso585: 1) Uh, no it isn't. You gotta stop assuming that just because it's not shown, doesn't mean it won't be brought up again later. 2) Okay. 3) Does this answers your question? 4) Who has the time to tell them? None. There is no time to tell them.

BlueKnight-X2: Not yet… next chapter

Crash X Fusion: Actually, this is the outcome as the Brookes and Donna have their final confrontation with Lupe and Draco. And I'm pretty sure Yokais still ride bikes. Venoma was most likely not dead. Kitsuni hasn't used her weapon for at least, ten years ago.

Blue Tagg: Next chapter.

Shuffollower: Glad you're caught up.

Franco Almiron: Four-parter actually. Next chapter is the Day of Unity.

Guest: Yes, and maybe.
