"So you're Deku," A tall, muscular man in the back says. "I must say you seemed more impressive on the TV."

"Upsides of being prepared for a performance," Deku says as he looks around at the ten new people standing in the bar. "Okay, I'm going to need villain names and quirks please."

On the far left there was a short man wearing a gas mask with 2 pistols in his pockets says, "Mustard. Quirk: Gas."

Immediately next to him, a man wearing a full body covering black suit looks over and happily says. "Twice. Quirk: Double. It's nice to meet you. NO IT ISN'T."

Leaning against a wall near them was a green lizard-looking man with a large sword nods and says. "Spinner. Quirk: Gecko."

Right next to him is the tall man who spoke to Deku, eyeing Deku with interest and suspicion. "Muscular. Quirk: Muscle Augmentation."

Standing next to him is a man with a restraining suit on. "That's Moonfish," Mustard says. "We don't think he can speak."

Deku nods and asks, "And his quirk?"

"Something with his teeth I believe," Kurogiri says.

Deku nods and continues on to see a tall… girl? Man? Who knows this is the 22nd century. "Big Sis Magne. Quirk: Magnet."

A man wearing a complex outfit bows slightly as Deku looks at him and says, "Mr. Compress. Quirk: Compress."

Deku nods as he continues looking onward to see a tall man with black hair and burns all over his body, "Dabi. Quirk: Blueflame."

As he finishes scanning the room he sees a girl who quickly squeals and says, "Hi I'm Toga Himiko! My quirk is Transform and I just want to say that oh my god you're so cute I just want to suck your blood." Before running up to Deku and hugging him.

"Uh, thanks I think," Deku says, glancing over at Blight who just chuckles slightly at his misfortune. "Though I would prefer threatening over cute."

"Don't worry you were that too during that broadcast that's why I joined your organization," She says as she continues to hold him.

Blight glares slightly through her hand as Izuku smiles under the mask before saying, "Technically I am only a co-leader of this group Blight is a leader as well."

"Second in command," Blight grumbles.

"So you will be taking commands from both of us not just one," Deku finishes.

"And if we don't want to take orders from her?" Muscular asks.

"Then I will consider that a disrespect to me and order you to do the same thing she said only with slightly more force," Deku says, glancing at Muscular. "After all we can't have disobedience in our ranks during missions. That would make it easier for heroes to defeat us."

"And if we don't wish to follow her orders?" Spinner asks.

"Simple, you can fight Blight for her leadership position," Deku says. "But I warn you she doesn't hold back in fights."

There is a short pause before Muscular snorts, cracks his knuckles, and says, "All right then let's go-"

Before he can react Blight has her hand on his face with only one finger keeping him from being disintegrated.

"I should also mention that she trained with me for 10 months so while she is not anywhere near my level of speed she most certainly is faster than most of you and unlike me, she only needs one touch," Deku says with a hidden smile as Muscular's face lights up in fear.

"Please I could hit you if I wanted to," Blight says, glancing back at Deku.

"Sure you could cuz," Deku says before looking over the group and saying. "So since I haven't seen any of your combat abilities, here are your first assignments." Before throwing out a handful of folders on the table.

"Each of you is to go out in a pair with another of the recruits and kill one of these heroes. Once you have killed them, return here with proof of death, their head or hand or other such identifiable body part will suffice," Deku says.

"Do you not believe we are powerful enough," Dabi says with an eyebrow raised.

"I know you all have powerful quirks however quirks do not equal skill and I wish to see your skill level against proper opponents," Deku says, causing Dabi to nod slightly.

"You each have a week to study your choice of the heroes before you," Deku continues. "I look forward to seeing your results at the end of this week when you kill them."

"So then what are our options?" Mr. Compress asks.

Deku spreads out the five documents as he says as Dabi, Spinner, Mr. Compress, Mustard, and Muscular each pick up one, "Your first option is the Robot Hero: Spark who uses chainsaw-like arms to cut opponents. Second is the Rocket Hero: Nero, who uses his quirk as rocket-launcher-like quirk to blow his opponents away. Third is Sir Gonkington, an electricity-based hero who walks around like a medieval knight. Fourth is Ratata, a large beast-like hero who fights with a large club. And finally, Nguyen the song hero, who will entrance you will entrance you into surrender."

"I notice all of them are a part of the same hero agency," Dabi says. "Any reason for that."

"Much easier for the cops to think that this was a targeted strike against one hero agency than a massacre of several heroes over many," Deku says.

"How do you figure?" Magne asks.

"This keeps it with only one investigation," Deku says. "One investigation team means fewer eyes on the prize and less of a chance someone puts two and two together before we reveal you all as new members."

"Really? And what will they think about it when nine criminals go and hunt down an entire hero team?" Dabi asks.

"That you're a mercenary group hired by the Yakuza," Deku says.

There is a short pause before Muscular says, "Okay, I'll bite. Why would they think that?"

Izuku raises his hand and, out of a dispenser in his sleeve, comes a small camera, "Managed to put some of these in Sir Nighteye's Hero agency and caught that they along with the agency we're about to target are the primary investigators of the Yakuza group Shie Hassaikai. I already had a phone call with their new leader asking if they would give enough evidence to make it seem that they were the ones who authorized this attack and he was obliging so long as we provided him with help distributing some new drug they're working on when it gets ready in a few months. According to everyone but us this was simply the work of you all getting hired discretely by the Shie Hassaikai."

"Impressive misdirection," Mr. Compress compliments.

"Thank you, Mr. Compress," Deku nods. "Now then the only question is who will you each pick to target."

"You want to see our skills in battle strategy as well, smart," Dabi says.

"The only problem is that we have only 9 and we're hunting 5," Toga says. "One of us is going solo."

"I'll go solo," Muscular says. "I can beat that Ratata, I've seen him fight before."

"I'm assuming you're good with that sword, Spinner?" Toga asks.

"Yes, why?" Spinner asks.

"The two of us could probably take on that Spark dude," Toga says.

"I'll go with Compress to take on that rocket hero," Dabi says.

"I'll go with Magne to take out the song hero then," Mustard says.

"I guess that leaves me and Moonfish to take out the Electricity-based hero. HURRAY! I mean BOO!" Twice says.

"Good, you all have a week to prepare. Good luck," Deku says walking towards the exit into the backrooms.

"And what will you be doing while we're doing this?" Dabi asks.

"That is for me to know at the moment," Deku says glancing back. "Once you prove yourself with this task, you will be allowed to know."

"No trust between villains, eh?" Dabi says.

"Not at all, after all, we're allowing you into our base are we not? It's simply that this doesn't concern you and until you fully prove yourself it will continue to not concern you," Deku says as he finishes getting to the door. "Now then happy hunting everyone."

One Week Later:

"Doo-Bee-Doo-Bee-Doo-Bah Larry," Karl mutters under his breath as he watches the camera signals from each of the members of his agency walk around their patrol routes for the day.

"Can you please stop that?" Ratata practically growls into the comm. "It gets annoying after a while."

"Well you try sitting back and watching the screen one day and you see how easy it is to get bored," Karl grumbles.

"Already finished your daily NYT games?" Spark asks in a robotic-sounding tone as he hops from building to building.

"Yes, and I've already gone through my entire Spotify daily playlist for today so now I'm playing Lineas and Terb in the background," Karl mutters.

"Karl I'm telling you that you should just watch the original," Nguyen says in a beautiful voice as she waves to her fans.

"Yeah but it's from the quirkless era so no I won't," Karl says.

"You're loss the singing was much better in that than this lazy remake," Nguyen says.

"I'll never understand why your country never went and erased the quirkless era from our minds like the rest of us," Sir Gonkington says in a stuck-up tone. "It was so much worse in those days with the dragons everywhere and whatnot."

"For the millionth time, those were children's stories, not real things," Nguyen says exasperatedly.

"We found skeletons of them," Sir Gonkington says seriously.

"Those were freaking dinosa- you know what never mind it's not worth getting into another argument with you," Nguyen sighs.

"Because you know I'm right," Sir Gonkington says.

"No, because it's not worth arguing with someone whose quirk kills their brain cells every time it's used," Nguyen says.

"That just sounds like an excuse," Sir Gonkington says.

"Can we please not do this for one day," Nero says exasperatedly.

"Wait what's that?" Spark says drawing Karl's attention to his screen.

"Looks like a mugging in progress," Karl says. "Reporting it to-"

"OWW!" Ratata screams as he gets hit with a punch that sends him flying into a wall.

"Ratata, are you okay? I'm comin-," Nero's screen flickers out as a wave of blue overtakes it.

"Sir Gonkington, Nguyen, we're under…" Karl's voice drains out as he looks over and sees that both Sir Gonkington and Nguyen are currently fighting their own set of villains.

"The hell is going on," Karl mutters.

"Well, isn't this interesting," A voice that sounds like a mix between a siren and a devil comes from behind Karl.

Karl quickly spins around and then pauses in shock as he sputters out, "De-Deku."

"Oh don't bother hitting that alarm we already disabled it. I'm just here to watch the show," Deku says as he takes a seat next to Karl.

"I have to admit they're doing far better than I thought they would with the picks they made. I figured it'd be easier to pair Toga and Magne together rather than Magne and Mustard but it is working rather well wouldn't you say," Deku says gesturing to the screen showing the fading vitals of Nguyen.

"You'll never get away with this the other heroes are already on their way," Karl says staring at Deku defiantly.

A bloodcurdling scream from Ratata's audio as his head falls to the ground makes Deku look over and say, "Yes but how many will be left before they arrive?"

The sound of Spark's bloody body hitting the ground makes Karl start to sweat as he slowly watches his team die before him.

"Please don't do this," Karl begs Deku. "We're just heroes trying to make our way in the world."

A scream comes from the audio of Nero as his burning corpse falls to the ground as Deku stares for a moment and then taps his ear and says, "Mustard change of plans leave Nguyen within a hair of her life."

"What? Why?" Mustard's voice comes from over the audio system.

"I see no need to needlessly piss off another country before we are done ridding this one of its hero problem so let her live but don't worry you two both passed," Deku says reassuringly.

As Sir Gonkington's body falls to the ground as two sets of Moonfish's teeth finish impaling him Deku leans forward and whispers to Karl, "Here in the underworld we have a saying when one of our people gets killed by a rival gang. A life for a life. It keeps the bloodshed minimal between different gangs and leaves all of your innocent civilians unaware of the true extent of our empires. Well, congratulations today you get to be a keeper of that philosophy."

Before Karl can react, Deku swings his fist pausing only an inch in front of his face as the wind generated from the strike peels off his skin from bone and his bone from his flesh until all that's left of his head is his brain matter sprayed all over the wall.

"Nicely done, Deku," A pleasant-sounding voice comes from the door.

"Thank you Overhaul," Deku says turning towards the door. "I take it that this is enough to fulfill our bargain."

"Of course," Overhaul says. "Consider it done. The Shie Hassaikai will take credit for this. So long as you keep up the other half of the bargain."

"Don't worry the second that drug of yours is done we'll begin distribution through our network," Deku says as he plugs a USB into the computer. "You don't mind if I download the data though before deleting it. I just want to see exactly how much they know about everything."

"Be my guest Deku. Just be sure to share it with us," Overhaul says.

"Of course wouldn't want to ruin this relationship," Deku says.

"I am curious though why'd you spare Nguyen?" Overhaul asks.

Deku looks back at Overhaul and says, "Throughout my entire life only two people ever supported me. One of them was an American hero. I consider this a partial repaying of that debt."

"The other was Sir Nighteye?" Overhaul asks as Deku's eyes narrow under the mask. "Don't look at me that way it's not that hard to figure out. Given what you did to Rock Lock, Kamui Woods, and Mind Touch it's easy to tell that you went easy on Centipeder. Add in the fact that part of the deal was that you not harm anyone at the Sir Nighteye agency it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out."

"I suppose that's fair," Deku says. "Though it is my wish for you not to harm anyone at that agency has more to do with than just my respect for Sir Nighteye."

"Really?" Overhaul asks. "And what else is it?"

"If the time ever comes I'll tell you," Deku says. "In the meantime, the data has finished deleting and the heroes will be here in only a few minutes so I believe it is time for us to leave Overhaul if you would be so kind as to make sure nothing is left from the computer is salvageable I'll get our portal ready."

As Deku pulls out his phone and signals Kurogiri to begin extraction Overhaul walks over to the Computer and quickly destroys it turning it into a million pieces.

As each of the recruits for the LOV exits through a portal with an identifiable body part (except Mustard and Magne) into the bar of the LOV Deku and Overhaul exit inside of the Shie Hassaikai's headquarters.

"It's been a pleasure doing business with you Deku," Overhaul says.

"Likewise," Deku says before re-entering the portal and entering the LOV headquarters.

"Any more progress on those bullets?" Overhaul asks.

"No sir," Chronostasis says.

"A shame we will have to continue to work on them," Overhaul says as they walk down the hallway to a lab.

"Congratulations you all passed," Deku says standing in front of the new members of the League of Villains causing a cheer from Toga and Twice. "So go and celebrate do whatever it is you wish because tomorrow."

There is a pause as Deku removes his helmet and shows his face to the new members of the League and Ururaka, Shinso, and Toru all walk out of the back of the hallway.

"The real work begins."

Author's Note: Hello, everyone, and I hope you enjoyed this chapter. To answer everyone's burning question... yes I did have fun on the cruise on the downside I also got Covid from the cruise but that meant I was able to write this entire chapter in the span of 2 days because when you're sick you run out of stuff to do sometimes. I also finally had time to see what this whole Helldivers 2 game was and to that, I say FOR DEMOCRACY! Anyway, I'm slowly learning that I'm running out of heroes to use as cannon fodder for the LOV so I'm now taking any suggestions people may have over new potential heroes for me to throw into the meatginder. Also, I had Chisaki show up earlier in the story why? I like his character except for the fact he's a child-abusing asshole. Will I still keep him that way? Who knows I'm actually still debating that in my head. That should be a fun thing to figure out on the fly. Also, I now have a Discord server. Please feel free to join to talk about the fic or whatever else you wish /8VCq3MmKgs. Anyway, please feel free to review the piece if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions on how I can write better until next time. I hope you all have a great day.
