"Are you sure Juliet?" Gus asked.
"This is Sasha's phone number," Juliet said.
Lassiter looked up from his computer screen. "She was at his house."
"What?"
"I have footage here of Neil's apparment," Lassiter said, Gus and Juliet walked over to Lassiter. "And look who goes in on the day of the murder."
"That's Sasha," Juliet said.
"She's got a lot of explaining to do to that best friend of yours," Lassiter said.
Gus took his phone out of his pocket. "Oh my god."
"Guster what are you doing?" Lasstier asked.
"Calling Shawn and warn him he's out with a possible killer," Gus said. "He's not picking up."
"Let's track Sasha's phone out and see where she is," Lassiter said.
"I know where they are," Gus said.
"Where?" Juliet asked.
"Shazam, it's a restaurant near the museum," Gus said.
"Let's go," Lassiter said.
Gus, Juliet and Lassiter left the museum and went to the restaurant.
Shawn and Sasha were in the restaurant waiting for their food and were chatting.
"So tell me how did you and Jules get to know each other?" Shawn asked.
"So we were assigned to the same dorm and pretty soon after that we became friends," Sasha said. "Can I tell you someting?"
"Tell me," Shawn said.
"I thought you and Juliet were a couple," Sasha said.
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"Why would you think that?" Shawn asked.
"I felt a vibe between you guys at the museum," Sashsa said.
"Oh, it's just a thing between me and Jules, nothing more," Shawn said.
"Do you think she's pretty?" Sasha asked.
"Jules is certainly a beautiful woman," Shawn said. "But so are you, of course."
"Thank you," Sasha said.
Gus, Juliet and Lassiter were still on their way to the restaurant but they were stuck in traffic.
"Lassie drive faster," Gus said.
"I can't do anything, we're stuck in traffic," Lassiter said.
"Then turn on the siren," Gus said.
"Guster!" Lassiter yellled.
"We have to get to the restaurant before it's too late," Gus said.
"Gus you have to stay calm," Juliet said.
"I can't calm down. My best friend is in a restaurant with a possible killer, she could be poisoning his food right now," Gus said.
"She probably won't," Juliet said.
"She will if she thinks Shawn will find out she killed Neil," Gus said.
Traffic started moving again and Lassiter drove to the restaurant. A few minutes later Gus, Juliet and Lassiter arrived at the restaurant and walked over to Shawn and Sasha's table.
"Hey guys."
"What's up."
"Ms. Nash you need to come with us," Lassiter said.
"Why?" Sasha asked.
"We just have a few more questions for you about Neil," Juliet said.
"I already answered everything this afternoon," Sasha said. "Wait? Am I a suspect?"
"Sasha come with us," Juliet said.
"Is this some kind of sick joke or something? I'm innocent. I have nothing to do with this," Sashsa said.
Juliet and Lassiter took Sasha to the car and drove back to the station.
"Come on Gus we're going," Shawn said.
"To the station?" Gus asked.
"No, to the museum," Shawn asked.
"Why?" Gus asked.
"I'll explain that to you in a minute," Shawn said. "But first I need something else from you."
"What?" Gus asked.
"Your credit card. I didn't bring any money and someone has to pay for this," Shawn waid.
Gus took out his credit card and gave it to Shawn.
Lassiter and Juliet were back at the station and had taken Sasha to the interrogation room.
"Tell us again what your relationship was with the victim," Lassiter said.
"Neil and I were colleagues and friends," Sasha said.
"Just friends?"
"Yes."
"We looked into Neil's phone records and it seems you were more than friends," Lassiter said.
"We hooked up a couple of times, that's all," Sasha said.
"So friends with benefits?" Juliet asked.
"If you want to call it that," Sasha asked.
"Here's what I think was going on, you wanted more than just that but he didn't want that, You couldn't handle that so you decided to poison him," Lassiter said.
"That is so not true and I would never do anything like that," Sasha said.
"But it won't be the first time you've wanted revenge on a guy who broke your heart," Juliet said.
"Really, Julie? You're going to use that?" Sasha asked.
"It's Detective O'Hara for you now," Juliet said.
"What are you guys talking about?" Lassiter said.
"That has nothing to do with this and I have nothing to do with Neil's murder," Sasha said.
"We have footage of you going into his apartment building," Lassiter said.
"Yeah, because I need to pick something up there," Sasha said.
"And then you walked into his apartment and decided that was the right opportunity to poison his sandwich," Lassiter said.
I didn't even go into his apartment, He had put the enevlop by the plant by his door, I grabbed it and then left," Sasha said. "Just ask his neighbor, she saw me, she lives across from him."
"I'm going look into this," Lassiter said, he got up and left the room.
Shawn and Gus had gone to the museum and walked into an office.
"What are we doing here?" Gus asked.
"Find out if anyone had motive to kill Neil," Shawn said.
"The police already have a suspect," Gus said.
"Sasha didn't do it, I'm sure of it," Shawn said.
"You only think that because you think she's pretty," Gus said.
"She is pretty, but this has nothing to do with why I think she's innocent," Shawn said.
"Whatever you're up to, hurry up before someone sees us," Gus said.
Shawn looked in the drawers of the desk and saw a folder from the Future Arists Now, he looked through it and saw a page of rejected artists and the name Justin Ross was underlined. Shawn put everything back and he and Gus left again.
At the station, Juliet was still in the interrogation room with Sasha.
"How dare you bring that up with Brody Turner," Sasha said.
""You did something when he broke your heart," Juliet said.
"He cheated on me that's a completely different situation and what I did to him was a revenge prank," Sasha said.
"It's still revenge," Juliet said.
"You helped me with the prank," Sasha said.
The door opened and Lassiter walked in. "The neighbor confirmed your story."
"So I can go?"
"For now."
Sasha grabbed her things and walked away. Shawn and Gus arrived at the station and saw Sasha coming out, she grabbed her phone from her purse and started calling. Shawn saw a red laser aimed at Sasha.
"Look out!"
Shawn ran toward Sasha and tackle her to the ground. And shot was fired. Lassiter and Juliet walked out with their weapons drawn.
"We heard gun fire," Lassiter said.
"What's going on?" Juliet asked.
"Someone was trying to shoot Sasha," Shawn said.
