Erza ,Seilah and Lucy were calmly talking while having coffee, today having taken a break .
As they sat together, savoring the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, Erza, Seilah, and Lucy engaged in a relaxed conversation about their recent training and Natsu.
"So, Lucy, how has your training been going?" Erza inquired, taking a sip of her coffee.
Lucy smiled, feeling a sense of camaraderie with her fellow mages. "It's been intense, but incredibly rewarding," she replied. "Erza, your guidance has been invaluable. I feel like I've grown so much in such a short time."
Erza nodded in approval, a faint smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "You've shown remarkable progress, Lucy. Your dedication to improving your skills is truly commendable."
Lucy agrees with them and continues to talk until Lucy asks them something different.
,,You know… i never asked you how exactly you two married Natsu, i mean it's not very common to have 2 wives, i can see why you would, he is a fantastic person but how did you get to this arrangement ?'' she asked
Erza and Seilah exchanged a glance, a soft chuckle escaping Erza's lips. "Well, it's certainly not a conventional arrangement," Erza began, her tone reflecting a mixture of amusement and affection. "But for us, it just felt right."
Seilah nodded in agreement, her expression thoughtful. "Indeed. Natsu has always been a central figure in our lives, and over time, our bond with him grew deeper and more profound."
Lucy listened intently, her curiosity piqued by their explanation. "So, how did it happen?" she pressed, eager to learn more about their unique relationship dynamic.
,,Well'' started Seilah.''We told you what we are, Erza being Half Dragon, me being a demon and Natsu being a demon that was raised and trained by a dragon.
Well I was created especially for Natsu, of course the moment he found out I was tied to him he offered to find a way to free me, he did not want to make me serve him just because I was created to do so, we were still kids then … i decided to remain with him and it was the best choice i made.'' she said smiling softly
Lucy listened intently, absorbing Seilah's words with fascination. "That's quite a story," she remarked.
Seilah nodded, a nostalgic smile gracing her lips. "It was a decision that changed both of our lives for the better."
,,As for me, '' started Erza, Lucy listened intently as Erza recounted her own journey with Natsu, a mixture of amusement and curiosity coloring her expression.
Erza continued, her voice tinged with fondness and humor. "It was during one of our training sessions that I truly began to understand the depth of Natsu's character. He saw potential in me that I hadn't even realized existed, and he encouraged me to embrace my innate strengths."
A soft chuckle escaped Erza's lips as she recalled the memory. "As for the moment when I realized my feelings for him, well, let's just say it was a rather unexpected revelation. Walking in on him and Seilah was certainly... enlightening," she admitted, a playful twinkle in her eye.
Seilah joined in with a laugh, her expression fond. "It was certainly a memorable moment," she agreed, her gaze meeting Erza's with affection.
Lucy's eyes widened in surprise at what was implied,, her cheeks flushing slightly at the unexpected turn in the conversation. She wasn't quite sure how to respond to such frankness, but she couldn't deny the genuine affection and camaraderie between Erza and Seilah.
,,Yes, but how exactly did you manage to get over .. you know having to share ? Or the doubt that he loves one more than the other ?'' she asked.
,,Well first, it's not just us loving Natsu separately, we love each other as well, and second the dragon mark , you see dragons take mates, and are usually only with them, when they do they mark each other, it's a physical proof of their bond and connection, it allows us to connect to a level that we can't with words, Natsu having been trained by The King of all Dragons has naturally 3 marks, thanks to his demon heritage he can take much more in theory, of course the new mate needs our permission.''
Lucy listened intently, absorbing the information with a thoughtful expression. "So the dragon marks serve as a symbol of your bond with Natsu," she mused, intrigued by the concept. "And it allows you to connect on a deeper level."
,,Yes, my mark is on my left thigh .'' said Seilah
The dragon mark on Seilah's left thigh was a mesmerizing sight. Etched into her skin with intricate precision, it shimmered with an ethereal glow, hinting at the ancient magic imbued within. The mark depicted a majestic dragon in flight, its wings outstretched in a powerful display of strength and grace. Its scales glistened with hues of emerald and sapphire, catching the light in mesmerizing patterns that seemed to dance across the surface of Seilah's skin.
,,Mine's is on my right.'' said Erza as she showed hers.
Erza's dragon mark on her right thigh was a testament to the strength and resilience she embodied. Etched into her skin with exquisite detail, it depicted a fearsome dragon in a stance of regal authority, its scales gleaming with a metallic sheen that caught the light in mesmerizing patterns. The dragon's eyes burned with an intense, fiery gaze, reflecting the unwavering determination and courage that Erza possessed.
,,Though Lucy ... why did you ask ? Is Natsu to your liking ? '' asked Erza mischievously.
Lucy's cheeks flushed slightly at Erza's teasing question, but she met her gaze with a playful twinkle in her eyes. "Oh, you caught me," she replied with a laugh. "I was just curious about the dynamics of your relationship with Natsu, that's all. But to answer your question... Well, let's just say he's definitely an interesting person."
Erza chuckled, a knowing smile gracing her lips. "Interesting, huh? That's one way to put it," she said, her tone laced with amusement.''Well… you would not be a bad addition, i'd take you for a spin.'' she says mischievously.
Lucy's cheeks flushed deeper at Erza's playful comment, caught off guard by the sudden shift in the conversation.
,,Well someone woke up with mischievous thoughts.'' said Seilah
Seilah leans towards Erza ,, I can take YOU for a spin dear.'' she says.
Lucy's cheeks flushed deeper at Seilah's playful comment, feeling a mixture of amusement and embarrassment at the playful banter between the two wives. She couldn't help but chuckle nervously, unsure of how to respond to their teasing advances.
Erza grinned mischievously, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Oh, it seems we've stirred up quite the mischief," she remarked with a playful wink. "But let's save the spins for the battlefield, shall we?"
Seilah laughed, her eyes dancing with mirth. "Agreed," she said, leaning back with a satisfied smile. "There will be plenty of time for fun and games later."
With Gray and Natsu
,,Well i'm curious to see what i can do now.'' said Gray exited to use his new powers for real
,,Fine then, we'll take an S-rank.'' said Natsu immediately, he wanted to see what Gray could do in a real fight.
,,You for real?''
,,Yes, Gray.'' responded Natsu amused.
Natsu takes a look at the S-class board only to be interrupted by Laxus
,,So now are you hanging around with losers ? Oh how the mighty have fallen.'' said Laxus dramatically .
,,Oh you're here ? Didn't even notice you .'' said Natsu, not even turning around .
Laxus's eyes narrowed at Natsu's casual dismissal, his jaw tensing with suppressed irritation. "Watch your mouth, Natsu," he warned, his voice laced with thinly veiled hostility. "You may have bested me once, but don't think for a second that makes you better than me."
,,Once? You challenged me and lost many, many times, only once did you manage to get what you call a draw, and that ment me not using 99% of my arsenal, I AM better than you, you don't even understand that thing in your chest .'' he responded.
Natsu's words cut through the tension like a blade, his tone dripping with confidence and defiance. Laxus's expression hardened, his fists clenching at his sides as he struggled to maintain his composure.
"You talk big, Natsu," Laxus retorted, his voice low and dangerous.,,Let see-
,,Sparkles, i don't need to prove anything to you, i have power you can't even comprehend, you have potential for power i'll give you that, but you don't understand how Dragon magic works, and it wont revel it's secrets to you like it did to Erza because you aren't worth it .'' said Natsu
Natsu's words reverberated through the air, each syllable carrying the weight of his unwavering confidence. Laxus's jaw clenched, a flicker of frustration flashing in his eyes as he struggled to mask his agitation. He knew that challenging Natsu was a futile endeavor.
With a tense nod, Laxus turned on his heel and strode away, his mind undoubtedly churning with thoughts of how to prove himself in the face of Natsu's undeniable prowess. Meanwhile, Natsu watched him go with a satisfied smirk, his resolve unshaken as he turned his attention back to the task at hand.
"Let's focus on the mission," he said to Gray, his voice brimming with determination. "We've got a job to do, and nothing's going to stand in our way."
Both of them were enveloped by a black feathers and disappeared .
As they arrived close to the location of the job Gray said ,"You think I could learn something like that ? Teleportation on long distance with zero drawbacks, also what quest did you pick ?''
Natsu pondered Gray's question, his gaze scanning the vicinity before he responded. "It's definitely an advanced skill, but with the right training and teacher, which you have, I don't see why not. As for the quest, I chose something that involves tracking down a band of dark mages who've been causing trouble in the nearby villages. This should be fun.''
Gray nodded thoughtfully, his mind already racing with the possibilities of mastering such an advanced skill. "I'll definitely put in the work to learn it," he affirmed, determination shining in his eyes.
As they continued on their journey towards the quest location, Gray couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement at the prospect of facing off against the dark mages. " I've heard about their atrocities," he replied, his voice tinged with a steely resolve. "It's time these rabid mutts are put down."
Natsu smirked at his response ''Good.'' no mercy for their enemies .
As Natsu and Gray ventured deeper into the forest, their senses remained sharp, each step bringing them closer to their elusive quarry. The air crackled with an ominous energy, and the rustle of leaves overhead seemed to whisper secrets of danger lurking nearby.
Gray's keen eyes scanned their surroundings, searching for any signs of the dark mages' presence. Suddenly, he spotted a faint trail of smoke curling into the sky, betraying the location of a hidden campsite ahead.
"Natsu, over there," Gray whispered, pointing towards the telltale smoke. "Looks like we've found our dark mages."
With a silent gesture, he signaled for Gray to follow as they stealthily approached the campsite, their footsteps muffled by the thick underbrush.
As they drew closer, the sound of hushed voices drifted towards them, accompanied by the crackle of a campfire. Peering through the foliage, Natsu and Gray caught sight of several figures clad in dark robes, their faces obscured by shadows.
Having already heard the mages talk about how they had their way with a girl, both Gray and Natsu decided that they did not deserve the privilege of living anymore.
Natsu's jaw tightened. Beside him, Gray's expression mirrored his determination, his eyes narrowed with righteous anger.Natsu makes his voice heard ,,MORTALS ! DEATH HAS COME TO CLAIM YOUR PITIFUL SOULS, PRAY FOR THE MERCY YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED !'' he said in a booming voice .
As Natsu's booming voice echoed through the campsite, the dark mages exchanged smirks of amusement, their arrogance evident in their sneering expressions. One of them, a tall figure cloaked in shadow, stepped forward with a mocking grin.
"Well, well, what do we have here?" he taunted, his voice dripping with disdain. "A couple of self-proclaimed heroes come to challenge us? You must be even more foolish than you look."
Natsu's laughter cut through the air, a fierce edge to its tone that sent a shiver down the spines of the dark mages. "Heroes? No, we're simply here to put you mongrels six feet under," he declared, his voice dripping with contempt. "Very painfully, I might add."
The tall figure's mocking grin faltered slightly, replaced by a glimmer of uncertainty as he assessed the unyielding determination in Natsu's fiery gaze. "Bold words for a pair of fools," he spat, attempting to regain his composure. "But let's see if you can back them up when faced with the full force of our dark magic."
Before the tall figure could cast a spell Natsu appeared before him and in a second ripped both of his arms off his body .
As Natsu swiftly disarmed the tall figure, the dark mage let out a bloodcurdling scream of agony, his eyes wide with shock and pain. The other dark mages watched in horror as their leader writhed in agony on the ground, his limbs torn asunder by Natsu's brutal display of strength.
"You dare to challenge me with your dark magic?" Natsu growled, his voice low and menacing as he loomed over the fallen mage. "In this world I'M the devil "
As a brave dark mage attempted to attack Natsu screaming about killing him, his hand that was holding a knife suddenly fell courtesy of Gray having shot it off with his BlueMoon revolver .
The dark mage's scream of defiance was cut short as Gray's precise shot severed his hand, sending the knife clattering to the ground. With a pained howl, the mage staggered back, clutching the stump of his arm as blood gushed from the wound.
"You're not so tough without your toys, huh?" Gray taunted, his voice dripping with scorn as he leveled his revolver at the mage. "Looks like you picked the wrong fight."
,,Me- mercy !'' The rest of the dark mages begged for their life.
,,I'm not feeling merciful today, How about you Gray ? Do you feel merciful today ?'' said Natsu
,,I do not feel merciful .'' he responded.
,,Well that's your answer ."'
,,Please ! We'll change our ways-'' he was interrupted by Natsu
"Mercy?" Natsu scoffed, his voice echoing with disdain. "You dare to beg for mercy after the atrocities you've committed? No, only a painful end for you awaits you ."
Gray's expression mirrored Natsu's, his eyes hard and unyielding as he aimed his revolver at the group of dark mages. "You made your bed," he declared, his voice steely with resolve. "Now you'll lie in it."Sensing someone trying to run, Gray immediately sprung into action.
''Slicing Zephyr!'' casted Gray
Sending a razor-sharp blade of wind slicing another Dark mage's legs off.
,,No running away .''he said
Natsu's Silver Eyes bore into the trembling figures before him as he delivered his ultimatum. "Now you will tell us of all the rest of the encampments," he commanded, his voice laced with authority. "And you will do it for free, or we will use you to test our new interrogation method."
The dark mages cowered before the two warriors, their defiance extinguished by the overwhelming display of power and ruthlessness. With no other choice but to comply, they began to spill their secrets, revealing the location of their hidden stronghold and plans for further atrocities. Natsu and Gray listened intently, their resolve unyielding as they prepared to bring an end to the dark mages' reign of terror once and for all.
At the dark guild stronghold.
Natsu and Gray calmly walked towards the stronghold , both of them checking their guns for ammo .
,,I want to try these rounds, there supposed to break magic right ?'' clarified Gray
Natsu nodded in agreement. "That's right. These special rounds are designed to penetrate magical defenses and disrupt them," he explained, his tone confident. "With precision and speed, they'll can be incredibly effective against any magical barriers we encounter."
Gray grinned, a spark of excitement igniting in his eyes. "Sounds like my kind of challenge," he remarked, eager to put the new rounds to the test.
As they approached the stronghold, the imposing structure loomed before them, its darkened walls bristling with magical energy.
A pair of guards demanded they surrender their valuables and themselves telling them they only keep girls not men.
With a swift and practiced motion, Natsu drew both of his pistols, Scarlet Whisper and Midnight Shadow, and fired two precise shots. The special rounds tore through the air with deadly accuracy, striking each guard square in the chest before they could even react. The guards crumpled to the ground, their bodies lifeless as the echo of the gunshots reverberated through the air.
Gray watched with a mixture of awe and admiration as Natsu demonstrated his unparalleled skill with the pistols. "Nice shooting," he remarked, a smirk playing on his lips.
Natsu holstered his pistols with a satisfied nod. "Ofcourse" he replied, his expression serious as he glanced towards the stronghold. "Let's keep moving. We've got a bunch of mutts to kill."
The shots have been heard and many other dark mages got out to see the dead bodies.
As the sound of gunshots echoed through the air, dark mages began to emerge from the stronghold, their faces contorted with anger and confusion as they beheld the fallen guards. Some shouted curses while others reached for their weapons, preparing to defend their stronghold from the intruders.
Natsu's eyes narrowed as he surveyed the approaching dark mages, his hand instinctively reaching for his pistols once more. "Looks like we've got company," he remarked to Gray, his tone grim but resolute.
As the dark mages closed in, Natsu and Gray sprung into action, their movements a seamless dance of speed and precision.
''True Ice Icicle Barrage!''
Gray unleashed a barrage of ice projectiles from his swords, launching them with precision and speed towards his enemies. Every projectile either instantly killed the dark mages or rapidly froze them to temperatures close to subzero.
Meanwhile, Natsu's guns blazed with rapid-fire precision, each bullet finding its mark with deadly accuracy. But the dark mages weren't about to go down without a fight. They retaliated with a barrage of dark magic, their spells crackling through the air as they attempted to ward off their attackers.
"Dark Abyss!" shouted one of the dark mages, unleashing a swirling vortex of dark energy that threatened to engulf Natsu and Gray.
Natsu scoffed at this and simply smacked the spell out of existence
,,You call that Dark magic ?'' Natsu asked.
,,This is DARK MAGIC.'' said Natsu as he formed a ball of darkness in front of his outstretched finger, the ball exploded sending a massive beam of darkness that looked like the night sky, the beam was gigantic, it tore through the forest and into a mountain where it stopped for a second then exploded into a massive pillar.
As Natsu unleashed a miniscule proportion of his power, the dark mage's eyes widened in terror at the sheer magnitude of the darkness before them. The swirling vortex of dark energy was effortlessly dispersed by Natsu's counterattack, leaving nothing but a faint echo in its wake.
The dark mage staggered back, his confidence shattered by Natsu's overwhelming display of strength. "Impossible..." he whispered, his voice barely audible over the roar of Natsu's dark magic.
Gray watched in awe as Natsu's attack tore through the forest with devastating force, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. "That's incredible," he breathed, his eyes wide with amazement.
,,Oh that was nothing , you will be capable of things like that by the end of this month.'' Natsu told Gray.
Gray's eyes widened in astonishment at Natsu's words, a mixture of excitement and determination coursing through him. "You really think so?" he asked, his voice tinged with disbelief.
Natsu nodded, a confident smirk playing on his lips. ''Oh I'm not giving you the option of not to" he replied, clapping Gray on the shoulder. "I ain't letting you out of this Gray,I told you I will help you achieve power you could not even dream of, and I will."
Gray grinned, a newfound sense of purpose fueling his resolve. "Thanks, Natsu," he said, his voice filled with determination. "I won't let you down."
,,Now let's finish these mutts and go home'' said Natsu
With renewed determination, Natsu and Gray turned their attention back to the remaining dark mages, who were now trembling in fear at the overwhelming display of power before them. Without hesitation, they launched another wave of spells and attacks, but Natsu and Gray were ready.
,,Gray… how about you practice a REAL spell? You take care of them, I will go check if they had prisoners in the stronghold '' said Natsu as he disappeared .
As Natsu vanished from sight, leaving Gray to confront the remaining dark mages, a flicker of uncertainty crossed their faces. They had witnessed firsthand the devastating power of Natsu's magic, and without him present, they assumed Gray would pose little threat.
"You think you can take us on your own, boy?" one of the dark mages taunted, a sneer twisting his lips. "You're nothing compared to your friend. He's the real danger here."
Gray's grin widened as he watched the dark mages underestimate him, their arrogance only fueling his determination. "You might want to reconsider underestimating me," he retorted, his voice laced with quiet confidence.
''True Ice Blade!''
Gray infused his swords with the essence of True Ice Magic, making them to embody the concept of ice. With each block or strike Gray froze the opposing magic , every time he hit someone they weren't cut, they were completely turned to ice, no one having been strong enough to resist the effect of the spell.
The dark mages watched in horror as Gray's swords gleamed with the shimmering power. With each strike, his blades cut through their spells with ease, freezing their magic in its tracks. One by one, they fell before Gray's unstoppable onslaught, their bodies encased in ice as his blades carved through their defenses.
As the last of the dark mages crumbled to the ground, frozen solid by Gray's devastating magic, a stunned silence fell over the battlefield. Gray stood amidst the icy remnants of his enemies, his breath coming in steady puffs as he surveyed the scene before him.
"You were saying?" Gray quipped, a satisfied smirk playing on his lips as he sheathed his swords. The dark mages could only stare in disbelief at the young mage who had proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with.
With the dark mages vanquished and their mission successfully completed, Gray and Natsu made their way back to the village to claim their reward and report their success to the quest giver.
As they approached the village, the townsfolk greeted them with cheers and expressions of gratitude, relieved that the threat of the dark mages had finally been eliminated.
As Gray and Natsu approached the quest giver, they exchanged a knowing glance, silently acknowledging the bond forged through their shared experiences.
"You know, that was some impressive magic you used." Gray remarked, a hint of admiration in his voice as he clapped Natsu on the back.
Natsu grinned, " Of course.'' he said.
''You have made great progress this last month, be proud of yourself , but don't forget, this is just the beginning .'' he continued.
,,Yes, i understand.'' responded Gray
A person made their way towards them , it was an old lady , most likely the leader of this village.
,,Is it true?'' she asked ,,Are we really free of those monsters ?'' her eyes were full of hope to finally have safety and justice for her people.
Natsu having sensed the women desperation responded ''Yes, those animals got everything they deserve…. a very painful end of their miserable existence, i personally made sure that each and every one of them were forced to feel and go thru all the pain they had ever inflicted thanks to a … useful mind spell.'' said Natsu loud enough for everyone to hear.
Natsu was not a hero of justice , He believed the strong rule, yes , but he detested weeklings that band together and cause unnecessary pain on those that were not part of the 'Warrior' Class, he detested rapists even more, as most demons do. It's ironic that demons would not inflict that kind of pain of other beings , to them and most other beings, lust had to be earned not taken by force, to do so was the greatest sign of weakness, humans being naturally week will do ANYTHING to make themselves feel strong, even to their own kind.
Gray continued where Natsu left off ''They are all dead.'' he summoned a few bags of jewels , bag they got from the strong hold
,,This won't make up for what happened to you all…. but we hope it can help you in anyway.'' said Gray
,,No please you've already done so much for us, keep the money you have found, i will bring you your reward immediately just w-'' said the old woman.
,,No , there is no need … we have taken our share from the strong hold , keep the money you had for the quest , and take these to , they will be of more help to you then to us.'' said Natsu
,,You have enough money to get this village into an entire city, you can turn this in a sort of trade city .'' Natsu continued '' This location is actually perfect for that, you are surrounded by 3 big cities and you are quite close to Hargeon Town, focus on repairing your town , we will send word to what happened here to Crocus, the king will be very interested in a new trading station of sorts.'' he finished.
,,Thank you sir! How can we ever repay you ?'' said someone from the crowd.
,,By getting back on your feet and getting this town to what it can be. You know what to do, in a few weeks some help should arrive to help with constructions, we made sure you won't have problems with vengeful mutts trying to take revenge for their lost guild of animals.''
With a wave of his hand, Natsu activated his transportation spell to depart, enveloping himself and Gray in a tornado of black feathers. As they vanished from sight, leaving the village behind, the echoes of their words lingered in the air, a reminder of the hope and determination that they had instilled in the hearts of the villagers.
