"You think they're okay and nobody's picking on them along with Bubba. She looked nervous when we dropped them off." Rocket heard Nebula ask. They were at home after dropping the kits off at school but having coffee. "The kits will be fine honey, Bbba helped us make them feel cmfortable." he replied to her,
"I hope so, especially Bubba as she's… very sweet and shy like Rocke." Rocket said wondering where Rocke was getting a text that he was in Japan making Rocket relieved aliong with Nebula knowing that Bubba might worry aboht her papa. "She's got other things to worry about News." Rocket told her kissing her, his whiskers tickling her blue cheej making her giggle. "Yeah you're right." she said.
Meanwhile at Xavier's, while her sibs were having a great time, Bubba wasn't havibg such a good time. She found it hard to talk to the other kids in her grade, wasn't great at sports, and the other kids had made fun of her painting in art class but right now, it was lunch tine and she was sitting by herself at a table away from the other kids feeling somebody tap her shoulder. "I-is it okay i-if I sit here." she heard somebody say seeing a floating lunch tray nodding. A female-kit with long brown fur hair wearing purple appeared making Bubba in awe.
"I'm Bubba but who're you." 5he kit heard Bubba ask making her surprised.
"Kiwi Raccoon, Raccoon Girl's kit which nobody lets me forget, you're new here." she said seeing Bubba nodding realising her Aunt Casey was Kiwi's mom as Rocket talked about her shaking Kiwi's paw knowing from Aubt Casey, her hugs were super strong so a pawshake could work making Kiwi smile for the first time today after failing a test in the Danger Room which was important to her grades. "Kiwi it's okay, the school year started, you'll get better I know it." Bubba said feeling her hug her gently deciding they should be friends making Bubba agreeing surprised Kiwi had a dorm room here.
"My mom being a Cosmic Avenger and off planet a lot, it works oht plus no babysitters to run away, when your powers cone out by mistake when making poptarts." Kiwi said drinking soda making Bubba understand but she was feeling weird not knowing why only Kiwi gasped seeing her mon there where Bubba had been sitting "Bubba we need to go to the bathroom." she said as they left.
"Woah, how did I do that, I need to be me before we go back to class." Bubba said freakibg out. "Just think of heibg you and mayve that'll help." Kiwi told her seeing Bubba back to normal looking at her paws. "Maybe you should talk to yoyr dad about this." Kiwi told her as they were leaving
