Hey everyone!
What's this? A double update month? I mean I am at my dad's house for the week and have some time to update now. It's been a busy few days but I'm hanging in there. I have been ill as well. Hope May is going well for you all.
Lots of love,

A Wild Heart – Part 21:
Éowara had wandered around Edoras for a while before she slipped out of the settlement and to the Barrowfield where she made her way to Théoden's mound, where she sat alone for a while, lost in her thoughts and speaking to her uncle, hoping that he could somehow hear her. She'd never thought that she'd ever sit outside the mound of her uncle but she did not know when she would return so she felt the need to do it.
She looked up when she heard someone's footsteps getting closer to her. Looking up she spotted her sister approaching her.
"How did you know…?"
"Because I know you," Éowyn spoke before she sat down beside her sister. "That and you may not be returning here for a while with everything that Aragorn wishes you to do," she said as she looked at Éowara, "yes. Me and Éomer know everything and you have a right to feel worried or nervous but you are made of tougher stuff than you think," she said.
"I know and yet I don't feel that I am," Éowara spoke, as she looked ahead at the mound their uncle was resting in.
"Éowara…" Éowyn sighed as she looked at her sister, "I hope that one day you will see yourself the way others see you," she said as she watched her sister, "you could change the world in your own way. That means finally stepping out of Éomer's and my shadow. Aragorn believes in you and so does our brother and myself," she said.
Éowara sighed. She knew that she was capable of achieving what was set out for her but she didn't want to believe she could do it.
"I know deep down I can… I just choose not to believe it," she said as she looked at her sister and watched her.
"A lot of what we did in the past neither of us had a lot of time to think but now we do and that is something that we all have to face," Éowyn spoke, "now I think we should return to Meduseld. We are due to leave for Stoke soon," she said and Éowara nodded and the two walked arm in arm through the gates and back to Meduseld.
Éothain took up a position on the steps of Meduseld as he watched his cousins and Aragorn leave Edoras. As Éomer's right hand it was his responsibility to stand atop Meduseld until Éomer's return.
The four crossed the water and were soon back on the plains of Kingstead and were on the way to Stoke. Éomer and Aragorn were speaking about various things and Éowyn and Éowara followed on behind as they spoke at times. It had been a while since they'd seen Fríthild and they were delighted to be seeing their mentor again. They were waiting for a lecture about not visiting Stoke but they would make sure they wouldn't leave it as long the next time.
"So Fríthild taught you both the art of battle?" Aragorn asked as he fell into line with the sisters.
"Yes," Éowyn spoke, "myself first and then Éowara once Éomer and I discovered what our cousin… Théodred before you ask… was doing with Éowara. Fríthild was a far better person to teach her and I was being taught by her as well so it made sense."
"I am here you know," Éowara said as she looked at her sister, "that does appear to be forgotten when speaking about me," she said as Éomer laughed softly, surprising everyone.
"It is forgotten, both on purpose and not, my youngest sister," he spoke, "we want you to know we are speaking about you but also our words are there for you to heed and listen to."
"Éomer is correct," Aragorn spoke, "we also know that we have been hard on you and haven't included you in much of the discussion but that is about to change as you will be in charge of the North and can do what you wish."
"You are letting me rule and make my own rules?" Éowara asked as she looked at Aragorn.
"Within reason," Aragorn spoke, "you were born to lead and Éomer is King of the Mark, Éowyn is Lady of Ithilien and now it is your time. Your path has not been as obvious as you brother and sister's have been."
"You want me to have the Seat of the North and rebuild it all…" Éowara spoke.
"Rule for the duration of your stay in the North before returning to Gondor to help with the restoration of the former Capital. As to where you will settle is still a question but the North is an option and in need of a leader right now," Aragorn spoke, "so I would like you to settle there, for now, see your Hobbit friends and get to know the Shire from the outside and then maybe I will figure out a way to aid you," he said.
Éomer took the lead as they neared the border of the Stonedeans and he glanced at his sisters, not expecting them to stay with himself and Aragorn once they were across the bridge into the Stonedeans.
"As soon as we are across the bridge into the Stonedeans I expect my sisters will gallop away from us. Other than moments in Meduseld and Aldberg their times with Fríthild were some of the best," Éomer told Aragorn as he saw the bridge getting closer to them.
"Seeing them both gallop off together should be a sight," Aragorn spoke, "I have only ever seen one or the other but never them both," he said.
"They were always here and having some fun with Fríthild. She was like the mother they never had sometimes," Éomer said, a sad smile on his face before they reached the bridge and crossed it carefully.
Once they were all across Éomer watched his sisters before he watched a smirk appear on his sisters' faces and he watched as they suddenly galloped off. Windfola and Gléoda going as fast as they could in the direction of Stoke. Éomer just laughed softly as his sisters were happy to be back in the Broadacres.
Fríthild was stood at the South Gate to Stoke when she heard horses galloping towards them. After realising who it was she rushed forwards, her son and daughter watching on, before she took both Éowyn and Éowara in her arms at the same time.
"Welcome back to Stoke my girls," Fríthild spoke as she kissed their heads gently and looked at them both before Éomer and Aragorn soon arrived behind them. She turned to great them and smiled softly before people came to tend the horses before the Reeve of the Stonedeans led them into Stoke and towards the Mead Hall for discussions and to catch up with her girls as she'd forever called Éowyn and Éowara ever since she'd taken them under her wing.
