Chapter 3 - Eri

[Coffee shop away from Musutafu]

Dr. Eggman behind a counter wearing a barista outfit serving coffee to customers while giving a 'customer service' smile.

Ever since Phan-Neo pushed him to the portal he has been stranded with no robots to use and no resources to help him build any. Luckily he had his super universal laptop stored in his suit pockets. He had to make a fake ID and transcript so he could survive in this world.

During his free time he did some research on common Quirks, new power sources, and resources he needed when he was able to build his army again. But kept running into problems of two things. Money and stable power that doesn't use citters nor floral seeds. Then he thought about Quirk, there has to be a Quirk that can be used as a battery that is similar to critter and chaos emerald.

So that's his main reason he is working at coffee shop. Gathering Intel of Quirks while getting money. Sadly he hasn't found the right person to use but at least the check is good. Especially when use stock market for extra.

Hours later at closing. He changed into a unzip red hoodie, black shirt underneath with black pants. And black and red boots. On his head is a beanie. He took a train to an area that has warehouses and entered one. Then he turned the lights on.

The lights flicker on and it shows all his different mechs he's been working on for months. He walked towards his super computer that recreated based off his laptop and he began typing to get any other updates and double check old data to help his future plans. Then he remembered about Chaos Drives, the one that his grandfather, Gerald Robotnik, made. He pulls out any documents he had left over and smiles.

"Orbot, Cubot get over here!"

During his month being stuck he found both his robot lackeys in dumpster damaged. So he took them back to base and repair them.

Both of them arrive.

"Yes sir" "Yeah boss"

"I want both of you look at Quirk Register database and find one that similar to Chaos Energy. And if you find any report to me. I'm gonna build device that can copy their Quirk so we can have infinite power supply."

Obit nods as Cubot shouts, "Got it boss!" They both went their way search on any info. Eggman sighs and start working on the machine to use for copying.

"H-Help me.."

Ochako went down to check on her as Izuku checked their surroundings to see who was chasing her.

"Are you o-" She got interrupted by someone that was trying to catch the little girl.

Guy with a bear mutation Quirk came around the corner with visible scars on his face with another guy with a 'normal' looking and both wearing yakuza outfits.

"Come on Eri, get back here.. Before boss gets mad" Bear demanding.

Eri shook her hear and whispered very lightly, "No.. don't let them take me.."

Izuku heard it and protective instinct took over. He glares at them.

"Uraraka, go grab her and run!"

"D-Dek-"

"Now! Please.." Giving her a worried face but smiling trying to hide his fear.

She nods and grabs Eri and runs. Izuku grabs his phone and sends a quick text to Yagi. Then puts on a device Tails made during his first month as emergency use. It's a scouter with a small mic. After turning it on, the Tails emblem appears on the screen.

"Is everything OK Midoriya?"

He got spooked when he heard Sage's voice coming off from the device.

"A-Ah no.. May kinda got myself into a situation.. I have Uraraka run somewhere safe with little child and I'm stuck on fighting two thugs.."

Silent

"... Sage?.."

"Contact Tails to come and meet Uraraka to help her. And Midoriya.."

"Yeah..?"

"Dodge left."

"Wah- woah!" He dodges at the last second from the 'normal' guy from his stretching arms.

"Running a million simulations to help you chance of winning, just focus on dodging.."

The bear one charges and try to punch Izuku but he rolls to the side and moves out the way from stretching arms.

"Midoriya! Found one solution though it's risky.. and it's only one that would work.."

Sage tell him what he should do.

"Better than nothing. Just warn me for any surprises."

"Will do Midoriya."

He ran towards the bear man, the bear pulled back his arm and punched Izuku. But he rolled below the bear's legs before he was struck.

"Get back here!" The bear turns around but Izuku uppercut his jaw. He got dazed.

"Behind you!" Sage yells.

The man launches his arms to wrap himself around Izuku and bear. But he grabs the arms to leap over it as arms retract with the bear.

"Shi-" man shouts just he messed up, gets into a collision that causes him to fall down with extra weight knocking him out.

Izuku walked up and tied those arms around tightly and knocked the bear man out.

"Well that works.. slightly different than it was simulated.." Sage mumbled a bit.

"I am here! Young Midoriya!" All Might lands, wears his white shirt and cargo shorts. "Because I am he-" he noticed the two people that were tangled together.

Izuku gave a nervous chuckle while rubbing the back of his head. "Kinda late All Might.."

The blonde titan sighs and contact the police.

[Earlier when Ochako ran away with Eri]

The brunette ran through alleyways while carrying the little girl. Hope they are far away from the danger that is happening.

'Please be ok Deku..'

She heard a beeping noise and turned to see Tails driving Cyclone in car mode. He stopped right by her.

"You ok? Sage contacted me that something bad happened?"

She nods and retold what happened before she ran. As she was explaining they saw All Might leaping towards Midoriya's direction.

"I guess we should check if Izuku is okay?" The two tails fox said to her. She nods agreeing with that idea.

About several minutes after the fight the police arrived and arrested those two yakuza members. Izuku and Uraraka gave their statement about what happened. Later All Might took them to the hospital because they saw the damages on the little girl's body.

Meanwhile on the highway where the police truck that's carrying two yakuza are in. One police member eyes glowing magenta and kicked the officer that was driving it off the truck that caused it to crash. The magenta eye officer transformed to reveal it was Phan-Neo Metal Sonic. He got out then went to the back of the truck and opened it.

The two yakuza members stared at the metallic overlord in fear as he stepped in. He stabs the Bear Quirk yakuza from his hand by going straight through his chest then walks toward the other one. His metallic hands that glowing crimson and magenta then shoved it towards the guy grabbing his head. The guy is screaming in pain as it happens.

~"Bio-data copied, Elastic Arms Quirk."~

He heard sirens coming so he severely injured the last guy. Transformed as a metallic puddle and escaped the area by using the nearest drain.

After that he went back to his metallic body and walked away in the sewers to continue looking for new bio-data to copy.

[Musutafu Hospital]

Izuku and Ochako were sitting near Eri's room waiting for her check up to be done.

Toshinori in his shrunken form walked by in his yellow pinstripe suit with Inko. She ran towards Izuku worried and checking if he was okay.

"I'm okay mom." He tried to calm her down a bit.

"I'm just worried! When Yagi told me when you're at the hospital I panicked!"

"Pardon me."

They all turn to see an old lady in a nurse suit with an orange and white outfit with yellow lining yellow gloves. Her head has a pink set around her and a blueish visor. Her hair is a bun with a syringe as a hair pin. She walks with a cane that is a syringe.

"Oh my gosh it's Recovery Girl!" Izuku fan boy from seeing her.

She chuckled at his reaction. "The staff called me cause the patient was having difficulty calming down. I was told you two saved her?" Both teens nod. "Probably a good idea to join with me, it may at least help her calm down so we can do some tests for her."

Both teens and Recovery Girl enter Eri's room. Inko sits on the chair and sighs and Toshinori sits beside her.

Hours passed, Recovery Girl came out with a gloom look. Inko and Toshinori saw the elder face.

"That poor girl, she has been through a lot. She is lucky that both Midoriya and Uraraka saved her."

Inko was worried and curious, so she decided to ask. "What do you mean?"

Old hero sighs, "She was pretty much abused and most likely traumatized. All the scars on her body were surgical precision and slightly malnourished. It's probably the main reason why the staff was having difficulty getting her to calm down."

Inko was horrified, same with Toshinori as clenched his fist.

"That's said she will have to stay here for a bit til she can recover a bit. Then she probably would get sent to an orphanage.. but the girl is very attached to the two kids and it would be a shame to separate her."

"I'll do it"

Recovery Girl smiles and nods.

"I'm gonna call one of my friends who is a detective that can help you in adoption and legal stuff." Toshi walks out for a phone call.

Author Note: Hey y'all, sorry this took awhile to make, I was hit by a worse writer block and to be fair I felt like I'm rushing it. That said, I saw the Sonic x Shadow Generation trailer and gameplay. That gave me new inspiration for the next chapter. Full on Shadow and Team Dark chapter. For Kitsune in RWBY, I haven't written the 2nd chapter for that yet because I'm planning should I write what others are doing like in the show or just focus on Kit or mix. Another story I'm planning on making is pokemon, most likely would do an MHA crossover with it.
