Four zoo animals were shipped and marooned on an island called Madagascar after one animal wanted to experience the wild. Now they have to survive in the wild and wait for help to come and take them back home to the zoo. But what happens when one of the animals gets more than they bargain for in the wild? Will they survive from one of their own?

Chapter 15

The animals were knocked off the ship and were now about to arrive on an island

The next morning Stan feels weary and exhausted from yelling and calling his friends

Gene, Foghorn, Stella. Stella, Foghorn, Gene. Gene, Foggy, Stelly. Gene, Foghorn. Gennie, Gennie, Foggy. Regis. Kelly. Matt, Katie, Al. Stan said

Suddenly Stan hears a voice in the background

Hey! Whoa! Hey! Help! Whoa! Get me out of this thing. a voice said

Huh? Stan said

Stan turns and Foghorn still stuck in his box

Foghorn? Stan said

Somebody. Hello? Get me out of this thing right now! Hello? Somebody? Foghorn said

Stan goes up close and has found Foghorn with a happy look on his face

Foghorn! Stan said

Stan? Is that you? Foghorn said

Yes, Foghorn. It is. Stan said

Thank goodness. I say thank goodness. Foghorn said

Did you need some help? Stan said

Yes, please. Foghorn said

Stan tries to help Foghorn but he couldn't see anything because of the box

Foghorn, I got you. Hang on! Hang on. I got you. Foghorn! Stan said

Ow… Foghorn said

Stan tries to help Foghorn but he falls on him into the sand fortunately he digs out of the sand and opens Foghorn's box

I got you, buddy. Stan said

Stan tries to pull Foghorn out of the box by the head but to no avail

Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow! Foghorn said

Wait a sec, Foghorn. Stan said

Ow. Foghorn said

Wait right there. Stan said

Stan then picks up a huge branch from the ground

Aha! Stan said

Stan, what are you doing? Foghorn said

Getting you out of the box. Stan said

What? Foghorn said

Stan moves back and holds the huge branch with his hands and had a determined look on his face

Relax. Stan said

Stan? Foghorn said

Foghorn looked up and gasped as he sees Stan holding a huge branch

Stan, what are you doing? Foghorn said

Rooster, corner pocket! Stan said

Rooster what? Foghorn said

Here goes nothing! Stan said

Stan started to run towards Foghorn with the huge branch

Wait, wait, wait! No, come on! Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait! Foghorn said

Hold still! Stan said

Wait, Stan! Foghorn said

Hold still. Hold still. Hold still. Stan said

No, no, come on. Come on! Foghorn said

Here i come! Stan said

Look! Look! Look! Look! Foghorn said

Look? Stan said

Yes! Foghorn said

Look at what? Stan said

It's Stella. Foghorn said

What? Stan said

It's Gloria! Foghorn said

Stella? Stan said

Suddenly a box drifts onto the island and it appears to be Stella's box

Oh, hey, it is Stella. Oh, my... Foghorn said

Foghorn looks at the huge branch and then faints

Stella! Stan said

Stan knocks on the crate door but Stella kicks the door and Stan flies

WAAAAAAUGH! Stan said

Foghorn screams as Stan crashes onto him and the long box broke into pieces

Stella! Ooh! Stan said

Stella comes out of the box and has a crab and two starfishes on her

Alrighty, boys, fun's over. Stella said

The crab and the two starfishes go back into the ocean

Stella! Stan said

Stan? Stella said

Stella takes off the seaweed and sees Stan

Stan! Stella said

Oh thank god. Stan said

Whoa! Gene said

Suddenly Stan and Stella see Gene riding on dolphins

Gene?! Stella said

Gene! Stan said

Yeah! All right! That's right! Whoo! Left! Left! Left. No, no, no, no, no, your left! Your left! Your left! Woohoo! Right here's good. Gene said

Gene surfs on the dolphins until he lands on the island

You know, i don't really have anything on me right now. I'll have to get you later. Gene said

The dolphins chatter of saying goodbye before leaving

Ah-eheheh-to you too. Gene said

Gene! Stan said

Huh? Gene said

Gene turns and sees Stan running towards him

Gene! Stan said

Suddenly "Chariots of Fire" playing as Stan and Gene start running towards each other

Stan! Gene said

Gene! Stan said in slow motion

Stan! Gene said in slow motion

Gene! Stan said

Stanny! Gene said

Gene! Stan said

Stan? Gene said

GENE! Stan said

Oh, sugar, honey, iced tea! Gene said

Gene runs away from Stan as he was still mad at him

Gene! Stan said

Hey! Hold up! Hold up! Gene said

I'm going to kill you! Stan said

Whoa! Whoa! Gene said

You come here! Stan said

Whoa! Whoa! Gene said

Don't run away from me! Stan said

Whoa, wait! Gene said

Come here. Stan said

Wait, wait! Calm down! Calm down! Gene said

Gene! Stella said

If you keep running, i'm going to just kill you more! Stan said

Gene! Foghorn said

Stella and Foghorn grabbed Stan and Gene and held them for a big hug

Oh, look at us. We're all here together. Safe and sound. Stella said

Yeah, here we are. Where exactly is. I say where exactly is "here"? Foghorn said

Everyone is surprised as they turn and they see many trees of Madagascar but Foghorn knows it's...

Whoa. Gene said

What is this place? Stan said

San Diego. Foghorn said

San Diego? Stella said

White sandy beaches, cleverly simulated natural environment, wide-open enclosures. I'm telling you, this could be the San Diego Zoo. Foghorn said

San Diego? Stella said

Complete with fake rocks. Foghorn said

Foghorn taps on a rock to prove his point

Wow, that looks real. Foghorn said

San Diego? What could be worse than San Diego? Stan said

I don't know but this place is crack-a-lacking! Gene said

What? Stan said

Oh, i could hang here. I could hang here. Gene said

Gene starts to run away again as Stan chases him

I'm gonna kill you, Gene! Stan said

Take it easy! Take it easy! Gene said

I'm gonna strangle you! Stan said

Calm down. Calm down. Gene said

Then bury you, then dig you up and clone you and kill your clones! Stan said

20-second timeout. 20-second timeout. Gene said

And then i'm never talking to you again! Stan said

Stella picks up Stan to stop him from arguing with Gene

STOP IT! Stella said

Uh...okay. Stan said

Look. We're just going to find the people, get checked in, and have this mess straightened out. Stella said

Uh...okay. Stan said

Good. Stella said

Stella then puts Stan down as he became depressed

Oh, great. This is just great. San Diego! Now i'll have to compete with Shamu and his smug little grin. I can't top that. Can't top it. I'm ruined! I'm done! I'm out of the business! It's your fault, Gene! You've ruined me! Stan said

Come on, Stan. Do you honestly think i intended all of this to happen? You want me to say that i'm sorry? Is that what you want? OK, i'm... Gene said

Shh! Stan said

He just shushed me. Gene said

Gene, you've got to be just a little bit more und... Stella said

Shush! Stan said

Don't you shush me! Stella said

Do you hear that? Don't you hear that? Stan said

The others realize he's trying to listen to the music as they run into the jungle, while they're hearing the music that has a similar beat to Stayin Alive by Bee Gees

I hear it now. Gene said

Where there's music, there's people. Stella said

We'll go to the head honcho. Stan said

A sidewalk. I say a sidewalk would be nice. Foghorn said

Yeah, what a dump. Stella said

They should call it the San Di-lame-o Zoo. First, they tell you, "Hey, we got this great open plan thing. Let animals run wild." Stan said

Foghorn gets stuck by some flowers in the jungle

Next thing you know, it's flowers in your hair, everybody's hugging everybody! Stan said

Foghorn puts at the flowers and keeps moving

This place kind of grows on you. This way, guys! Come on! Gene said

The animals are running in the jungle of Madagascar to find out where in the world that music is coming from stay tuned
