As Aleister awoke, he could feel something was different, his newest Blessings from Gaia were active. Rolling out of bed, he quickly decided to do his morning routine before checking out his new powers. As he brushed his teeth, his mind mentally went through his new gifts.
For his physical Noble Phantasm... A twitch occured across his body, this was both incredibly useful, and useless. He held out his hand, a familiar golden portal appearing and yet nothing left it.
"An empty Gate of Babylon...". He thought aloud, it was basically just storage without the dozens of treasures Gilgamesh collected. Sure he had a few weapons, but they simply couldn't compare to the infinite treasury of the King of Heroes. As for the weapon he had attained...
He returned to his bedroom, where around a table was his various physical prizes. A USB he knew contained the X-Program, a ruby slightly glowing with an ominous light, and a titanic shield, impossible for an ordinary human to lift, Lord Camelot.
But it was the ruby that held his attention, its glow enticing to the eye. He knew what it was, what great and terrible power it would offer him, the sheer potential held in that small crystal. His hand gently took hold of it-
An empire spanning dimensions, him as king of it all, his dozens of wives clambering around him, even Gaia reduced to nothing more then one of his trophies, power to reshape the worlds as he saw fit, even gods below him. The Endbringers nothing more then massive trophies, life long having left their bodies.
- Aleister let out a gasp as he stepped back from the Phantom Ruby, sweat across his brow, that was... Well not unexpected now he remembered one of the Ruby's powers, but still a surprise. His mind quickly began to think of plans to deal with the massive amount of energy the Phantom Ruby would need, perhaps something that'd convert his mana into electricity? Or have the Machine Army create a massive generator, decisions decisions.
He was so distracted he almost forgot about his final gift, the art of Necromancy. He wouldn't be truly resurrecting the dead anytime soon, but he had a start...
Speaking of the dead, he'd need to have Medea create another Servant summoning ritual for Ruler... Which may have been a horrible idea now he considered it.
Items acquired.
- X-Program (1). The X-Program, a virus that will delete anything digital once its been inserted and activated. There are only a few ways to defend against it, outlasting the program (Being so big it can't effect all of the target), the X-Antibody, or cutting out the infected parts.
New power gained.
- Gate of Babylon.
The Gate of Babylon, said to contain every treasure of humanity... At least, usually. Gaia could only copy its power, but not the treasury itself, leaving it empty until Aleister fills it himself. Objects thrown from the Gate can instantly be called back into it by the user.
Spells gained.
- Raise Undead (Allows the user to fill a dead body with magical energy and control it as a puppet, this is not true resurrection but instead manipulation of deceased flesh).
- Soul Communication (Allows the user to see and communicate with souls of the dead).
Weapon gained.
- Phantom Ruby.
An object of immense power, able to warp the line between reality and illusion. The greatest limit it possess is the fact it MUST use mundane energy to power itself, stuff like mana doesn't work.
1. Able to create a virtual reality, this effects even machines and those without minds. Within this virtual reality, the user is able to empower and alter beings, create illusions impossible to differentiate between reality and fantasy, warp the fabric of space-time to the point of creating dimensions, and teleport. Theoretically its power is limitless, but it still requires an immense amount of energy to work.
- Lord Camelot.
The Round Table of Arthurian Legends, shaped into a shield. A powerful Noble Phantasm wielded by Sir Galahad.
1. The shield can create an illusion version of the Castle of Camelot, both the defense of the shield and castle are equal to the will power of the user. If one possess an unbreakable will, they will have an unbreakable defense.
2. It also grants an anti-poison skill to its user, making them immune to all poisons with few exceptions.
Aleister wasn't exactly sure how to practice with the Third Magic, he tried creating a body, failure. He tried entering soul form, a failure. He tried creating a soul, failure.
Attempt after attempt ended in failure, it was quickly becoming clear that while Heaven's Feel was extremely powerful, it was also difficult to master.
"A list of goal, steps...". He thought aloud, perhaps if he worked in steps he could do this easier. Yes, start with the basics and go up from there.
Gonna take a lot of practice to get beyond the basics with a True Magic I'm afraid.
Aleister worked tirelessly on his current project, it was simple in design. It took the form of a fountain with water flowing freely from a tower, at the very tip of the tower was a single Photonic Crystal, from which the water was projected.
Beyond its beautiful appearance, it served a far greater purpose. It was constantly creating new data for the Digital World, which ensured he could expand it freely. It wasn't infinite data of course, but it still ensured he had a constant amount of data coming in.
Digital World updated.
Island 1 - The main island, around the size of a single football stadium, with a couple trees and large lake. It also connects to the other islands using stone bridges. It has around twelve houses across it. At the center of the island is a large fountain, created with a Photonic Crystal, it constantly produces data that can be used to improve and modify the Digital World.
"Is the uniform really necessary?". Medea asked, cheeks pink as she tugged at her skirt.
"Not really, but you do look beautiful in it". Aleister smirked as he stared at his girlfriend, currently clad in a Japanese school uniform.
"Pervert...". Caster replied, even as she sat in such a way her skirt pulled up enough to see a glimpse of her panties. "So you promised to explain more on Digimon, I'm offering you a show, so you better keep your word".
"The first thing to understand is Digimon are deeply connected to their partners, I'm sure you felt it even with your partner yet to hatch". And he was still eagerly awaiting the day it did, he wondered what sort of Digimon she'd get? "They use our emotional bonds to evolve, the stronger the bond the further they can evolve. You also want to avoid having a negative emotion driven evolution".
"Rampage?". The witch asked.
"Rampage indeed... Now, there are multiple evolution stages-".
Crack!
Both froze, glancing to a nearby table, upon which sat a lovingly prepared pillow with a large egg on it, with cracks spreading across it. Aleister was stuck staring, while Medea quickly began to approach it, standing over it the witch's eyes widened when smoke began to leak from the egg.
"I-is it okay!?". Caster's eyes were wide in panic, her master didn't know what to say, he didn't know what was going on-
CRACK!
With a final crack, the egg split in two, leaving a swirling form of smoke there, with two large yellow staring at Medea. Aleister quickly pulled out his Digivice and scanned it.
Mokumon, a Baby level Digimon. Because of its body being composed of smoke, its extremely fragile and easy for its Digi-Core to be destroyed. Despite being made of smoke, this smoke is neither harmful to it or anyone who inhales the fumes.
Medea carefully reached out, picking up Mokumon who seemed joyful in its partner's arms. The Caster just stared at it for a few moments, before a small smile spread across her face.
"It seems to be apart of the Wizardmon evolution line, fitting I suppose". Aleister spoke up, but it was clear his words weren't reaching his lover, she was stuck in a world with only Mokumon. Remembering how he'd felt when his partner finally hatched, he could understand it. "Welcome to the world then, Mokumon".
The Baby just let out a happy giggle, blowing up smoky-looking bubbles from its mouth.
I don't think anyone's surprised what path Mokumon will go down, I was considering Witchmon but I eventually decided on the Wizardmon evolution path.
Regarding its evolution, I decided to match it up with Medea's Bond Level. So technically Mokumon could get to Mega level, but he'll still need a LOT of combat experience as he's a newborn.
Gorgon felt a smirk spreading across her lips as she watched her future prey, she was currently using a Mystic Code of Medea's creation to stay hidden, a make-shift Presence Concealment that would only stay active until she moved. Her appearance was also modified with a spell, purple hair changed to green, green eyes, and tan to her skin, it was subtle but enough to differentiate her from her ordinary form.
She glanced to her prey again, remembering what her master had told her about 'Heartbreaker'.
A rapist, a manipulator, a monster just as terrible as her. But while she killed and destroyed, he ruined and corrupted. As she watched one of the controlled guards patrol around the hotel he was currently using as a base, she knew it was her time to strike.
Her Agility may only be B, but it was more then enough for her to out-speed the guard and ripoff her head. Instantly other guards around the area noticed and began to attack her, those who tried to use melee were torn apart by her claws or hair, while ranged attacks couldn't even scratch her skin.
Her grin widened as she slaughtered more guards, none of them had a power that could hurt her, what could humans do against a Demonic Beast-
She froze, what... What the hell was going on?! She struggled, pushing as much mana into her body as possible, and yet her body couldn't move! Her eyes glanced about, seeing a human completely still, was this a mortal's doing!? She barely managed to grit her teeth as she tried forcing her limbs to move, but it just wouldn't work.
"What a strange cape, a 53?". Another human spoke, approaching her and yet despite her best attempts, she couldn't reach out to rip off his head. "Most certainly not apart of the PRT, but I'm sure father would like playing with you once he gets back, Florence freeze her".
"Yea yea... She killed a bunch of the whores, how badly do you think dad's gonna fuck her as payback? I wouldn't be surprised if he breaks some bones". Another human, a girl named Florence began to approach the Avenger, who's hatred began to grow.
Perhaps if these fools had known the nature of an Avenger, and of this specific fallen goddess, they would not have said such things so casually.
But it was far, far to late for them.
Her body may not have been able to move, but that didn't matter, nothing could stop her Mystic Eyes.
"Pandemonium Cetus".
Later.
George Levly, commonly known by his hero identity of Blackout shuddered as he watched the researchers work. It had only been a few hours ago that they'd heard reports of what happened, a hotel in the middle of America, city abandoned after Heartbreaker had decided to move here... All of it reduced to melted slag, with only horrifyingly realistic stone statues of people remaining.
They were still alive, he felt vomit fill his throat but managed to push it back. Each statue was a petrified person, still alive somehow, blood flowing through their body, and yet the rest of it was all stone.
"So doc, what can you tell the PRT about... About this?". Blackout asked the head researcher, a man by the name of Sanson.
"Its one of the most horrifying power results I've seen in a long time, I don't know if their still conscious their or if its just some bodily functions still working, God I hope its just bodily functions...". Sanson went green, the hero could understand that feeling. "We're still not sure if it was some Tinker-Tech weapon or power, but we're still getting reports from people who managed to see the events as they happened".
"And what went down?".
"Dragon had drones watching the Heartbroken, it may be best to hear it from her sir". The researcher pointed to where a large dragonic mech was going over the petrified body of one of Heartbreaker's children.
Blackout gave a nod, quickly walking over to the world famous Tinker.
"Dragon". He greeted. "What have you managed to discover?".
"I can confirm there's no surviving brain, its just blood, thank God. It may be possible to reverse but I have no idea if theirs anything in them to come back". Dragon's voice held a pained tint, this was reminding her far to much of Gray Boy's bubbles. "My drones only managed to record a few minutes before the mass petrification occurred".
"Anything would help, ma'am".
"A cape appeared, ether Stranger or Mover, I couldn't see her face but she had scales across most of her body, long green hair, and a tanned skin tone from what I could see. She's defiantly a Brute with how easily she endured every attack she was hit with and tore apart any cape who got close with ease. She was only stopped when one of Heartbreaker's children froze her with their powers, and then...". The Tinker trailer off, strangely pausing.
"Dragon? What happened next?". Blackout asked, worry in his voice, it was unlike the Tinker to freeze.
"Sorry its just, I can't remember what happened next... I'm adding a confirmed Stranger rating to the snake-like cape, my memory of them is hard to hold onto". Dragon's words caused a spike of panic through the PRT hero, a murderous cape with a combination of Stranger and Brute powers, plus whatever petrified everything? This wasn't good. "The last thing I recorded was a flash of light and then the drones were destroyed".
"I see, I'll report it to my higher ups. Thank you for your assistance". Blackout began to walk away, once he was far enough away and nobody was watching him, he spoke. "Door open".
A rift in space appeared before him, a door to another place. He quickly entered, it closing behind him.
Huh... Just realized I didn't add a mission for Heartbreaker? Uhm... I'll still give a mission reward, as this is a large group who if not for the fact Gorgon was a goddess (Fallen as she was), would've easily been able to control her and turn her against us.
Bond up.
Gorgon: 2.
If there was one thing Aleister really enjoyed about having a brainwashed harem? None of them would argue if he decided to take multiple out to lunch, right now he was enjoying a nice meal with Iris and Lumine, both girls gleeful to be with their beloved master.
"Aleister! You should try the cheesecake, its really good!". Lumine held up a fork filled with cheesecake, which he happily took a bite of. Not to be beaten, Iris took a spoonful of her ice cream.
"Ice creams better...". Iris blushed when he took a bit of it, he smirked at the blushing faces of both girls.
"Personally I think both are good, theres no need to argue over desert girls". Aleister's own desert was a small slice of chocolate cake. "Would you like to try mine?".
Both nodded, eagerly enjoying as he fed them. Truly, it was great to be king.
Bond up.
Iris Dawn: 4.
Lumine Grace: 2.
Just a suggestion in the future, suggesting activities to do with the characters helps me write the scenes instead of coming up with stuff on my own.
Aleister looked over the data he'd been sent by Nibelcole, a pleased smile on his lips. It'd take a few weeks of work he was told, but they'd already got the city they'd found themselves in converted, with the construction of Ana's temple already under way and soon they'd begin work on Yasomagatsuhi's. It had some farm area's and many housing areas, although entertainment was slow in progress compared to making the city inhabitable.
The survivors in the city hadn't welcomed the Machine Army with open arms, even when Nibelcole had used a projection to create an avatar, thinking she was some invader. She'd been forced to put them in cells until they calmed down enough to listen, or kicked out of the city.
With the city slowly building, Nibelcole had sent out groups of drones to begin searching and extracting resources nearby the city. Soon she'd send out forces to capture, recruit, or exterminate any survivors, mutants, or whatever monstrosities she'd find. Peaceful creatures would be left alone if they didn't want to come to the city.
Drones for farming and helping re-fertilize the land in order to restore nature, and once he'd set up a stable portal that didn't require Iris or her spear, he'd be able to send Nia over with Bio-Tinkered plants.
If the Machine Army encountered any groups interested in communicating, Nibelcole would use diplomacy to explain how she was created to rebuild the world, offering to bring people to the city where they will be taken care of. Those that rejected would be left alone, but warned if they interfered in the reconstruction (Conquest) of the world, they'd be dealt with. Those who came to the city would be told of the 'Techno-Messiah', who would save the world from the destruction and with the help of machines and blessings of the gods rebuild the world.
Nibelcole would also be researching the history of the world, how the apocalypse began, everything they'd need to know about the state of the world and how to improve it.
Aleister did consider also allowing certain charismatic humans to be priests of his 'Machine Gods', but that idea would take months if not years to complete. He couldn't trust random strangers as priests, he needed to properly ensure they were truly loyal to him.
Next they'd begin construct on a palace for him and his allies, a place of comfort and safety, along with plenty of space and material for research and experiments. He'd also likely transfer the Digital World into the coding of the palace, as it could only expand so much inside a computer, even a Photonic Crystal Super Computer such as the one he was using.
Finally Aleister would present himself as the Techno-Messiah, who along with his gods, who he'd purposely leave mysterious to ensure less questions and hopefully gain more faith. He'd turn the city into his cult, a cult of science and technology, machine gods. Of course he wouldn't force the population to follow his false religion, but PR was a powerful tool. He'd let people keep their own religions, but none of them would receive support from the Machine Army.
Aleister smiled as he went over the plans, some small details would likely need to be covered as work continued. But right now he just needed to do a few more things, specifically create a Mystic Code that'd generate a portal for transport to the ruined world...
He also needed a name for the city, perhaps Medeatopolis? Nah, it'd be funny but he didn't want to imagine the glare Medea would give him.
The city isn't ready and won't be for a while, its going to need a LOT of resources and time, but it is automatically being worked on and expanded by Nibelcole. It does need a proper portal to it made though, as currently the only way their is Iris and Rhongo.
Aleister looked over the ritual currently being set up, they'd been lucky so far with summoning's, and considering they were dealing with a Ruler, he decided to stay on the side of safety.
Medea had created dozens of spells to slow down the Servant, Gorgon and Okita were here as support, and the Demi-Servants were waiting outside the room to rush in and lend support. The master himself was wearing his full Faust armor, in case things went wrong.
"Alright, we're ready". Medea told her master, who nodded and held out his hand, Command Seals glowing.
A magical aura filled the room, golden sparkles forming together and-
"GAH!". Aleister was lunched into a wall, golden eyes glaring at him as a sword was swung at his neck, Okita instantly appearing and clashing with the other Servant, only to be pushed back with ease, flames rushing at her and searing her clothes. "Shit!".
"La Grandement Du Hai-". The corrupted saint prepared to use her Noble Phantasm, the spells of Medea utterly useless against Ex Magic Resistance. Thankfully, they had an Avenger to deal with a Ruler.
"Die". Gorgon hissed, her hair biting at Jeanne Alter, and then the Avenger delivered a brutal punch against her, and then another, and another. The fallen saint may have had incredibly high Parameters, but her Endurance was only that of C. She raised her claws to finish the Ruler-
"Wait!". Aleister shouted out, struggling to stand, even with vibranium armor, being hit by A Rank Strength still hurt. "We could still use her!".
"Don't bother, Command Seals would wash off her like water, and I doubt brainwashing would work on a Heroic Spirit. She's simply to dangerous, cut her down". Medea glared at the Ruler, who glared right back and spat at her.
Aleister's mind raced, what could he do here?
Sadly, Ruler was not a good choice this time. But in return for this troublesome Alter, this time I will reveal what Servants will be summoned in this Blessing!
