"Medea, is it possible to trap her in a Grail or into a Demi-Servant?". Aleister quickly rushed for a solution, Gorgon pausing in her movement, the head of Jeanne Alter gripped between her claws despite the Ruler's attempts to get free.
"It... May be possible, I'll need a few hours to make an empty Grail, but keeping her mana and Spirit Origin trapped is rather easy". Medea frowned, she personally would've rathered the Ruler killed, but she could see the use of putting rebellious Servants into a Grail. "As for the Demi-Servant... If I have time yes-".
"Can you hurry up then!? She's biting me!". Gorgon hissed with disgust on her face, looking seconds away from killing the Ruler on the spot.
"Woe be me to upset our dear Avenger...". Medea quickly got to work, a flex of her hand bringing a pot over to her, the Caster chanting quietly in Greek under her breath as various Greek letters appeared across the pot. "It will work until I can finish a proper Grail".
"Perfect".
Splat!
Jeanne Alter's head was crushed into a gooey mess, causing the others to gain disgusted expressions. C Rank Endurance simply couldn't withstand the A++ Rank Strength of the Gorgon. Her body quickly transformed into golden sparks that were absorbed into the pot.
"That... was unnecessarily bloody". Aleister winced, even as he took off his Faust armor. "Hopefully the next one will be more willing to listen".
Holy Grail.
Gather the mana of six Servants to achieve a limited wish, gather seven to achieve an near-unlimited wish.
- Mana of Jeanne Alter (Ruler).
It was rather curious watching Keramon work, the Rookie knew little to nothing on coding, and yet could easily put together some of the most complex codes together into a working game. Honestly, Aleister felt like he wasn't putting much work in their current project with how easily Keramon was doing everything.
"How goes the final boss?". He asked his partner, the Magician currently working on some textures for the arena.
"Wicked!". The Virus laughed, waving his hand and the screen brought up an image of the 3D model of Artoria Alter, a grin across both their faces.
With the popularity of Fate/Grand Order, it was only natural to take advantage of it. Aleister's mind returned to the moment this idea had come up, when he had found the Demi-Servants and Okita having a Smash Bros tournament together. Thus, he had began to work on a Fate fighting game.
He was careful to include only characters revealed in F/GO so far, so as tempting as it was, he couldn't include Gilgamesh as the final boss and instead stuck with Artoria Alter.
"You want to do the honors partner?". Aleister asked Keramon, who laughed and pressed confirm.
With that, Fate/Grand Arena was officially open to the public. A video game that would be updated at the same time as Fate/Grand Order with new Servants and stories.
Bond up.
Keramon: 7.
No reveals or anything, Fate/Grand Arena is basically just a Fate Smash Bros style game that will be updated with more fighters as F/GO is updated.
Aleister frowned as he checked over his generator, even with an Arc-Reactor it had been pushed dangerously close to having irreparable damage. The Robotization process consumed an absurd amount of energy, and he had finally realized why Eggman so rarely used wide-scale Robotization, it simply cost to much power.
Still... He had achieved what he'd set out to do, fifty-eight Robians. All of which he'd quickly sent to the Digital World in order to work in the mines and farms, which would ensure he'd have a steady supply of food and Digizoid.
Of course, it also meant he lacked any disposable test subjects, his capes were to valuable. So if he wanted more organic test subjects he'd have to kidnap some criminals or homeless.
Oh well, that was a worry for the future. With his generators on cool down, he couldn't work on energy consumptive projects. Maybe a visit to his family? Yes, that sounded nice.
Robians.
58.
After Interlude, a couple hours after Aleister returned to the mansion.
Nobody wanted to talk to Aleister after what had happened, after making it look like the Crowley Family bakery was simply shutting down for a few weeks, he had returned to the mansion and brooding as he sat on the living room, concerned allies looking in on him. Eventually however, he spoke.
"Nibelcole, how goes the investigation into the Slaughterhouse Nine and warlords across the globe?". He asked, the AI quickly taking over the TV to project images.
"After investigations, I have concluded three answers. Various accidents have happened whenever an area has anything approaching peace, politicians assassinated, bombings from terrorists, and new gangs or lone criminals moving in. While investigations into the Nine have been... Less conclusive, I can conclude there is likely a group out there working towards keeping things unstable to produce new parahumans". Nibelcole was quick and cold in her words, drawing a dark smirk from Aleister.
"So it is... And how likely do you believe it is that this group, would provide criminals with supplies or perhaps... Powers in a bottle?". The Magician kept his dark smirk even as his various allies looked concerned. "You know, I'm not one to believe in rumors, but this one has been around for a couple decades now, so of course it has more standing then most. But with the knowledge this group are willing to ruin any attempts at peace just to produce more parahumans, whats stopping them from experimenting in order to create parahumans of their own? I have no idea how its possible, but it is an obvious conclusion to come to".
I see, but whats the end goal?". Nibelcole frowned, she was an advanced AI, but how did having uncontrollable parahumans help anything?
"I doubt its anarchy, no group would last so long if its end goal was anarchy. Weapons perhap? A belief that if they create enough capes, we could overwhelm the Endbringers?". Aleister still kept the same smirk on his lips, and for a few seconds let go of his grip on his Conqueror's Haki.
A feeling of pure killing intent filled the room, causing a few to stumble and some cracks in the windows. But it was quickly reined in.
"Or perhaps, they have greater goals... Goals that a wish could help them achieve". The pure venom in his voice was enough to put an elephant down.
"Master, you may be jumping to conclusions". Medea, who had stayed quite and watched until now spoke up. "While I'll admit there is a... Chance they are connected to the group who took your sisters, you are in no state to hunt them down".
"I... I hate to agree with you there, but your correct, as usual...". Aleister's hands clenched into fists, he knew if he jumped into this recklessly, his sisters could die. He had no idea how long souls would last on their own before they began to get damaged, what if it was to late for his parents-
No, panicking would do him no good, he needed to calm himself.
"Good work Nibelcole, keep working on the city, I'm sure I'll have more for you to do later".
Bond up.
Nibelcole: 2.
Aleister connected some wires together, glancing to the large metallic gate he'd created in the mansion's basement. It took some inspiration from Ground-Bridges from Transformers, creating a vortex in a large circle that would allow him to teleport anywhere he had the coordinates to, even other dimensions after studying Rhongoymniad.
It'd cost a lot of energy to activate (He always seemed to need more of that, didn't he?), but it'd let him easily transport himself or others anywhere he wanted, including to the still unnamed Machine Army city.
So it was with a flick of a switch, he turned it on. As the green vortex-like portal appeared, it quickly changed to become the entryway to a sci-fi looking city. Success.
"Bring Nia's plants in, Nibelcole will know what to do with them". He ordered a group of robians he'd prepared for this, the robotizied humans quickly acting to grab large potted plants and bringing them through the portal. Left unmentioned was the fact he was testing the portal wouldn't destroy them on the spot, and when they came back five minutes later completely fine, he knew had had succeeded completely.
One mission down, dozens of others to go.
- Interdimensional Portal.
A large metallic gate, big enough for a large van to get through. It works like a Ground-Bridge from Transformers, creating portals anywhere as long as we have coordinates, this works even for alternate worlds.
Aleister did his best to calm himself down, to try and remove the negative emotions clouding his mind, but it was so hard. He had thought he'd be able to calm himself down, but it was proving difficult.
He calmed his breathing, slowly, calm, calm... He needed to be calm, absolutely calm. But slowly, he manged to center himself, he could rage later, for now he needed to relax and focus.
He opened his eyes, calm breathing, focused. Slowly, his body started to become transparent, it was working, he just needed to stay calm.
He managed to hold himself like that for a few minutes, but when the sound of a police siren came by the mansion, he lost focus and reverted to normal.
But Aleister had managed to do it, even if only for a small amount of time, he'd turned his physical body into a soul form.
New power discovered!
- Third True Magic - Heaven's Feel.
The Third True Magic, capable of materializing the soul. Through it, the user's soul becomes an 'Eternal Generator' for all spiritual based energies (Mana, Reiryoku and such), meaning the user's soul will have an infinite amount of it. Because the user is now a materialized soul, their body can be changed in anyway, species, looks, or even sex.
1. User can now shift their physical body into a soul form, making them immune to any attack that doesn't effect the soul. The user must remain absolutely calm while using this, or it will not work.
Aleister glanced to the various Greek symbols written around him, Medea had done her best to ensure the ritual they were about to do had no chances of going wrong, but she was a Greek Caster and they were dealing with a Japanese Divine Spirit. Kurumi had done her best to help, but Baobhan Sith was an Archer, not a Caster.
They were set up far, far away from Brockton Bay, an area of Asia that had been destroyed by the Ash Beast, an almost S-Class threat (Only held back by the fact he could only travel so fast and was easily avoidable). There was nobody living here or even watching it, making it a perfect spot for their ritual.
"Alright... We ready?". Aleister asked, recieving a nod from Medea, who had decided to stick by him in case things went wrong. They had Iris ready to lunch Rhongomyniad onto Yasomagatsuhi if things went wrong. "Lets go then".
The Magician held out his hand, visibly glowing with mana as his Command Seals glowed, he wouldn't be using them, it was simply a side effect. Then, he began to chant.
"Catastrophe incarnate, arise from the void".
Mana dripped from every piece of his body, falling to the ground and converting it a black-red mud that began to move forward, towards a summoning circle Medea had set up. Aleister winced, his soul may produce infinite mana, but that didn't mean his circuits didn't hurt from channeling that much power into the spell.
"Manifest thyself!".
The black-red mud began to gather together into an orb, which quickly increased in size as it absorbed more of his converted mana. A feeling of danger began to fill the air, corruption and devastation.
Calamity.
"Invoke the Demigod - Yasomagatsuhi!".
The orb of mud cracked, a massive wing emerging from it. Quickly followed by another, the head of a monstrous dragon emerged, six eyes glaring down at Aleister. The rest of the mud fell away, revealing the full form of the incomplete Divine Spirit.
And yet, incomplete or not, a Divine Spirit was still a god. Aleister barely managed to remain standing, Yasomagatsuhi didn't even move, but its very presence was a calamity that would bring lesser men to their knees.
"Is... Is the Bounded Field still active?". The Magician spoke through gritted teeth, Medea nodded, having set up a Bounded Field that would stop any spying eyes from noticing the summoning. "Great... Have FB and Meltryllis located Gesellschaft?".
The Caster nodded, causing a smirk across her master's face.
"Perfect...".
Armin Sommer was an average man, he had a good wife, a good daughter who was set to marry a good man, and had recently got a promotion in his job. All in all, he believed he was an earnestly good man, who lived in a good country-
VWWAAAAAAAARRRROOOOOOOOM!
He froze, no, it had only been a few weeks since Brockton Bay was attacked by Leviathan! There was no way that an Endbringer was attacking now, and especially not here! Around him, various civilians began to panic or try and calm others down.
Every news channel and radio quickly changed, showing camera's of what could only be called a dragon flying towards the city, its massive size pointing towards a single conclusion.
A new Endbringer, and it was targeting them.
Armin quickly found himself fleeing with the rest of the civilians towards the closest Endbringer shelter, praying his wife and daughter would be safe.
Wasserkraft was one of the most powerful capes of the Gesellschaft, a hydrokinetic who had been fundamental in dozens of Leviathan attacks. He had experience with Endbringers, but that didn't make it any less terrifying, especially since it had been years since the last time a new Endbringer had emerged, him only being fourteen at the time and yet to trigger.
He was working with a group by orders of The Führer, one a Mover who could transform into lighting to travel at immense speeds and even take people with him, the other a Brute who had survived hits from Leviathan itself.
"What do we know so far?". Wasserkraft asked the Mover, who frowned.
"Nothing, our Thinker allies cannot even begin to estimate what this new Endbringer can do. We know its fast, it will be arriving within ten minutes, but asides from that, nothing". The Mover looked terrified, not that he could blame her.
"Calm yourself, we fight for the glorious and noble cause of our people. We shall survive this and bring glory to our homeland!". The Brute, a deluded fool who called himself König. It was obvious his encounter with Leviathan had only further boosted his ego-
"Tannin is approaching! All units, prepare for battle!". The radio all of them have been required to wear blurted out, a name for the new Endbringer having been quickly decided. If only they had known just how close it really was.
As Wasserkraft turned to move, he barely had enough time to widen his eyes as a beam of light tore through him and his allies, reducing them to nothing but ashes.
Blut rushed through the hallways of Gesellschaft's main base, terror in his every step. How? Their base was protected by some of the most advanced security on the planet and maintained by Tinkers, and yet-
"Are you scared, Mister Mark Dünhaupt?". A voice echoed over the speakers, feminine, young, but filled with a sadistic glee. A door he was trying to escape through suddenly shut by itself. "Tannin is getting closer you know, I'd say your capes can only hold it back for six more minutes~".
"DECEIVER! THE GREAT GUARDIANS OF OUR COUNTRY WILL NEVER FALL TO THAT MONSTROSITY!". Blut screamed as holes across his arms opened, blood beginning to emerge and shift into claws that he used to tear through the steel door in front of him. If he could turn off the power he could remove this hacker's influence and let them focus on defending themselves against the Endbringer-
A black blast of energy tore through his chest, he only had a few seconds to look upon his killer before falling over.
"That was boring, I thought he was meant to be some high up agent?". Kurumi frowned, her appearance currently that of her Heroic Spirit thanks to Medea's spells.
"High up doesn't equal powerful, he could only manipulate his own blood and relied more on political power then anything". Meltryllis explained over the radios. "If your looking for a challenge, there is a cape with the extremely high Blaster ratings nearby, calls herself Bogenschütze".
"Bogenschütze...? Doesn't that translate to Archer?". Kurumi felt a smirk cross her lips, oh this was going to be fun.
A katana was sheathed, blood staining blue and white clothe. Okita sighed, staring at the dozens of corpses around her, equipped with Tinker-Tech or not, an ordinary human couldn't hope to stand a chance against a Servant. Checking the charm Medea had given her was still working and she still looked like a living shadow, she prepared to move-
"How wunderbar, to take down the entire Wiedergänger squad. You are quite an amazingly powerful cape". She froze at the silky smooth voice, turning around to face the unexpected intruder, glaring at the masked... Man?
Was that tail apart of the Cape before her? Seeing it move, she knew it was. Before he could attack or attempt anything the Assassin rushed forward to cut him down, but in the moments between her drawing her katana to cut him down-
"Sit". She froze at the command, but despite her mental protests her body quickly sat down. "Tell me your name".
"O-oki- Gughhh...". Okita struggled against it, she truly did, but... "A-assassin!".
"Oh? Its been a long time since I've met someone able to resist me enough to provide a fake name". The strange man, who she had quickly realized was a Master, held out his hand. "Deactivate your Stranger power".
The Assassin grit her teeth, but a part of her quickly noticed a detail. She felt no push to remove Medea's charm, the Master couldn't effect things he wasn't aware of. She likely only had a few seconds, quickly sending her true master a telepathic message.
'Aleister! There's a Master among the enemy!'.
Aleister, or rather Faust swore. He hadn't expected to deal with a Master, and none of his Servants had a defense against it, except Medea... Who was currently keeping an eye on the recently arrived Triumvirate, invisible to their senses. He'd have to handle it himself.
If worst came to worst, he could use a Command Seal to bring Okita to him.
He quickly began running towards where he sensed Okita, not risking Flash Air without knowing exactly what was around her-
'ALEISTER! The troops I cut down are still alive and being sent towards you!'.
That message from Okita was the only reason he was able to avoid a beam of pure energy, and then use Flash Air to teleport into the air above the rest of the laser barrage.
As he landed, he glared at the Wiedergänger Squad, the name now making more sense.
"Zombies soldiers huh? I'm guessing its the power of a Bio-Tinker... So I'll just tear you apart until I get my Assassin". Lighting cackled around his fist, Faust launched himself forward.
"A danger sense? Or... Telepathy?". The Gesellschaft Master mused, even as Okita glared at him, futilely trying to break free and cut him down. "Ah... I just realized, I never introduced myself did I? My soldiers call me Führer".
The Assassin simply glared at him, but the Master simply kept watching the battle between Faust and the Wiedergänger Squad through a glass window.
Suddenly the lights in the room went out, a sigh leaving Führer's mouth.
"I suppose that means your hacker ally has managed to gain complete control of the facility... Its funny, I had prepared dozens of plans to deal with groups like the Triumvirate, and yet it was a group of fellow 'villains' that ruined my dream". The Master pulled out a remote with three buttons, pressing one of them to seemingly no effect. "Well, at least I'll have a laugh before having to rebuild...".
Führer turned to Okita, and even without seeing his face, she could feel the smirk he was giving her.
"Assassin... Kill Faust, and once you have, return to me".
And her body moved to obey, even as she screamed in her mind.
Alexandria grit her teeth as she flew out of a crater, having been sent there by an attack from the new Endbringer. But this was by far one of the most chaotic Endbringer attacks the PRT had ever dealt with.
Not only did they have to deal with Tannin, but also the Gesellschaft members who decided it was a better idea to fight the PRT then the fucking Endbringer.
Her eyes took in the sight of the battlefield around her, a sinking in her gut as she noticed just how many capes Tannin had killed. Each Endbringer had a specialty, and she was quickly realizing what Tannin's was.
It was a living calamity, a monster created just to destroy.
But as she took in the battlefield, her eyes were drawn to a fight going on... Faust. What was Aleister Crowley doing here? Was he attempting to take advantage of the Endbringer attack to gain new victims for his experiments?
Her fist clenched, Contessa's plan had involved sending Crowley to New York, but with the opportunity presented to her? She had to take it.
"I've seen Faust, moving to remove him". She spoke to her communicator, ignoring Dragon's pleas that it was a bad idea, and flew towards the criminal-
Only for a bizarre creature with tentacles to tackle her, her mind quickly flashing back to one of the files they had on 'Mephisto' members. This one was still unnamed, but people had taken to calling to calling it Kraken. Cauldron theorized it was ether an extreme case of mutation by powers or created by a Bio-Tinker...
Which meant it was no longer classified as human, and thus there would be no problem with Alexandria killing it.
Faust grunted as he ripped off the head of the last zombie soldier, they had impressive regeneration factors, but if he took out the head, they'd die permanently.
Now he just needed to help Okita-
'MASTER DODGE!'.
He quickly leaped back as a living shadow cut exactly where he stood, his mind quickly realizing the situation. The Gesellschaft Master could control even a Servant, and he'd have to fight Okita... Well, if he didn't have a trump card. It was annoying to waste, but better then risking losing Okita.
"By order of my-". He couldn't finish the order, a slash of the Assassin's sword sending him stumbling back. Shit, Okita had fucking A+ Rank Agility, he wouldn't have enough time to issue an order! And he wasn't eager to test Vibranium's durability against a mystically empowered katana. "This is going to hurt you a lot more then it will hurt me!".
'Just hurry Aleister! We can't let that Master escape!'.
The two rushed at each other, this would be a hard fight.
Naomi frowned as she killed another member of Gesellschaft with one of her snakes, she had managed to eliminate most of the higher ups of the Nazi organization, but found herself running into an unexpected issue...
"G-gaaah...". The PRT hero underneath her groaned, but a quick stomp of her foot crushed his chest. It also caused the other heroes to attack her.
This was taking far to long, fine then.
"Come to me... Great Orochi!".
Chrysalimon HURT, he hurt badly.
He had been having fun in the attack, his duty to guard Medea in case someone noticed her through the invisiblility spells she'd cast. He may have also taken it as the opportunity to tear apart several enemy capes.
But when he had seen the flying woman, Alexandria, attempt to rush his partner, he'd leaped forward to protect him. He had expected a tough fight, but... To call it a fight was an lie.
CRACK!
"Gaaaah!". He groaned as a crack spread across his outer shell, Alexandria wasn't holding back her punches and the Champion was barely keeping up. Another hand reached out, and with a mighty tear one of his tentacles was ripped from his body, a burst of ones and zeroes following it.
"What in the world are you...? No matter, your reign of destruction ends here". Another super-speed punch was dealt to the Champion, who desperately tried counterattacking with a silent Data Crusher, his tentacles rushing at Alexandria. "Enough!".
SNAP!
"GAAAAAARGGHH!". Chrysalimon roared in agony as every single one of his tentacles was ripped from his body, and without knowing it...
"GET AWAY FROM MY PARTNER YOU BITCH!".
"Lightless, Three-Stage Thrust". A dead voice uttered.
CRACK!
A few minutes ago.
Faust felt he was doing pretty good fighting against a full force Servant, well as good as one could be when wearing armor that negated all of Okita's attacks.
While Okita kept doing her best to warn him of her attacks, it was just to much information to take in at once. She was just so god damn FAST! He couldn't catch her with his Mystic Eyes, she didn't stay still long enough for him to use Displacement, he could only use Thought Acceleration in short bursts, his Haki and Reinforcement were the only reason he'd landed a few attacks at all. He dared not face the Assassin in sword combat, even if he could feel his Zanpakuto practically demanding it.
He wanted to use the Good Luck Charm Medea made him, but in the current situation? The rush of bad luck after using it in this situation could be fatal, what if he lost control of Yasomagatsuhi?
He had no way to use the Phantom Ruby, it wouldn't accept mana and Okita had long broken his Electro-Glove, his only chance of powering the Ruby.
Aleister growled, he needed a chance to his Command Seals and remove the master effect on Okita, but any time he tried speaking up to use it, she'd instantly stop him with a quick slash. He couldn't feel it, but being pushed about had a way of stopping you from completing your sentences-
PAIN!
The Magician's eyes widened as he stumbled, a burning pain in his chest, but it wasn't his own... He stared with horror as Chrysalimon was being beaten by Alexandria, tentacles missing and cracks across his shell. Anger rose in his chest, his vision changing for a few moments to the image of his parents dead bodies.
Not again.
NOT AGAIN!
SNAP!
"GAAAAAARGGHH!". Chrysalimon roared in agony as the last of his partners tentacles were ripped off by Alexandria, and Aleister moved.
"GET AWAY FROM MY PARTNER YOU BITCH!". He screamed, mana, Reiryoku, and lightning swirling around him. He rushed to charge that bitch and rip her to pieces for daring to harm his partner.
"Lightless, Three-Stage Thrust". A dead voice uttered from behind him.
CRACK!
An attack that bypassed causality, three strikes at once, an attack that surpassed the simple destruction of material things. Against such a thing, even vibranium couldn't defend.
Under such an attack, the armor of Faust shattered, a blade piercing through his chest.
"ALEISTER!". His allies who had seen the fight screamed, all thought of keeping his name hidden lost on their mind.
The Magician stumbled forward as the blade pulled out of his back, a large section of the Faust Mystic Code's chest broken, and falling to the ground. It was luck that Okita had missed his heart and not damaged his helmet, but with the amount of blood he was losing.
"ROAAAAAAAAAAARRRR!". An earthshaking roar shook the ground, without Aleister to control it, Yasomagatsuhi would rampage and destroy.
All the while, yellow eyes stared at the sight of his partner on the ground, unblinking.
Chrysalimon stared, even as he felt his coding fall apart, he stared at the form of his partner on the ground. The appearance of Medea quickly teleporting to her side and barraging Alexandria with a wave of spells, Naomi and Kurumi rushing to hold down the struggling Okita, the roar of Yasomagatsuhi as it began to truly rampage, all was ignored in favor of Aleister Crowley bleeding out on the floor.
The Virus felt furious, he felt helpless, he cursed the parahuman that had caused Okita to attack Aleister, he cursed Alexandria for weakening him so much he couldn't move.
But most of all he cursed himself, for being to weak, for being unable to help his partner.
He hated it.
He hated it.
He hated his weakness so much.
CRACK!
Even as cracks spread across his body, Chrysalimon lifted himself up with newly generated tentacles, every movement caused move cracks across his shell, data leaking from them.
He'd defend his partner, even if it cost him everything. Thats what partners where for right?
It was by no means a miracle, it was vengeful, it was selfish, it was dark. It was the selfishness of a monster that simply didn't want to let go of his friend, and of a beast that would bring the world to its knees.
"Chrysalimon Digivolve to...".
A pillar of crimson energy rose into the sky, as the cracks across his body finished spreading... And something began to emerge from the shell of what once was.
Medea was not in a calm enough emotional state to think, all she had on her mind was killing Alexandria so she could get to Aleister.
Curses, waves of elemental energy, time manipulation, pure mana. All of it was sent at Alexandria, but she just wouldn't fall down!
A punch was delivered to the Caster, and from the crunching sound, her now broken nose. Medea tried gathering herself, creating a barrier to defend herself but-
"No more tricks!". A punch from the other woman sent the witch to the ground, Servant or not, Medea was by no means a fighter, she only had a Strength of E and Endurance of D. Compared to Alexandria, she just couldn't keep up.
The Triumvirate woman let out a breath, before quickly turning to glare at the two remaining members of Mephisto. One, a girl in a cloak that completely covered her and the other with burning bright red hair, the cloaked girl was desperately applying medical attention to Faust, while the red-haired girl was furiously fighting the living shadow Stranger who had been fighting Faust.
Alexandria prepared to move forward and deal with all three of them-
"Chrysalimon Digivolve to...".
Killing intent filled the air, and as Alexandria turned around, she was met with a massive pair green and yellow eyes.
"INFERMON!". The monster cried out, its mouth opening to reveal a canon like attachment. "SPIDER SHOOTER!".
She didn't even have time to speak before she was blasted with enough energy to destroy a city, sending her flying through dozens of buildings. Of course, this was followed with a couple dozen Spider Shooters hitting her again, and again, and again.
By the time Infermon was done, a crater was all that stood where Alexandria once did. The Ultimate knew she had survived, something within him screamed it, but he had more important things to worry about. Turning to face his allies trying to restrain Okita, one of his massive limbs reached out and stomped the Assassin lightly, it wouldn't kill her, but she'd certainly be hurting later.
"B-bring me to Aleister". Medea, who despite the pain she was in spoke to Kurumi, who quickly brought the Caster over to the still bleeding out Aleister. She held out her hand and uttered. "Πάγωμα (Freeze)".
Instantly the Magician's body just froze, his blood stopped flowing, his mind stopped thinking, he had been completely frozen.
"It... Will only last five minutes, his magic resistance is just to high... FB, activate the portal, we need medical attention...". The Caster ordered, the communicators that Kurumi and Naomi held listened to her orders, and a green vortex appeared in front of them.
The group quickly fled into it, with Infermon lifting his foot up to allow them to grab Okita. Only once the portal closed did he relax, they'd take care of Aleister...
The Ultimate glared at the PRT and Gesellschaft capes, they had seen to much now, they had seen an 'Endbringer' show care for people, they needed to be silenced. His mouth opened, energy gathering, which he shot into the air and let out a single cry.
"Network Grenade".
Fire rained from the sky.
So people may be wondering why everyone reacted so negatively to Aleister getting stabbed? I mean, he could just create a new body later. But let me ask you something, if you see your friend stabbed, is your first response calmness, rage, or fear? Nobody was thinking rationally here, they just wanted to get out of there with Aleister.
If we hadn't gotten Keramon to Bond 7 earlier, this would actually ended with Aleister's body death and Okita's permanent death.
I also decided to follow the Adventure Reboot rules here, with Ultimate Digimon being... Big. If you want a rough idea how big Infermon is, he's around the same size as Yasomagatsuhi... And yes, that will make people think there where TWO Endbringers here.
Skills improved.
- Observation Haki 32%. 32% chance to be forewarned of attacks.
- Armament Haki 27%. Converts willpower into an invisible armor around your body, enhancing both defense and offense. It also allows the user to hit those with non physical bodies (Logia Devil Fruits, Spirits, stuff like that).
- Conqueror's Haki 15%. Allows you to exert your own willpower over others, doing things such as intimidating, knocking people out, and if strong enough even damage the world around them. (NOTE! This Haki cannot be trained and only improved through combat and the user's own will becoming stronger).
A newspaper flew by, for a few seconds sticking onto a car screen, the driver glaring at it, the images of two titanic monsters being the main attention grabber.
The attack of the dragon Endbringer Tannin had one of the highest death rates in the history of Endbringer attacks, with over two hundred cape deaths, and a still rising number of civilians. The appearance of a second Endbringer, Bael, only made things worst.
During the battle, Alexandria of the Triumvirate was injured so badly she's been forced off the field until recovery, Chief Director Costa Brown had this to say.
"During my life I've seen the rise of five Endbringers, and each and every one was a tragedy. I've seen the death of Hero, of so many good people. During that time I've kept a simple motto to myself, no matter what, I would keep pushing forward. With the many tragedies of current times, the PRT will work to ensure the people can be safe and secure".
However, we've seen dozens of signs the PRT is not as perfect as they want to present. The rise of the A-Class Criminal Faust has been completely uncontested by the heroes, and The Führer escaped unharmed during the entire Endbringer attack, despite his allies freely attacking the PRT as well as Tannin.
Can we truly trust the words of those who constantly fail us?
The newspaper quickly flew away, the driver getting back to focusing on the road.
Aleister groaned, his entire body hurt, something was being shoved against his mouth and he just wanted to sleep-
"Its a Senzu Bean, I swear to Zeus Aleister if you don't eat it this instant!". An annoyed and familiar voice spoke up, despite the pain it caused he forced his mouth open and swallowed the bean, instantly a refreshing feeling traveled through his body as he forced his eyes open.
"Guughh, what the fuck... That was a clusterfuck beyond clusterfucks". The Magician groaned, with Medea glaring.
"As much as I'd like to enjoy wordplay with you, you've been out for two days". The Caster's words caused the master's eyes to widen. "Yasomagatsuhi rampaged for an entire day before it ran out of the mana you gave it, while Keramon is now recognized as the fifth Endbringer 'Bael', who had to slaughter every single person who saw the fight between you and Okita".
"Shit... What about our equipment? Did we at least get the Master who controlled Okita?". Medea was silent, before pointing towards the corner, he instantly winced.
The Faust Mystic Code was completely missing the chest, with cracks spread across it. While the Electro-Glove was near completely destroyed (Which considering he'd needed to upgrade it for a while, wasn't that bad of a loss).
"The Master was called Führer, the leader of the Gesellschaft. Apparantly the PRT hadn't even known the man was a Master until he'd mastered an entire squad of PRT capes to serve as his guards as he escaped". The Caster spoke with grit teeth, even as she tried bringing in good news. "Keramon has managed to reach Ultimate, and Alexandria is to injured to even think of entering the battlefield-".
"A lie...". A pained voice spoke up, Aleister's eyes widened as he noticed Okita had been standing outside the room and entered. "Her power is invulnerability, if one attack didn't break it, multiple wouldn't...".
"Okita...". The Magician winced, the Assassin was covered in bandages. "Why haven't you taken a Senzu Bean?".
"Its... Its fine master, its my own fault for being to slow to-".
"Don't give me that bullshit". He cut her off. "Nobody expected a Master of that level, anyone could've fallen for that... Speaking of, Medea, we'll need more of those Hestia Charms".
"Understood... Assassin". Medea flicked a Senzu Bean over to Okita, who despite her own feelings ate the mystical bean. With that, the Caster left the room to begin preparing supplies.
Aleister closed his eyes, Okita wasn't going to get over her emotions with some small talk. That was going to be something he'd need to handle.
All broken equipment.
- Electro-Glove. It resembles an ordinary black leather glove, but has a silver circle on its back that can be spun around.
By spinning the circle around or using a surge of mana, the glove can produce electricity. Can both fire weak blasts of electricity and work as a taser fist.
- Faust Suit.
A shifting suit with two modes, an armorless mode for normal interactions, and an armor mode for casual or peaceful interactions. The armorless mode also changes Aleister's hair and eye color.
1. Enhances Physical Parameters by 5.
2. Provides decent protection, enough to deal with bullets and knifes.
3. Reinforced with vibranium, negating all kinetic force in full armor mode and 30% of it when in armorless mode.
4. Smaller Mystic Codes can be inserted into it
New mission.
[] Kill the last leader of the Gesellschaft, Führer (Ultra).
Aleister traced the lines of the Fruit in his hand, or at least tried to. But no matter what he kept getting lost, a small smirk across his lips.
"Devil Fruit indeed...". He though aloud, the Sand-Sand Fruit was a tantalizing offer if he was honest. But as long as Leviathan was out there, it wasn't something he was sure he wanted to risk. No, better to study it instead of eating, although once he'd studied it... Well, a Logia was broken in a world without Sea Stone or Haki.
He glanced to the ritual circle Medea had made, after last time with Jeanne Alter, they had decided to be a bit more... Extreme. All of his Servants were with him, Medea, Gorgon, and Okita. They'd set up traps both magical and technological, and he was ready to order the newly summoned Servants suicide at the moments notice.
"Alright then, lets get this out of the way". He held out his hand, his Command Seals reacting and causing golden sparks to quickly form together. An eyebrow rose, well he can't say he expected that...
"Archer, Tomoe Gozen. From now on, I will serve you as my lord". Tomoe greeted, and Aleister felt a grin across his face. Finally, a Servant he wouldn't have to worry about manipulating or turning against him.
"A pleasure to have you, Tomoe. Allow me to explain the circumstances of your summoning...".
Did consider making a vote here, but considering Tomoe doesn't really care much for the whole evil bit? I figured I'd just skip it. Sure like Okita she has some morals, but she's fine bending them if its what her master wants.
You can of course eat the Sand-Sand Fruit if ya want, or feed it to someone else (Servants CAN eat Devil Fruits), but I suggest studying it for a bit first. If you guys DO choose to eat it now, just add it as a sub action to something else.
Item gained.
- Sand Sand Fruit.
A Logia Devil Fruit, once eaten, the user can control and manipulate sand, along with turning into it at will or automatically if attacked. It does have the weakness of if being wet, the user cannot become sand.
Aleister breathed in deeply, the air of New York felt different. But it wasn't enough to distract his thoughts.
"Are... Are you sure you want to do this Aleister? Last time we got lucky, but I don't think Gaia will make things so easy this time". Medea held tightly onto the Lesser Grail, he wanted to reassure her everything would be alright, but he couldn't.
He had been thrown off, his parents death, his sisters kidnapping, the disaster of an Endbringer attack... But he needed to keep marching forward.
"I... Give me a moment, please". At his words Medea nodded.
If he created another Holy Grail War, there'd be no question the amount of deaths this time, he was sure Gaia would make things difficult for her own entertainment. What if whoever took his sisters decided to kill them for this?
Yet as his eyes took in the form of the Holy Grail, he came to a choice.
Across the remains of Gesellschaft's base, a small group clad in hazmat suits moved about, using metal claws to grab thin pieces of something from across the battlefield.
Watching it all was a woman clad in a suit and fedora, a larger piece of metal in hand. Truthfully her own plans had been messed up by the attack of two new Endbringers, but Contessa was quick to adapt.
And as the piece of vibranium shined in the sunlight, plans and calculations where set into motion.
