As Aleister lay on the ground once again, he sighed. Perhaps he had been treating Heaven's Feel to much like the Kaleidoscope.
Heaven's Feel was the soul, at its core everything was connected to the soul. Flight? Flight had nothing to do with the soul, no matter what method he used. If he had actually attempted to use magecraft to do this and not a True Magic, it may have actually worked.
"Alright then, if Heaven's Feel won't work...". He began channeling mana to his foot, hissing at the burning sensation as slowly a platform formed under him. With it formed he attempted to jump-
Only to fall face first onto his face, his legs aching from the previous attempts to fly. He just needed to rest for a bit and then get back to practicing...
Spell learned.
- Platform (Creates a platform of mana under the user's feet).
CRITICAL ACTION! This action has been massively boosted!
"I can't believe it actually worked, do you realize how much of a game changer this ONE fruit is? And thats not even considering the other ones!". Aleister couldn't stop the grin on his face even if he tried, a strange fruit in his hand, it had the generic appearance of an apple, but it had strange pink spikes across it, and glowing pink lines. "Eternity itself is in my hands!".
"That still doesn't explain it...". Nibelcole glanced to the other fruits around them, each having the basic theme of an apple, but with strange shifts or mutations. "How is this fruit more powerful then the Yveltal fruit? Or the Kyogre one? You said those two-".
"Are powerful without a doubt, one of them essentially being the grim reaper and the other able to flood the world itself, but compared to this? I'm afraid most legendary simply can't match up to the power of Eternatus". Aleister was considering taking a bite out of the fruit then and there, but he wanted to make his choice of Devil Fruit carefully. He had created seven Devil Fruits, each of them extremely powerful.
He glanced to a red and blue apple with white patterns, Latios and Latias. Then his eyes moved to a fruit that was pure white, seeming to radiate a freezing aura, Kyurem. Finally his eyes moved to a fruit that looked like it was composed of steel, Meltan. If it wasn't for the fact he'd still need to train with whichever fruit he chose, he was confident he'd be able to deal with near anything, it'd take time and patience to master a Devil Fruit after all.
He wondered how Awakening would work? Would it simply work as letting the Pokemon go Mega or whatever transformation they had access to? He had no idea.
"Nibelcole, I want our most secure vault possible to keep these fruits in, I don't want to take even the slightest risk of someone taking one of these, especially Yveltal!". Aleister ordered, the nanite composed body of Nibelcole nodded as she slowly began to collect the Devil Fruits.
Items gained.

- Kyurem SMILE Fruit. An artificial Devil Fruit that houses the power and form of the Legendary Pokemon Kyurem.
- Latios SMILE Fruit. An artificial Devil Fruit that houses the power and form of the Legendary Pokemon Latios.
- Latias SMILE Fruit. An artificial Devil Fruit that houses the power and form of the Legendary Pokemon Latias.
- Eternatus SMILE Fruit. An artificial Devil Fruit that houses the power and form of the Legendary Pokemon Eternatus.
- Meloetta SMILE Fruit. An artificial Devil Fruit that houses the power and form of the Mythical Pokemon Meloetta.
- Meltan SMILE Fruit. An artificial Devil Fruit that houses the power and form of the Mythical Pokemon Meltan.
Woah uh, didn't expect that but congrats! While these are certainly powerful, don't forget some training will be needed to master whichever is chosen eventually. We can also wait until we create a specific Devil Fruit if you guys want a different Legendary/Mythical.
"You need to make the process as official as possible, in the end you want people to live in your city, but forcing them to stay will do nothing for you". Lakshmibai began to explain. "Try and talk with the government, explain how you want Brockton Bay officially recognized as your domain and your goal is only to better it, you'll supply everything to the city, in return they allow people to go in and out".
"And the PRT? They'll no doubt demand I shut down the parahuman registry, and what about when I start getting accused of Mastering people? We both know it will happen eventually". Aleister was playing devil's associate here, he needed to ensure everything was perfect.
"Make yourself to valuable to lose, offer food and resources to starving nations, technology, and if it really comes down to it... Powers". The Saber's words drew a frown from her master, it was an idea he had before.
"Selling powers... Its risky, but it'd also force the world to comply with me if I can give them permanent powers, it'd be pretty easy to slip a Geas in the process to ensure they can't use said powers again us, or maybe a code word that shuts them down". The Magician frowned, and it still didn't cover the parahuman registry, he'd never be allowed to learn the identities of heroes (Even if at this point most of them no longer had secret identities), learn all the details on their powers? Not a chance.
"Make a deal, heroes are allowed in your city for visits only, have them sign contracts that will disable them if they try anything during their time here". Lakshmibai's plan made sense, and Aleister found himself nodding.
It wasn't the perfect plan, but it was the start of one.
Bond formed.
Lakshmibai: 1.
Merged interacting with Keramon and Medea.
"Ooooh! Tasty!". Keramon gulped down the pizza he had been eating, and then started on slurping down some noddles.
Aleister could only stare in awe as his partner ate triple his size in food, and glancing to the side, Medea was stroking Mokumon as the smoky creature ate some ribs.
"It looks like he's getting close to digivolving, he's been feeding on a lot of data and with how much he's eating, I wouldn't be surprised if later today it happens". The Magician reached out, running a hand through the smoky body of the Baby Digimon.
"I'll admit a part of me wants him to stay as he is, but I suppose even monsters need to grow up". Medea smiled as she fed her partner another rib, and as if called upon by the mere mention of it, Mokumon began to glow.
Mokumon digivolve to...
Its smoky form ignited, flames burning to life around it as yellow eyes became blue. A minor increase in size followed it all, and with once the light faded away, a creature made of flames floated on Medea's lap.
DemiMeramon!
And near instantly, the now In-Training Digimon went back to eating.
"Well... That happened". Aleister blinked, what was with that anime timing?! "Hey little guy, you mature enough for speaking yet or...".
DemiMeramon just kept gnawing on a rib.
"I'll take that as still mentally young, if I had to guess he'll start rapidly increasing in intelligence as he's closer to becoming a Rookie". Medea put forth her own theory, with her master nodding along, it'd made sense, Digivoling wouldn't automatically make the Digimon go from baby level intelligence to a child.
Bond up.
Keramon: 8.
It was horrifying in a way to watch as over a couple hours, an entire planet was corrupted.
The first thing the Phazon had corrupted was the greenery, most of it become black with blue, glowing lines travelling through it. In fact, that could be the main description of the now Phazon Planet.
Earth had been replaced by a black and blue planet, ominously glowing the entire time. From the few drones he'd sent down there, Aleister knew the animals of this Earth had been similarity mutated.
Thankfully unless he intentionally ordered it, the Phazon wouldn't start spreading on its own or doing anything, it would simply stay here until he had need of it. He wasn't sure what he'd need a planet worth of the stuff for, but he was confident it'd happen eventually.
For now, he was happy to leave Nibelcole keeping an eye on the mutated planet.
"I must admit, when most capes come to us they aren't as prepared as you, miss Raiden". The interview smiled, although inwardly he was rather annoyed at the newest heroic recruit, they were dealing with another with far to much pride in their abilities.
"Its better to be prepared then unprepared, I'm sure everyone can agree there". Raiden spoke calmly, her eyes glancing to the glass wall separating her, the interviewer, and the employs and capes watching them. With all the chaos lately in New York, it only made sense they'd be hesitant in any new parahumans wanting to join, especially one with as exotic appearance as her own.
"Well, we just need a few more details before we can begin testing your powers. Your education, any important details in your life, stuff like that, if your willing we'd also like to know how you Triggered".
"I'll keep that detail to myself thank you, as for important things in my life...".
Behind the glass.
"So we can all agree she's suspicious right?". An older cape asked, hand twitching towards his gun. He had an intimiating appearance, but underneath it all was a soldier caring for the men and woman under him. He was Shot, leader of one of the New York PRT's many cape teams.
"No doubt, I mean she's trying WAY to hard to stand out in that outfit, add in her name and powers... We're not dealing with a god complex are we?". A younger cape asked, technological parts of her outfit hinting towards a Tinker nature. Gearshift glanced worriedly to the interview taking place.
"Calm yourselves, while this situation is suspicious, if it turns out Raiden is innocent? We'll be pushing away a heroic cape for no good reason". A man covered in bandages spoke, bits of his face visible while his hand stayed on the sword at his waist. The cape known simply as Bandage was cool and calm. "But you are right, this is strange... Shot, we should have someone trusted partner with her".
"Agreed, and keep her away from the Wards. It wouldn't be the first time a villian has tried to infiltrate us". Shot stared at the interview taking place intensely, a question. "Gearshift, what are her powers again?".
"Rapid healing factor, high Brute and Mover ratings, Blaster power that lets her manipulate lightning/electricity, and finally a small dimensional storage she keeps a katana in, likely Tinker-Tech made although she's made no mention of being a Tinker herself". Gearshift read off the report, a frown on her place. "This is off".
"The Tinker-Tech she won't explain how she got? The fact she's got enough power she'd be in the upper ranks of any team? The fact we've never heard of such a powerful parahuman before? To many questions, and not enough answers... Bandage, have her partner with Shockout". Shot ordered, the other white-haired man nodding. "If it turns out she is an infiltrator, then Shockout can absorb her electricity to get stronger and then overpower her".
"Understood, I'll get it done". With that Bandage left the room, leaving Shot and Gearshift to keep an eye on the interview alongside some ordinary human staff.
Some suspicion from the heroes, but they haven't realized anythings up with Raiden.
Wow, some great luck here. Lets hope we can keep it up.
