Chapter 5
"Well, that was anticlimactic," says Daniel. Dr. Segal looked at SCP 914 with a disappointed face. "Are you kidding me? I thought the whole thing through, so why didn't it work?" "Are you sure bringing this thing into the real world is a good idea." Dr. Segal turned to Daniel and says: "Well, I thought it was, because I thought it would be cool to have a real furry as friend."
Daniel looks at Dr. Segal with a confused face and says: "Are you saying that outside of this place, you're a furry?" "Yeah. I even made a wolf costume and mask." Daniel then facepalms before saying: "Ok. I get how this machine is supposed to work, so is there anything else you can show me?" "Yes, there is. Follow me. Oh, don't forget your phone."
Daniel walks over to the intake and picks up his phone. He then hears voices coming from the output and stares at it. "Daniel? Are you coming?" says Dr. Segal. "Oh, yes. Wait up." They both walked out of the room, unaware of two glowing white lights coming from the output of SCP 914. Meanwhile, in another part of the facility, a man with a cowboy hat is cleaning his gun whilst inside his office.
His name was Dr. Alto Clef, he was whistling a happy tune and he was unaware of the office door slowly opening. When it fully opened, a real version of Mal0 walked in and stared at Dr. Clef. She then spotted a keycard on his desk and picked it up. Before she left the room, Mal0 heard a voice behind her saying: "What the fuck?!"
Mal0 turns around and sees that Dr. Clef had spotted her. Whilst pointing a gun at her, he says: "This is not possible. You're dead. I know you are." She then winks at him, he angrily says: "Go back to Hell, you bitch!" He pulls the trigger, but Mal0 disappeared before the bullet missed and hit the wall. "This is not going to end well, is it?"
Meanwhile, Mal0 used the keycard to enter the facility morgue. She opened a drawer and found her own body. As it turns out, the reason why other people couldn't see Mal0 in the real world, was because she was a ghost in a machine the whole time! She touched her body and her spirit disappeared.
Suddenly, Mal0's body shot up and two white lights were glowing in the eye holes. She then looked at her hands and rubbed them together mischievously.
