Chapter 21: Attack on the SS. Anne
Hello everyone, here's the next chapter it's the final of the SS. Anne arc as the characters must deal with Team Rockets surprise attack enjoy!
The chapter begins where the last ended with Archer showing himself to everyone and Team Rocket grunts attacking the passengers on the ship and trying to steal their Pokemon let's go to Looker's location
"What's that noise have they begun to strike already?" Looker thinks to himself
"Wait is the operation starting now?" James asks looking at Jessie and Meowth
"I guess but we didn't receive any word from the executives" Jessie responds
"Well, it doesn't matter we can finally take off our disguises and deal with Croagunk mask" Meowth says with Jessie and James nodding as they look over to Looker still wearing his mask as he's lost in thought.
"I need to hurry to the battlefield Mr. Goodshow and everyone will be in danger" Looker thinks to himself he's about to start running but the disguised Rocket trio get in front of him blocking his way
"Get out of the way I'm in a hurry!" Looker says in annoyance as the disguised trio smile
"Yes, we know but we were told to keep an eye on you" Jessie responds
"Now that the operation's begun our next course of action is to get rid of you" James says
"Now it's time for us to reveal ourselves" Meowth says as all three take off their disguises as Jessie and James begin their motto
"To protect the world from Devastation"
"To unite all people in every nation"
"To denounce the evils of truth and love"
"To extend our reach to the stars above"

"Team Rocket blast off to the speed of light surrender now or prepared to fight, Fight, Fight"
"Meowth that's right" The trio say as they have their Pokemon out with them consisting of Arbox, Weezing, Victreebel and Lickytung
Quick backstory on the Trio's Pokemon as they were watching Ash, Misty and Brock train for the SS. Anne tournament they decided to train as well resulting in Ekans to evolve into Arbox and Koffing to evolve into Weezing making Jessie and James happy. Then two days after Ekans and Koffing evolved as they were eating lunch a wild Lickytung appeared stealing the trio's food Jessie tried to get the food back, but Lickytung licked her leaving her covered in saliva making Jessie mad she battled it with Arbox and captured it. After that a day passes James is taking a stroll thru the forest but comes across an injured Weepinbell James felt bad for it, so he nursed it back to health making the plant happy as then Weepinbell wanted to go with James making James happy as he catches it. A week passes one day when Jessie, James and Meowth were looking for food Meowth found a leaf stone he wanted to sell it so they can get money Jessie and James agree as they are walking out of the forest to sell the stone at a market Meowth trips on a vine letting go of the Leaf Stone Jessie and James try to catch it wanting to help Weepenbell catches it instead but then it evolves into Victreebell letting out a loud scream. James is happy that his Pokemon evolved as he goes to hug it but Victreebell bites James affectionately, but it looks like Victreebell is eating James making him scream as Jessie and Meowth sigh.
We now come back to the present
"It's been a while since we did our motto" Jessie says
"Yes, I feel a since of relief after not doing it for so long" James responds
"Yep, we still got it" Meowth responds with the others nodding as they look at Looker wearing his mask, they can't see it, but he has a dumbfounded look on his face
"What did I just witness?" Looker says to himself
"Hahahaha look our motto has left him speechless" James says
"Good then let's attack him" Jessie says as they get ready Looker gives a sign
"Well, I wasn't expecting members of Team Rocket to do a motto that's my first time seeing it and while it was weird it was quite enjoyable" Looker says
"Flattery will get you nowhere we're taking you down!" Jessie says
"Yeah, and take off that mask while you're at it there's no need for you to conceal your face anymore" James says
"Unless your ugly" Meowth says making Looker chuckle
"Your right seeing as you three revealed yourselves I might as well do the same" Looker says as he takes out Croagunks, Growlithes and Drapions Pokeball's he throws his mask away and speaks
"My name is Looker I'm from the international police I was sent here to stop and arrest any and all Team Rocket members I see" Looker says as he throws his Pokeballs up in the air as Croagunk, Growlithe and Drapion appear giving a mighty roar
"THE INTERNATIONAL POLICE!" The rocket trio say as they and their Pokemon have their eyeballs come out of their heads in shock Looker then continues to speak
"If you don't want to get hurt, I suggest you get out of my way" Looker says with his Pokemon growling
"Uh maybe we should do as he says Jessie" James says
"Yeah, I'm too adorable for the slammer" Meowth says with their Pokemon agreeing as they look at Jessie
"Are you idiots?! We're members of the evilest organization in the world don't get scared because of someone of the international police besides there's only one of him and three of us we can take him" Jessie says James, Meowth and the Pokemon look at each other and get a serious expression as they turn to face Looker and his Pokemon
"Your right Jessie we shouldn't be scared" James says
"Yeah, and it's 7 against 4 we got them out numbered" Meowth says with Arbox, Weezing, Victreebel and Lickytung agreeing
"So, you're not going to move? I'll ask you this one more time out of the way" Looker says in a serious tone as his Pokemon have angry looks on their faces intimidating the rocket trio and their Pokemon but they stand their ground
"We're not going anywhere!" The trio say with their Pokemon roaring as Looker signs
"So be it then Croagunk, Growlithe and Drapion go!" Looker says as all 3-mons charge at the trio
"GOOOOO!" Jessie and James yell as all their Pokemon including Meowth charge at Looker's Pokemon they collide and create an explosion
We then cut back to the battlefield as its being flooded with rocket grunts scaring everyone in the room. With Archer still on the screen waiting for a response
"So, are you going to make this easy for us and hand over your Pokemon? or are you going to make it difficult and have us take them by force" Archer asks in a serious tone as everyone in the room is thinking some are wondering if they should give up their Pokemon the room is quiet Goodshow was about to say something, but Ash speaks first.
"If you think we're just going to hand over our Pokemon to you then you're out of your mind everyone here has, trained, battled and bonded with their Pokemon and you just want us to hand them over?! I will not stand for that come on me and my Pokemon will take on all of you right here right now!" Ash says in a serious tone with Pikachu, Gyarados, Clefable, Bulbasuar, Charmeleon and Alolan Raichu standing next to him they all roar in agreement and get into a battle-ready stance.
The people and trainers look at Ash and smile as they agree with him and take out there Pokeball's making Archer annoyed.
"Of course, the son of Red would say something like that" Archer says in anger catching Ash's attention
"I'm not sure what my father has to do with it but come on not just me, but everyone here will take you on!" Ash yells raising the morale of the other trainers as they all have their Pokeball's in hand with the rocket grunts doing the same.
"Fine then have it your way I love doing things by force all of you eliminate them!" Archer says as the rocket grunts yell sending out hordes of Zubat, Golbat, Raticate, Fearow, persian, Ekans, Koffing, Arbox, Weezing, Magnimite, Magneton, Dodrio, Rhyhorn and Rhydon the Pokemon let out a massive roar scaring some of the trainers from the sheer number of the Pokemon but they put on brave faces as Ash speaks.
"LET'S GO EVERYONE!" Ash yells as all the trainers that were and weren't competing in the tournament send out their Pokemon.
"We're joining as well!" Surge says with Violet and Gary nodding as they send out Kanto Raichu, Slowbro, and Blastoise respectively
The Officer Jenny's and Nurse Joy's send out Arcanine and Chansey's
"I was hoping it wouldn't come to this but since it has, I have no choice lets go Dragonite!" Goodshow says sending out the dragon its bigger than Iris's and lets out a mighty roar
"ATTACK!" Archer yells with the Rocket grunts Pokemon charging forward
"GOOOOOO!" Ash yells alongside the other trainers as they command their Pokemon to charge with Ash's Gyarados and Charmeleon leading the charge as all the Pokemon collide as a big battle starts in the room.
Its chaos in the battle arena Pokemon moves firing in multiple directions destroying everything but the heroes are able to easily fend off the TR Pokemon and some of the trainers even do combo moves to defeat the TR Pokemon.
"Gyarados Hydro Pump!" Ash calls as Gyarados fires the large stream of water that takes out most of the rocket grunts Pokemon
"Dragonite Flamethrower!" "Beartic Ice Beam!" Iris and Georgia call as their two-mons fire the moves defeating multiple Magneton and Zubat the two girls then look at each other and smile before continuing to battle.
"Liquidation!" Misty, Lana and Hilbert call as Golisopod, Araquanid and Samurott summon their water blades and begin to cut down TR's Pokemon
"Stone Edge!" Brock, Roark and Grant call their rock and ground types give a mighty roar as they summon the large stones destroying TR's Pokemon
"Use Flamethrower!" Ash, Leaf, Ritchie, Kiawe, Iris, Dino, Hilda, Officer Jenny's and Diamond call as their fire types alongside Iris's Dragonite fire a large Flamethrower that takes out a lot of the TR grunts Pokemon except for a few Rhydon who begin to charge
"Zippo, Gobi use Steel Wing and Gecko use Leaf Blade!" Ritchie calls as Zippo and Gobi's wings glow in steel energy they take out the Rhydon alongside Gecko defeating some with Leaf Blade.
"Rhydon Horn Drill!" A TR grunt calls as the big Pokemon is heading for Zippo Ash makes a command
"Charmeleon use Metal Claw!" Ash calls Charmeleon is able to intercept the Rhydon hitting it on the side knocking it away from Zippo, Charmeleon and Zippo look at each other and smile before continuing to battle the TR Pokemon
"Throh use Circle throw!" Hilbert calls as his Throh grabs a Fearow and throws it in the air
"Now Brick Break Sawk!" Stephan calls as Sawk jumps high in the air and chops down on the bird knocking it straight towards the ground knocking it out.
"Frogadier use Aerial Ace!" Sanpei calls as his Frogadier becomes a flying type and easily takes out a group of Persian
The gym leaders, Gary and Good Show are also taking down a lot of the TR Grunts Pokemon easily as well.
"Dawn stay behind me" Johanna says protecting the scared Dawn as 3 rocket grunts are in front of them with their Raticates
"Mom! Dawn!" Diamond yells he runs over to help alongside Monferno but are stopped by 2 Fearow's
"Out of the way Monferno Mach Punch!" Diamond yells as the Monkey goes to engage the birds
"Hehehe hand over your Pokemon and we won't hurt the girl" A TR grunt says to Johanna
"Mom I'm scared" Dawn says looking at her mother as Johanna looks at her and smiles
"Don't worry dear I'll take care of these bad men" Johanna says making the rockets laugh
"Please what can you do you're just a housewife" The TR grunts say as they laugh with Johanna smiling
"You shouldn't let your guard down Glameow use Night Slash!" Johanna calls bringing out a cat like Pokemon with a spring shaped tail once it appears it charges forward with its claws in dark energy and easily takes out all 3 Raticates surprising the TR grunts
"I may be a housewife, but I've raised a strong daughter and son" Johanna says with a smile as Dawn cheers for her mom Diamond looks over, he's happy that his mom and Dawn are safe he turns back to his battle and calls for Monferno to use Flamethrower knocking out the two Fearow's he and Monferno quickly run over to Johanna and Dawn as they all stand together.
"AHHHHH!" Max yells as a Golbat heads towards him
"Duck!" Brenden says as he punches the Golbat away once he does, he checks on Max
"Are you okay?" Brenden asks with Max nodding Max then sees another Golbat head for them as they scream Norman looks over
"Linoone use Quick Attack and Vigoroth use Slash!" Norman calls his Pokemon try to run over to Brenden and Max but are stopped by two Dodrio and begin to fight them. As the Golbat gets closer Norman can't do anything but look on in horror as he's about to see his sons be attacked by Golbat the two boys cover their eyes with Brenden protecting Max before the Golbat reaches them they hear a voice
"Pikachu, Raichu Thunderbolt!" Ash calls as Pikachu and Raichu fire the bolt of electricity getting rid of Golbat and stand protectively over the boys with Ash with them Brenden and Max look at Ash and are amazed at how cool he is. Norman gives a sign of relief and commands Vigoroth and Linoone to get rid of the Dodrio both mons nod as they easily get rid of the birds as they and Norman quickly run over to Ash and his two sons.
"Are you two alright?" Norman asks with Brenden and Max nodding as they go to hug their father with Max having tears in his eyes Norman smiles and looks to Ash.
"Thank you" Norman says as Ash smiles
"You're welcome you should get your sons out of here it's not safe" Ash says with Norman nodding as he, his sons and Pokemon begin to leave Ash smiles as he, Pikachu and Raichu go back to join the others
"What are you fools doing how are you losing?!" Petral yells in anger as he alongside Archer are watching the grunts losing and getting arrested.
"What should we do Archer?!" Petral asks looking at Archer whose thinking
"They're almost defeated let's keep going!" Ash says with all the trainers in the room yelling in agreement
"Yes, Ashy Kins!" Giselle cheers loudly
"Look out!" Misty yells as she tackles Giselle to the ground from a Hyper Beam that was going to hit her
"Thank you" Giselle says as Misty nods
"Come on guys we're almost there!" Leaf says with everyone agreeing as they are about to defeat the remaining rocket grunts there's a big explosion
"What was that?!" Surge says as he and everyone gets their answer and see a horde of angry wild Grimer, Muk, Tentacool and Tentacruel enter the room and begin to attack everyone in the room
"What are these Pokemon doing here and why are they attacking us?!" Mallow asks
"I'm not sure but we need to get out of here the ship won't last long!" Cilan says with everyone nodding as most of the trainers stop fighting, they return their Pokemon and begin to leave the ship
"Alakazam, I choose you!" Gary says bringing out a Pokemon that's holding two spoons
"Use teleport and make sure you get the passengers off the ship" Gary says with Alakazam nodding it disappears and begins to move People off the ship and onto the Celadon City beach
"Nice one Gary" Ash says
"Ash look out!" Misty, Giselle and Brock yell as Ash turns around, he sees a Houndoom that's going to bite him Ash is able to dodge at last second but let's go of the egg as it begins to fly through the air.
"Bulbasaur, Clefable, Raichu quick grab it!" Ash calls out in concern as the three mons go to grab it, they are stopped by a Hypno using Psychic and a Weezing that uses Shadow Ball and Fire Blast knocking the three mons away. Everyone looks in horror as the egg continues to fall Pikachu alongside the other fast Pokemon go to try and catch it but one Pokemon reaches it catching it with its tail as Archer smiles.
"Good work Houndoom" Archer says as Houndoom gives a bark it lands and starts to run away shocking everyone Archer continues to speak
"Mission complete all remaining TR Grunts retreat" Archer says as the remaining grunts begin to run away Ash gets up and begins to run after Houndoom
"Hey, give me back my egg!" Ash yells as Pikachu, Raichu, Charmeleon and Bulbasaur begin to run alongside him, but they are stopped by a horde of Grimer and Muk making Ash and his Pokemon stop as the Grimer and Muk begin to fire Sludge Bombs towards Ash and his Pokemon.
"Noivern use Boomburst!" A woman's voice yells as a big wave of sound appears easily destroying the Sludge Bomb getting rid of the Grimer and Muk Ash and his Pokemon look over and see Alexa with Viola with them are Vivilon and a large bat like Pokemon.
"Are you okay Ash?" Alexa asks as Ash nods
"Yeah, and who's this Pokemon?" Ash asks
"Oh, this is Noivern it's a flying/dragon type" Alexa says as Ash, Leaf and Iris get stars in their eyes at how cool Noivern looks
"Yes, Noivern's cool but you need to hurry and save your egg" Alexa says Ash quickly shakes his head and nods he tells Alexa thank you as he and his Pokemon begin to go after Houndoom
"Hey, you're not leaving me behind" Leaf's says as she and her Nidoqueen are running next to Ash
"I'm coming as well" Ritchie's voice says as Ash looks and sees Ritchie riding on Zippo with Gobi and Gecko with him Ash smiles.
"Thanks guys Gyarados, Clefable I'll leave you here to take care of the remaining horde of Muk and Tentacruel!" Ash says with the two-mons nodding as they continue to battle the Pokemon as Ash, Leaf, Ritchie and their Pokemon disappear going after Houndoom
"Crazy kid" Gary says with a smile as he continues to battle the Muk and Tentacruel
"Aw I wanted to go with Ashy Kins too" Giselle says in a disappointed tone
"Come on Giselle let's get out of here" Joe says as Giselle nods as she and Joe begin to run away Giselle remembers something as she stops running Joe looks at her
"What's wrong Giselle?" Joe asks
"It's my dad he's still on the ship I have to go save him" Giselle says shocking Joe
"But the captain's room is on the other side of the ship there's no way we can make it with just the two of us" Joe responds
"I know but I've to try" Giselle says with tears in her eyes as Misty walks over
"Don't worry I'll come with you" Misty says shocking Giselle
"You will?" Giselle asks as Misty smiles
"We'll come too" Lana says alongside Mallow, Sophocles and Cilan making Giselle happy
"Come on let's hurry" Misty says as Giselle nods
Misty, Giselle and Joe get on Golisopod while Lana, Mallow and Sophocles get on Araquanid and head out of the room
"Be careful Misty!" Violet says in a worried tone as Misty looks back to her sister giving her a confident smile before looking forward again
"That sister of yours has grown" Elesa says
"Yes, she has now let's take care of these Pokemon and get off this ship!" Violet says with the other gym leaders cheering Brock, Kiawe, Iris, Gary, Alexa and Good Show are with them and begin to battle the remaining Muk and Tentacruel.
We then cut to the party of Ash, Leaf and Ritchie they are still chasing Houndoom on the way they battle and defeat a lot of Grimer, Muk and Tentacool
"Man, it's never ending" Ash says with Ritchie and Leaf nodding as they continue to run one of the walls crack and out comes a large Muk
"MUK!" The sludge monster yells blocking the three trainers' way
"This Muk is bigger than the others it must be the boss" Leaf says as Ash and Ritchie nod
Once Muk stops roaring it looks at the trainers and Pokemon it sees the girl that defeated it and the boy that its old trainer Butch didn't like and defeated it multiple times Muk gets mad it thinks if it wasn't for this boy, it would still be with Butch Muk roars and goes after Ash firing a large Sludge Bomb
"Charmeleon Flamethrower and Pikachu Thunderbolt!" Ash calls as the two-mons fire the moves destroying the Sludge Bomb, but the sludge monster isn't done yet as it covers its arm in poison heading straight for Ash again
"Nidoqueen counter with Poison jab!" "Gobi counter with Dragon Claw!" Leaf and Ritchie call as the two-mons clash with Muk creating an explosion making the Sludge monster skid back
"Now Zippo Flamethrower!" Ritchie calls Zippo roars and fires the Flamethrower Muk notices and dodges as it ignores Ritchie and Leaf's Pokemon and charges at Ash again
"Man, this Muk doesn't like you Ash" Leaf says
"Yeah, I'm not sure why but I can feel its feeling a lot of pain and anger" Ash responds
"So how can we get rid of it? we're in a hurry" Ritchie asks
"That's simple I'm going to catch it let's go Raichu!" Ash says as Raichu floats forward at the still charging Muk as it fires a Dark Pulse
"Use Focus Blast then Psychic!" Ash calls Raichu roars as it quickly charges the ball of fighting energy and fires it, it destroys the Dark Pulse and hits Muk doing damage, but Raichu isn't done yet as it fires the psychic waves doing super effective damage making the sludge monster scream
"Go Pokeball!" Ash says as he throws the ball Muk sees the ball heading towards it and begins to think why this boy wants a Pokemon like me I'm weak and useless. Muk thinks to itself but before the ball hits it the sludge monster can feel something from Ash, he gets the feeling that this boy won't treat it the same way Butch did Muk then gets a happy grin on its face shocking Ash, Ritchie, Leaf and their Pokemon. The ball then hits Muk's head sucking the sludge monster in the Pokeball falls on the ground it shakes 3 times until it dings confirming Ash's capture, Ash then picks up the Pokeball before it disappears from his hand going to Oak's lab.
"Well, congrats on catching a Muk Ash but why was it so angry?" Ritchie asks as Ash doesn't know Leaf thinks before she remembers something and speaks
"I think I've seen that Muk before, in my second-round match against Bob or whatever his name was, after I defeated him, he seemed angry he must've released Muk" Leaf says shocking Ash, Ritchie and their Pokemon
"That would explain why it was mad now that we know Ben was probably a Team Rocket member in disguise, he was most likely disappointed in Muk's performance in battle releasing it Muk was probably following the ship to get revenge on him and had these Grimer, Muk, Tentacool and Tentacruel join it" Ritchie says as Ash gets angry
"Team Rocket, I won't forgive them" Ash says with anger in his eyes with Leaf, Ritchie and their Pokemon feeling the same as they continue to run after Houndoom
Meanwhile at Oak's lab Prof. Oak and Daisy have received Muk's Pokeball
"Shouldn't Ash be having his award ceremony right now when did he have time to capture a Pokemon and why does it smell?" Daisy questions
"I'm not sure but I'm excited to see what it is" Prof. Oak says with a smile as he grabs the ball releasing Muk shocking Prof. Oak and Daisy
"A MUK?!" Prof. Oak and Daisy yell in surprise the sludge monster looks around its surroundings it feels it's going to enjoy its new life here it looks over to Oak and Daisy it quickly runs over to them Daisy can dodge in time but not her grandpa as Muk wraps Prof. Oak in a hug.
"Daisy help!" Prof. Oak says
"I don't know grandpa it seems to really like you hehehe" Daisy says with a chuckle as Muk continues to hug Prof. Oak and has a happy smile.
We now cut to Misty's group they are riding on Golisopod and Araquanid making their way to the captain's room to save Giselle's dad on the way they battled a lot of Grimer and Tentacool leaving Golisopod and Araquanid tired as they've finally reached the room.
"Thank you both for bringing us here Golisopod and Araquanid" Misty says as she and Lana return the two Pokemon
"Dad here I come!" Giselle says as she opens the door and sees a man in a captain's uniform on the ground groaning in pain and see Cassidy and Butch standing over him, they look at the door and get shocked looks on their faces once they see the kids.
"It's the brats!" Cassidy and Butch yell
"It's Cassidy and Jeff!" Misty says
"The names Butch not Jeff!" Butch says in anger
"Let my dad go Marowak and Jolteon I choose you!" Giselle says bringing out the two mons
"Oh, you want to fight? We'll gladly accept Raticate use Hyper Beam!" Cassidy says as before Giselle gives a command and the others can bring out their Pokemon Raticate appears and fires a big Hyper Beam catching them off guard as they are blasted away and crash into the wall.
"Giselle" The captain says while reaching his hand out to his daughter
"Daddy" Giselle says trying to reach her father but Cassidy and Butch stand over her
"So, this is the captain's daughter huh?" Butch asks
"I guess so and I believe she likes that Ash kid let's get rid of her" Cassidy suggests as Butch nods shocking Giselle and the captain
"No please don't hurt my daughter I'll give you all the money I have so please let my daughter go" the captain says with tears in his eyes
"Sorry but we don't take orders from you Raticate end this girl" Cassidy says as Raticate jumps at Giselle
"NOOOOOO!" The captain yells in worry as Giselle closes her eyes
"Ash help me" Giselle thinks to herself as Raticate is about to bite Giselle she hears a voice
"Vaporeon Hydro Pump!" Misty yells as Vaporeon fires the big stream of water it consumes Raticate and sends it crashing into a wall knocking it out everyone turns and see Misty, Joe, Lana and Cilan still awake with Mallow, Sophocles, Jolteon and Marowak unconscious as Cilan is seeing to their wounds
"How can they still be awake? that Hyper Beam should've knocked them out" Butch questions
"Whatever it doesn't change anything let's get rid of them" Cassidy says with Butch nodding as they send out their Pokemon. Cassidy brings out Fearow, Drowzee, Granbull and Houndoom while Butch sends out Rhydon, Primeape, Mightyena and Cloyster
"Come out everyone!" Misty, Lana and Joe yell, Misty sends out Dewgong, Starmie and Golisopod (Not Psyduck), Lana sends out Popplio, Araquanid and Marenie (who's wide awake) and Joe sends out Victreebel, Machoke and Growlithe their Pokemon roar and get into battle ready stances as they stare at Cassidy and Butch's Pokemon.
"Get rid of them!" Cassidy and Butch yell as their Pokemon charge
"GOOOOOO!" Misty, Lana and Joe yell as their Pokemon charge and collide with Cassidy and Butch's Pokemon
"Houndoom Flamethrower!" Mightyena use Dark Pulse!" Cassidy and Butch call as the two hounds fire their moves
"Growlithe counter with your Flamethrower!" "And Machoke use Mach Punch!" Joe commands as Growlithe's Flamethrower collides with Houndoom's creating an explosion and Machoke punches thru the Dark Pulse hitting Mightyena doing super effective damage
"Primeape use Brick Break!" Butch calls as the wild Monkey heads towards Marenie
"Counter with Poison Jab!" Lana calls Marenie covers its tentacles in poison and collides with Primeape making both mons skid back.

"Rapid Spin Starmie!" Misty calls as Starmie spins fast hitting Granbull in the face knocking it back Popplio thanks the star fish
"Rhydon Horndrill!" Butch calls as Rhydon's horn begins to spin as it heads toward Victreebell
"Counter with Leaf Blade!" Joe calls Victreebell roars it sharpens its Leaf's and charges at Rhydon, Rhydon tries to hit Victreebell with Horn Drill, but the plant Pokemon dodges and lands the leaf blade on Rhydon's stomach doing super effective damage on it making Rhydon roar in pain
"Araqaunid use Liquidation!" Lana calls as the big spider covers its leg in water and jabs Rhydon in the stomach making it fly and hit Mightyena knocking both Pokemon out
"Great Job!" Lana and Joe say as the two Pokemon nod at each other
"What are you doing Bill?!" Cassidy yells in anger
"It's not my fault and the names Butch not Bill!" Butch responds back in anger
"Hey, pay attention Vaporeon, Dewgong use Hydro Pump!" Misty calls as the blue fox and seal take a deep breath as they fire the large stream of water at Houndoom and Granbull consuming both Pokemon as they crash into the wall knocked out making Cassidy angry
"Alright!" Misty says happily with Vaporeon and Dewgong cheering
"You little brats we're not done yet Fearow use Hyper Beam!" Cassidy calls as the bird fires the beam towards the group
"Golisopod Block it!" Misty calls Golisopod jumps forward holding its arms across its face as it successfully blocks the Hyper Beam
"Great now Liquidation!" Misty calls Golisopod roars it quickly summons its water sword and leaps high into the air hitting Fearow knocking the bird down hard on the ground knocking it out.
"Way to go Golisopod!" Misty cheers happily as Golisopod nods
"Now we just have two more" Joe says with Lana and Misty nodding as they stare at Cassidy and Butch
"This isn't looking good for us Cassidy maybe we should leave" Butch suggest as Cassidy looks at him
"No way I refuse to be made a fool of by these kids any longer I'm getting rid of them!" Cassidy yells in anger as Butch nods
"Okay fine we'll finish you off then get ready guys!" Misty with Lana, Joe and their Pokemon cheer
Cilan, Giselle and the Captain are happy that they are doing well but Cilan hears something and gets a scared look on his face
"THEY'RE HERE!" Cilan yells catching everyone's attention as the room begins to fill with Grimer as they charge forward and launch their moves everywhere
"Giselle look out!" The captain yells as he quickly runs over and shields Giselle from being hit by a sludge bomb
"Dad No!" Giselle yells in worry as her dad begins to cough suffering the effects of poison
"Oh no we have to hel-"Before Misty could finish Vaporeon and Dewgong knock her out of the way from multiple Sludge Bomb's and get poisoned
"Return!" Misty says returning Dewgong and Vaporeon
"Now Ice Beam!" Butch calls as his Cloyster freezes Misty's legs in place shocking everyone
"MISTY!" Lana, Joe, Giselle and Cilan yell as do their Pokemon they try to go help her but are then surrounded by Grimer and try to break out of the horde Cassidy and Butch along with Drowzee and Cloyster walk over to Misty and have an evil grin on their faces
"Looks like you can't go anywhere now little red head" Cassidy says looking at Misty
"So, I still have one more Pokemon with me Psyduck go!" Misty calls sending out the duck Pokemon it looks around confused as to what's going on
Oh no a Psyduck how scary" Butch says with a chuckle
"You won't be laughing when Psyduck wipes the floor with you use Confusion!" Misty calls as Psyduck holds its head beginning to concentrate Cassidy and Butch look at it and after a few moments nothing happens as Psyduck looks back at Misty confused making Misty embarrassed.
"You Dumb Duck!" Misty yells
"Psy?" Psyduck looks at her confused as Cassidy and Butch begin to laugh
"Hahahahaha this Psyduck's stupid" Butch says as Cassidy nods making Misty blush in embarrassment as she calls for her next command
"Psyduck use Scratch!" Misty calls as Psyduck quickly runs forward shocking Cassidy and Butch at its speed as it scratches Cloyster but it doesn't do anything as Psyducks the one that's injured instead and begins to cry in pain.
"Psy, Psy!" Psyduck cries in pain while running around making Cassidy and Butch laugh even more
"Man, it's so pathetic I almost feel sad for it" Butch says
"How about we put it out of its misery" Cassidy suggests with Butch agreeing
"Drowzee use Psychic to hold it in place" Cassidy calls as Drowzee summons the Psychic waves stopping Psyduck as Cloyster is now above it and has an evil smile
"Use Clamp!" Butch calls as Cloyster clamps its shell on Psyduck's head making the duck scream out in pain
"PSYDUCK!" Misty yells in concern catching the others attention as they try even harder to break thru the grimer horde but are unable to as even when Giselle brings out Vileplume and Golem and Cilan bringing out Pansage they can't break thru the horde as it continues to increase, Mallow and Sophocles wake up and send out their Pokemon to try and break out of the horde as well but are unable to, as they hear Psyduck screaming
"Stop it please Psyducks in pain!" Misty yells with tears in her eyes as Cassidy walks over to her
"Aw what happen to all that confidence you had don't worry once were done with Psyduck well get rid of you as well along with that Ash kid" Cassidy says with an evil smile and laughs making Misty angry as she then begins to try and desperately break the ice from her legs with her hands with tears coming down her face
"Try as hard as you like but you're not getting out of their Cloyster keep squeezing Psyduck's head harder!" Cassidy commands as Cloyster begins to squeeze harder making Psyduck scream louder as Misty continues to try and break the ice with her hands (bruising them) as the group keep trying to break out of the Grimer horde Cassidy and Butch continue to laugh but unbeknownst to everyone there Psyduck begins to have blue energy surround its body.
"Hey Cassidy somethings weird is happening to that Psyduck Butch says
"Oh, please Butch even if it tries something it's no match for our Pokemon Cassidy responds Butch nods as he continues to laugh as Misty looks over at Psyduck as the blue light is starting to get bigger as its eyes glow blue.
"Psyduck?" Misty asks looking at the duck Psyduck begins to float in the air it takes a deep breath
"PSY!" Psyduck yells catching everyone's attention as it covers the room in a blue light it easily gets rid of Cloyster and Drowzee sending them back to Butch and Cassidy as they alongside their Pokemon are sent flying out of the SS. Anne and into the night sky.
Psyduck then easily gets rid of the horde of Grimer away from the group Psyduck then picks up Misty along with everyone else it gives another psy as it teleports them off the SS. Anne and on the beach of Celadon City. As they land on the beach Psyduck stops glowing as it goes back to its old self leaving everyone confused as to what they witnessed.
"What was that?" Lana asks
"I'm not sure but Psyduck isn't weak its strong after all thank you Psyduck!" Misty says happily and hugs Psyduck confusing the duck
"Are you kids alright?!" An Officer Jenny asks running to the group
"My dad was poisoned please you have to help him" Giselle says to the policewoman as Jenny nods
"We need to get this man to a hospital now!" Jenny yells as an ambulance appears and takes Giselle's dad with Giselle and Joe riding in the ambulance as the rest of the group wish for Giselle's dad to feel better as they stare back at the SS. Anne hoping Ash and the others make it back safely.
Meanwhile back on the SS. Anne we see Archer and Petral on the main deck of the ship waiting. They wait for a few moments until Archer smiles as he sees Houndoom running towards them still carrying the egg the hell hound reaches them as it gives Archer the egg.
"Well done, Houndoom" Archer says as he pets the dog
"We need to hurry and get out of here" Petral says Archer nods as they begin to leave something stops them
"Use Thunderbolt!" Ash and Ritchie's voices echo as Archer and Petral see 3 bolts of electricity coming towards them
"Flamethrower Houndoom!" "Weezing use Sludge Bomb!" Archer and Petral call as Houndoom fires the flames and the two heads of Weezing fire the Sludge Bombs creating an explosion once the explosion clears Archer and Petral get angry as they see Ash alongside his friends and Pokemon.
"You two aren't going anywhere hand over my Pokemon!" Ash yells with anger in his voice with Ritchie and Leaf nodding as their Pokemon stand next to them growling at the 2 rocket executives.
"Your Pokemon? What do you mean all I have in my hand is an egg I'm not holding a Pokemon" Archer says in a mocking tone
"You know what I mean now hand over my Pokemon!" Ash yells again with his, Leaf's and Ritchie's Pokemon growling as Archer signs and begins speaking.
"You really are naïve we're the ones currently in control here I have 1 question for you" Archer says as he begins to walk towards the edge of the ship
"Like we're going to listen to you!" Ash yells
"Okay then if you're not going to listen then I don't think you need this egg anymore" Archer says as he holds the egg over the ship with the ocean down below shocking Ash, Ritchie, Leaf and their Pokemon
"Hey what do you think you're doing?!" Ash yells in anger
"Oh, nothing seeing as you won't listen to me, I'm taking matters into my own hands and forcing you to listen" Archer responds
"So, holding a defenseless egg over the ship is fair?!" Leaf asks in anger as Archer looks at her
"Why yes now I'm going to ask something of you, and I better hear the right answer" Archer says as Petral is laughing in the corner
"Why you!" Ash is about to continue but Ritchie stops him
"Ash calm down let's hear him out" Ritchie says as Ash looks at him
"Ritchie's right Ash we can't be reckless right now" Leaf says as Ash nods, he takes a deep breath he looks over at Archer and asks
"So, what do you want to ask?" Ash asks with a hint of anger in his voice as Archer and Petral smile
"Oh, nothing really I just want that boy over there to hand us his Charizard and I'll give your egg back" Archer responds shocking the group making them angry
"NO WAY!" Ash, Ritchie, Leaf and their Pokemon yell not surprising Archer and Petral they then look over to their left and see a tiny Beedrill drone fly over to Zippo they smile as Archer speaks
"Alright then you've made your choice say goodbye to your egg!" Archer says he throws the egg down into the ocean as 4 Helicopters appear sporting the TR logo
"NOOOOOOOOOO!" Ash, Ritchie and Leaf yell as they and their Pokemon quickly run over to grab the egg but the TR Grunts in the Helicopters alongside Archer and Petral command their Pokemon to attack the group creating an explosion which knocks away Ritchie, Leaf, their Pokemon alongside Ash's Petral starts to laugh as Archer stays quiet as he sees Ash run out of the smoke heading towards the deck.
Petral commands Weezing to attack Ash but the boy dodges he runs pass Petral and Weezing he continues to run until he's about to pass Archer the two lock gazes at each other for a split second before Ash faces forward again and jumps off the ship and dives into the ocean to save his egg.
"ASH!" Ritchie, Leaf alongside their Pokemon yell in worry as Archer and Petral begin to laugh as they hear ash splash into the water
"Well, that's taken care of let's go" Archer says with Petral nodding as they begin to walk to the Helicopters Leaf screams
"YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE VENUSAUR RAZOR LEAF!" Leaf yells in anger as the large plant dinosaur roars firing the sharp leaf's that hit the helicopters making the pilots fly back in the air Archer and Petral look at her
"NO MATTER WHAT I'M NOT LETTING YOU LEAVE THIS SHIP!" Leaf yells in anger as tears fall from her eyes with Ritchie, their Pokemon and Ash's Pokemon roaring in agreement
"Looks like we need to teach you a lesson" Archer says as he, Petral and a few of the TR grunts that were on the Helicopters send out their Pokemon. For Archer he sends out Houndoom, Hypno, Electrode, Golbat, Muk and Magmar Petral brings out his Weezing, Tentacruel, and four Koffings and the TR grunts send out Raticate and Golbat.
"Eliminate them" Archer says as the TR mons charge
"LET'S GOOOO!" Leaf yells as her Pokemon, Ritchie's Pokemon and Ash's Pokemon charge and collide with TR's Pokemon starting a big battle on top of the main deck
Even though Ash isn't there to command his Pokemon Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmeleon and Alolan Raichu are still able to fight and beat a lot of the TR grunts Pokemon. Ritchie's Sparky, Zippo, Gobi and Gecko easily take out Petral's 4 Koffings alongside his Weezing and Tentacruel making Petral run away and get on one of the helicopters. During the battle Zippo felt something sting his arm but doesn't think much of it as more grunts appear and Zippo continues to battle.
Meanwhile Leaf and Archer are having a full-on battle
"Rapidash use Flamethrower on Muk and Nidoqueen use Thunder Punch on Golbat" Leaf calls as Rapidash Fires the flames and Nidoqueen covers her fist in electricity
"Muk Sludge Bomb and Golbat Zen Headbutt!" Archer calls as Muk fires the large ball of Sludge colliding with the Flamethrower creating an explosion Golbat covers its head in Psychic energy as it goes and collides with Nidoqueen's fist making both mons skid back
"Magneton use Thunder Bolt!" "Electrode counter with your Thunder Bolt!" Leaf and Archer call the two electric types fire the electric bolts they collide and explode
"Dugtrio use Shadow Claw on Hypno!" Leaf calls "Use Protect" Archer calls Dugtrio goes to hit Hypno but the psychic type is able to summon the protective barrier.
"Magmar Thunder Punch on Poilwrath!" Archer calls as Magmar Punches Poilwrath across the face making it skid back
"Poilwrath Counter with Dynamic Punch!" Leaf calls Poilwrath shoots forward and punches Magmar across the face the two mons begin to punch each other repeatedly
"Houndoom Flamethrower!" Archer calls the hell hound fires the stream of fire towards Venusaur
"Use Protect then Sludge Bomb!" Leaf calls Venusaur summons the protective barrier blocking the flamethrower and fires a giant ball of poison sludge towards Houndoom
"Cut it in half with Iron Tail!" Archer calls as Houndoom easily cuts the Sludge Bomb in half
"Grab it with Vine Whip!" "Dodge then Flamethrower!" Leaf and Archer call Venusaur fires multiple vines that head straight for Houndoom but the dog is able to easily dodge all of the vines shocking Leaf and Venusaur as Houndoom then gets in front of Venusaur and fires a point blank Flamethrower in Venusaur's face making it cry out in pain.
"Venusaur!" Leaf yells in worry as Houndoom stops the attack and Venusaur now has burn damage
"Give up its no use to continue fighting" Archer says as Leaf looks at him
"No, I won't give up my Pokemon, Ritchie alongside his Pokemon and Ash's Pokemon aren't giving up" Leaf responds as Archer scoffs
"I don't see why you continue to fight the outcome of this battle is obvious we have you all outnumbered very soon your Pokemon will fall and then you'll perish like what happen to Ash Ketchum" Archer says making Leaf angry
"There's no way Ash's gone I've known him throughout my life and him diving into the ocean isn't going to kill him!" Leaf responds as Archer signs
"Fine then if he did somehow survive then I can't wait to see the look on his face when he sees how injured you are Houndoom use Flamethrower on the girl!" Archer says shocking Leaf as the hell hound fires the stream of fire, Leaf's Pokemon, Ritchie's Pokemon and Ash's Pokemon try to run over and protect Leaf, but the TR Grunts Pokemon are getting in the way. Leaf just looks at the Flamethrower and has flashes of her life come flowing thru her mind she remembers all the times her Ash and Gary played, her journey so far, her mom, Pokemon and the friends she's made so far she then closes her eyes waiting for the Flamethrower to hit until something happens.
"Use Sludge Bomb!" A voice calls as a ball of Sludge appears out of nowhere stopping the flamethrower shocking everyone as they look to see who did it, Leaf opens her eyes and sees a man wearing a brown trench coat and is accompanied by a Croagunk, Growlithe and Drapion.
"Croagunk mask?" Leaf questions as the man looks at her
"Nope the names Looker" Looker responds smiling at Leaf shocking Archer and Petral
"Looker from the international Police?!" Petral says in shock as Looker looks over to Archer who has an angry look on his face
"So, you were Croagunk mask this whole time I should've known it was you, but you shouldn't be here there were 3 grunts tasked to keep watch over you" Archer says
"I'm happy my disguise fooled you and as for those 3 I took care of them" Looker responds
"Well seeing as they encountered you it should be no surprise that they would fail but just because you're here doesn't change anything" Archer responds as more TR grunts appear from the Helicopters as Looker smiles.
"I wouldn't be so sure of that" Looker responds as he blows a whistle as multiple police officers appear shocking Archer and Petral
"You're not the only ones who had teammates under cover" Looker says with the police officers behind him
"You're always annoying to deal with but now I'll personally get rid of you attack!" Archer commands as the TR Grunts send out their Pokemon and charge toward Looker and the Police officers
"Make sure not to let any of them get away!" Looker says with the officer's nodding as they send out their Pokemon and begin to battle the grunts Looker then looks to Leaf
"You and your friends should get out of here we'll take care of the rest" Looker says
"But Ash" Leaf says
"Oh, I wouldn't worry about Ash he's a strong trainer" Looker responds with a smile
"Leaf!" Ritchie calls as he, his Pokemon Leaf's Pokemon and Ash's Pokemon run up to her
"Come on we need to go" Ritchie says as Leaf nods Leaf returns her Pokemon Ritchie does as well except for Zippo and Gobi as they along with Ash's other Pokemon climb on their backs and begin to fly away from the ship.
"Pika" Pikachu says in a sad tone as it Bulbasaur, Charmeleon and Alolan Raichu are worried about Ash Leaf looks at them
"Don't worry Ash is strong he'll come back I just know it" Leaf says with a reassuring smile
"Yeah, we'll definitely see Ash again" Ritchie says Pikachu and the rest of Ash's Pokemon nod and smile as Zippo and Gobi take them towards the beach of Celedon City Looker looks at them fly away he smiles he then gets a serious expression on his face as he and his Pokemon turn to face Archer.
"You may have saved those kids for now but eventually they'll perish" Archer says
"We'll see about that its time to put you under arrest" Looker says as he and his Pokemon get ready
"I'll make sure to get rid of you" Archer responds as his and Looker's Pokemon charge at each other and begin their battle.
Meanwhile, in the deep water below the SS. Anne we see Ash swimming deep in the ocean trying to find the egg 3 minutes have gone by and he hasn't seen it. Ash then begins to assume the worst until he see's something faintly glowing to his left and begins to swim towards it. As he's getting closer, he feels that something is calling to him once he reaches his destination his eye's gleam with joy as he's found the egg on the sea floor Ash quickly swims and grabs the egg hugging it. Ash then starts to lose air he quickly puts the egg in his backpack and begins to swim back to the surface as fast as he can but is losing too much air. As Ash is swimming, he begins to blackout he tries to keep going but he's lost too much air and stops swimming the egg doesn't want Ash to die so it begins to summon a blue aura wave sending out a help signal which reaches Ash's Gyarados whose still on the ship as it stops battling the Muk and Tentacruel.
"What's wrong Gyarados?!" Brock asks as the sea serpent let's out a mighty roar, Gyarados looks over to Clefable and tells it to get everyone in the room to safety it needs to go save their trainer. Clefable gives a Clef in understanding as Gyarados lets out another roar as it glows a bright blue using bounce as it quickly shoots forward destroying all the walls that stand in its way.
"Where's Ash's Gyarados going?!" Iris asks
"I'm not sure do you know Clefable?" Brock asks the Pixie Pokemon but doesn't get a response as he sees Clefable's eyes glow blue and begins to grab Brock, Kiawe, Iris, Gary, Goodshow, Alexa along with the Gym leaders and their Pokemon as the tips of Clefable's finger's glow bright as they all teleport off the ship and onto the beach of Celdon City surprising them and the people already on the beach.
"Is this the Celedon City beach?" Surge asks
"I believe so did you Teleport us here?" Brock asks Clefable who nods
"Brock, Kiawe, Iris, Violet!" A familiar voice calls as they turn around and see Misty along with Lana, Mallow, Sophocles and Cilan they smile and quickly run over to them with Violet wrapping Misty in a big hug.
"I'm so happy you're okay!" Violet says happily
"Yes, I'm happy too please let go" Misty says as Violet begins to hug tighter making everyone laugh
"Hey!" another familiar voice calls making the group look up as they see Leaf and Ritchie riding on Zippo and Gobi with Ash's Pokemon as they land, they greet each other again but Misty notices something
"Hey where's Ash?" Misty asks with everyone else wondering as well as Leaf, Ritchie and Ash's Pokemon get a sad look on their faces
"When we confronted Archer, he threw Ash's Pokemon egg in water and Ash dived after it" Ritchie says as tears begin to well up in Leaf's eyes as everyone gets a shocked and worried expression Misty then speaks.
"I'm going to save him" Misty says shocking the group
"No Misty its too dangerous you don't know what's in the water" Brock says
"But I can't just leave Ash behind!" Misty yells as tears start to fall from her eyes
"I know how you feel Misty we all feel the same way" Brock says as everyone nods as tears start to fall from Misty's eyes, she walks over to Leaf to comfort her as Gary speaks
"Yeah, there's no way Ash would die from something like that he's still alive until I see his dead body, I'm not believing it" Gary says as the group looks at him Clefable then walks over to Misty and Leaf and taps their shoulders making the two girls look at it.
"Clef, Clef" Clefable says having a smile on her face saying that her trainer isn't dead with Ash's other Pokemon agreeing making Misty and Leaf smile as they turn back to the SS. Anne that's beginning to sink
"Please make it back Ash" Misty says to herself holding her hand over her chest.
We now cut back to Ash who is now unconscious and is starting to sink but Gyarados was able to break thru the last wall of the SS. Anne it quickly dives into the water. Gyarados starts to frantically look for its trainer it then feels something calling it Gyarados turns to the left and sees Ash Gyarados quickly swims towards Ash and has Ash lay on its head. Gyarados then quickly swims towards the surface so that Ash can get some air Gyarados then jumps out of the water giving out a mighty roar catching everyone's attention.
"Is that Ash's Gyarados?" Iris asks
"Yes" Kiawe responds
Meanwhile on the SS. Anne Looker, Archer, Petral, the police officers and TR grunts are all in shock to see Gyarados appear as the sea serpent then lands back on the water and begins to swim towards the beach of Celadon City.
"Pika? Pika Pi!" Pikachu starts to cheer alongside Ash's other Pokemon confusing the group at first but then relies why they are cheering as they see Ash stand up on Gyarados's head they smile and yell.
"ASH!" They all yell happily
"HEY GUYS!" Ash yells back smiling but does cough up some water once Gyarados reaches the shore he lets Ash off his head Ash thanks and pets Gyarados before returning it to its Pokeball as Ash turns around, he's then tackled to the ground by Pikachu along with his other Pokemon they're all happy to see that he's okay.
"Yeah, I'm happy to see you guys too!" Ash says as his Pokemon let go of Ash letting him stand up as he is then wrapped in a hug again but this time its Leaf
"Don't you dare scare me like that again!" Leaf says with tears in her eyes as she squeezes Ash hard
"Okay Leaf I promise please let me go" Ash says with Leaf letting him go as she smiles with Ash smiling back at her then the rest of Ash's friends come and are happy, he's okay Ash then looks at Misty and smiles with Misty doing the same before she begins to scold Ash that what he did was dangerous but like everyone else she gives him a hug with Ash returning it.
Back on the SS. Anne most of the police officers have defeated and arrested a lot of TR Grunts but some were able to escape as for Looker and Archer's battle even though Looker only has 3 Pokemon they were able to easily defeat 5 of Archer's Pokemon except for Houndoom.
"Use Fire Fang!" "Counter with Cross Poison!" Archer and Looker call Houndoom covers its fangs in fire and runs towards Drapion while the poison scorpion covers its claws in poison as it collides with Houndoom creating an explosion making both mons skid back Drapion looks like it can still battle but Houndoom is beginning to pant heavily.
"Give up Archer Houndoom can't battle anymore surrender and come quietly" Looker says with a serious expression
"Hmph no thank you I love the freedom I currently have Houndoom use Smoke Screen!" Archer calls as the hell hound fires the black smoke making Looker and the other police officer's cough.
"Drapion get rid of this Smoke screen with Brutal swing!" Looker calls Drapion roars as it spins getting rid of the smoke as it clears Looker and the other police officers can see Archer, Petral and the remaining rocket grunts in Helicopters
"Archer come back here!" Looker yells as Archer smiles
"Sorry but no we'll be taking are leave now" Archer says with a smile as the Helicopter flies away he waves at Looker he then glances over to the beach of Celadon City and sees Ash looking at him.
"The next time we meet I'll make sure to get rid of you" Archer thinks to himself as he sits next to Petral in the Helicopter as they fly away.
"Darn he got away okay everyone let's get off the ship!" Looker states with the police officers nodding as they send out their water Pokemon and go towards the beach of Celadon City as the SS. Anne sinks to the bottom of the ocean.
Inside the Helicopter that Archer and Petral are in they begin to talk
"Well, that was a bust we were unable to steal anyone's Pokemon, a lot of grunts are being taken to prison thankfully all of them are loyal to the boss, so we don't have to worry about any of them leaking any information and we didn't get the grand prize egg" Petral says in a disappointed tone
"Yes, that is disappointing indeed, but we did receive one thing" Archer says as he's holding the Beedrill drone he opens it and takes out a vial that has something inside it as Petral smiles
"So, looks like we were able to get the DNA from that Ritchie kid's Charizard" Petral says as Archer nods
"Yes, once we make it to the base, I'll send this to Nanba and have him study it very soon the boss will not only have the world's strongest Pokemon but also the world's strongest Charizard" Archer states as Petral smiles as the Helicopter they're in continues to fly away.
Meanwhile high in the sky above the clouds of Celadon City we see Jessie, James and Meowth in their hot air balloon as they're looking at something
"I can't believe he gave us that offer" Jessie says in annoyance with James and Meowth agreeing as they look at a card that has Looker's contact info on it.
Let's go back 30 minutes ago to the aftermath of Looker vs the trio the trio's Pokemon fought hard but ultimately lost to Lookers Pokemon and the trio have sad looks on their faces.
"This can't be the end, right?" James asks
"Even though we gave it everything we had we still lost" Jessie says
"I just want to let you guys know that once we're taken to prison, I've had fun with you" Meowth says as tears begin to run down Jessie and James faces as they hug the cat Pokemon with Meowth hugging them back Looker then walks over to them.
"If you're going to arrest us, make it quick" Jessie says with James and Meowth agreeing as they see Looker reach into his pocket the trio hold out their hands expecting to be handcuffed.
"Open your hand" Looker says to Jessie as she opens them Jessie closes her eyes, she feels something touch her hands it doesn't feel like handcuffs once she opens them, she sees a card and gets a confused look on her face James and Meowth have confused looks as well as they look at Looker.
"What's this?" Jessie asks
"It's a card with my contact information on it so that you can reach out to me" Looker responds
"I can see that but why are you giving it to me shouldn't you arrest us?" Jessie asks
"I only arrest people who are evil and after being watched by you 3 these past 7 days I never got the feeling that you are truly evil" Looker responds
"What do you mean we're not "truly" evil we're part of the evil organization Team Rocket that automatically makes us evil!" Meowth responds with Jessie and James nodding as Looker signs
"Just because you're a part of an evil organization doesn't make you evil, I've encountered many evil people in my life who truly feel and look the part of being in a evil organization and you 3 don't seem to be those kinds of people" Looker responds
"Why do you think we're not evil?" James asks
"Well for one during our battle I could tell how much you cared for not only your Pokemon but also each other now of course you 3 must've been together for a long time and have formed a bond but I've also encountered those types as well and there would always be one person who would sell out their friends in order to get away but with you 3 it seems you want to stick together" Looker says shocking the trio as they look at each other and realize that Looker is right that they do care for each other Jessie then looks at Looker and asks.
"So, why'd you give us you're contact information?" Jessie asks
"Oh, it's because I want you 3 to join the international police" Looker responds shocking the trio
"You want us to join the International police?!" Jessie, James and Meowth say in shock
"Yes, I feel your talents are being wasted in Team Rocket and I think joining the International police would be good for you" Looker says
"But we've done bad things while in Team Rocket" James responds while Looker nods
"I've taken that into consideration as well you will have to go to prison for a little while but once that's over, I would gladly love to take you under my wing" Looker says with a smile as he continues to talk
"I've also done some digging on your backgrounds here" Looker says as he throws 3 folders on the ground with the trio's names on them, they open them and get shocked looks on their faces.
"First off for James you were born into a very rich family for a good majority of your life you enjoyed it but once you learned that your parents were going to force you to marry someone that you didn't like and abused you, you ran away and joined Team Rocket as an escape from your family" Looker says as James looks at him shocked that what he said is right.
"Wait you're rich?!" "You mean we could've been living it up this whole time!" Jessie and Meowth say in shock as James looks at them rubbing the back of his head and letting out a nervous chuckle as Looker continues to speak.
"Next is Jessie you were born in a small village in the Johto region, before joining Team Rocket you tried many things like fashion and nursing but failed time and time again. We also have information that your mother was also a part of Team Rocket with the mission of finding Mew, but she was never found leaving you all alone at a young age so once you got older and felt there was nothing else you could do in your life you joined Team Rocket to not only find something you're good at but also to find more information on your mother." Looker says as Jessie gets a sad look on her face as do James and Meowth
"And as for you Meowth you seemed to be just a regular Meowth before but one day you decided to learn how to talk and then joined Team Rocket shortly afterwards" Looker says as Meowth nods
"Heh instead of getting more information on you, you got information on us" Jessie says looking at Looker they then hear a big explosion Looker begins to run away but looks at the trio and says one more thing to them.
"As for my offer I don't expect to hear an answer from you anytime soon when your ready contact me if you say yes, I'll gladly take you in but if your answer is no then I'll treat you like any other TR member and make sure you never get out of prison. Now let's go Croagunk, Growlithe and Drapion" Looker says as he and his Pokemon begin to run away in the direction of the main deck leaving the trio as they quickly get on their hot air balloon and fly away from the ship.
We're now back in present time as the trio are still looking at the card
"Do you think we should take the offer Jessie?" James asks
"But if we do what will the boss think he'll surely get rid of us" Meowth says in a scared tone as James nods as they look at Jessie who's still in thought she takes a deep breath and speaks
"Well, he said we don't have to give him an answer now so let's just report back to Archer leaving out this conversation and continue our mission on watching the twerp" Jessie says with Meowth and James nodding as they head towards Celadon City.
Meanwhile, on the beach of Celadon City Looker along with the other police officers safely make it before they can rest Looker tells the officers and Jenny's to hurry and send something after the Helicopters they nod and quickly go to work Looker was just about to leave as well but Leaf runs up to him as Looker looks at her and smiles.
"Looker I'm happy you're alright" Leaf says with a smile
"Thank you it's nice to see that you and your friends are safe as well" Looker responds while looking at the group behind Leaf Ash then walks towards Looker.
"So, you're Croagunk mask huh and a part of something called the International police thank you for saving my little sister she can be a handful sometimes" Ash says with a smile and having a mocking tone in the last part as Leaf looks at him annoyed
"You're welcome while you were gone Leaf, Ritchie and the rest of your Pokemon did well against Archer, Petral and the grunts" Looker says as Ash smiles
"Now I'm sorry but I need to hurry and go after them" Looker states as Ash and the others nods as Looker begins to run away
"Will we see you again?!" Ash asks as Looker turns around
"Yes" Looker says with a smile as he quickly goes to join the other Police officers and Jenny's Mr. Goodshow is there as well the two nods to each other before going their separate ways Good show then looks at the trainers and passengers that were on the SS. Anne and speaks
"I'm sorry you all had to experience what just happened on the SS. Anne come on we all need some rest the Pokemon Center in Celadon can help with that" Good show says as everyone nods and head towards the Center to heal their Pokemon and rest.
It's now the next day most of the trainers that were in the tournament have left to continue their journey's back in their regions, Good Show left and headed towards the Indigo Plateau to talk with Blue on their next steps to find TR's main base. News also broke out about the attack on the SS. Anne Delia, Rose, Oak and Daisy quickly called Ash, Leaf and Gary asking if they're aright with them nodding, the others also received calls from their families as well telling them they're alright before Violet left, she gave Misty one more hug with Misty doing the same the group are now in the hospital along with Giselle and Joe waiting to hear on if Giselle's father is alright. As soon as Giselle saw Ash, she wrapped him in a hug and started crying with Ash trying to comfort her as they continue to wait to hear about Giselle's father.
"Looks like she's finally asleep" Ash says while looking at Giselle whose head is on his shoulder
"Yeah, she stayed up all night as her dad was getting treated" Joe says with a yawn as he stayed up all night as well
"Hopefully we hear something soon" Misty says as the group nods, they then hear a ding as a nurse comes out Ash wakes up Giselle as they walk over to the nurse
"Is my dad, okay?" Giselle asks
"Why yes your dad is okay we were able to successfully remove the poison from his body" The nurse says smiling making Giselle and everyone else happy
"Is it okay for me to see him?" Giselle asks as the nurse nods she opens the door Giselle walks inside once she does, she sees her dad on the bed drinking a glass of water he then looks to Giselle
"Hello Giselle, I'm happy that you're safe" The man says with a smile making Giselle's eye well up in tears
"Daddy!" Giselle yells happily as she runs over to hug him crying again with her dad hugging her back the group look on and smile
"Are those your friends Giselle?" Giselle's dad asks as Giselle wipes her tears away
"Yes, you already know Joe" Giselle says with Joe waving Giselle then begins to introduce everyone to her father saving Ash for last as she grabs his arm and pulls him closer to her dad.
"And this is my soon to be boyfriend Ashy Kins" Giselle says happily shocking Ash and making Misty face palm
"Why yes I remember watching your battles you are indeed a strong trainer congratulations on winning the tournament and I hope you continue to be good friends with my daughter" Giselle's dad says as Ash nods the group then leave the hospital leaving Giselle and her father alone so they can spend some time together. Joe went to the Pokemon Center to sleep while everyone else are on the docks of Celadon City to say goodbye to Kiawe, Mallow, Sophocles, Lana, Cilan and Iris as they're taking a ship back home to Unova and Alola.
"Have a safe trip guy's Kiawe and Iris let's battle again one day" Ash says
"Thanks Ash I want to battle you again too but next time I'll win" Iris says
"Yes, I agree with Iris me, Turtonator and my other Pokemon will train hard, we'll defeat you and next time we battle we'll be using our Z move" Kiawe says
"You know you've mentioned Z moves and Z rings before but what are they?" Ash questions with Leaf wanting to know as well as Kiawe smiles
"Don't worry the next time we see each other I'll show you and I'm sure Professor Kukui would love to meet you as well" Kiawe says as Ash nods
"Thanks for teaching us some of the recipes from Kanto Brock" Mallow says
"Yes, it was a great learning experience" Cilan says as Brock smiles
"Thanks, I also enjoyed learning about the different recipes from Unova and Alola I'm excited to use them in my dishes" Brock says making Cilan and Mallow happy
"It was great meeting you Misty if its alright with you can we keep in touch?" Lana asks as Misty smiles
"Of course, here's my poke gear number and let's write letters to each other from time to time" Misty says as Lana smiles
"Ash, Ritchie and Leaf good luck in the Kanto league we'll be rooting for you guys" "Sophocles says making the three trainers smile after that Cilan, Iris alongside the Alola kids get on the ship and begin heading back home they wave to Ash, Misty, Brock, Leaf and Ritchie until they're out of view. Ritchie then stops waving bringing out Zippo and getting on his back.
"Wait you're leaving already Ritchie?" Ash asks
"Yep, I already have the Celadon Gym badge I'm going to get my next gym badge" Ritchie responds
"Are you heading to Saffron City?" Misty asks
"Nope I still don't feel like I'm ready for that gym battle yet I'm going to the gym in Fuchsia City to train, get the gym badge and catch some new Pokemon" Ritchie responds with the group nodding
"Alright sounds good to me let's meet again at the Kanto league Ritchie" Ash says with Ritchie saying the same thing before Ritchie leaves Charmeleon comes out of its Pokeball it walks over to Zippo and looks at it in the eye.
"Char, Char" Charmeleon says telling Zippo that the next time they see each other Charmeleon will also be a Charizard, and it'll be the one who wins. Zippo smiles as he and Charmeleon fist bump each other making a promise that they'll battle again one day once that's done Zippo roars it flaps its wings and soars in the air the group then wave goodbye to Ritchie, Zippo and Sparky.
"Hey Leaf, are you ready?" Gary's voice echoes making the group turn around
"Yeah, I'm ready Leaf says" As she walks over to Gary
"Wait your leaving too Leaf and going with Gary?" Ash asks as Leaf turns around
"Yep, me and Gary are going to travel to Saffron City for me to get my 4th badge and for Gary to get his 6th badge" Leaf responds
"But don't you want to take on the gym in Celadon first?" Misty asks
"Well, I was going to originally, but I heard that in Saffron City there's this place called the fighting dojo and if you defeat all the trainers, you can pick either a HItmonchan, Hitmonlee or a HItmontop as a prize" Leaf responds as the group nods
"Wait Gary didn't you promise you'd battle me?" Ash asks as Gary looks at him
"Don't worry Ashy boy I didn't forget I want to battle you as well let's have our battle at Saffron City" Gary says
"Okay that's fine with me, my Pokemon and I will train hard, and we'll defeat you" Ash says with Pikachu, Raichu and Charmeleon roaring in agreement as Gary smiles as a car with a woman driving it appears telling Gary and Leaf to get in
"Let's see each other again Leaf" Misty says as she hugs the girl with Leaf hugging her back Leaf then whispers into Misty's ear
"I'm rooting for you" Leaf says as Misty blushes profusely before Misty could say anything Leaf and Gary go into the car with Leaf laughing as the woman drives them to Saffron City as Misty signs.
"So, Ash you ready for your gym battle?" Brock asks as Ash looks at him
"Of course!" Ash says with fire in his eyes
"Great how about we go to the gym tomorrow morning" Brock suggests as Ash nods
"Alright Pikachu, Raichu and Charmeleon let's train hard and get the 4th badge!" Ash says raising his fist in the air as Pikachu, Raichu and Charmeleon roar raising their fist in the air as well as Brock and Misty smile.
Meanwhile deep inside the Game Corner of Celadon City we see Jessie, James, Meowth alongside Arianna as they're looking at 2 monitors that show Archer and Giovanni.
"So Croagunk mask was Looker, I should've known it was such a simple disguise and are you sure you three didn't know anything?" Giovanni asks staring at the Rocket trio as they're sweating Jessie speaks
"No, we didn't know sir" Jessie responds
"I see then tell me how you were able to escape Looker?" Giovanni asks as the trio begin to sweat again as James speaks
"Well, we were able to escape thanks to my Weezing using Smoke Screen to cause a distraction as we quickly jumped into our air balloon" James says
"I see very well then I'll let you rest for 2 days then after that you'll continue your mission on keeping watch of Ash Ketchum you may go" Giovanni says as the trio breathes a sign of relief and leave the room to go rest as Giovanni then looks to Archer
"How are Cassidy and Bill?" Giovanni asks
"They're okay now sir they've just woken up, but they don't remember what happened other than seeing a bright blue light blasting them off the ship" Archer responds with Giovanni nodding as he speaks again.
"So, I've heard you were able to get the DNA of that brat Ritchie's Charizard" Giovanni says as Archer smiles
"Yes, sir Professor Namba is currently in the process of cloning it soon you'll have not only the world's strongest Charizard but soon take control of Mewtwo" Archer says as Giovanni smiles
"Good you may go as well" Giovanni says as Archer nods ending the video call Giovanni looks at Arianna
"Were you able to get all the ghost type from Lavender tower?" Giovanni asks as Arianna smiles
"Yes, we've successfully captured every single ghost type in the tower we also found some dark type Pokemon too here have a look" Arianna says as she turns on the lights showcasing multiple Ghastly, Haunter, Gengar and many other ghost/dark type Pokemon trapped in cages that electrocute them if they try to get out as Giovanni smiles.
"Good they'll be useful if Mewtwo ever disobeys me" Giovanni says as Arianna nods unbeknownst to them there is one Haunter that's free it was able to escape the TR grunts that stormed the tower before Giovanni and Arianna notice the wild Haunter leaves to go and find someone who could help its friends.

This is the end of the SS. Anne arc thank you all for reading it, I had a lot of fun writing the battles and introducing so many new characters tell me what you guys thought of the arc. Do you guys think Jessie, James and Meowth will take Looker's offer to be international police? How do you think I handled the introduction of Psyduck's power?
The next chapter will focus on Ash's gym battle in the Celadon gym and Ash meeting Haunter the next chapter will come out next week. Also, before chapter 22 comes out on Christmas Day I might write a short chapter of the Ketchum's family Christmas it'll take place when Ash was 5 years old, and I hope you all have a good day everyone.
