Chapter 29 The Fighting Dojo
Hello everyone, this chapter will mainly be Ash taking on the fighting Dojo enjoy!
The chapter begins a day after the last one ended the group of Ash, Misty, Brock and Leaf are currently on their way to the fighting dojo in Saffron City. Gary decided not to go with them since he wasn't interested, and Daisy wanted Gary to stay in bed. Delia, Riley and Yellow are keeping Sabrina company in her hospital room and begin to catch up. We now focus in on Ash and friends who are now in front of the door of the fighting dojo as Leaf speaks.
"Here it is!" Leaf says as the group nod as Ash speaks.
"Alright I'm ready let's do this Pikachu" Ash says with the yellow mouse nodding as Ash and the others open the door and walk inside, they get an amazed look on their faces when they see multiple people and different kind of fighting Pokemon from different regions training together Ash then speaks.
"Whoa there are some Pokemon that I've seen before but there are also ones from other regions." Ash says as the group nods, the trainers and Pokemon in the dojo look at the group glaring at them making the group nervous as they hear a man's voice.
"Tell me which of you is challenging my Dojo today?!" The man's voice yells making Ash, Pikachu, Misty and Brock intimidated but not Leaf as she was expecting it Ash shakes his head as he walks forward and speaks.
"My name is Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town and I'll be the one challenging your dojo today!" Ash states with Pikachu sparking its cheeks. The man looks into Ash and Pikachu's eyes he smiles and makes himself known.
"I like the fire in your eyes my names Koichi and I'm the master of this dojo" Koichi says introducing himself he's a bulky man wearing a karate outfit and wearing a red headband the group nod as Ash speaks.
"Nice to me you this is my partner Pokemon Pikachu these are my friends, Misty, Brock and you already know Leaf" Ash says as his friend's wave to him Koichi smiles when he sees Leaf and walks over to her.
"It's nice to see you again young lady how's the Hitmonchan I gave you doing?" Koichi asks as Leaf speaks.
"HItmonchan's doing fine here take a look" Leaf says as she brings out the punchy Pokemon it does a couple punches in the air and says hi to its old master as Koichi speaks.
"It seems Hitmonchan's doing well please continue to look after it" Koichi says as Leaf nods and returns the punchy Pokemon Koichi then walks over to Ash.
"I saw your SS. Anne battle on TV against Ritchie, and I received a message from Lady Bea telling me if you ever came to take on the dojo to make sure to give you a challenge" Koichi says as Ash is happy that Bea told Koichi about him Ash then speaks.
"So, what are the rules?" Ash asks as Koichi speaks.
"You'll battle 6 of my strongest apprentices the first 5 rounds will be 2v2 battles the 6th round is a 3v3 battle if you're able to beat all of them I'll challenge you to a battle also both you and your opponents be able to switch out your Pokemon during battle we also have a Pokemon transfer machine where you change your Pokemon" Koichi says as Ash nods Koichi then continues to speak.
"Another thing you should know is that for these battles you're Pokemon are only allowed to use physical attacks since fighting type Pokemon mainly use physical moves" Koichi says as Ash nods as Koichi speaks.
"So young man are you ready?" Koichi asks as Ash smiles and speaks.
"You bet!" Ash responds as Koichi smiles.
"Good then your first opponent will be against Mike" Koichi says as a boy around Ash's age appears having a confident smile on his face as he looks at Ash with Ash looking at him as Koichi speaks.
"You may now head to the battlefield" Koichi says the two boys nod Ash hands Misty his Riolu egg as she, Brock and Leaf head to the stands to watch the battle as Ash and Mike go to their sides of the field everyone is excited to watch the battle unbeknownst to everyone there's a bird Pokemon holding a large leek interested in watching the battle as well everyone then sees the ref walk to the battlefield.
"This will be a 2v2 battle between Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town and Mike whoever defeats both of their opponents Pokemon first will be declared the winner both trainers please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref says as both Ash and Mike grab their Pokeball's as Mike brings out his Pokemon first.
"Crabrawler Go!" Mike says as he brings out a small crab Pokemon its shell is purple with blue and yellow accents, has two yellow antennae over its eyes and its pincers are blue resembling boxing gloves the crustacean punches its pinchers together ready to battle as Ash scans it with its Pokedex.
"Crabrawler, the Boxing Pokémon. A Fighting type. Crabrawler is always aiming to be number one. Crabrawler will guard its weak spots with its claws in battle and throw punches, looking for an opening." The Pokedex says as Ash smiles as Misty speaks.
"Who do you guys think he's going to send out first? I'm going to guess Pikachu or Pidgeotto" Misty says as Leaf speaks.
"My bet is Primeape" Leaf says as Brock answers next.
"I'm going to say Charmeleon" Brock says as they turn to the battlefield as Ash speaks.
"Vulpix I Choose You!" Ash calls as the Ice fox comes out surprising everyone as Misty speaks.
"Vulpix why Vulpix? It has a type disadvantage?" Misty questions as Brock speaks.
"I guess we should've seen this coming Ash does like to challenge himself" Brock says as Misty and Leaf nod, one of Brock's Pokeball's open as his Kanto Vulpix comes out as Brock looks at it.
"Do you want to cheer on Ash's Vulpix?" Brock asks as Vulpix nods it begins to cheer for Ash's Vulpix the ice fox looks over smiles its happy that its friend is cheering for it, the ice fox then looks at its opponent and begins to growl as Crabrawler glares at the ice fox as Koichi speaks.
"I like the fire in its eyes" Koichi says as Ash speaks.
"Let's win Vulpix!" "Pika!" Ash says with Pikachu cheering as Vulpix gives a "Ko" Mike then speaks.
"Let's beat that fox Crabrawler!" Mike says as the crustation nods the ref begins to speak.
"Both trainers have brought out their first Pokemon you may now begin!" The ref calls as Ash makes the first move.
"Vulpix land the first hit with Quick Attack!" Ash calls Vulpix gives a "Ko" as it quickly dashes forward as Mike gives a command.
"Crabrawler counter with Brick Break!" Mike calls Crabrawler's fist glows white as it collides with Vulpix both Pokemon begin to try and push each other back but are evenly matched as Mike gives his next command.
"Crabrawler use your free arm to hit Vulpix!" "Dodge Vulpix!" Both trainers call as Crabrawler goes to hit Vulpix with its left arm Vulpix is narrowly able to dodge it as it lands back on the battlefield Mike quickly makes his next command.
"Use Dynamic Punch!" Mike calls as before Ash can make a command Crabrawler dashes forward quickly and hits the ice fox making it soar thru the air and come crashing down below Ash's feet.
"Vulpix are you okay?" Ash asks the ice fox nods as it stands back up but groans from the super effective attack as Mike speaks.
"I trained my Crabrawler to be very speedy it also has the Iron Fist ability making its punching moves stronger there's no way your Vulpix can win" Mike states as Crabrawler nods as Ash speaks.
"You sure about that? My Vulpix may not look it but it's very tanky it does a lot of endurance training with my other Pokemon so it can take damage" Ash responds Vulpix nods as Mike speaks.
"Okay then let's see just how much your Vulpix can take before it goes down Crabrawler use Dynamic Punch again!" Mike calls as the Crustation quickly shoots forward Ash makes his command.
"Vulpix use Quick Attack to dodge!" Ash calls Vulpix quickly dodges the punch with Quick Attack and is now above Crabrawler as Ash makes a command.
"Use Quick Attack again to boost your speed and use Zen Headbutt!" "Crabrawler counter with Liquidation!" Both trainers call Vulpix quickly dashes downward increasing its speed it then covers its head in psychic energy, Crabrawler tries to counter back but was too slow as Vulpix hits the crustation on the head doing super effective damage making it skid back to its trainer, but the mon is still standing as Ash quickly makes his next move.
"Vulpix Quick Attack!" Ash calls as Vulpix quickly shoots forward Mike makes a command.
"Crabrawler Dynamic Punch!" Mike calls Crabrawler roars as it charges at Vulpix before the mons collide with each other Ash makes a command.
"Vulpix Dig!" Ash calls shocking Mike and Crabrawler as the ice fox quickly digs underground this makes the crustation trip before Mike can make a command Ash makes his next move.
"Vulpix Zen Headbutt!" Ash calls Vulpix immediately appears under Crabrawler hitting it in the stomach launching the mon high in the air as Vulpix goes after it Mike makes a command.
"Crabrawler Dynamic Punch!" "Vulpix dodge then use Iron Tail!" Both trainers call Crabrawler goes to punch Vulpix but the ice fox dodges but Crabrawler's pincer does graze Vulpix's face Vulpix then hits Crabrawler in the stomach with Iron Tail knocking the mon back down towards the battlefield lowering its defense. Crabrawler groans in pain it looks up and sees Vulpix heading towards it.
"Vulpix Zen Headbutt!" Ash calls as the Ice fox covers its head in Psychic energy Mike makes his command.
"Crabrawler Dynamic Punch!" Mike calls Crabrawler's fist glows as it jumps towards the ice fox. Crabrawler and Vulpix collide in the air trying to push each other back as they yell.
"CRAB!"
"KO!"
Both mons yell as Crabrawler tries to push Vulpix back it starts to feel the pain from the Iron tail Ash and Vulpix notice and take the chance.
"GO VULPIX!" "KO!" Ash and Vulpix yell as Vulpix pushes thru the Dynamic Punch hitting the crustation in the stomach as they both crash back on the battlefield there's a dust cloud. As the dust is clearing everyone waits to see the results once the dust is gone Crabrawler is on its back unconscious as Vulpix is standing over it panting the ref then makes the call.
"Crabrawler is unable to battle Vulpix is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash and Vulpix cheer the group cheers as well Vulpix then jumps into Ash's arms.
"Great job Vulpix you were amazing!" "Pika!" Ash and Pikachu say as Vulpix gives a happy "Ko" in the stands Misty speaks.
"You know it may look cute, but I sometimes forget just how strong Vulpix is" Misty says with Leaf and Brock nodding while Brock's Vulpix cheers meanwhile the bird holding the large leek is impressed in Vulpix's power as well as Koichi Mike then speaks.
"Thanks for battling hard Crabrawler you did well" Mike says as he returns the crab and sends out his next Pokemon.
"Go Crabominable!" Mike says as he sends out a large white crab it gives a mighty roar as Ash, Pikachu and Vulpix look at it Ash then takes out his Pokedex.
"Crabominable, the Woolly Crab Pokémon. A Fighting and Ice type. The white fur on its body allows Crabominable to withstand the coldest weather." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"This one look's tough" Ash says as he looks at Vulpix and holds out its Pokeball.
"Vulpix return" Ash says with the fox nodding as it goes back in its Pokeball Ash grabs another Pokeball and sends out his next Pokemon.
"Kingler I choose you!" Ash says bringing out the king crab it pinches its pincers together ready to battle as Leaf speaks.
"Next is Kingler this should be a good match" Leaf says as Misty and Brock nod the ref calls for the battle to continue as Ash and Mike make the first move.
"Use Crabhammer!" Both trainers call Kingler covers its big fist in water as Crabominable covers its fist in water both mons shoot forward and collide creating an explosion as they both skid back Mike makes his next move.
Crabominable use Ice Punch!" Mike calls as the big wooly Pokemon shoots forward and punches Kingler across the face making it skid back but the crab stops itself as Ash makes his next command.
"Kingler use Swords Dance then use Crabhammer again!" Ash calls Kingler quickly increases its attack power covers its big arm in water as it dashes towards Crabominable.
"Crabominable dodge then knock Kingler down with Brick Break!" Mike calls the wooly Pokemon dodges Kingler by moving to the side it then lifts both its arms and goes to hit Kingler Ash makes a command.
"Kingler use Crabhammer on your small arm to Block it!" Ash calls Kingler quickly covers its small arm with water blocking the Brick Break as it's pushed down to the battlefield laying on its back Kingler looks up and sees Crabominable readying its fist.
"Use Close Combat!" Mike calls as Crabominable goes to hit Kingler Ash makes a command.
"Use Dig to dodge!" Ash calls Kingler quickly digs underground dodging the move as Crabominable repeatedly punches the ground Kingler then appears behind the wooly Pokemon having its pincers ready Ash makes a command.
"Now Crabhammer!" Ash calls as Kingler covers both its pinchers in water and jumps towards the wooly crab.
"Counter with Close Combat!" Mike calls Crabominable quickly turns around as it and Kingler clash and begin to punch each other repeatedly. Both mons are landing heavy blows on each other they punch each other one more time they both soar in the air and crash back down they both get up and begin to pant heavily. Both Ash and Mike know their Pokemon just need to land one more hit on each other both trainer's make their final command.
"Use Crabhammer!" Both boys call the two crabs dash forward and collide with Kingler's big claw and Crabominable's fist they begin to push each other back and forth neither one wants to lose but Crabominable begins to overpower Kingler making Mike happy.
"You're almost there Crabominable just a little more and we'll win!" Mike says the wooly crab nods as it begins to push Kingler down more Ash speaks.
"Come on Kingler you're not done yet I know you can win!" "Pika!" Ash and Pikachu cheer Kingler hears the cheers from its trainer and teammate it doesn't want to lose either as it begins to yell.
"COOKIE!" Kingler yells as both of its pincers become blades shocking everyone as Ash speaks.
"Kingler learned Liquidation!" Ash says happily as Pikachu cheers Mike tells Crabominable to push harder the wooly crab tries but its unable to as Kingler uses the blade on its big pincer to knock the large crab's fist away Kingler then uses the blade on its small pincer to slash Crabominable in the stomach Kingler then appears behind the giant crab as the wooly crab falls on the ground unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Crabominable is unable to battle Kingler is the winner making Ash Ketchum move on to the next round!" The ref calls as Ash, Pikachu and Kingler cheer the group cheers as well Ash then runs toward the crab wrapping it in a hug.
"Great job Kingler you were amazing and congrats on learning Liquidation!" Ash says happily making the crab happy as it hugs Ash and Pikachu. Mike returns Crabominable saying it did well he walks over to Ash and his Pokemon and speaks.
"You've defeated me you're a strong trainer I wish you luck in your next battles the other 5 our stronger than me" Mike says as Ash nods Koichi then speaks.
"There will be a 5-minute break between matches make sure you rest and decide which Pokemon you'll use next your next opponent will be Shane." Koichi says as Shane looks at Ash as Ash looks at him.
5 minutes later both Ash and Shane are standing on their sides of the battlefield both boys have smiles on their faces the rules are the same as the last match the ref calls for both boys to bring out their first Pokemon Shane goes first.
"Go Makuhita!" Shane calls bringing out the mon its small, its body is yellow, has a black marking on its neck and has black boxing gloves for fist Ash scans it with his Pokedex.
"Makuhita, the Guts Pokémon. Makuhita never gives up, always getting back on its feet, no matter how many times it's knocked over. Each time rising to its feet builds up energy in its body." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"The guts Pokemon huh? I've the perfect Pokemon for it" Ash says as he looks at Pikachu.
"You ready buddy?" Ash asks as Pikachu sparks its cheeks as it runs on the battlefield it stares at Makuhita with Makuhita staring at it in the stands Leaf speaks.
"So, he's using Pikachu this is good Pikachu will be able to confuse Makuhita with its speed" Leaf says as Misty and Brock nod the ref then speaks.
"Both trainers have sent out their first Pokemon let the battle begin!" The ref calls as Ash makes the first move.
"Pikachu use Quick Attack and run around Makuhita!" Ash calls Pikachu dashes forward as the yellow mouse begins running around the bulky Pokemon but neither Shane nor Makuhita are concerned as Shane makes his command.
"Earthquake Makuhita" Shane calls as before Ash can tell Pikachu to dodge Makuhita lifts its foot and slams it on the battlefield shaking it this makes Pikachu trip and groan in pain from the super effective attack before Ash can make a command Shane makes his next move.
"Now Seismic Toss" Shane calls Makuhita shoots forward it grabs Pikachu's tail as it begins to spin the yellow mouse fast and throws it back down on the battlefield Ash calls to the yellow mouse.
"Are you okay Pikachu?!" Ash calls in worry as Pikachu nods it then sees Makuhita above it as Shane makes his next move.
"Now Heavy Slam" Shane calls as Makuhita quickly falls forward as its inches away from Pikachu's face Ash makes a command.
"Pikachu dodge with Quick Attack!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly jumps high in the air dodging the move as Makuhita crashes down on the battlefield creating a crater making everyone surprised at how powerful it is Makuhita then quickly jumps towards Pikachu having its fist ready.
"Makuhita use Drain Punch" Shane calls as Ash makes his move.
"Pikachu counter with Iron Tail!" Ash calls Pikachu's tail glows a bright white as it falls towards Makuhita both mons collide in the air creating an explosion as both mons land back on the battlefield Ash makes his command.
"Pikachu use Quick Attack then Iron Tail!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly dashes forward it gets in front of Makuhita and slaps it across the face with its tail. Makuhita stumbles back a little, but it then heats up its fist.
"Fire Punch" "Dodge Pikachu and use Iron Tail!" Both trainers call Makuhita goes to punch Pikachu but the yellow mouse dodges getting behind Makuhita and hits it in the back with Iron Tail making Makuhita stumble forward and lower its defense it quickly turns around.
"Fire Punch" Shane call's Makuhita heats up its fist and goes to hit Pikachu Ash makes a command.
"Dodge Pikachu then use Thunder Punch!" Ash calls Pikachu jumps over Makuhita dodging the Fire punch getting behind Makuhita, the yellow mouse quickly electrifies its fist as Makuhita turns around Pikachu uppercuts Makuhita making its soar thru the air and come crashing back down paralyzed Ash cheers.
"Good job Pikachu!" Ash cheers with Pikachu nodding as Shane smiles and speaks.
"You shouldn't be celebrating right now" Shane says Ash looks at him confused wondering what he means but gets his answer as Makuhita gets up its eyes are glowing a crimson red with electricity flowing throughout its body the mon gives a mighty roar shocking Ash and Pikachu as Ash speaks.
"What's going on?" Ash questions as Shane speaks.
"You activated Makuhita's Guts ability, it's an ability where if a Pokemon is inflicted by a status condition it makes their attack power grow. Also, it looks like something else is happening to Makuhita" Shane says as everyone looks at Makuhita it glows a bright white and evolves into a Hariyama everyone is surprised except for Shane and Koichi as Ash looks at Pikachu and speaks.
"Can you still battle Pikachu?" Ash asks with the yellow mouse nodding as Ash nods and speaks.
"Okay let's keep going!" Ash says with Pikachu sparking its cheeks as Shane smiles.
"I knew you were going to keep Pikachu in, but it doesn't matter as victory is mine Hariyama Arm Thrust!" Shane calls as the sumo mon immediately jumps forward to strike Pikachu.
"Dodge with Quick Attack Pikachu!" Ash calls the yellow mouse dodges the Arm thrust in time as Hariyama's hand hits the battlefield it creates a creator shocking Ash and Pikachu Ash thinks if Pikachu gets hit once it'll be over, he makes his next move.
"Pikachu use Quick Attack to run around Hariyama!" Ash calls Pikachu dashes forward and runs around the sumo mon as Shane smiles.
"You already tried this before Earthquake Hariyama!" Shane calls as Ash smiles.
"And you tried that before Pikachu hit Hariyama's leg with Iron Tail!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly hits the sumo mons leg with Iron Tail making Hariyama stop using Earthquake as it groans from the pain Hariyama looks up and sees Pikachu above it.
"Now Wild Charge!" Ash calls Pikachu covers its body in electricity as it heads towards Hariyama Shane makes his command.
"Hariyama quick block it with Force palm!" Shane calls the Sumo mon holds its arms up towards Pikachu, but this is what Ash wanted as he speaks.
"Pikachu stop right there and use Tail Whip!" Ash calls shocking everyone Pikachu stops in midair as it begins to swing its tail back and forth making Hariyama drop its guard Shane then realizes what Ash is doing but before he can make a command Ash speaks.
"Now Iron Tail!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly covers its tail in steel energy as it hits Hariyama hard in the stomach sending the sumo mon crashing down hard on the battlefield creating a dust cloud. As the dust is clearing Pikachu is standing panting heavily while Hariyama is unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Hariyama is unable to battle the first win goes to Pikachu!" The ref calls as Ash and Pikachu cheer while Shane returns Hariyama thanking it for a well fought battle in the stands Brock speaks.
"I didn't know Pikachu had Tail Whip?" Brock says as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, he used it when he battled my Ivysaur I guess he wanted to catch Shane off guard" Leaf says with Misty and Brock nodding they turn their heads back towards the battlefield as Shane grabs another Pokeball.
"That was a nice trick you pulled but I won't fall for it again go Toxicroak!" Shane says bringing out a bipedal frog Pokemon Ash scans it with his Pokedex.
"Toxicroak, the Toxic Mouth Pokémon, and the evolved form of Croagunk. The poison produced in its sacks is carried through tubes in its arms to its knuckle claws." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu return" Ash says with the yellow mouse nodding as he grabs his next Pokeball and speaks.
"Muk, I choose you!" Ash says bringing out the sludge monster it gives a mighty roar and stares at its opponent with Toxicroak staring back at it the ref calls for the battle to begin as both boys call for their first moves.
"Use Poison Jab!" Ash and Shane call Muk and Toxicroak dash forward covering their arms in poison they collide creating an explosion as Shane calls for his next attack.
"Toxicroak Earthquake!" Shane calls as the bipedal frog lifts its leg and stomps hard on the battlefield shaking it.
"Jump Muk!" Ash calls Muk jumps high in the air dodging the Earthquake as Shane makes his next move.
"Use Stone Edge and throw it at Muk!" Shane calls Toxicroak summons the big sharp stone and quickly throws it at the sludge monster Ash didn't have time to make Muk dodge, so the Stone Edge hit Muk making it crash back down on the battlefield Shane makes his next move.
"Now Earthquake again! Shane calls Toxicroak quickly stomps its foot on the battlefield shaking it making Muk roar in pain as it begins to wobble back and forth Shane makes his next move.
"Now finish it with Stone Edge!" Shane calls Toxicroak summons the sharp stone and throws it at Muk as Ash smiles.
"Muk throw the Stone Edge back!" Ash calls shocking Shane as Muk grabs the sharp stone and throws it back hitting Toxicroak in the face making it fall on the battlefield as Ash makes his command.
"Quick use Dig!" Ash calls Muk quickly digs underground before Shane can make a command Muk appears under Toxicroak sending it soaring high in the air Muk continues to go after it Shane makes a command.
"Toxicroak Stone Edge!" "Dodge Muk!" Both trainers call Toxicroak throws the sharp stone towards Muk, but the sludge monster dodges as it continues going after Toxicroak and grabs it.
"Now throw Toxicroak back on the battlefield!" Ash calls Muk throws the frog as hard as it can back on the ground Toxicroak crashes down landing on its back the frog groans in pain it then sees Muk falling towards it.
"End it with Rock Smash Muk!" "Poison Jab Toxicroak!" Both boys call as Muk is about to hit Toxicroak the poison frog hits Muk with Poison Jab the sludge monster groans in pain but roars as it punches Toxicroak in the stomach creating an explosion. Once the dust clears everyone can see both mons standing looking at each other they stare at each other for a few moments as Toxicroak falls down unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Toxicroak is unable to battle Muk is the winner meaning Ash of Pallet Town can move onto the next round!" The ref calls as Ash, Pikachu and Muk cheer Muk immediately heads towards Ash and Pikachu wrapping them in a hug as Ash speaks.
"We're happy as well Muk please let us go" Ash says but Muk continues to hug them as they both begin to sink into Muk's body causing everyone to laugh, the bird pokemon holding the large leek gives a small chuckle.
5 minutes later it's time for Ash's next battle he called Prof. Oak switching out his Pokemon, his next opponent is up against a teenage girl named Jackie from the Kalos region both trainers take their positions the ref explains the rules are the same as the last round and for them to send out their first Pokemon Jackie sends out her Pokemon first.
"Pangoro Go!" Jackie calls as she sends in a large bipedal panda like Pokemon it gives a mighty roar and gets in a battle stance Ash scans it with his Pokedex.
"Pangoro, the Daunting Pokémon, a Dark/fighting type and the evolved form of Pancham. Pangoro has an ornery personality. It holds a bamboo sprig in its mouth, which allows Pangoro to detect surrounding movements." The Pokedex says Ash grabs his first Pokeball and speaks.
"Ivysaur I choose you!" Ash says bringing in the plant dinosaur it has an excited look on its face happy to battle again as Misty speaks.
"So, Ash is using Ivysaur next" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"I'm interested in seeing how much stronger it's gotten after evolving" Brock says with Misty and Leaf nodding they turn their heads back to the battlefield the ref calls for the battle to begin as Ash makes the first move.
"Ivysuar use Growth!" Ash calls Ivysaur roars increasing its special attack/attack power as Jackie speaks.
"We'll increase our attack power as well Pangoro use Bulk Up!" Jackie calls as the large panda roars increasing its attack/defense Ash makes his next move.
"Ivysaur Razor Leaf!" Ash calls Ivysaur fires multiple sharp leaf's towards Pangoro.
"Destroy all of them with Fire Punch!" Jackie calls Pangoro roars heating up both its fist as it begins to easily destroy all the sharp leaf's but Ash expected that as he makes his next command.
"Ivysaur grab Pangoro's legs with Vine Whip and trip it!" Ash calls Ivysaur quickly shoots out the vines they wrap around Pangoro's legs and trip the mon landing on its back surprising Jackie Ash makes his next command.
"Now jump in the air and use Seed Bomb!" Ash calls Ivysuar quickly jumps high in the air launching out a large seed from its bulb as it heads towards Pangoro.
"Pangoro knock it away with Night Slash!" Jackie calls Pangoro covers its claws in dark energy as it knocks the seed bomb away as it did that it sees Ivysaur in front of it as Ash speaks.
"Now Razor Leaf!" Ash calls Jackie couldn't make a command in time as Ivysuar quickly fires the sharp leaf's in Pangoro's face doing a lot of damage to the panda Pokemon Ash isn't done yet as he calls for his next attack.
"Now Double Edge!" "Dodge it Pangoro!" Both trainers call Pangoro was unable to dodge in time as Ivysaur covers its body in a white aura and rams its body in Pangoro's stomach the large panda coughs in pain as Ivysuar bounces off its stomach and lands back on the battlefield.
"Pangoro!" Jackie calls but gets no response as the ref walks over, he sees that the large panda is unconscious and makes his decision.
"Pangoro is unable to battle Ivysaur's the winner!" The ref calls as Ash, Pikachu and Ivysuar cheer, Ivysaur walks over to Ash as Ash pets it.
"Hahahaha, I knew you could do it Ivysuar you've gotten stronger after evolving" "Pika" Ash and Pikachu say as Ivysuar smiles meanwhile in the stands Leaf speaks.
"Whoa it has gotten a lot stronger it defeated Pangoro easily" Leaf says as Misty speaks.
"It must've been training a lot back at Oak's lab with Ash's other Pokemon" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"Don't forget it also has to deal with all the Pokemon that get into fights as well so that must also be good training for it" Brock says as the two girls nod, Jackie returns Pangoro thanking it for battling she grabs her next Pokeball and speaks.
"You're Ivysaur may be strong, but it won't beat this one the ring is yours Hawlucha!" Jackie calls she throws the Pokeball what comes out is a bird like Pokemon with white, green and red colors and looks like it's wearing a Luchador mask. Once the Pokemon appears it does a pose and gets in a battle stance Ash then scans it with his Pokedex.
"Hawlucha, the Wrestling Pokémon a Fighting/Flying type. Possessing an artistic way of executing its moves, Hawlucha takes great pride in their elegance." The Pokedex says as Ash has a smile on his face and speaks.
"I hope I catch my own Hawlucha one day" Ash says as he looks at Ivysaur and holds out its Pokeball.
"Ivysaur return!" Ash says the plant dinosaur nods going back in its Pokeball Ash takes out another Pokeball as Jackie speaks.
"That was smart of you to return your Ivysaur because it wouldn't have defeated my Hawlucha" Jackie says as the Lucha mon nods as Ash speaks.
"Nah I'm pretty confident my Ivysaur would've taken down Hawlucha but I know this Pokemon is a better match for it Pidgeotto I Choose You!" Ash calls sending out the bird it gives a mighty "Pidjo!" excited to battle again as Jackie speaks.
"A Pidgeotto huh interesting but it won't beat my Hawlucha!" Jackie says as Hawlucha gets in a battle stance.
"We'll see!" Ash responds as Pidgeotto gets ready the ref calls for the battle to begin as Ash makes the first move.
"Pidgeotto use Quick Attack!" Ash calls as the bird quickly flies towards Hawlucha Jackie makes a command.
"Dodge Hawlucha then use High Jump Kick!" Jackie calls the luchador easily dodges Pidgeotto by moving to the side Hawlucha's right knee glows red as it knees Pidgeotto in the stomach making the bird cough in pain as it's sent back towards Ash landing below his feet shocking the boy.
"Are you okay Pidgeotto?!" Ash asks the bird nods as it flies back in the air but groans from the pain Ash looks at Hawlucha and thinks.
"I wasn't expecting it to be so fast I've to be careful" Ash says to himself as Jackie speaks.
"Hawlucha charge forward and use Brick Break!" Jackie calls as the Luchador quickly runs forward and jumps towards Pidgeotto going to hit it as Ash makes a command.
"Counter with Wing Attack!" Ash calls Pidgeotto's wings glow white as it collides with Hawlucha, Hawlucha tries to strike Pidgeotto with its free arm, but the bird blocks it both mons begin to parry each other's attacks from a little while until Hawlucha breaks away from Pidgeotto landing back on the battlefield as Ash makes his next move.
"Pidgeotto use Tailwind then Feather Dance!" Ash calls Pidgeotto quickly flaps its wings creating a wind that'll make it go faster it then summons white feathers that head towards Hawlucha Jackie makes a command.
"Hawlucha blow the feathers away with Rockslide!" Jackie calls the Luchador roars summoning multiple rocks easily knocking away the feathers away surprising Ash Hawlucha then flies towards Pidgeotto as Jackie makes a command.
"Use Acrobatics!" "Counter with Aerial Ace!" Both trainers call both birds clash with each other they disappear and clash again once they do Hawlucha has its fist ready.
"Use Thunder Punch!" "Use Quick Attack to Dodge!" Both trainers call Hawlucha goes to punch Pidgeotto but misses as Pidgeotto dodged the attack and is now above Hawlucha.
"Aerial Ace Pidgeotto!" Ash calls before Jackie can give a command Pidgeotto flies downward and hits Hawlucha on the head knocking it back down to the battlefield. Hawlucha groans from the pain it then sees Pidgeotto heading towards it.
"Now end it with another Aerial Ace!" Ash calls Pidgeotto speeds up more as its about to hit Hawlucha Jackie makes a command.
"Stone Edge!" Jackie calls surprising Ash as Hawlucha quickly summons the sharp stone hitting Pidgeotto in the stomach Pidgeotto coughs in pain as it begins to fly down to the battlefield.
"Now end it with Thunder Punch!" Jackie calls Hawlucha electrifies its fist as it runs towards Pidgeotto.
"Dodge Pidgeotto!" Ash calls but doesn't get a response as Hawlucha is about to hit Pidgeotto we go inside the bird's mind. Pidgeotto trains hard every day always doing its best to improve itself for a while Pidgeotto has been feeling like it's the weak link of Ash's Pokemon it doesn't want to have that feeling anymore and winning this battle will help it. As Hawlucha's fist is getting close to Pidgeotto, Pidgeotto opens its eyes and dodges the move at last second making Ash smile.
"Good job Pidgeotto!" Ash cheers as he does Pidgeotto gives a mighty yell as it flies towards Hawlucha its body is covered in flames tucking in its wings but then becomes a shining blue as it untucks its wings everyone is shocked at the development as before Jackie can give Hawlucha a command Pidgeotto hits Hawlucha creating an explosion, the Luchador flies through the air then comes crashing back down as Pidgeotto is in the air it feels its body hurting all over the ref goes over to Hawlucha and makes the call.
"Hawlucha is unable to battle Pidgeotto is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash cheers along with Pidgeotto the bird flies to its trainer as Ash pets it on the head and speaks.
"Congrats Pidgeotto but what was that move?" Ash questions as Jackie walks over to him.
"That was Brave Bird, it's a powerful flying type move that does a lot of damage to the opponent, but it can also cause recoil damage. Your Pidgeotto really wanted to win so it must've awakened the power inside it and learned Brave Bird." Jackie says Ash nods as he looks at Pidgeotto and smiles.
"Whoa that's amazing Pidgeotto congrats on learning Brave Bird!" Ash says Pidgeotto nods as it then loses consciousness as Ash speaks.
"You must've used up a lot of energy take a good rest and we'll train hard until you master Brave Bird" Ash says he returns the bird to its Pokeball as Koichi has a smile on his face along with the bird holding the leek.
The fourth match happens Ash battled a girl named Asia he defeated her Hitmontop and Machoke with Wartortle (defeating Hitmontop) and Clefable (defeating Machoke) easily it's now time for the fifth match Ash is going up against a trainer named Benny from the Alola region both trainers go to their sides of the battlefield the rules are the same as the last rounds the ref calls for both trainers to bring out their first Pokemon as Ash goes first.
"Charmeleon I choose you!" Ash calls as the fire lizard appears giving a mighty roar excited to battle Benny smiles as he brings out his Pokemon.
"Hakamo-o Go!" Benny calls as what comes out is like a mini version of Komoo-o it has scales on its body and gives a mighty roar once it's done roaring it glares at Charmeleon as Charmeleon glares back Ash scans the mon with his Pokedex.
"Hakamo-o a Dragon/Fighting type It leaps at its prey with a courageous shout. Its scaly punches tear its opponents to shreds." The Pokedex says as Ash gets excited the ref calls for the battle to begin as both boys make their commands.
"Use Swords Dance then Dragon Claw!" Both boys call Charmeleon and Hakamo-o roar sharply increasing their attack power they then cover their claws in green dragon energy they charge at each other then clash. Both then try to hit the other with their free arm, but both block it they then get into a grapple and head butt each other and stare into their respective opponents' eyes.
"They seem to be evenly matched" Brock says with Misty and Leaf nodding Benny makes his next move.
"Hakamo-o use Iron Head!" "Dodge Charmeleon!" Both boys call Hakamo-o covers its head in steel energy as it goes to hit Charmeleon the fire lizard dodges by moving to the side Ash makes his next move.
"Charmeleon use Dragon Claw!" Ash calls Charmeleon quickly shoots forward and hits Hakamo-o across the face making the scale dragon slide back a bit, but it still stands its ground and ready's its fist.
"Use Drain Punch!" Benny calls Hakamo-o shoots forward hitting Charmeleon across the face making the fire lizard slide back as some of its energy goes to Hakamo-o Ash makes his next move.
"Charmeleon run forward!" Ash calls as the fire lizard dashes forward.
"Close Combat Hakamo-o!" Benny calls the scaly dragon jumps forward having its fist ready as it and Charmeleon are about to collide Ash makes a command.
"Now Dig!" Ash calls Charmeleon quickly digs underground surprising Benny and Hakamo-o as the scaly dragon lands Charmeleon immediately appears under Hakamo-o uppercutting it making Hakamo-o soar thru the air Charmeleon goes after it as Ash makes his next command.
"Dragon Claw Charmeleon!" Ash calls before Benny can make a command Charmeleon begins to hit Hakamo-o repeatedly making the scale dragon roar in pain Charmeleon hits Hakamo-o one more time sending it back on the battlefield unconscious as the ref makes the call.
"Hakamo-o is unable to battle Charmeleon is the winner!" The ref calls Ash and Charmeleon cheer with Charmeleon firing a Flamethrower in the air for victory Benny returns Hakamo-o thanking it for a good battle as he sends out his next Pokemon.
"Bewear GO!" Benny says as what appears is a large bipedal bear like Pokemon it has a pink face with the rest of its body black it then waves towards Ash, Ash waves back in the stands Misty and Leaf speak.
"IT'S SO CUTE!" Both girls yell Ash then scans the mon with his Pokedex.
"Bewear a Normal/Fighting type this immensely dangerous Pokémon possesses overwhelming physical strength. Its habitat is generally off-limits." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"Charmeleon return for now Gyarados I choose you!" Ash calls Charmeleon goes back in its Pokeball as Gyarados appears giving a mighty roar. The ref calls for the battle to begin as Benny makes the first move.
"Use Swords Dance then Thunder Punch!" Benny calls the pink bear sharply increases its attack power and shoots forward at blinding speed punching Gyarados hard in the face this makes the sea serpent crash into the wall behind Ash shocking everyone.
"Are you okay Gyarados?!" Ash calls Gyarados nods as it looks at its opponent Ash then makes a command.
"Gyarados use Dragon Dance then Bounce!" Ash calls Gyarados gives a mighty roar as it begins to spin greatly increasing its attack/speed power it then glows blue and dashes towards Bewear.
"Catch it Bewear and slam it on the ground!" Benny calls Bewear easily stops Gyarados it then picks up the sea serpent and throws it back down on the battlefield.
"Now Thunder Punch!" Benny calls Bewear electrifies its fist and heads towards Gyarados.
"Dodge Gyarados then use Aqua Tail!" Ash calls Gyarados barely dodges Bewear's attack it quickly covers its tail in water and hits Bewear in the stomach knocking it back towards its trainer, but the bear isn't fazed as it ready's its next attack.
"Thunder Punch!" Benny calls Bewear electrifies its fist again as it shoots forward as Bewear is inches away from hitting Gyarados Ash makes a command.
"Gyarados dodge then use Bounce repeatedly!" Ash calls Gyarados dodges the bear at last second it quickly glows blue and begins to hit Bewear over and over again with Bounce Gyarados hits Bewear one more time sending the pink bear back towards the battlefield once it lands the bear is now paralyzed Ash makes his final command.
"Now Waterfall!" Ash calls before Benny can make a command Gyarados quickly covers its body in water and comes crashing down on Bewear creating an explosion Gyarados skids back towards Ash's side as Bewear lays down unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Bewear is unable to battle Gyarados is the winner Ash will advance to the 6th round!" The ref calls as Ash and Gyarados cheer Gyarados goes over to Ash wrapping the boy in a hug. Koichi has a smile on his face he then looks to someone on his left who's wearing a hood covering his face and speaks.
"It's your turn" Koichi says as the person nods Koichi looks to Ash and speaks.
"Well done making it to round 6 the next battle will be a 3v3 make sure you have strong Pokemon with you because your next challenger is no pushover" Koichi says with Ash nodding.
5 minutes later Ash has his 3 Pokemon ready he and his opponent go to their sides of the field the ref explains that the battle will be 3v3 both trainers are allowed to make substitutions whoever defeats all their opponents Pokemon first will be the winner and calls for both trainers to send out their first Pokemon Ash goes first.
"Haunter I Choose you!" Ash calls sending in the ghost type its excited to battle Ash then looks to his opponent who's holding his Pokeball and speaks.
"I'm not sure why but I've a feeling I've seen you before" Ash says as the hooded boy speaks.
"Why yes you've I'll reveal my identity" The boy responds taking off his hood everyone get surprised looks on their faces and say.
"DIAMOND FROM TWINLEAF TOWN?!" They all exclaim as Diamond makes himself known as Ash speaks.
"Wait didn't you go back home to the Sinnoh region?" Ash asks as Diamond speaks.
"Yes, I did but I came back here as there was something I wanted to do" Diamond responds making Ash confused as Diamond continues to speak.
"What I wanted to do was have a battle with you" Diamond says shocking Ash.
"You wanted to battle me?" Ash asks as Diamond speaks.
"Yes, after your battle with Ritchie me and my Monferno really wanted to battle you, so we decided to come back to Kanto and train here until you came" Diamond says as Ash nods Koichi speaks.
"Diamond here has been really looking forward to battling you and even though he's been training here for a short time he's currently my top student I hope you give him a good battle" Koichi says as Ash smiles and speaks.
"You bet we will!" Ash responds with Haunter nodding Diamond gets a smile on his face and sends in his first Pokemon.
"Medicham Go!" Diamond calls sending in the meditation Pokemon it gets into a battle stance and stares at Haunter, Haunter gets a serious expression on its face as it knows it can't mess around the ref calls for the battle to begin as Ash makes the first move.
"Haunter Shadow Punch!" Ash calls Haunter covers both its fist in ghostly energy and shoots them towards Medicham Diamond makes his command.
"Medicham dodge and use Zen Headbutt!" Diamond calls Medicham easily dodges the punches it covers its head in psychic energy as it begins running towards Haunter.
"Haunter counter with Shadow Claw!" Ash calls Haunters fist return to it becoming ghostly claws the ghost goes to collide with Medicham as Diamond makes his next move.
"Dodge then use Fire Punch!" Diamond calls Medicham dodges by jumping over Haunter it quickly heats up its fist and punches Haunter on the battlefield Diamond makes his next move.
"Now Zen Headbutt!" Diamond calls Medicham quickly covers its head in psychic energy and goes to hit Haunter Ash makes his next move.
"Haunter dodge then use Shadow Punch!" Ash calls Haunter is able to dodge Medicham's attack at last second it covers its fist in ghostly energy again and shoots them forward successfully making contact with Medicham's abdomen the mon falls on the ground groaning in pain Ash makes his next move.
"Haunter use Shadow Claw!" Ash calls before Diamond can make a command Haunter quickly zooms across the battlefield covering its claws in ghostly energy and hits Medicham again the yoga Pokemon soars thru the air and comes crashing back down unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Medicham is unable to battle Haunter is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash and Haunter cheer Diamond returns his Pokemon telling it good job he then grabs his next Pokeball and speaks.
"You may've defeated Medicham but this one won't go down easy Go Gallade!" Diamond says as what appears is a Humanoid Pokemon, it looks at Haunter and gets in a battle stance Ash scans the Pokemon.
"Gallade, the Blade Pokémon. A Psychic and Fighting type. When Gallade feels it's necessary to protect someone, it extends its elbows like sword blades and then fights." The Pokedex says Ash then looks at Haunter.
"Can you still battle Haunter?" Ash asks with Haunter nodding the ref calls for the battle to begin as Ash makes the first move.
"Haunter Shadow Claw!" Ash calls Haunter quickly covers its claws in ghostly energy as it quickly floats towards Gallade Diamond makes a command.
"Gallade use Aerial Ace!" Diamond calls the blade Pokemon quickly shoots forward and hits Haunter shocking Ash at how fast it is Diamond makes his next command.
"Now Psycho Cut!" Diamond calls Gallade jumps towards Haunter its arms become blades holding psychic energy before Ash can make a command Gallade hits Haunter two times and sends the ghost back towards Ash Haunter lands under Ash's feet unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Haunter is unable to battle Gallade is the winner!" The ref calls as Diamond and Gallade smile Ash picks up Haunter and speaks.
"Thanks for battling hard Haunter you did your best" Ash says with Haunter nodding as it goes back in its Pokeball Ash takes out his next Pokeball and throws it.
"Kingler I choose you!" Ash says as the king crab comes out ready to battle and avenge its teammate the ref calls for the battle to begin as Ash and Diamond make their commands.
"Kingler Swords Dance then Crabhammer!" "Gallade Swords Dance then Thunder Punch!" Both trainers call Kingler and Gallade sharply increase their attack power then dash toward each other and collide with Crabhammer and Thunder Punch respectively. As they try to push the other back Kingler has its small claw ready as Ash speaks.
"Kingler Liquidation!" "Dodge Gallade!" Both trainers call Kinglers small pincer becomes a long blade as it goes to hit Gallade, Gallade dodges by backing away Kingler isn't done yet as both its pincers become blades of water the crab shoots forward as Diamond makes a command.
"Gallade counter with Psycho Cut!" Diamond calls both of Gallade's arms become psychic blades as it shoots forward Kingler and Gallade collide again creating an explosion making both mons skid back.
"Kingler keep using Liquidation!" "Gallade keep using Psycho Cut Ash and Diamond call Kingler and Gallade roar as they charge at each other again and begin to have what looks like a sword fight. Kingler strikes first with its big blade on its left arm, but Gallade blocks it with the psychic blade on its left arm. Gallade then goes to strike Kingler with the psychic blade on its left arm, but Kingler blocks it with the water blade on its right claw the two then break away and charge at each other again. Gallade goes to strike first but Kingler jumps getting above Gallade it then falls forward with its right blade Gallade sees this then backs away making Kingler pierce the ground, but this doesn't stop Kingler as it dashes forward and collides with Gallade again. Kingler and Gallade begin to parry each other's attacks and are able to land blows on each other as Kingler goes to hit Gallade again Diamond makes a command.
"Gallade Thunder Punch!" Diamond calls Gallade dodges Kingler's water blade it quickly electrifies its fist and punches Kingler in the face making Kingler skid back Diamond calls for his next move.
"Now Psycho Cut!" Diamond calls Gallade covers its arms in psychic energy again as it shoots forward as its going to hit Kingler again Ash makes a command.
"Kingler dodge then use Night Slash!" Ash calls Kingler manages to dodge Gallade's attack it then covers its pincers in dark energy as it hits Gallade with its big pincer making Gallade cough in pain as its flung back towards Diamonds side landing on its back. Gallade then sees Kingler above it Kingler has its arms cross in an x shape as Ash makes a command.
"Kingler X Scissor!" "Gallade counter with Thunder Punch!" Both trainers call as Kingler falls forward Gallade covers its fist in electricity raising it high in the air as Kingler comes crashing down both mons yell.
"GALLADE!"
"COOKIE!"
They both give a mighty yell as their moves collide creating an explosion and a dust cloud. As the dust is clearing everyone sees that Gallade is unconscious while Kingler is standing over it the ref makes the call.
"Gallade is unable to battle Kingler is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash and KIngler cheer Diamond returns Gallade thanking it meanwhile in the stands Misty speaks.
"Just one more and Ash wins!" Misty says with Leaf agreeing as Brock speaks.
"We shouldn't get too excited Diamonds Monferno is next and you guys remember how strong it is" Brock says as Leaf and Misty nod they look towards the battlefield as Diamond speaks.
"Well, I must say Ash you're everything I was looking forward to I can see why you were able to beat Ritchie but the one who's going to win is me and with this Pokemon!" Diamond says he holds a Pokeball forward Ash speaks.
"Sorry but the one who's going to win is me and my Pokemon and let me guess your last Pokemon is Monferno?" Ash says as Diamond speaks.
"Sorry to tell you Ash Monferno is no longer my strongest Pokemon after training in this dojo Monferno became something different Now Go! Infernape!" Diamond calls as what appears is a bipedal monkey Pokemon with fire coming out of its head it gives a mighty roar.
"INFERNAPE!" The monkey roars sending out a shockwave Ash and the group have shocked expressions on their faces as Ash and Leaf grab their Pokedex's to scan the mon.
"Infernape, the Flame Pokémon a Fire/Fighting type and the evolved form of Monferno. Infernape's fiery crown reflects its fiery nature, and its speed is unmatched." The Pokedex says everyone looks at Infernape as it jumps up and down does a few back flips once it lands it punches its fist in the air its excited to battle as Ash speaks.
"So, your Monferno evolved" Ash says with Diamond nodding as he speaks.
"Yep, after training against the fighting types here my Monferno evolved into an Infernape and has gotten a lot stronger" Diamond responds as Infernape nods as Ash smiles.
"Okay then I'm excited to see just how strong Infernape is let's go Kingler!" Ash says with Kingler nodding as it gets in a battle stance the ref calls for the battle to continue Ash makes the first move.
"Kingler Liquidation!" "Dodge Infernape!" Both trainers call Kingler's pincers become large water blades it shoots forward going to strike Infernape but the monkey easily dodges the attack Ash makes his next move.
"Kingler keep using Liquidation!" "Keep dodging Infernape and when you see and opening use Thunder Punch!" Both trainers call Kingler charges at Infernape and tries to hit it again, but Infernape dodges Kingler keeps trying repeatedly but the monkey is easily able to dodge Infernape dodges one more Liquidation it sees an opening it quickly charges up its fist in electricity and punches Kingler in the face with its left arm. Kingler is send soaring pass Ash and Pikachu it keeps going until it crashes into the wall it then falls down unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Kingler is unable to battle Infernape is the winner!" The ref calls as Diamond and Infernape cheer Ash returns Kingler to its Pokeball thanking it he looks over to Diamond and Infernape and speaks.
"You were right your Infernape got a lot stronger after evolving but I'm not done yet and this Pokemon will be the one to defeat Infernape!" Ash says as he holds a Pokeball forward Diamond speaks.
"Let me guess is it your Pikachu, Gyarados, Charmeleon or Clefable?" Diamond asks as Ash shakes his head.
"Nope its neither of them let me introduce you Primeape I Choose You!" Ash says sending out the monkey it gives a mighty roar excited to battle it looks at its opponent and puts its fist up with Infernape doing the same Diamond speaks.
"Whoa I didn't know you had a Primeape and that belt its wearing is that from the P1 Grand Prix?" Diamond asks as Ash speaks.
"Yep, I captured Primeape after I got my 4th gym badge it's a strong Pokemon that defeated Bea in the P1 Grand Prix, the previous winner Anthony told me that wearing the belt helps increase Primeape's physical attacks so it should match Infernape's Iron Fist ability when it comes to power and I think your Infernape will be a great challenge for it" Ash says with Primeape nodding as Diamond along with his Infernape smile Koichi thinks to himself.
"So that's the Pokemon that defeated Lady Bea I'm interested in seeing how strong it is" Koichi thinks to himself as the duck Pokemon holding its leek is also interested the ref calls for the battle to begin as Ash makes the first move.
"Use Power Up Punch!" Ash calls both of Primeape's fist glow as it dashes towards Infernape Diamond makes his command.
"Infernape counter with your Power Up Punch!" Diamond calls both of Infernape's fist glow as it dashes forward both it and Primeape clash with their fist they struggle back and forth for a little bit until there's an explosion causing both mons to skid back as their attack has increased Diamond makes his next command.
"Infernape Mach Punch!" Diamond calls Infernape shoots forward as it punches Primeape in the face Primeape groans from the pain but it has its fist ready.
"Primeape Drain Punch!" "Dodge Infernape!" Both trainers call as Primeape goes to punch Infernape the fire monkey dodges by bending backwards Diamond makes his command.
"Use Fire Punch!" Diamond calls Infernape quickly punches Primeape in the face with fire punch doing damage to the pig monkey, but Primeape isn't done yet as Ash makes his next command.
"Use Power Up Punch!" Ash calls Primeape quickly shoots forward as it punches Infernape across the face with the move Primeape's attack power increases more Ash and Primeape notice the flame on Infernape's head getting hotter as Diamond makes his next command.
"Infernape Flame Wheel!" Diamond calls Infernape roars as it becomes a big flaming wheel Ash was unable to tell Primeape to dodge in time as the fire wheel hits Primeape doing damage and making the mon crash into the wall behind Ash, Ash gets a worried look on his face as he calls.
"Primeape are you okay?!" Ash calls Primeape jumps out of the wall and lands back on the battlefield it can still battle but has taken a lot of damage as Ash thinks.
"Man, Primeape's taken so much damage already Infernape's fast and powerful" Ash thinks to himself as he calls for his next move.
"Primeape run forward!" Ash calls as the pig monkey dashes towards Infernape Diamond makes a command.
"Infernape Mach Punch!" Diamond calls Infernape immediately shoots forward it's about to hit Primeape but Ash makes a command.
"Primeape duck and use Low Kick!" Ash calls Primeape manages to duck under Infernape dodging the Mach Punch it then kicks the flame monkey's leg making it trip on the ground surprising Diamond. As infernape is about to get up it sees Primeape standing over it having its fist ready.
"Primeape Close Combat!" Ash calls before Diamond can make a command Primeape begins to repeatedly punch Infernape doing damage to the flame monkey Infernape yells out in pain as Diamond makes a command.
"Infernape Flame Wheel!" Diamond calls "Back away Primeape!" Ash calls Infernape covers its body in fire before it hits Primeape the pig monkey manages to dodge as it backs away allowing Infernape to stand back up it looks at Primeape and begins to pant with Primeape doing the same Diamond speaks.
"Your Primeape is strong Ash getting hit by Close Combat is already making my Infernape pant" Diamond says as Ash speaks.
"Thanks, my Primeape's attack power is really high, and it never holds back when it punches" Ash responds as Primeape nods. Ash and Diamond look at their Pokemon they both know they won't last much longer as they call for their final attacks.
"Use Bulk Up then Close Combat!" Both boy's call Primeape and Infernape roar increasing their attack/defense power they then shoot towards each other and begin punching each other repeatedly. They both land blows on the other with each punch doing more than the last they punch each other in the face one more time as they skid back but Infernape jumps forward as Diamond makes a command.
"Use Mach Punch!" Diamond calls as Infernape punches Primeape across the face as Primeape lifts its fist.
"Primeape Power Up Punch!" Ash calls Primeape successfully punches Infernape across the face, but the monkey isn't done yet as it begins to glow orange with Primeape having the same glow both boys call for their final attack.
"USE COUNTER!" "PRIME!" "INFERNAPE!" Both trainers and their Pokemon yell as Primeape and Infernape punch each other in the face creating a shockwave. Everyone looks to see who won Primeape and Infernape take their fist off each other they stare at each other in the eyes Primeape stumbles a little bit but can catch itself Infernape smiles as it closes its eyes and falls in defeat the ref makes the call.
"Infernape is unable to battle Primeape is the winner meaning Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town can challenge the master!" The ref calls as Ash, Pikachu, Primeape along with his friend's cheer.
"Way to go Ash!" Leaf, Misty and Brock cheer as Ash smiles at them Ash looks forward as he sees Primeape run into him knocking him over and wrapping Ash in a hug making Ash laugh.
"Hahahaha you were amazing Primeape!" "Pika!" Ash and Pikachu say as Primeape let's go of its trainer and flex's its biceps Diamond helps Infernape stand up the monkey is sad that it lost but Diamond tells it that it did great they then walk towards Ash, Pikachu and Primeape. Ash notices them walk over Diamond then speaks.
"That was an amazing battle you gave us" Diamond says with Infernape nodding Ash smiles and agrees Diamond continues to speak.
"Now that you've beaten me your next challenge is against master Koichi good luck" Diamond says as Ash nods, he looks at the Karate master as Koichi looks at him, Koichi has a smile on his face as he speaks.
"Well done defeating my 6 apprentices you've earned the right to challenge me our battle will be a 4v4 battle with substitutions seeing how physically fit your Pokemon are I'll allow them to not just use their physical moves in our battle but special moves as well" Koichi says as Ash nods Koichi continues to speak.
"Our battle will begin in 10 minutes make sure you pick your Pokemon wisely because I'm not holding anything back in our battle" Koichi says as Ash has an excited look on his face, he quickly goes to the transfer machine to call Prof. Oak so he can make another transfer.
10 minutes later Ash and Koichi are on their sides of the battlefield they both have serious expressions on their faces as does everyone else in the room the ref walks over and begins to explain the rules.
"This is a 4v4 battle between Koichi Sensei the master of the Saffron City Dojo and Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town both trainers are allowed to substitute their Pokemon anytime they want the winner will be decided when one trainer defeats all of their opponents Pokemon if both trainers are ready, please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref calls as Ash goes first.
"Vulpix I choose you!" Ash says bringing in the Ice fox it has a smile on its face excited to battle as Koichi smiles and brings out his Pokemon.
"Breloom Go!" Koichi says as he sends out a green bipedal mushroom like Pokemon it has a serious look on its face Ash scans the mon with his Pokedex.
"Breloom, the Mushroom Pokémon. Breloom is the evolved form of Shroomish. Its excellent footwork gets it within striking distance of its opponent, where it unleashes a barrage of punches." The Pokedex says.
Breloom looks a Vulpix and glares at it Vulpix's smile quickly goes away as it begins to growl at Breloom the ref calls for the battle to begin Koichi makes the first move.
"Breloom Mach Punch!" Koichi calls Breeloom's fist glows as it dashes forward and is immediately in front of Vulpix going to hit the ice fox Ash makes a command.
"Vulpix counter with Zen Headbutt!" Ash calls Vulpix quickly covers its head in psychic energy as it collides with Breloom's fist there's an explosion making both mons skid back Ash makes his next move.
"Vulpix Ice Beam!" Ash calls Vulpix quickly fires the icy beam towards Breloom Koichi calls for his next move.
"Breloom destroy the Ice Beam with Iron Tail then use Mach Punch!" Koichi calls Breloom quickly covers its tail in steel energy as it easily destroys the ice beam it then dashes forward and hits Vulpix with Mach Punch sending the ice fox high in the air Koichi makes his next move.
"Go after Vulpix using Mach Punch!" Koichi calls Breloom quickly jumps towards Vulpix Ash makes his next move.
"Vulpix Quick Attack then counter with Zen Headbutt!" Ash calls Vulpix quickly falls towards Breloom the ice fox covers its head in psychic energy as it and Breloom are about to collide Breloom tries to hit Vulpix but the fox manages to dodge Vulpix then rams its head in Brelooms stomach making the mushroom Pokemon cough in pain as it crashes back down to the battlefield. Breloom manages to stand back up it groans in pain as Koichi speaks.
"Breloom above you!" Koichi says as it looks up and sees Vulpix having its mouth covered in ice.
"Ice Beam!" "Dodge it!" Both Ash and Koichi call Vulpix fires the icy beam, but Breloom manages to dodge as it backs away once Vulpix lands on the battlefield Koichi makes his next command.
"Use Iron Tail!" Koichi calls as Breloom covers its tail in steel energy as it dashes forward.
"Counter with your Iron Tail!" Ash call's Vulpix covers all 6 of its tails in steel as it jumps forward as it and Breloom's Iron Tail's clash both mons try to push the other back but it's no use they're both evenly matched as they break away from each other.
"Breloom use Focus Blast then Swords Dance!" Koichi calls Breloom quickly fires the ball of fighting energy towards Vulpix it then sharply increases its attack power.
"Vulpix dodge!" Ash calls Vulpix manages to safely dodge the Focus Blast it then sees Breloom in front of it having its fist ready.
"Now Close Combat!" "Vulpix use Dig to dodge!" Both trainers call as Breloom goes to hit Vulpix the ice fox manages to dodge the close combat as Breloom begins to punch the ground Vulpix appears behind Breloom Koichi makes his next command.
"Breloom use Close Combat!" "Vulpix Blizzard!" Both trainers call Breloom jumps towards Vulpix going to hit it, but the ice fox takes a deep breath as it blows out a massive Blizzard doing super effective damage to Breloom. The mushroom Pokemon tries its best to fight it but is ultimately consumed by the move as its blown back into a wall and falls down unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Breloom is unable to battle Vulpix is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash and Vulpix cheer Koichi returns Breloom telling it thank you he looks at Ash and speaks.
"Not a lot of trainers can beat my Breloom that's one strong Vulpix you've there" Koichi says as Ash nods Koichi takes out his next Pokeball and speaks.
"Let's see how it'll handle this one Hitmonlee Go!" Koichi says as the long legged Pokemon appears it kicks a few times in the air before crossing its arms Ash then looks at Vulpix.
"Can you sill battle Vulpix?" Ash asks with the ice fox nodding Ash smiles and looks back at the battlefield the ref calls for the battle to begins as Ash makes the first move.
"Use Ice Beam!" Ash calls Vulpix quickly fires the beam of ice towards Hitmonlee.
"Hitmonlee destroy it with Blaze kick then use Low kick!" Koichi calls Hitmonlee heats up its leg with fire destroying the ice beam it starts to skid on the floor quickly and hits Vulpix in the face.
"Vulpix Zen Headbutt!" "Dodge Hitmonlee then use Close Combat!" Both trainers call Vulpix quickly covers its head with psychic energy but HItmonlee dodges it then jumps towards Vulpix and begins to kick it repeatedly causing super effective damage. Hitmonlee kicks Vulpix one more time sending it back towards Ash lying below Ash's feet.
"Vulpix are you okay?!" Ash asks the ice fox struggles to stand back up it wants to continue battling but ultimately it falls in defeat as the ref makes the call.
"Vulpix is unable to battle Hitmonlee is the winner!" The ref calls as Koichi and Hitmonlee celebrate Ash picks up Vulpix.
"Thank you Vulpix you gave it your all" Ash says with Vulpix nodding as it goes back in its Pokeball Ash grabs his next Pokeball and speaks.
"Clefable I choose you!" Ash says as the pixie mon comes out ready to get revenge for Vulpix as Koichi speaks.
"Be careful Hitmonlee this Clefable is strong" Koichi says with Hitmonlee nodding the ref calls for the battle to begin as Ash makes the first move.
"Clefable use Psychic to hold HItmonlee in place!" Ash calls as Clefable fires the psychic energy towards Hitmonlee Koichi makes a command.
"Dodge HItmonlee then use High Jump Kick!" Koichi calls Hitmonlee jumps high into the air dodging the psychic it then puts its knee forward heading towards Clefable.
"Clefable use Moon Blast!" Ash calls Clefable quickly fires the pink orb at the incoming HItmonlee.
"HItmonlee kick it back with Blaze Kick!" Koichi calls HItmonlee quickly heats up its leg and kicks the Moon Blast back at Clefable this does damage the pixie mon a little bit it then sees HItmonlee in front of it.
"Clefable Psychic!" "HItmonlee Low Kick!" Both trainers call as Clefable fires the psychic HItmonlee dodges the move and hits Clefable's leg making the pixie mon get on one knee Hitmonlee is standing over Clefable having its legs ready.
"Use Poison Jab repeatedly!" "Clefable counter with Fire Punch!" Both trainers call Hitmonlee quickly has poison cover its legs and kicks Clefable 2 times in the face doing super effective damage and poisoning it, but this doesn't bother Clefable as it heats up both fist as it punches Hitmonlee in the face 2 times doing damage to the mon and burning it as Koichi speaks.
"Keep using Poison Jab!" "Keep using Fire Punch!" Both trainers call Hitmonlee and Clefable roar at each other as they begin to kick and punch each other repeatedly while also dealing with their burn and poison status conditions. Neither mon wants to give up as they kick and punch each other in the face one more time making them both skid back both mons pant and are then hurt by burn and poison Koichi makes his next command.
"Hitmonlee Blaze Kick!" Koichi calls HItmonlee quickly jumps forward as it kicks Clefable across the face with its flaming leg Clefable suffers from poison damage but isn't done yet as Ash makes a command.
"Clefable Dazzling Gleam!" Ash calls Clefable shines bright consuming HItmonlee in light this does super effective damage to Hitmonlee as it soars thru the air, but it's not done yet as it begins to fall towards Clefable.
"Hitmonlee BLAZE KICK!" Koichi calls Hitmonlee suffers from burn damage one more time, but it presses forward heating up its leg as hot as it can be and heads towards Clefable.
"Clefable end this with MOONBLAST!" Ash calls Clefable roars as it creates two pink orbs from its hands combines them together and jumps towards Hitmonlee. Clefable and HItmonlee collide trying to push the other back they both suffer from their status conditions but don't want to go down as they and their trainer's yell.
"GOOOOOOO!" "CLEF!" "MONLEE!" Ash, Koichi, Clefable and Hitmonlee yell as there's a big explosion almost blowing Ash and Koichi away everyone hears the two mons fall from the sky as they look to see who won they see both Pokemon lying down on the ground with no intention of standing back up the ref makes the call.
"Clefable and Hitmonlee are unable to battle making this a tie!" The ref calls as everyone is shocked that the battle ended in a tie Ash and Koichi return their Pokemon telling them thank you as they take out their next Pokeball's and throw them.
"Hitmonchan Go!" "Primeape I choose you!" Both trainers call as the punchy Pokemon and pig monkey Pokemon appear having serious looks on their faces the ref calls for the battle to begin as both trainers call for their moves.
"Use Bulk Up then Power Up Punch!" Ash and Koichi call Primeape and HItmonchan roar increasing their attack/defense their fist glow orange they dash toward each other and punch each other in the face they slide back but run towards each other again Ash makes his next move.
"Primeape Brick Break!" "Dodge HItmonchan and use Bullet Punch!" Both trainers call as Primeape goes to hit HItmonchan the punchy Pokemon dodges and successfully punches Primeape 5 times in the face making Primeape fly back and land on its back Koichi makes his next command.
"HItmonchan Mach Punch!" Koichi calls Hitmonchan's fist glows white as it dashes forward going to hit Primeape Ash makes a command.
"Primeape Screech!" Ash calls as HItmonchan is close to Primeape's face the pig monkey gives out a loud ear-piercing screech that hurts everyone's ears this makes HItmonchan stop its advances as it begins to cover its ears this also lowers its defense Ash makes his next command.
"Primeape Close Combat!" Ash calls before Koichi can make a command Primeape begins to punch Hitmonchan repeatedly making the punchy Pokemon cry out in pain as its punched in the face again its knocked back to where Koichi is and begins to pant heavily Primeape then dashes toward Hitmonchan.
"Primeape Power Up Punch!" "Dodge HItmonchan and use Revenge!" Both trainers call as Primeape goes to hit Hitmonchan the punchy Pokemon dodges its fist glows a bright orange going to hit Primeape as Ash makes a command.
"Primeape Low Kick!" Ash calls Primeape quickly bends down low dodging the Revenge and kicks Hitmonchan's leg making the Punchy Pokemon trip landing on its back Primeape then grabs HItmonchan's leg as Ash speaks.
"Primeape Seismic Toss!" "Mach Punch Hitmonchan!" Both trainers call Hitmonchan is able to punch Primeape in the face, but Primeape holds onto HItmonchan's leg tightly as it jumps high into the air and begins to spin the punchy Pokemon fast.
"Now Primeape Let it GO!" Ash calls Primeape gives a mighty roar as it throws HItmonchan back down to the battlefield as hard as it can Hitmonchan crashes down face first on the battlefield creating a dust cloud. Once Primeape lands back on the battlefield it stumbles a little bit as the smoke is clearing everyone can see that HItmonchan is unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Hitmonchan is unable to battle Primeape is the winner!" The ref calls as Ash and Primeape cheer while in the stands Misty speaks.
"This is great just one more and Ash can win!" Misty says with Brock nodding as Leaf speaks.
"I hope Ash is ready because Koichi's last Pokemon is a real powerhouse" Leaf says as Misty and Brock look at her confused, they then see Koichi return Hitmonchan he takes out his last Pokeball he looks at Ash smiles and speaks.
"Well young man congratulations you've made me reach the point to where I've to use my last Pokemon I hope you're prepared" Koichi says as Ash speaks.
"Whatever your last Pokemon is my Pokemon will defeat it!" Ash states with Primeape flexing its biceps as it blows smoke out of its nose Koichi smiles, he then gets a serious expression on his face and speaks.
"Okay then here it is my final Pokemon Go Machamp!" Koichi says as he throws the Pokeball the four-armed Pokemon appears once it lands on the battlefield it shakes it and gives a mighty roar creating a shockwave showcasing its power as Ash speaks.
"This Machamp I can feel its power" Ash says as Koichi speaks.
"I hope you're ready Ash because we're not holding back!" Koichi says as Machomp nods getting in a battle stance as Ash speaks.
"Don't worry we're ready let's go Primeape!" Ash says with Primeape nodding as it gets in a battle stance and glares at its opponent as the ref calls for the battle to continue Ash makes the first move.
"Primeape lower its defense with Screech!" Ash calls as Primeape lets out a Screech heading towards Machamp Koichi makes a command.
"Machamp dodge then use Stone Edge!" Koichi calls Machamp dodges the screech it then summons a large sharp rock and throws it towards Primeape.
"Dodge Primeape!" Ash calls Primeape dodges the Stone Edge by jumping in the air it then sees Machamp above it having its arms crossed.
"Cross Chop Machamp!" Koichi calls as before Ash can make a command Machamp falls forward and hits Primeape both mons crash back on the battlefield Machamp slides back towards its trainer's side while Primeape is lying on its back groaning from the pain it still gets back up but pants Ash sees this and makes his next command.
"Primeape use Bulk Up then Close Combat!" Ash calls Primeape bulks up its body again increasing its attack/defense more it dashes forward going to punch Machamp as Koichi gives a command.
"Block those punches Machamp!" Koichi calls as Primeape begins to punch away Machamp uses its two arms to easily block all of Primeape's punches, it keeps going until Machamp grabs Primeape's fist with its hands it Machamp then lifts up the 2 arms on its back.
"Machamp Brick Break!" "Use Endure Primeape!" Both trainers call as Machamp's fist come crashing down hitting Primeape the pig monkey uses Endure to survive the attack Machamp let's go of Primeape's arms as the pig monkey has its fist ready Ash makes a command.
"Primeape Counter!" "Machamp use Bulk Up to take the hit!" Both trainers call Primeape's fist glows a bright orange it roars as it goes to punch Machamp the 4 arm mon bulks up its stomach increasing its attack/defense power as it takes the hit. The counter does do some damage to Machamp and moves it a few feet but ultimately Machamp stays standing as it glares at Primeape having its fist ready as Koichi makes a command.
"Machamp Revenge!" Koichi calls before Ash can make a command Machamp's fist glows a bright orange as it punches Primeape in the face this makes Primeape fly pass Ash and Pikachu it keeps going until it crashes into a wall. Primeape then falls in defeat as the ref makes the call.
"Primeape is unable to battle the winner is Machamp!" The ref calls as Machamp and Koichi cheer Ash has a surprised look on his face he shakes his head and returns Primeape telling it good job he then looks over at Koichi and Machamp and thinks.
"Machamp is really strong it has great attack/defense I can still win this battle using speed" Ash thinks to himself as he looks at Pikachu and speaks.
"Alright Pikachu it's your turn" Ash says as Pikachu smiles it runs on the battlefield and sparks its cheeks as Koichi smiles and speaks.
"Ever since we watched your final battle on the SS. Anne Tournament my Machamp and I have been wanting to face the Pikachu that made you champion" Koichi says with Machamp nodding as it gets in a battle stance as Ash speaks.
"Well, you're getting your wish as you watched with my battle with Ritchie Pikachu is strong and it'll take down your Machamp!" Ash states with Pikachu agreeing as Koichi smiles in the stands Brock speaks.
"Ash's Pikachu should have the advantage when it comes to speed Ash will just have to make sure Machamp doesn't land too many blows on Pikachu otherwise they could lose" Brock says with Misty and Leaf nodding as they and everyone's else's eyes are on the battlefield interested in who will win the Duck Pokemon holding its leek is very interested as well the ref begins to speak.
"This is the final battle whoever knocks out their opponent first will be declared the winner both trainers may continue your battle!" The ref calls as Ash makes the first move.
"Pikachu Thunderbolt!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly fires the electric bolt toward Machamp Koichi makes a command.
"Machamp use Thunder Punch to punch the Thunderbolt away!" Koichi calls all four of Machamp's fist glow as it begins to rapidly punch thru the Thunderbolt easily destroying it shocking Ash and Pikachu Koichi makes his next move.
"Machamp Bullet Punch!" Koichi calls Machamp's fist glow in steel energy as it instantly appears in front of Pikachu and goes to hit it Ash makes a command.
"Pikachu use Double team then Agility!" Ash calls as Machamp's fist are about to hit Pikachu the yellow mouse makes multiple copies of itself as its able to dodge Machamp's attack. The real Pikachu and its clones begin running around Machamp as Ash makes his next move.
"Quick Attack Pikachu!" Ash calls Pikachu and its clones speed up more as they head towards Machamp and begin hitting it in the face repeatedly. Machamp tries its best to hit the real Pikachu but misses every time as it hits the clones allowing the real Pikachu to hit it as Pikachu goes to hit Machamp again Koichi makes his command.
"Machamp Darkest Lariat!" Koichi calls "Darkest what?!" Ash questions but gets his answer as all four of Machamp's fist glow in dark energy the mon begins to spin as the real Pikachu goes to hit Machamp it's knocked in the air by one of Machamp's fist, Machamp stops spinning as it jumps towards Pikachu and grabs it.
"Machamp Seismic Toss!" "Pikachu break out of there with Thunder!" Both trainers call Pikachu gives a mighty yell as it summons a large Thunder which shocks Machamp doing damage to it, but Machamp pushes thru it spins fast and throws Pikachu back on the battlefield doing damage to the yellow mouse.
"Now Dynamic Punch!" "Pikachu dodge with Quick Attack!" Both trainers call as Machamp quickly falls toward at Pikachu the yellow mouse safely dodges as Machamp punches the ground cracking it Pikachu jumps high in the air as its cheeks are sparking.
"Thunder Pikachu!" Ash calls Pikachu yells summoning the large bolt as it shocks Machamp the 4 four-armed mon yells in pain as Takemori gives a command.
"Machamp use Darkest Lariat in the Thunder!" Koichi calls Machamp roars it covers its fist in dark energy as it begins to spin inside the Thunder shocking Ash and Pikachu once Machamp makes it to Pikachu it hits it sending it soaring higher in the air Koichi makes his next command.
"Stone Edge Machamp!" Koichi calls Machamp roars as it throws 4 large sharp rocks toward Pikachu Ash makes a command.
"Pikachu dodge then use Iron Tail!" Ash calls Pikachu sees the 4 stones coming toward it Pikachu dodges the first 2, bounces off the 3rd one then runs on the 4th one Pikachu jumps off the stone it covers its tail in steel energy as it begins to spin fast Koichi didn't have time to give a command as Pikachu lands the Iron tail on Machamp's chest making both mons crash back on the battlefield. Once they land on the battlefield, they both slide back Pikachu pants a little bit as Machamp feels its defense has been lowered and its now paralyzed as Ash speaks.
"Yes, it's paralyzed we can win!" Ash says smiling as Koichi speaks.
"You sure about that?" Koichi asks as Ash looks at him confused Ash then realizes what he means as Machamp's eye's glow a bright red and gives a mighty roar creating a shockwave as Ash speaks.
"It has the Guts ability?!" Ash says in shock as Koichi smiles and nods, he makes his next move.
"Machamp Stone Edge!" Koichi calls Machamp roars as it throws not just 4 sharp rocks at Pikachu, but multiple Ash makes his command.
"Pikachu use Double team then Quick Attack!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly creates multiple clones of itself they all dash forward and begin to dodge the stone edge as best as they can Koichi makes his next move.
"Machamp Earthquake!" "Jump Pikachu!" Both trainers call Machamp lifts up its foot and stomps hard on the battlefield shaking it Pikachu quickly jumps in the air dodging it Machamp notices Pikachu and jumps after it Ash makes his next move.
"Pikachu Nasty Plot then Thunder!" Ash calls Pikachu quickly increases its special attack power more and fires a big Thunder heading towards Machamp Koichi makes a command.
"Machamp use Thunder Punch to punch thru it!" Koichi calls Machamp roars as its 4 fist are covered in electricity it then begins to punch thru the powered-up Thunder rapidly and reaches Pikachu.
"Machamp Brick Break!" "Pikachu Protect!" Both trainers call as Machamp goes to strike Pikachu the yellow mouse summons a protective barrier blocking the move, but Pikachu is still sent crashing back down on the battlefield Koichi makes his next command.
"Stone Edge!" Koichi calls Machamp roars as it fires multiple sharp stones at Pikachu.
"Use Quick Attack to dodge Pikachu!" Ash calls Pikachu begins running around the battlefield trying its best to dodge the stone edge Pikachu keeps running until it stops as it sees that its now inside a Stone Edge barrier shocking Ash, Pikachu, Misty, Brock and Leaf they then see Machamp land inside the barrier standing above Pikachu it has its fist ready as Koichi makes a command.
"Machamp Close Combat!" "Pikachu Thunder!" Both trainers call Pikachu yells having a large Thunder come crashing down hitting Machamp the 4-armed mon cries out in pain but manages to push thru as it begins to punch Pikachu repeatedly while the Thunder keeps shocking it.
"Punch it one more time Machamp!" Koichi calls as Machamp punches Pikachu in the face one more time as Pikachu breaks out of the stone edge barrier and lands below Ash's feet in pain as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu are you alright?!" Ash asks as Pikachu struggles to stand up it looks at Ash smiling it then looks at its opponent as the stone edge barrier disappears Machamp and Pikachu look at each other and begin to pant heavily both Ash and Koichi know that they can only give their Pokemon one more command Koichi speaks.
"Well Ash I've enjoyed our battle, but we need to decide a victor and that will be us Machamp Bulk Up and use your strongest Close Combat!" Koichi calls Machamp roars as it increases its attack/defense more and dashes forward.
"Pikachu use your strongest Wild Charge!" Ash calls Pikachu gives a mighty "Pika!" as it covers its body in electricity and dashes towards Machamp. As Pikachu and Machamp are about to collide in the middle of the battlefield both Ash and Koichi yell.
"GOOOOOOOOOOO!" Both trainers yell as do their Pokemon as Pikachu and Machamp clash creating a shockwave in the battlefield as they begin to try and push each other back Koichi yells.
"COME ON MACHAMP!" "CHAMP!" Koichi yells as does Machamp as its punches start to become faster and stronger beginning to push Pikachu back as Ash speaks.
"COME ON PIKACHU I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!" "PIKA!" Ash and Pikachu yell as Pikachu's Wild Charge gets bigger and begins to easily push away Machamp. Machamp tries its best to push Pikachu back, but it isn't working as its being overpowered and its starting to feel the paralysis Ash and Pikachu notice and know this is their chance.
"GO! PIKACHU!" "PIKACUUUUUUUU!" Ash and Pikachu yell as Pikachu's Wild Charge gets stronger Pikachu knocks away Machamp's fist and rams its head into Machamp's stomach making Machamp cough as it flies pass Koichi it keeps going until it crashes into a wall cracking it Machamp then falls down as Pikachu lands back on the battlefield it takes recoil damage and begins to pant as the ref runs over to Machamp he sees that Machamp is unconscious the ref makes the call.
"Machamp is unable to battle Pikachu is the winner making Ash Ketchum the winner of the dojo challenge!" The ref calls Ash and Pikachu smile and yell.
"ALRIGHT!" "PIKA!" Ash and Pikachu cheer as Pikachu jumps into Ash's arms with Ash hugging it. Misty, Brock and Leaf cheer as they run over to the two to congratulate them Koichi 6 apprentices also run over to Ash and Pikachu to congratulate them Koichi has a smile on his face as he returns Machamp telling it thank you and walks towards Ash. The duck Pokemon that has been watching Ash's battles is really impressed by him as it also begins to walk forward. As everyone is congratulating Ash and Pikachu Ash sees Koichi walk to him everyone gets out of their way as Koichi stops, he looks Ash in the eye with Ash doing the same Koichi smiles and speaks.
"Well done young man you've bested me I can see how you were able to become the champion of the SS. Anne Tournament, defeat Korrina, Lady Bea and become this year's P1 Grand Prix champion." Koichi says as Ash smiles Koichi continues to speak.
"Now as for your reward I'll let you choose between these three Pokemon" Koichi says as he throws 3 Pokeball's in the air as out comes a Hitmonlee, Htimonchan and Hitmontop all three Pokemon look at Ash as Ash speaks.
"Man, I wish I could take all three of them but the one I want is" Before Ash can finish everyone hears a voice, they all look around wondering where the voice came from until they see something fall from the sky landing in front of Ash. As the smoke is clearing, they see a duck Pokemon holding a large leek the Pokemon then says.
"Far!" the duck Pokemon says looking at Ash as Koichi speaks.
"So, you've decided to show yourself eh Farfetch'd?" Koichi asks with the duck nodding confusing the group as Ash and Leaf scan it with their Pokedex's
"Farfetch'd, the Wild Duck Pokémon. A Fighting type. Farfetch'd always carries a leek that is twice as long and heavy as its own body and never let's go. This is the Galarian Form of Farfetch'd." The Pokedex says.
"Galarian form?!" Ash, Leaf, Misty and Brock say in shock as Koichi speaks.
"Yes, this is the Galarian form of Farfetch'd when I was training in the Galar region a year ago I heard that there was a strong Pokemon on a bridge that was easily defeating trainers Pokemon me and Machamp challenged Farfetch'd to a battle. The battle was intense Machamp tried its best but ultimately lost as I was going to head to the Pokemon Center Farfetch'd started to follow me saying it wanted to go to Kanto with me" Koichi says as Ash speaks.
"So, is this Farfetch'd your Pokemon?" Ash asks as Koichi shakes his head.
"No, I've tried to capture Farfetch'd before, but it denied me as it didn't think I was the right trainer for it seeing as it has shown itself after our battle it probably wants you to be its trainer after watching your battles, it also watched your battle on against Ritchie as well and was really interested in you, so I believe you'll be the perfect trainer for it." Koichi says as Ash nods, he then looks at Farfetch'd and speaks.
"Is that true Farfetch'd you want to come with me?" Ash asks with Farfetch'd nodding as it holds its wing up telling Ash to capture it Ash smiles, he grabs a Pokeball.
"Okay Farfetch'd let's work together!" Ash says with Farfetch'd nodding as Ash taps the Pokeball on Farfetch'd's head the duck goes inside the Pokeball the ball only shakes once until it dings confirming Ash's capture Ash gets a smile on his face and speaks.
"Alright I captured a Farfetch'd!" "Pi Pikachu!" Ash and Pikachu say doing their pose as everyone congratulates them Farfecth'd's Pokeball disappears going to Prof. Oak's lab Koichi then speaks.
"So, who will you pick between Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and Hitmontop?" Koichi asks as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"Are you sure I can still take one of these 3? I did just get Farfetch'd" Ash asks as Koichi speaks.
"Yes, I don't mind I told you Farfetch'd wasn't my Pokemon but a wild one so go ahead and pick" Koichi says as Ash nods, he walks over to Hitmonlee.
"Would you like to come with us?" Ash asks as Hitmonlee nods Koichi smiles he returns Hitmonlee to its Pokeball and hands it to Ash making the boy happy as Leaf speaks.
"Hey, no fair I want two Pokemon as well" Leaf says as she pouts Koichi smiles as he hands the girl two Pokeball's one containing a Pokemon named Tyrouge while the other has a Hitmontop Leaf smiles and speaks.
"Whoa can I really have them?" Leaf questions as Koichi smiles and nods (Koichi also explains to Leaf that Tyrouge can evolve into a Hitmonlee if she trains it) Leaf smiles, she then looks to Ash with Ash smiling back they both do a pose and say.
"We got new Pokemon!" "Pi Pikachu!" Ash, Leaf and Pikachu cheer Ash and Leaf look at each other and laugh as their Pokeball's head to Prof. Oak's lab as Misty speaks.
"They really do act like twins" Misty says with Brock nodding they then see Diamond walk over to Ash.
"Hey Ash, I'm going to train hard and win the Sinnoh league I wish you luck in the Kanto league and I hope you come to the Sinnoh region one day so we can have another battle" "Infernape" Diamond says with Infernape nodding Ash smiles and agrees Jackie then walks over to Ash.
"If you're competing in the Kanto league then you'll have to get pass me and my Pokemon" Jackie says with her Hawlucha and Pangoro nodding Ash and Leaf get excited looks on their faces as they now have another rival for the league.
10 minutes later the group leave the fighting dojo and head back to the hospital Brock looks to Ash and speaks.
"So, are you looking forward to your gym battle with Sabrina?" Brock asks as Ash looks at the teen.
"Yep, and I'm going to win!" Ash says with Pikachu nodding as Leaf and Misty speak.
"We know you'll do great!" Both girls say as Ash nods, they keep walking until they reach the hospital Ash is looking forward to his gym battle with Sabrina as the chapter ends.
Thank you all for reading if you made it this far, I know I said in the Primeape chapter that I wasn't going to give Ash anymore Pokemon until the Safari Zone, but I felt that after battling Giovanni Ash does need a reward. Also, I wanted Ash to get G. Farfetch'd early as it was going to be one of Ash's captures in the Safari Zone, but I didn't want to wait that long. As for Ash getting a Hitmonlee at first, I wasn't going to give him one but then I thought about the interesting ways Ash can use Hitmonlee in battle, so I decided to give Ash one and it was also able to tie with Clefable so it's a very strong Pokemon. The reason why I had Koichi give Leaf a Tyrouge and Hitmontop is mainly because she's completing the Pokedex. G. Farfetch'd and Hitmonlee will be Ash's final captures until the Safari Zone also in the next two chapters 1 of Ash's Pokemon will evolve I'll let you guys' guess.
Next chapter will come out next week and will finally be the Ash vs Sabrina gym battle I hope you all look forward to it.
