"There you are, Spica!" Proxima smiled, "We were starting to get worried you wouldn't show up."
The Blue Star hummed, "I wouldn't miss a chance to see you guys for the whole universe." She glanced around, "By the way, why are we here exactly?"
"Did no one tell you?" Gliese shifted towards the other, "We're exacting revenge on fellow Star, Sol, also known as, Helios."
Spica frowned, looking between her friends, "Are you sure that's a good idea?"
Proxima opened their mouth, yet nothing came out. Instead, they looked to Alpha.
"When the universe was created, we were all much closer." He started, "We were friends, and we were proud of the galaxies that were forming around each of us, yet Sol seemed to want more... it started with small jabs here and there, then with senseless teasing, and then moved on to a more physical approach. By the end, we had all shifted away from each other- thank Stars for that."
Spica was silent for a while, contemplating her next words, "And you think... fighting him is the answer?"
No one seemed to have an answer. Gliese moved to be before them, "If you think we can just talk to him, then you're wrong- the last time we did that, Proxima and I almost died!"
Spica furrowed her eyebrows, peering at the Brown Dwarf, "Gliese, I'm only warning you once."
"I don't need advice from you, of all Stars." Gliese glared.
"Listen to me! You are not like us, you're a Brown Dwarf, you're more fragile-"
"Fragile!?" Gliese yelled, "I am not fragile! Why are you even protecting Sol- is he your boyfriend or something?"
"No, of course not!" Spica growled, "I just think- I know you should re-think this! It's been thousands of centuries since we've talked to Sol face-to-face! Maybe he's changed?"
"A Star like that can't change," Toliman said.
"Yeah. I mean, even his planets are deranged, especially the Gas Giants." Gliese spoke, "A ringed planet like Saturn doesn't come naturally... and Jupiter? I heard he almost destroyed half the solar system in the beginning as well as rid life on a planet when it was at its peak."
"They need to go," Proxima spoke, their eyes staring into Spica's, "And whether you agree with us or not, we're still going to do it."
Spica squinted her eyes, glaring, "If this is how you want to die out, then so be it- but don't say I didn't warn you..."

"Hey, is that-" Mars was interrupted by Triton flying by him in a flash, "Woah, hey-!"
"Sorry!" Triton yelled back, continuing his journey to the Goldilocks Zone.
Luna was the first to notice him, his eyes widening. Earth raised an eyebrow, turning around to see what it was his moon was looking at. His eyebrows raised upon seeing Triton barreling towards him at incredible speeds.
The captured moon came to a stop, missing Earth by a few centimeters.
The lively planet let out a breath, backing away as he stared at Triton.
"Cutting it close there, uh-"
"Triton."
"Right, haha- I mean, I'm all for adrenaline races and all, but that was..."
"You interacted with X, right?" Triton cut him off.
"I- uh- what?"
"I'm only asking since you're one of X's targets."
"Well, he did try to trick me by changing into Uranus..." Earth uttered.
"Why Uranus?"
"What do you mean?"
"There's Mars, Venus, and Mercury, yet he specifically chose one further away..." Triton trailed off, starting to think about it more.
"Huh," Earth bit his lip, his eyes looking into the distance, "I don't... know."
Luna looked at the interaction.
"Heh, I think I know." A deeper voice spoke, spooking Luna.
Luna backed away from the other two, "Dark Side, you can't just-"
"I know, I know." The Dark Side huffed, rolling his eyes. Soft flipping could be heard on the other side as Luna tried to see what his other side was doing.
"Wait- you better not be doing what I think you're doing!" Luna yelled.
"You mean, reading Uranus' diary to find out why X stole it?"
"You-! Wait, how'd you know X stole it?"
"There are traces of some dark blue substance along the pages... I guess he and Neptune share similar traits, being brothers."
"Well, what'd you find out?" Luna asked.
"I thought you didn't like snooping?" Dark Side teased.
"The fate of our planet is at stake here, Dark Side of the Moon! Are you going to help or not?" Luna scowled.
"Alright, alright." Dark Side chuckled, "Oh boy..."
"Well?"
"Turns out, Uranus has a 'small' crush on the Earth." Dark Side smirked, "He says it's small, but it's written out on every other page."
Luna gaped, "What!?"
Earth and Triton turned to look at the other. Earth raised an eyebrow, "What is it, Luna?"
The moon blinked a couple of times, his mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water, "Uh- wha- n-nothing! It's nothing!"
He heard the faint laughing of his other side.
"Okay...?" Earth looked to Triton, "Surely he won't immediately go for me, right?"
"No, definitely not." Triton shook his sphere, "He seems more set on Neptune and the other Giants."
As they continued to talk, Luna sighed pitifully.
"For the fate of our planet, you said," Dark Side mocked as Luna rolled his eyes for the second time, "Although, there is something else..."
"What is it?"
Dark Side hesitated, his eyes scanning the words on the pages, reading them carefully. He squinted his eyes, closing the book, "Nothing. That was all I found."
Luna raised an eyebrow, about to speak on the hesitance when he was interrupted.
"What are you doing, Luna?" Earth asked.
"Huh-? Oh, just talking to the Dark Side of myself." Luna smiled, returning to his spot next to his planet.
Earth looked wary, "A-ha... and how is he doing?"
"Good, since I don't have to face you all day!" The Dark Side spoke.
"He doesn't mean it." Luna quickly spoke upon seeing Earth's eyes twitch.
"Yeah, I do! Stop putting words in my mouth."
"Nice to see he hasn't changed." Earth pouted.
"Where did Triton go?" Luna asked, trying to prevent his other self from saying anything.
"He went to talk to the Sun about X's plan- or what he thinks is X's plan since he only got a glimpse at it," Earth responded.
Luna nodded, looking around the void of space, watching as the faraway Stars twinkled in the atmosphere. He glanced at Earth, "Hey, Earth?"
"Yeah?"
"No matter what happens... no matter how things turn out..." Luna turned to look at his parent planet, "I'll always look out for you."
Earth let out a confused chuckle, "Uhm, what-? Where did this come from? I mean, I'll always be there with you, of course, but why the sudden change of mood?"
Luna shrugged, turning his gaze to the trillions of Stars millions of lightyears away. A smile appeared on his face, "I don't know- just felt like saying it."
Earth looked at him unblinkingly. He followed the other's gaze towards the spot he was looking at, taking in the view.
They had seen it a million times before but this time felt different. This time, they looked to the Stars to feel a sense of solace, and hope for another day in this beautiful wasteland of ancient debris and timeless masterpiece called home.
