Author Note: Naruto will not be the jinchuriki of Kurama, but the bijuu still exist in the modern day and while get involved later in story. There will be quite the surprise for when they introduced.

As for their childhood, part of it while experienced in some future arcs, but I am warning readers neither Naruto, Sasuke, or Neji are going to be the main focus of the story. They will be extremely important characters and will serve a similar role to Gojo Satoru in Jujutsu Kaisen. The Main Focus of the story will be the students of Konoha Academy.

The Yokai Academy will not be featured much in the beginning of the story, but while play a major role in the later part of the story, but with a twist.

Chapter Two: Konoha Academy

The Next Day

Tsukune POV

Last thing I remembered before I woke up in what seemed to be a dorm room was being teleported by that seal that Naruto-aniki made. He noticed a boy around the same age as him laying in the bed across from him, but he slept with a blindfold and he had pure white hair. He makes me slightly uncomfortable, even while he sleeps I can tell he's strong at least comparing his chakra to my own. Naruto-aniki taught me the basic Sensing Technique, he said it is a technique that can be learned by anybody if they work hard enough even if they aren't Sensor-type ninja and, ideally every shinobi should learn this technique. It not only allows the user to detect and track chakra and yoki, but can also distinguish their potency and volume of reserves, which is usually an effective way of measuring someone's strength. Anyways, whoever this boy is he seems to be sound asleep, if his snoring was any indication.

I continued to survey the room until I looked at the couch near the door of the room and instantly froze in fear that only one's death could compare, as sitting there was the last person in the world I wanted to see right now, Sasuke-aniki. I can tell that he's angry, because firstly he is glaring a hole into my face with his Sharingan active and, secondly those strange black markings have spread all the way to his cheek. Those marks only ever appeared on his body when he lost control of his emotions, and I only ever saw that happen when he lost to Neji-aniki and Naruto-aniki, although he usually won his spars with Neji-aniki. I think I should say something, before he decided to punch me in the face, "Hey, Sasuke-aniki." I whispered as I was too short of breath from hyperventilating.

"Look me in my eyes, Tsukune." My heart dropped to my ass, he was about to put me through sum torturous genjutsu, "Relax, it's just private information."

"Okay" I responded but in actuality that didn't help at all and it took everything in me to look him directly in his eye. The moment we established eye contact, we were transported to my mindscape which was an extremely trashy dirt land.

"I'm so…" I attempted to apologize, but he interrupted me.

"Shut up and listen, We have a meeting in the principal's office with our parents and your friends in thirty minutes. Me, Naruto, and Neji will explain everything that is going on, but know for the next five years this will be your home and you're going to become shinobi now. Now get up and get ready. Your uniform is in the drawer by the bed, you will be attending an assembly soon after the meeting. You're lucky, this all happened on the first day of Shinobi Academy school year, so you won't have to play catch up. I'm already on the way to the office right now, so when you're ready ask your roommate to take you to the principal's office for a meeting. You don't have to follow any of those rules we had set, meaning you don't have to hide our relationship here, if you don't want to." Sasuke said a very low tone almost as if restraining himself, but his tone lightened during the latter half.

Ten Minutes Later

Third Person POV

Tsukune was currently standing a short distance away from the sleeping boy, too afraid to actually attempt to wake his now roommate up. "I expected more from the brother of the gods of shinobi."

Tsukune was startled but he quickly regained his confidence somewhat, "Y-You were awake this whole time?" He questioned.

"Yea, it's pretty hard to sleep comfortably while Sasuke-sensei is leaking so much killer intent." Tsukune winced knowing that the killer intent was mostly directed at him.

"How do you know he's my brother?" Tsukune asked

"I'm one of the Rookie 11, a group of 11 students personally taught by the three gods of shinobi. They spoke quite highly of you, but I guess family can be biased. Oh, the name is Gojo Satoru, the strongest first year."

"Sorry to disappoint, I never really imagined being in this situation, sorry for my weak will," Tsukune responded

"What does it take to become part of the Rookie 11?"

"Talent, although there have been a few exceptions, but for the most part only the most talented students are recruited into Rookie 11. Most of the strongest shinobi in the shinobi alliance used to be part of Rookie 11." Gojo said, but he was losing interest, " Anyways, Do you need anything or I'm going to go to sleep?"

"O-oh, Can you take me to the principal's office?" Gojo raised an eyebrow, towards

"In trouble already, I think I'm going to like you," Gojo said before he stood and began walking towards the door still in his pajamas and his blindfold still on.

"Are you sure you don't want to put a uniform on?" Tsukune asked slightly nervous

"Nobody messes with the Rookie 11, I can pretty much do what I want." Gojo said as he walked out the door, "You better come on, before I change my mind."

"Oh, wait for me!!" Tsukune said as he ran after Gojo.

Thirty Minutes Earlier

Principal Office - Naruto's POV

Me, Neji, and Sasuke are currently sitting across from our parents who seem extremely angry, which is understandable given the situation of me bringing them here. After, I brought Tsukune and his friends to the academy, I realized that if Fairy Tale knew of Tsukune identity, they could easily track our parents, so I teleported them here where it's safe and had Sasuke use a genjutsu to put them to sleep until we can explain everything. Since Sasuke and Neji seemed hesitant to speak, I'll go first, "I know you're mad right now, I just hope what I'm about to tell you doesn't change our relationship. You may have observed that us three have been different from others since birth. This is because we are the reincarnation of ancient shinobi from eras erased from his history."

I know what I just said would make me seem like a psychopath, so I decided to provide proof so I raise my right hand and form a Rasengan. Both my parents gasp in extreme shock, before I quickly disperse the ball of revolving chakra. "I ensure you every moment we have ever had has been genuine and we truly love you as our mother and father. All three of us had extremely tragic lives in our past lives, you gave us a loving family, especially for me as I was an orphan since birth in my past life. At first, we intended to live normal lives until we discovered the existence of Yokai and Fairy Tale."

It seems like our mother was able to collect her thoughts faster than our father, "Impossible, Yokai are simply folklore and tales told from primitive ages."

"I assure you kaa-san, Yokai are very much real and Yokai Academy, turns out the school our younger brother was attending, is a school of monsters and supernatural creatures." I said which caused my mother to gasp in shock again and it seems like our father was about to pass out.

"Then what is a Fairy Tale?" Kasumi asked Naruto

"Fairy Tale is an anti-human, Yōkai terrorist organization dedicated to throwing harmony into chaos and ruling over the Human World." Neji chimes in this time.

"Tsukune was somehow able to attend Yokai Academy for seven months without them finding out he was his human" I continue to explain the event that took place yesterday.

"Speaking of Tsukune, He should be waking up soon, I'll go get him." Sasuke said as he quickly exited the room, I can tell he's just tryna avoid the conversation.

"This all brings me back to the reason we brought you here, Fairy Tale is a very malicious organization with a Tsukune identity, they would definitely try to find you without doubt with bad intentions." I explained

"You're very wealthy, couldn't you just put us in hiding somewhere?" Kasumi inquired

"We could, but Fairy Tale has an immense amount of influence over the human world. They have been manipulating humanity from the background for many millennia, meaning they have deep roots in almost every government across the globe, the safest place for you is here at Konoha Academy. Aside from the members of the Shinobi Alliance, the rest of the world is unaware of the existence of the school." Neji chimes in

"How were you able to form the ball of energy earlier?" Kōji asked in a nerd-like fashion.

"Shinobi are taught to control and weaponize chakra. Chakra is energy that exists in all sentient living creatures. During the time of the shinobi, the existence of chakra was common knowledge and practiced all around the world. Due to Fairy Tale's influence, humanity would drift from inner sources of power like chakra to the advancement of technology and science. However, The Shinobi Alliance which has existed since the age of shinobi have been able to maintain knowledge and practice of chakra and jutsu albeit extremely diluted and limited, at first the Shinobi Alliance attempted to combat Fairy Tale, but was nearly destroyed in the process. They were slowly able to rebuild but have only been able to avoid Fairy Tale by remaining in the shadows of society. We joined around seventeen years ago and founded Konoha Academy around fifteen years ago. Konoha Academy is the place all members of Shinobi Alliance must attend to become shinobi. The Shinobi Alliance remained a hidden organization until yesterday. It's unfortunate that our presence will become known because of a war."

"So I could do what you just did," Kōji asked

"Possibly, but not likely, chakra is regulated in the body by what is known as a Chakra Network System. Most people's chakra networks stop development around the age of thirty-five to forty years old, with the greatest time of development being from ten to twenty years old, so someone like you over forty who hasn't used chakra at all throughout their entire life will find it extremely difficult to learn even the most basic technique. Back during the Age of Shinobi, ninja were taught as children to use chakra and used it actively throughout their day to day lives." I explained as my father broke down into tears as if his hopes and dreams were completely shattered by this revelation. My father is a very interesting character and very similar to my master Jiraiya, although a lot less perverted and powerful.

Sasuke comes back to the room, "Tsukune should be heading this way in a few minutes."

Kasumi makes a drastic realization, "Is Tsukune like you?"

"No, he isn't a reincarnator, but has been trained to use chakra and knows a few jutsu, he has put himself on Fairy Tale radar, so he will stay here as a student till he is fully trained and can confidently protect himself from any yokai threat." I would continue to explain the situation to my parents, who seemed to be taking this way better than expected.

Current Time

Third Person POV

Tsukune is following Gojo down the hallway, Gojo instantly stops moving, before turning to Tsukune with extremely serious expressions, "Listen Carefully, The Principal Office is on the next hall last door to the right. Tell them that hulk is on the loose, and that I'm going to try to prevent as much damage as possible. Go as fast as possible."

"Okay, why are you..." Tsukune couldn't finish his sentence when he noticed a group of bullies were surrounding a young teenage boy who seemed to be in the same year as him. The boy was somewhat skinny with black hair, pale skin, freckles, and nerdy glasses. Usually Tsukune would pay no mind, but he noticed that the boy's skin was turning green.

"Please let me go, I'm trying my best to hold him back." The boy struggled to say as he was being held against a locker.

"You don't look strong at all, why were you selected for the Rookie 11?!" yelled a random Fourth year student who seemed to be the leader of the group of bullies. Tsukune notices the boy's body began rapidly growing and Gojo rushes off towards the group while ripping his blindfold off revealing a pair of bright blue eyes that would've completely mesmerized the busy hallway, even if it wasn't for a green monstrosity forming before their eyes. These weren't ordinary eyes but an ancient dojutsu bound to Gojo from birth by fate known as the Rikugan or the Six Eyes.

"YOU NEED TO GET AWAY FROM HIM RIGHT NOW! NOYA YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN!" Gojo screamed while going through a set of hand seals, Tsukune began feeling nauseous and thought it was simply because of the immense chakra the creature was exuding, but he finally decided to listen to Gojo instructions.

Tsukune began running to the principal office releasing a pulses of chakra from the tenketsu in his feet with each step he took propelling him forward with him ultimately reaching 75 km/h arriving at the principal office in a matter of seconds before he released another burst of chakra to stop his momentum. Tsukune was about to open the door, but in the distance he hears,

"LAPSE: BLUE!!"

"HULK! SMASH!!"
