"People of the Planet Earth!" A voice called out all across the globe. "I've come to make an announcement!"
On the rooftops of Shonen City, Evil stood on top of the Dragon Ball Super Friends Mansion, with some people gathering outside of the mansion and looking up at Evil.
"My name is Evil! I am the one responsible for turning the sky red, and for pushing back your heroes," Evil called out. "I am here to take over your planet, where you all shall be liabilities and casualties for the battle that I have with Lego!
"But to all of you who are villains, criminals, I welcome you to join my army, where we shall destroy the universe, and destroy everything!" Evil shouted, before giving a villain laugh. "And so we are clear of my power…" Evil shot a Ki Blast up into the sky, the energy coming back down and destroying the entirety of the Super Friends Mansion.
In a matter of minutes, a new building appeared out of the ground where the mansion once was. The black palace that was erected by Evil's magic bringing a smile to his face.
"Now, let the world know and fear my power!" Evil shouted with a maniacal laugh.
Inside of Evil's palace of red and black colors, the throne room of which Evil sat in was filled with many people of various backgrounds. Evil seemed rather pleased by the amount of criminals and villains who had gathered into his throne room. However, he had additionally acquired some villains who he knew.
On his left stood none other than All For One, the DAU version specifically, who had been revived post League of Memes fight against Shallet (yes, the Shallot and Giblet fusion). And on his right stood Kai 'Overhaul' Chisaki himself as well, for he was also revived after he was sent into a black hole by Tale's Palkia in an earlier chapter.
"I am pleased to see how this is turning out already," Evil said with a laugh. "An army has gathered before me…"
"We should evaluate all that these people are capable of," All For One said to Evil. "For our devastating, diabolical, unforgivable plan must be backed by strong, unwavering villains."
Evil thought about it. "Hmm… I suppose," Evil said, although he didn't see much of a reason for it. "Bring forth the first villain!"
The first of the many who had gathered in Evil's palace was then shoved forward by another. He was a man wearing regular clothing. At first glance, there was nothing special about him… Evil didn't seem a problem with that yet.
Evil glanced and analyzed the man before him. "Hmm… I sense nothing special about you. Tell me, what are your combat experiences?"
"Combat?" The man questioned. "I, uh- I don't have any…"
Evil went silent, staring at the man before him. "...what?" Adjusting his position in the chair, Evil continued to stare straight through the man's soul. "I said I wanted villains and criminals to join my army. This isn't a gathering place for civilians!"
"W-Well, I-I am a criminal!" The man said to Evil, prompting the demon to raise an eyebrow.
"Then what have you done?" All For One chimed in, gesturing to the man.
"I have done terrible things, like taking advantage of drunk women!" The man said. "And rap-"
"I'm sorry," Evil interrupted suddenly. "Taking advantage?"
The man faltered. "...yes?"
"Someone explain this to me," Evil ordered.
Chisaki looked at Evil for a short moment. "It… It means to make unfair demands on someone who cannot or will not resist," Overhaul answered. "And judging by what he was saying before you cut him off, said things were sexual in nature."
"Indeed!" The man continued. "I am on the offenders list as well… hence why I-"
"Offenders list?" Evil questioned once more, raising an eyebrow in confusion.
"Sex offenders list," Chisaki stated with an unamused dry look. "But he is indeed a criminal since rape isillegal…"
"Y-Yes!" The man said with a nod. "And I am willing to-"
"Silence!" Evil shouted as he stood up, silencing the man and all in his throne room. "What I am hearing… it's pathetic!"
The man faltered, as well as countless others amongst the people gathered. "What? B-But I'm a criminal, exactly what you wanted!"
Evil walked down the steps of his throne. "I want warriors! Not some… offender. Villains do not offend people… we HURT people physically, we KILL people, we do not try to hurt their feelings!"
Chisaki raised a finger and said, "I mean, technically we do that last bit-"
"I DON'T CARE!" Evil shouted at Overhaul, before addressing the offender before him. "Can you even take a life?!"
"W-Well, n-no, but I can ruin them?" The man answered. "I-I mean, with abortion being illegal within Shonen City, getting a woman pregnant and leaving her with a kid would ruin her life and then the kid's as-"
"That's what deems you a criminal?" Evil questioned. He slowly turned and walked up the stairs to his throne. "...I've heard enough, and have made my judgement."
"R-Really?" The man said, a smile slowly appearing on his face, before he exploded into a gory mess
"Go to Hell," Evil snarled as he got to the top of the steps and glared at the spot the man once stood, having killed him. Many members of the audience were alarmed by him suddenly murdering the sex offender, though some also cheered a bit.
Evil clapped, and the doors to the hall closed instantly. "All who are on the sex offenders list, raise your hands so I can execute you," Evil commanded, and against the wills of many, their bodies responded and raised a hand. Instantly, all of them paled as Evil brought them forth via telekinesis, and proceeded to slaughter each of them instantly. Their deaths were instant.
"With the trash out of the way, how many of you are killers?!" Evil shouted, demanding to know. Most of the audience who lived raised their hands. "How many of you have combat experience?!" All of them raised their hands. "And just in case I missed any,how many of you have crimes that are sexual in nature?!"Only one person raised their hand now, against their will of course. "And you're not on the list?!"
"N-No, I-I never got caught!" The older man said in a scared tone of voice despite being a gruff lumberjack type man.
"You're one of these… rapists?" Evil questioned carefully with a glare as he recalled the unfinished word of the first offender he killed
"S-Sort of! I-I-I'm a molester!" The older man answered against his will as he was levitated off the ground and held in front of Evil.
"Translate," Evil ordered Chisaki.
"He's like an offender, except worse and does it with children," Chisaki answered.
Evil glared at the older man now. "...you disgust me and bring shame to villain-kind." Evil pointed his palm at the man and shouted, "HAKAI!"
Instantly, the man was destroyed and erased from existence, showcasing Evil's disdain for these sorts of crimes. He deemed this as pointless endeavors, anything but villainous.
"WE ARE VILLAINS!" Evil shouted to those who remain. "WE KILL PEOPLE! WE STEAL! WE DESTROY! ARE WE CLEAR MY ARMY?!" The remaining men and women shouted in acknowledgement about Evil's ideals and rules. "Your first mission is simple… KILL ALL MOLESTERS AND OFFENDERS IN THIS CITY! I WILL NOT STAND FOR THESE INSULTS AND DISGRACES LIVING IN MY CITY!"
As the members of Evil's army slowly dispersed, All For One turned to address Evil. "I must say… that was quite violent of you."
Evil scoffed. "I disliked what I heard. Villainy is about death and destruction… not this nonsense."
"It is still a crime as psychological and mental scars are as serious as physical injuries," All For One replied, lecturing Evil.
Evil rolled his eyes. "I do not care. I have my ideals… and they are simple."
Chisaki hummed. "Well, at least you have moral codes and standards…"

I do understand and apologize that this story is steering away from the cringe and funny bullshit that's meant to come from it. I also apologize for how personal this (arc) became. I could give up on this arc and just stop it, but a part of me doesn't want to/can't. I need to finish this, no matter how slow it is to finish.
I also understand that this chapter and the last are very serious about what they talk about, in terms of both war, the complacency of certain countries (*cough* the US) when we can do so much to help people in need which thankfully there are some people out there who will try their best to help, and this chapter's emphasis on Evil slaughtering rapists and molesters. These are real issues that happen in our modern world, and should have no place here. However, considering the story I have decided I wanted to try and build regarding Evil and yes, myself as an OC, Lego, I choose to use these issues ro represent certain plot points moving forward, outlining the good and bad of both my characters.
So, thank you all for staying despite how serious and gloomy the Evil Arc's chapters are getting, it means a lot, especially if you read this and the last chapter in full, and while we are seriously straying from what the DAU represents as a whole (I am sorry DevilArtemis), I have loose ends to tie up...
