Rebun Island.
It was a small island located not far from Hokkaido, originally the island was going to be used as the final exam location for Totsuki Academy's promotion exam, but the plan was changed because a certain incident came up.
In a large arena on the island, the Shokugeki Régiment de Cuisine is taking place. It is a Totsuki cooking competition where two parties with different goals or ideologies compete against each other to reach an agreement.
And what was involved in this Shokugeki was Central versus the rebels, this match occurred because of differences of opinion between the two where Central wanted to bind the chefs to walk in one direction and create True Gourmet cuisine as Nakiri Azami wanted, while the rebels wanted the chefs free without being bound by anything to cook what they want and at the same time they also want to save their friends who have been expelled from the academy.
The results of the Shokugeki Régiment de Cuisine were won by the rebels. It has been fifteen minutes since the match has passed and they are currently celebrating the victory they fought for. Meanwhile, Central just stared at the rebels from the edge of the arena.
"Heh, looks like we lost, huh," chuckled Saitou Soumei, no trace of disappointment on his face.
"You seem to be enjoying it even though we lost," Akanegakubo Momo said giving him a deadpan look.
"I think so," said Soumei smiling with satisfaction.
"Haha, I can understand how you feel," said Kobayashi Rindou laughing out loud, even though she had just lost, she felt great relief in her heart.
"Yeah, those two make amazing dishes," Tsukasa Eishi said smiling a little while looking at the two people who had defeated him.
"Haaa, I still don't understand why you guys were so relieved when we lost," said Eizan Etsuya sighing in annoyance seeing everyone relieved by their defeat.
"Maybe they got something valuable from their defeat," said Kinokuni Nene.
"Hah? What do you mean?"
"Do not think about it. More importantly, it confirms that there is something strange about this year's first year."
"Strange?"
"You must have felt it, right? When fighting Takumi Aldini."
"…" Etsuya didn't answer. In fact, he also felt something like that, in fact he should have also realized since the autumn election that there was something strange about the strength of these first years.
"That... might just be a coincidence," said Etsuya looking away, even though he was aware of the strength of the first years but he wouldn't admit it openly.
"No, I agree with Kinokuni," Eishi said suddenly, attracting the attention of the people around him. "Somehow, this year's first year are much better than previous years."
"Yeah, I can feel it," said Soumei nodding slightly. He had experienced it himself when dealing with one of the first year students, Yukihira Souma.
"…" Momo didn't say anything but tightened her hug on her doll, but in her heart she also agreed with her friends. Since her fight with Tadokoro Megumi, she had also felt something unusual about the first year girl's strength.
"It just raises one question, was it a coincidence or was it planned," Rindou said.
"Planned? What for?" Nene asked, even more confused.
"I don't know, maybe there's something we don't know about all of this," said Rindou shrugging.
After that they all kept quiet and sank into their own thoughts to digest the information, they were all thinking and questioning the same thing.
What really happened to the 92nd Generation Totsuki?
While they were thinking that, suddenly everyone in the room froze. Froze mean here is that they actually freeze like a video that was stopped while it was playing.
Then in the frozen room a light appeared, the light illuminated the entire room and when the light faded, the occupants of the room could not be found.
Nakiri Azami walked out of the arena feeling tired, he had lost and everything he had built had collapsed. Now he had an empty feeling in his heart without knowing what else to do.
His heart grew anxious with every step he made. Sooner or later his daughter, Nakiri Erina, will suffer a terrible fate if things continue like this. He didn't want Erina to experience the same thing as his wife, Nakiri Mana.
But that was all over now, the plan he had made to save his daughter was ruined, he had lost and been defeated by none other than his own daughter. Now Azami can no longer think of anything else to save her.
"Yo, Nakamura," said a cheerful voice.
Azami looked up and saw Saiba Jouichirou, whom he respected, along with Doujima Gin and Nakiri Senzaemon standing in front of him.
"Saiba-senpai…"
"Haha, looks like you lost, huh," Joichiro said happily, not minding Azami's anxiety.
Azami didn't have the energy to be upset now after his defeat, so he could only sigh, "Yeah, I was provoked because of you from the start."
"So, what are you going to do from now on?"
What will he do now? The answer is none. His plans were already ruined and he couldn't think of another plan that could save his daughter.
"Nothing," Azami answered as he walked past Jouichirou. "My plans to create True Gourmet are ruined, there's no point in me being here anymore."
He didn't speak again after that, continuing to walk towards the exit without looking back. He didn't want anyone to know what he was feeling now.
"Nakamura," Jouichirou said suddenly. "Do you think I'm stupid to not know your true plan?"
Azami stopped after hearing that, he then turned slowly back in surprise and saw Jouichirou looking at him with a serious look.
"I have heard from Senzaemon-dono that your wife experienced the same thing as me, you are afraid because Erina-chan who has the God's Tongue will have the same fate as her mother. That's why you're doing all this, right?"
Azami widened his eyes seeing Jouichirou who was able to penetrate and knew his plan, he looked at Senzaemon but the old man just crossed his arms while closing his eyes.
In the end, Azami could only give in and look away, "Even if you knew it would be no use now, sooner or later Erina will be swallowed by that Storm."
Talents that are too great will sooner or later be unable to be controlled, in the end they will be swallowed by the Storm and lose their direction. If a chef was swallowed by the Storm, then there would be no other way to save them than to escape from the world of cooking.
Nakiri Erina who has the God's Tongue is the right category for that, as a chef her abilities are extraordinary. But because of her ability, she will one day be swallowed by that storm, something that Azami doesn't want.
"Haaaah…"
While Azami was trapped in his dilemma, he heard an annoyed sigh in front of him. He looked forward and saw Jouichirou scratch his head in annoyance before looking at him.
"Jeez, since when did you become such a quitter?"
"What…?"
"Why are you acting as if Erina-chan is certain to have such a fate?"
"Hah? You definitely know the answer."
"Indeed, but it is not our job to deal with it. Our era is over, Nakamura. The only thing we have to do is believe in the new generation, in the children who are in the same generation as your daughter."
"…"
Azami was speechless, he didn't understand at all why his Senpai had so much confidence in those children. Indeed, they have great abilities, but can they really save his daughter from the coming Storm?
Before Azami could question that, suddenly he and the others froze as if time had stopped. Then a light appeared and swallowed them, after the light faded, Azami and the others were nowhere to be found.
In an unknown place, there is a very large theater room. The theater had hundreds of high-quality seats with a luxurious red carpet covering the floor.
The theater was very large with a ceiling that could be estimated at five stories, but considering that the room had hundreds of seats, the width and height of the room was something that made sense.
Because this is a theater room, of course the broadcasting area is also very wide, even for those who sit at the back and highest, they can still watch the video clearly because that is the best place to watch.
Although those Theater's room sound amazing, they still lack their function, namely the audience. The large room was empty without any spectators, making the room feel very quiet.
But that only lasted for a moment when a light appeared and filled the room, when the light faded the room was immediately filled with people.
The first reaction they got after experiencing a supernatural event for the first time was silence, it was a natural reaction because a moment ago they were in an arena arena and the next second they were suddenly transported to this place.
It took them a full minute to realize the fact that they had been forcibly moved, after which a commotion broke out.
"WHAT HAPPENED!?"
All of Totsuki's students screamed at the same time, they didn't understand what was happening at all.
"W-Where is this?" Yoshino Yuuki shouted worriedly while looking around her.
"I-I don't know, Yuuki," said Sakaki Ryouko who was also worried.
"Is this kidnapping?" said Mito Ikumi while raising her guard.
"No, if this was a kidnapping then we would definitely be aware of it," Ibusaki Shun said calmly, but everyone could see a drop of sweat running down his face.
"Y-Yeah, we were suddenly transported in an instant without us realizing it," Marui Zenji said nervously.
"Damn, who did this!? Hey, get out!" shouted Aoki Daigo irritably.
"Yeah, face us!" added Satou Shouji who also shouted, but they were both immediately hit in the head by someone.
"You idiot, don't scream carelessly! What if something happens to you!?" an old woman snapped.
They all turned to the old woman and were surprised that she was someone they knew, namely their own dormitory caretaker, Daimidou Fumio.
"Fumio-saaan!" Yuuki shouted as she jumped to hug the old woman.
"Fumio-san, you were also transferred here?" Ryouko asked a little relieved.
"Yeah, I don't know what happened. I thought I was dreaming but after seeing you all here I think this is reality," Fumio answered while rubbing her chin.
"I also tried pinching myself and it hurt, so I'm sure this isn't all a dream," Yuuki said while rubbing her hands which were slightly red.
"But how could we be transported here in an instant? This is something that makes no sense," said Arato Hisako confused.
"Oh, could it be because of magic?" Nakiri Alice guessed.
"Magic? Do you really believe it's real?" Akira asked raising an eyebrow.
"Then how are you going to explain that?" Ryou asked while pointing at something.
Akira and the others turned in the direction Ryou was pointing, there they saw Professor Shiomi Jun looking panicked while looking back and forth amidst the other students who were just as panicked as her.
"Jun!" Akira said in surprise.
Jun turned towards them and suddenly her panicked expression brightened, she then ran towards them with happy cries. Honestly, to Akira and the others who were watching from afar, Jun looked like a lost child in the middle of the mall who was running happily after finding her parents.
"Hayama-kuuuuun!" shouted Jun while running towards Akira and the others.
"Jun, you were brought here too?" Akira asked.
"Yeah," Jun said breathlessly when she stopped. "I don't know what happened but suddenly I was transferred here, I thought I was drunk again after drinking sake but my mind is still fresh at the moment."
"Are you drinking again?" Akira asked narrowing his eyes.
Jun flinched and took a step back, her eyes wandering here and there nervously, "A-A little."
Akira just gave a flat look while Jun became increasingly nervous when he was stared at, then Akira sighed tiredly and rubbed his head, "We'll think about that later, now we have to think about the current problem."
"Yes, that's right," Jun said excitedly after escaping Akira's lecture. "Do you know what happened, Hayama-kun? I saw a lot of people gathered here, even alumni too."
"I don't know, we were just celebrating the victory over Central before we were suddenly moved here," said Akira while looking at the alumni that Jun said, he could see Shinomiya Kojirou and several other alumni gathered there.
"You guys won!? Thank God, that means you won't be expelled," said Jun, moved.
"Yeah, but it will all be pointless if we don't address this problem."
As Akira said, they had to deal with this problem now. The students are getting more and more panicked as time goes by, if things continue like this then the situation will become even more chaotic.
"EVERYONE QUIET!"
Suddenly a loud and booming sound echoed throughout the room making everyone silent, they all then turned their attention to the source of the sound and saw Nakiri Senzaemon standing on the large stage in front of them. Beside him to his left and right stood the other members of the Nakiri family, Nakiro Soue and Nakiri Leonora, along with Leonora's subordinates, namely Berta and Cilla.
Senzaemon was satisfied seeing everyone quiet and watching him, he could see Alice running to the center of the stage and jumping onto her father and mother but he let it go, the important thing right now was to calm everyone down.
"I see you all have calmed down, which is good. We don't know what's really happening here but that doesn't mean we have to panic and scream. That will only lower your sanity."
"Then can I assume that you don't know what happened either, Senzaemon-dono?" Satoshi asked as he stepped forward from his chair.
"Yeah, this is also my first time experiencing this. There must be a reason why we were transferred here, so put your minds at ease for now."
After listening to Senzaemon's words, everyone finally felt at ease. Seeing that the adults were with them, the students finally felt a little relieved even though there was still some worry in their hearts.
.
"Damn, what kind of situation is this," said Etsuya clicking his tongue while relaxing in his chair.
"Fufu, what's wrong, Eizan-kun? Are you afraid?" Asked Terunori who was also relaxing in his chair.
"What did you say!?"
"Oho, why are you upset? Oh, I know, you just lost Shokugeki to a first year not once, but twice~."
"Shut up, Shorty!"
"Who are you calling a shorty, you bastard!?"
"Haha, I'm glad you two are still as close as ever," said Satoshi, laughing kindly.
"Who are you saying is close!/Who are you saying is close!"
Terunori and Etsuya shouted at the same time while angrily at Satoshi, but the man himself only responded by laughing, completely unfazed by the two of them.
"Stupid..." Nene muttered, tired of seeing the behavior of the boys of her generation.
"Haha, they are still the same even in a strange place like this," said Rindou laughing when she saw her junior's behavior.
"T-They're amazing, I can't stop sweating because of the situation we're in," Eishi said as he curled up in his chair to make himself as small as possible.
"Use this, Tsukasa," Momo said, offering him a small towel.
"Ah, thank you, Akanegakubo," Eishi said as he accepted the towel.
"So you were brought here too, Megishima," Soumei said to the person sitting in the chair beside him.
"Yeah, I don't know why," said Tousuke who crossed his arms.
.
Not far from Eishi and the others' group, another second year group was also involved in the discussion.
"So that's how it turned out," Julio Shiratsu said to the rest of the group.
"I see. Damn, they could even beat a third year Elite Ten. What the hell with the strength of that first year," grumbled Kusunoki Rentarou.
"Yeah, their abilities are off the charts. It's as if geniuses were gathered in one generation," said Yanai Mea angrily.
"There's no point thinking about that now, what's more important is what should we do in the current situation?" said Shigemichi Kumai.
"What else? We can't do anything but wait until the person who kidnapped us here appears," Rentarou said while leaning back on the chair, something that Mea and the others couldn't help but agree with.
.
"This must be magic, I'm absolutely sure," said Lucie Hugo looking around the room stunned.
"I want to say this is all impossible but we really were transported here," Gao Wei said a little uneasy.
"C-Chef Shinomiya, is there really nothing for us to do?" Abel Blondin asked nervously.
"Yeah, no one knows about our current situation. It's better to act carefully than to do something rash," said Shinomiya Kojirou, who was relaxing in his chair.
"Shinomiya-senpaaaaai~."
"Tch!"
"Mou, what's with that attitude? Aren't you happy to see me, Senpai?" Inui Hinako asked with a frown. Behind her, other alumni also walked closer.
"What if that's the case?" Kojirou replied annoyed.
"Gah! That blatant attitude," said Hinako, flinching and acting as if she was hurt.
"Ignore her, Shinomiya. It seems you were also taken along with your employees," said Mizuhara Fuyumi while looking at Kojirou and his employees.
"And it seems like you're always together," Kojirou said.
"Haha, this is our bond of friendship, Shinomiya-san," said Donato Gotoda with a laugh.
"But leaving that aside, it seems whoever called us here knows about our lives," Sekimori Hitoshi said while rubbing his chin.
"It seems so, for now sit down all of you. We may have to wait a while longer until the person who called us here appears," said Kojirou, Hinako and the others complied and sat in the chairs provided.
.
Houjou Miyoko crossed her arms while watching everyone in the room, she also didn't know what was happening but at least she had the composure not to panic and make a fuss.
"Kuku, sit down, Houjou Miyoko. Or are you too restless to sit?" Asked Mimasaka Subaru chuckled, Sadatsuka Nao who was sitting next to him also giggled for something that Miyoko didn't know.
"Isn't it natural for us to be anxious in situations like this? In fact, I'm surprised you two can calm down," said Miyoko, raising an eyebrow.
"Hmph, I've trained myself to be calm in any situation, if I can't do that then I won't be able to do my 'Perfect Trace'," said Subaru.
"Hihi, for me as long as Hisako-oneesama is here, then everything is fine for me," said Nao giggling.
Miyoko just raised an eyebrow at the two of them's reasons, she could understand Subaru's reasons but she didn't understand Nao's reasons at all.
"It's better not to think about it," Miyoko thought with a sigh, then her gaze returned to everyone, she had been observing everyone in this room and there was something that made her uncomfortable.
"Kuku, it seems you noticed," Subaru said with a small chuckle.
"Yeah."
"Hm, noticed what?" Nao asked confused.
"That there are certain people who were not called here."
.
"A-Aki-chan, what actually happened?" asked Kurase Mayumi trembling with fear.
"I don't know, Mayu. And calm down, okay? Everything will be fine, after all we have Tomita-san here," said Koganei Aki while pointing at the adult wearing glasses.
"Well, to be honest I don't know what happened either but at least I know where these people came from. They are Totsuki's students," said Tomita Yuuya.
"Totsuki? That's Yukihira's school, right?"
"Yukihira-kun?"
"Yeah, but I didn't see Souma-chan," Yuuya said while narrowing his eyes at everyone, then he caught someone he knew. "Ah, I think I know that girl!"
Aki and Mayumi turned to the direction Yuuya was pointing at, there among the residents of the Polar Star Dormitory was a short blonde girl with brown skin. Aki didn't know who the girl was but Mayumi and Yuuya had talked to her.
"Let's go there," Yuuya said as he led the way, Aki and Mayumi following behind him. "Hello, excuse me."
Ikumi and the others turned towards them, the other students didn't recognize them but Ikumi recognized them. She walked forward and greeted them, "You guys, if I'm not mistaken..."
"I'm Tomita Yuuya, Head of Sumire Shopping District. We used to work in the Karaage business."
"Ah, I remember. Then she is…" said Ikumi turning to Mayumi.
"K-Kurase Mayumi, nice to see you again, Mito-san," Mayumi said nervously.
"Yeah, and she…" said Ikumi nodding while turning to Aki.
"Koganei Aki. Mayu's classmate."
"Mito Ikumi," replied Ikumi. "So you don't know why you were called here?"
"Yes, I was working in my shop before I was suddenly transferred here. By the way, have you seen Souma-chan? Since you were here I thought he was brought here too."
"…!"
Yuuya's question froze Ikumi and the other residents of Polar Star, because of all the tension and confusion caused by this mysterious event, they didn't think about their incomplete number of members at all.
"T-That's right, where's Yukihira!?" Ikumi asked while looking around her.
"Megumi isn't here either!" Yuuki shouted worriedly.
"I can't find my brother either," Isami said worriedly looking around him.
"Erina-sama! Where are you!?" Hisako shouted while running here and there.
Yuuya and the other two girls just stared at them stunned, the scene in front of them was so chaotic that they saw Ikumi and the others running while shouting someone's name.
"Hey Mayu, who are they?" Aki asked her friend.
"It seems like they're Yukihira-kun's friends in high school."
"I see."
Not long after, Ikumi and the others gathered again while panting. They had been running up and down throughout the theater room but to no avail.
"W-Where are they? Were they not brought here?" Daigo asked.
"But why only the four of them?" Shouji said confused.
"If they are not brought here, that means there are only two possibilities. Either they weren't brought here and were still left in the arena or they were taken to another place that was different from us," said Shun.
"That leaves us with more questions than before," Ryouko said worriedly.
"Waaaa, I can't stay calm at all like this!" Yuuki shouted while holding her head.
"Erina-sama…"
"Niichan…"
Hisako and Isami also couldn't get rid of their worries when the condition of the person most important to them was unknown, but wherever they looked in this room the results were in vain because Nakiri Erina or Takumi Aldini were nowhere to be found.
"Excuse me, did you mention Megumi's name earlier? Could she be Tadokoro Megumi?" asked a female voice.
Yuuki and the others turned to the source of the sound and saw a woman with straight black hair approaching them.
"Yes, she's our friend," Yuuki said. "If I may know who you are?"
"I am Megumi's mother, I thank you for looking after her."
"Eeeeeeh! Megumi's mother!?" said Yuuki and the others surprised.
"Yeah, do you know how she is? Lately she rarely sends news home."
Yuuki and the others looked at each other, they hesitated whether to tell the truth or not but at least they could tell a comfortable answer.
"Yes, Megumi is fine. Actually, we were still with her before we were suddenly transferred here, so we don't know how she is now," said Ryouko.
"I see, at least she's fine and I hope so. But what is actually happening right now?" said Mrs. Tadokoro with a sigh.
"Nikumiiiiiiii!"
While they were worrying about their absent friend, Ikumi heard the sound of someone calling her and she couldn't help but wrinkle her expression.
"Tch, so you were brought here too," said Ikumi clicking her tongue as Konishi Kanichi ran closer to her.
"Hah…hah…W-What really happened, Nikumi?! I was in the club room earlier and was suddenly transported here! Honestly, this was a scary experience for me," said Kanichi, who was panicking.
"I don't know, right now it's better if you keep quiet. My mind is full of this problem, I don't want you to add to it with your questions."
"O-Okay," said Kanichi firmly hearing Ikumi's order.
"For now let's sit and wait as the former director said, panic like this is useless and only adds to stress," said Ryouko to everyone who they responded obediently.
.
"Wahaha, this is a rare event that I have experienced in my life," said Jouichirou laughing while looking at the whole room.
"How can you act so relaxed like this, we still don't know what the kidnapper's purpose is in bringing us here," said Gin crossing his arms in annoyance.
"Come on, don't be so serious, Gin. When else will we experience something like this, I'm sure this is not something that happens randomly. Isn't that right, Nakamura?"
"Yes..." said Azami tiredly.
The three of them took a place at the back, where it was the highest but had a good view of the entire room and was parallel to the theater screen. The place is also a kind of VIP, where luxury sofas with a capacity of two people replace theater seats.
"Oh, that's Shiomi. Hey Shiomi!" shouted Jouichirou while waving at his petite junior.
"I think that's a bad idea, Jouichirou," Gin said warningly.
"Hm? What did you say?"
Jun, who turned her head because she was called, fell silent after seeing the person who called her. She then climbed the steps slowly towards the top. She climbed the steps one by one at an increasingly faster speed and in the end she started running.
"Look, she seems excited," Jouichirou said grinning. Gin and Azami took a few steps back as if to make way, Jouichirou just raised an eyebrow in confusion at the behavior.
Jun finally arrived at their place but didn't stop and continued running towards Jouichirou.
"Hey Shiomi, long time no see-"
"ORYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
"Eh? UAGHHHHHH!"
Without listening to Jouichirou's words, Jun threw a fatal blow at his face, sending the man flying backwards.
"…"
Azami, who noticed the scene, only raised an eyebrow while Gin grinned in amusement, meanwhile Jouichirou groaned on the floor because of the terrible blow.
"Haaaa, that's much better," Jun said while smiling happily because she had vented her years of grudge.
"O-Oi Shiomi… why… did you hit me…?" said Jouichirou who was groaning on the floor.
"This is my revenge, Saiba-senpai."
"Revenge? What have I ever done to you?" Asked Jouichirou who was confused, he got up while rubbing his cheek in pain.
"Aren't you aware!? You stuffed me with all your weird cooking, and before I could take revenge you left school! I've been holding this grudge for years, you know!"
"…"
There was silence after Jun's words of protest, Jouichirou himself was just silent while processing his junior's words. Not long after, he chuckled after understanding the meaning of Jun's words.
"I see, you want to take revenge on me by making weird dishes too? Then let's compare, Shiomi. But we better wait for the owner of this place to show up and ask if they have a kitchen."
"Wha-" Jun just gaped at Jouichirou who misunderstood her words. "T-That's not what I meant, Senpai!"
"Forget it, Shiomi. You already know that common sense won't apply to him," said Gin.
"Oi what do you mean, Gin? You make me sound like a fool," Jouichirou said a little annoyed.
"Because that's what I mean, you idiot! How many times do you think I've fixed the mess you made!" shouted Gin irritably.
"Hahaha, come on buddy, I don't remember me making a mess," said Jouichirou laughing as if innocent.
Gin gritted his teeth in annoyance but then took a deep breath, he already knew very well that arguing with his idiot friend wouldn't work.
"Never mind, for now let's sit down," said Gin as he went to the sofa and sat down. Jun followed by sitting next to him while Jouichirou and Azami filled the sofa next to them.
.
"What a mysterious event," said Historie.
"Yeah, to move us suddenly… no ordinary human could do this," Charme said in agreement.
"What should we do?" Anne asked her colleagues.
"I don't know, but for now let's just obey Senzaemon-sama's words," said Decora while crossing her arms.
"Shall we go to Azami-sama's place?" Courage asked.
"Azami-sama? Is he here too?" Anne asked while looking around her.
"Yes, he's up there," said Courage while pointing at the VIP. Anne and the others turned to where Courage was pointing.
"You are right, it seems that place is a VIP area. There is also Chef Doujima Gin and Professor Shiomi Jun, but who is the man sitting beside Azami-sama?" Decora asked while looking at the man sitting beside Azami.
"I don't know, maybe an acquaintance?" said Anne guessing.
"Anyway, let's go there, we can ask him directly. I can't stand being around these kids, they're noisy," said Courage leading the way.
Decora and the rest of the Bookmen followed behind, but before they could start walking, a light appeared from above the stage.
.
Alice watched everything from the stage, her gaze quickly shifted to everyone in the room. Her goal is only one, namely to find the whereabouts of her beloved cousin. But no matter where she looked, her cousin's whereabouts were nowhere to be found.
"Erina isn't anywhere," said Alice, she couldn't help but worry about her cousin.
"It doesn't look like she was brought here, what do you think, Father?" Soue asked Senzaemon.
"Hmm, it seems the person who brought us here should have the answer to that," Senzaemon said while stroking his beard.
Suddenly a light appeared to his left, it was the same light that brought them to this room. Senzaemon turned to the light and narrowed his eyes, the light then disappeared and was replaced by people he knew.
They are Andou Shingo, Kita Osaji, Kouda Shigenoshin, Minatozaka Makito, Ooizumi Kakinoshin, Saotome Seishuu, Sendawara Natsume, Sendawara Orie, and one of Totsuki's teachers, Roland Chapelle.
They were all members of honorary associations connected to Totsuki.
"Wha-WHAT HAPPENED!?" Osaji shouted when he realized what had happened to him. He and the others were shocked to be suddenly transported to an unknown place.
"I might be hallucinating. I was at my house earlier, there's no way I would suddenly be here and see you all," said Shingou rubbing his head.
"Then I'm the same, I was in my office earlier," said Shigenoshin while stroking his mustache.
"Me too," Makito said.
"What really happened?" Seishuu said pushing up his glasses.
"Orie, can you pinch me? It's possible that I'm dreaming right now," Natsume said offering her arm.
"No, you're not dreaming, Natsume. I had pinched myself first, and it hurt," said Orie while showing her slightly red skin.
"Hmm, I wonder if this is a dream or not," Kakinoshin muttered, in his long life, he had never experienced something like this.
"This is not a dream, somehow we have been mysteriously transported here. Am I right, Senzaemon-dono?" Roland asked.
Roland's words brought everyone out of their daze and turned simultaneously to Senzaemon.
"Senzaemon-dono!" Osaji said while running towards Senzaemon.
"You were brought here too," said Senzaemon.
"What exactly is going on?" asked Kakinoshin.
"My case was the same as yours, a light appeared and suddenly we were here. No one knows where this is and even trying to get out of here is useless because there is not a single entrance here."
"So we're really stuck here?" Natsume asked, Senzaemon nodded.
"T-Then what should we do?" Makito asked nervously.
"Nothing but waiting for those who brought us here."
"Impossible! Are you telling us to wait here while we don't know anything about all this!?"
"Then what do you think we should do!? Do you want to whine and make a useless fuss!?" Senzaemon asked back sharply, making Makito flinch back. "Imitate these kids, at least they can calm themselves down."
It was at that moment that Makito and the others realized they weren't the only ones here, in front of them there were dozens of students sitting in their respective chairs.
"They… are Totsuki's students," Seishuu said after observing the children.
"They were also brought here," said Roland observing the whole room. "Whoever brought us here must have had a specific goal judging by all these preparations."
"Yes, that's why we have to wait for them to appear," said Senzaemon with a small nod. "For now, go sit down and calm yourselves, I'll stay here watching everyone."
Roland and the others nodded, they then got off the stage and headed for the empty seats. Not long after they went down, the same light appeared again and this time from Senzaemon's right side.
This time those who appeared were people the students didn't recognize, which was natural because those who appeared this time were WGO's top class Bookmen. There were 4 of them consisting of Essor, Lanterby, Maturite, and Tranchant.
"W-What happened!?" Lanterby said surprised.
"Hm, looks like we were transported somewhere else," Tranchant said calmly.
"It seems so, the atmosphere is very different," said the equally calm Maturite.
"Ah, you are also called," said Anne walking closer to them, Courage and the other Bookmen following behind.
"Anne? How did you get here?" Essor asked confused.
"Long story…"
The students who saw the scene finally understood the identity of the summoned people when Anne and the other Bookmen approached them. Only Bookmen among other Bookmen can talk casually and normally.
.
"I never thought there would be a day where I could see so many Bookmen gathered in one place," said Zenji, amazed.
"I don't know much about them but their aura is really top class," Yuuki said swallowing hard.
"They are people who dominate the culinary world, one judgment from them can determine the fate of a restaurant," said Shun.
"To call important people like that, what is the real purpose of the kidnapper who brought us here," said Ryouko.
.
"WGO's Bookmaen, huh," thought Kojiro narrowing his eyes at the Bookman. To advance his restaurant and get Three Stars, he had to face those people in the future.
"Ne Shinomiya-senpai, I think I know how your restaurant quickly got Three Stars," Hinako whispered.
"How?"
"Yes, you can see some of them are women, right?"
"Yeah, then what does this have to do with what you said earlier?"
"The method is simple, use your charm and tempt them-AKH!"
"You think I'll use that stupid method, haaaah!?" Koujirou snapped while gripping Hinako's head hard, Hinako struggled to get free but Koujirou's grip was very strong.
"I-I-I-I'm sorry!"
.
"Hmm, I see," said Tranchant nodding, then he walked towards Senzaemon and stretched out his hand. "Long time no see, Senzaemon-dono."
"Yeah," said Senzaemon while shaking Tranchant's hand. "How is she?"
"Bookmaster is fine, although her condition still hasn't changed."
"I understand," said Senzaemon sighing. "For now please sit down, I will wait for the person who called us here."
"Alright," said Tranchant nodding, he then withdrew with the other Bookmen.
Senzaemon watched the Bookmen get off the stage and towards their seats, seeing the Bookmen also being summoned made him wonder what the purpose of their summoner was.
While Senzaemon was thinking about their summoner's purpose, the same light appeared again and this time from behind Senzaemon. He waited for the light to fade to see who was summoned this time, but after the light faded he couldn't help his surprise when he saw the person who appeared in front of him.
The light this time only called one person, a woman. She was a beautiful young woman who had thigh length salmon pink hair that was tied back on top while the rest was tied at the bottom with two small strands of hair hanging in the middle of her forehead and two medium strands of hair resting on her shoulders, sharp purple-pink eyes that have long eyelashes, pink lipstick, and small round eyebrows.
"Who is she?"
"She's beautiful."
"She must be a noble."
All the students who saw her immediately whispered about the woman, most of them praise her beauty and some were curious about her identity.
"Hmm, where is this?" muttered the woman curiously.
"BOOKMASTER!"
Anne and the other Bookmen who were walking towards the VIP area came back down to the stage, the words they shouted were heard by the students and those who understood the meaning of the words were immediately shaken.
"B-B-B-Bookmaster!?" Zenji screamed in surprise and swayed in his chair, his consciousness almost fading at the information.
"Calm yourself Marui and explain to us what that means?" said Yuuki who shook Zenji's body.
"O-Okay," said Zenji who came to his senses, he then took a deep breath and exhaled to calm himself. "You already know how important the role of WGO Bookmen is, right?"
"Yes, Ibusaki-kun said earlier that one assessment from them could determine the fate of a restaurant. They are important people in the world of cooking," said Ryouko.
"Yes, but I've heard rumors that there are positions higher than those Bookmen, generally an organization has a leader and members, if these Bookmen are members then..."
"Bookmaster is the leader of WGO!?" said Ikumi in surprise, the residents of Polar Star and Totsuki's students who heard that were also shocked by what they heard.
"Oi that means she is the most important person in the world of cooking!" Shouji shouted.
"Impossible!"
"WGO Leader!?"
"A person like that really exists!?"
The students who heard that expressed their surprise, all this time they thought that WGO contained a group of Bookmen who operated without a leader, so they didn't expect that there was a position like Bookmaster who was at the top of WGO.
While the students were in a commotion, the Bookmaster was oblivious to all of it due to her own confusion because he shad somehow ended up in an unfamiliar place. Then she realized that there was someone standing not far in front of her, Nakiri Senzaemon.
"Mana," Senzaemon said hoarsely.
The students who were noisy fell silent when they heard that, once again they gathered together and whispered to each other.
"Mana? Is that the Bookmaster's name?"
"It seems like a Japanese name, but how does Senzaemon-sama know it."
"As expected of the Food Demon King, his connections are extraordinary."
Back on stage, the woman walked closer to Senzaemon and to everyone's surprise, the woman slightly bowed in salute.
"Long time no see, Father," said Nakiri Mana.
"…"
The room immediately fell silent, the words Mana mentioned shocked them and stopped their thought process. They don't believe what they hear and need some time to process the information. After realizing that they had heard right, a commotion broke out.
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!"
"Father? Did she just say Father?"
"Yes, that means she's from the Nakiri family!"
"The leader of WGO is from the Nakiri family, truly extraordinary."
"This is truly surprising," said a flabbergasted Osaji.
"Senzaemon-dono never told where his daughter went, who would have thought that she would become a Bookmaster," said Shingo.
The students and association members couldn't contain their surprise, the most important person in the world of cooking and culinary arts was from the Nakiri Family. Their admiration for that family soared even higher.
"So one of the Nakiri family members becomes the leader of WGO, this once again strengthens their position as the most influential family in the world of culinary" said Ikumi, stunned.
"W-Wait, I heard that Senzaemon-sama only has two children, namely a boy and a girl," Zenji said sweatily.
"Yes, the oldest child is Nakiri Soue, founder of Nakiri International and Alice-san's father. And his second child we only found out about now…" Ryouko stopped her words as she realized something important. "Nakiri Mana, second child of Senzaemon-sama. It means…"
It didn't take long for the others to understand Ryouko's anxiety. Everyone already knows that Nakiri Soue has a wife named Nakiri Leonora and a daughter named Nakiri Alice, while Nakiri Azami is Senzaemon's son-in-law and Nakiri Erina's father. That means Nakiri Mana fills the only part that is still empty, namely...
"Fufu, it's exactly what you guys think. Aunt Mana is Erina's mother," said Alice, who had reunited with her friends.
"Erina-sama's mother!"
"Wow, that's right, they really look alike."
"Both are equally beautiful."
Everyone couldn't help but feel amazed at the information about Nakiri Erina's mother, especially Erina's resemblance to her mother, where they were both beautiful and elegant.
"Did you know about this, Alicecchi? About her being the leader of the WGO?" Yuuki asked.
"No, Aunt Mana has left the Nakiri family since Erina and I were little, I think only Grandpa knows where she is. You don't know either, Hisokko-chan?"
"Yes, since I became Erina-sama's secretary, she has been alone and raised by Senzaemon-sama," Hisako said sadly.
"Do you know why her mother left?" Ryouko asked, Hisako shook her head.
"Poor Erinacchi, that means she grew up without the love of her parents," Yuuki said concerned.
"Being a noble doesn't mean getting happiness, huh..." Zenji muttered.
They all sank into silence, all this time they thought Erina was living her life in luxury because she was royalty but they didn't expect that Erina wasn't actually raised under the love of her parents. As her friends, of course they were saddened by what Erina experienced.
"Okay, don't think about things that have passed. What you have to think about is what you do after this, she does have an unpleasant past but at least she can have fun now. As the Caretaker, I can see her happiness when she hangs out with you all," said Fumio.
"Fumio-san…"
Yuuki and the others were stunned listening to Fumio's words, but what their Dormitory Manager said was true. They had done many things with Erina during her stay in the dormitory, starting from having breakfast together, tasting each other's food, cleaning the dormitory, and playing cards together which they thought Erina liked the most.
Realizing that, Yuuki and the others nodded to each other with determination. Then Yuuki clenched her fists upwards, "Yosh, after getting out of here, let's have fun with Erinacchi!"
"Yeaaahh!"
.
Koganei Aki looked at the scene in front of her in complete confusion, she had no idea what was happening.
"Hey Mayu, do you know what they're talking about?"
"I-I don't know, Aki-chan."
"I see," she said with a sigh. "We're really behind here."
"Un," said Mayumi nodding in agreement.
.
Back on stage, Mana is surrounded by her Bookmen and explained what happened.
"So that's how it is, this is indeed a truly mysterious incident," Mana muttered, she then walked forward and turned her attention to the students. "Totsuki's Student, huh. What does our kidnapper really want from these children."
"That's what we want to know," said Soue, standing next to her and facing the same direction.
"So you were brought here too, huh."
"After so many years of not seeing each other is that all you want to say to me?" Soue asked narrowing his eyes.
"What? Do you expect me to call you 'Oniichan'?" Mana replied sharply.
The two sibling stared at each other sharply making everyone feel tense, they could see the imagination of electric sparks coming out of the sibling when they met their eyes.
But the tension disappeared in an instant when Soue chuckled and his gaze softened, "Long time no see, little sister. I'm glad you're okay."
"Heh, me too, big brother," said Mana with a small smile.
Everyone heaved a sigh of relief as the tension disappeared, they didn't expect the siblings to produce such a suffocating pressure from just words and it wasn't even directed at them.
"Fufu, so that's what Father's relationship with Aunt Mana is like," Alice said amusedly.
"As expected of the Nakiri family, the pressure they put on is truly on a different level," Akira said. He was slightly reminded of the pressure that Nakiri Leonora put on Yukihira Souma in the autumn selection finals, although it was not directed at him, he still felt the pressure.
"Mana, for now go sit down, your body might not be strong if you stand for too long," Senzaemon said to his daughter.
"Alright," said Mana nodding.
Senzaemon turned to the Bookmen, "Please escort her."
The Bookmen nodded and Anne walked closer to Mana, "This way, Mana-sama."
With that, Mana and the other Bookmen left the stage and headed to the VIP area, Soue and his wife also left the stage and went in the same direction, leaving Senzaemon on the stage to watch over everything.
.
A few minutes earlier…
"Hoo, so she's your wife, Nakamura. Damn, she's so beautiful, you're a lucky guy," said Jouichirou grinning as he nudged Azami.
"Please stop, senpai..." Azami said pleadingly, he was quite caught off guard by the appearance of his wife whom he had not seen for years.
"Nakiri Mana. From what I heard from Senzaemon-dono, she was born with the God's Tongue. Over the years, God's Tongue became her curse because she couldn't test food normally, she became physically and mentally sick of testing food to the point that even the smell was quite disgusting to her. This breaks her heart as she despairs of not being able to find food that will satisfy her when everything else she tastes makes her vomit. As a result of this depressed state, she left the Nakiri household," explained Gin while remembering Senzaemon's words.
"I see. From an outsider's perspective, the God's Tongue is a blessing, but for those who have it, it is a curse," Jun said with concern.
"Too great a talent can drown yourself, huh..." Jouichirou muttered while reminiscing about his bad past.
"..." Azami just looked down sadly and didn't speak.
"Hey Nakamura, aren't you going to come down and meet your wife? You haven't spoken to her in years, right?" Jouichirou asked.
"..." Azami pondered for a moment before he shook his head and closed his eyes while leaning on the sofa. "No, I no longer have a place in the Nakiri family after everything I've done."
"…" Jouichirou stared at his junior for a few moments, seeing how he closed his eyes showed he didn't want to talk about it anymore. Jouichirou could only sigh and scratch his head, but then he noticed several people heading towards their place and seeing who was leading the group he couldn't help but smile.
Jouichirou slowly got up from his sofa and moved to the empty sofa next to him. In the end, he didn't need to do anything to help improve his junior's household relations.
.
Azami still had his eyes closed since ending the conversation, he knew what his Senpai meant that he intended to help him improve his household relations. But after everything he did, he felt he was not worthy to return to that family.
Of course he still loves Mana and Erina, that love will never fade. But he felt helpless in carrying out his role as husband and father, he couldn't help Mana when his wife was suffering from pain and he had hurt Erina, traumatizing her daughter.
That's why he rejected his Senpai's attempts to help him.
But… in his heart he still hoped he could fix everything.
While he was deep in thought, Azami felt movement next to him. He didn't know what his Senpai was doing this time, but he had no intention of opening his eyes.
Suddenly he was pinched hard on his arm, making him flinch in pain.
"Ouch! What are you doing Sen…pai…"
"I'm here, you know."
Azami's voice quickly disappeared seeing the scene next to him, he could see Jouichirou giving a thumbs up from the sofa next to him and Jouichirou's previous seat was replaced by someone.
"Long time no see, Azami," said Mana who was sitting beside him.
"M-Mana…"
"What's with that face? Oh right, I've heard it from Anne that you were just defeated by a group of young people. Fufu, pathetic as usual, right, Azami?" Mana said with a mocking grin.
"Ugh..." Azami groaned in annoyance, he quickly calmed himself down by folding his arms and leaning back on the sofa. "Hmph, what about you? Being away from home for years and not giving any news at all. Then suddenly you become WGO Bookmaster, that's a big step you made there, isn't it? And you still don't know when to shut up."
Mana flinched slightly before growling, "Shut up, Sinister Man!"
"You too, Strange Eyebrows!"
"Pale Skin!"
"Stubborn woman!"
.
Everyone was silent when they saw the husband and wife arguing, they felt strange seeing two adults teasing each other like children.
"What are they doing?" Yuuki asked slightly sweating.
"Husband and wife quarrel?" Ryouko said a little awkwardly.
On stage, Senzaemon chuckled slightly at the sight. He had indeed kicked Azami out of the family for everything he had done, but if Azami wanted to repent and make himself better, he could take him back at any time. After all, Senzaemon knew that everything Azami did was for Erina's safety.
Suddenly Senzaemon felt a gust of wind from behind him, the gust became stronger until it made his clothes flutter. Everyone simultaneously stopped what they were doing and stared at the center of the stage.
"It's finally here," muttered Senzaemon, strengthening himself.
Soue, Gin, and Jouichirou quickly jumped up from their sofas and ran onto the stage, they were worried about Senzaemon because this wasn't something ordinary humans would experience.
The students had various reactions to this mysterious event, some were frightened and some were interested. The adults like Roland, Jun and the alumni quickly calmed down the frightened students.
Back on stage, Soue and the others stood in front of Senzaemon and watched the gusts of wind slowly gather and form a small dome. Then the dome disappeared and was replaced by a person.
She was a beautiful woman in her 20s, had a perfect body with a beautiful white dress adorning her body, long straight pink hair and what caught Senzaemon's attention and the others were the tips of her hair which had the color of outer space.
The woman opened her eyes and revealed her beautiful eyes, she then smiled looking at everyone.
"Greetings, everyone."
There was silence after the appearance of the unknown woman, everyone was too scared or wary to do anything, they didn't know what or who the woman was so they couldn't do anything to catch her attention.
After a few moments of silence, Senzaemon walked forward and stopped beside his son. He then looked at the woman without fear.
"Am I to assume that you brought us all here?" Senzaemon asked.
"That's right, I was the one who brought you all here. I welcome you to my Theatre," she said softly.
"What for?" Soue asked firmly.
"Hmm, before that, aren't you curious about who I really am? It's not fair that I'm the only one who knows you, isn't it?"
"Well, who are you then, miss? I'm sure you're not human because there's no way a human could pull off magical crap like this," Jouichirou said.
"Oh, so you guys can accept the existence of magic. Good, that shortens our time," said the woman nodding in satisfaction before she looked at everyone. "My name is Eve, I am the so-called Overseer of Life."
"…"
There was a moment of silence as everyone processed the information they received.
"Overseer of Life?"
"What's that?"
"I don't know."
The students murmured amongst themselves, their fear and wariness eased as it seemed like Eve wasn't going to harm them. In fact, they became curious about her now.
"I'm sorry, but could you explain in more detail about that. We don't understand at all," said Gin, representing everyone's questions.
"Sure," said Eve nodding. "Okay, where should I start… do you guys believe that you are not the only living beings that inhabit this universe?"
"Some studies have shown that there are other creatures besides us, but there has never been strong evidence. But looking at you now we believe that we are not the only living creatures in this universe," said Soue.
"This universe is limitless, there are various living creatures that inhabit other planets that are suitable for habitation, there are planets that are full of supernatural life, there are also those that are not like your planet. And among the many lives that exist in this universe, there must be someone whose job it is to watch over them. That is what I am, Overseer of Life."
The students muttered among themselves after hearing that information, some of them were disappointed that there was no magic in their world but there were also those who were grateful that they were not involved with something as mysterious as magic.
"So, what does Miss Overseer of Life want from mere mortals like us?" Joichiro asked.
"It was just something simple. You know, I've witnessed the lives of countless living beings but I've reached the point of boredom doing it alone. Therefore I wanted to try something different."
"By bringing us here, you want us to accompany you to watch whatever you want to watch," concluded Soue.
"Hmm, more or less, maybe more precisely I want to see your reactions to the video that I will show. I've witnessed everything, after all," Eve said, surprising everyone.
"Oi, isn't that selfish? You can't just kidnap us just to satisfy your personal desires, I have a restaurant that I've been leaving since you brought us here," Koujirou said disapprovingly. Other restaurant owners also expressed their disapproval.
Eve remained calm and smiled, as if she had predicted something like this, "You don't need to worry about that, I have everything arranged."
"What do you mean?"
"This place is outside of time and space, no matter how long you spend here, not more than a second has passed when you return. And your life span also stops here, so you don't waste your life in vain."
"…"
Everyone was silent hearing something that didn't make sense, they wanted to say all this was impossible but they had felt for themselves the miracle that had happened. So they couldn't help but believe what Eve said.
"To prepare all this well, what exactly do you want to show us?" Mana asked.
"That is something related to you all."
"Us?" said Azami frowning.
"That's right, earlier I was listening to Tsukasa Eishi-kun and his friends' discussion about the oddities that exist in the 92nd Generation of Totsuki. So I'm interested in providing the answer."
"Really? Now I'm interested in watching it, right, Tsukasa?" Rindou said a little excitedly.
"Y-Yeah, I'm curious too," Eishi said.
"Our generation? Is there something strange?" Yuuki said confused, she and the other first years didn't understand what was being said.
"I don't know," said Ikumi shaking her head.
"For now let's just listen," Ryouko said, getting nods from her friends.
Eve nodded in satisfaction before looking at the men in front of her, "So what do you think?"
Soue and the others stared at Senzaemon, waiting for the old man's opinion on all this. Senzaemon himself closed his eyes thinking about his own choices, soon he opened his eyes and looked at Eve.
"What will happen if we refuse?" Senzaemon asked.
"You will stay here until you agree."
"I see, how selfish," said Senzaemon sighing at Eve's direct answer. "Very well, we agree. Show me what you've got!"
Eve smiled broadly, "My pleasure."
A few minutes later, Senzaemon and the others returned to their seats, leaving Eve on stage alone to explain things she hadn't told.
"Okay everyone, before we start there are a few things I need to tell you," Eve said. "First, the video I will show is an event that occurred in the past year and focuses on the 92nd generation."
Everyone understood that because Eve had explained it before, although they were still confused about why she was showing the events of the past year and why she was focusing on the 92nd Generation.
"Secondly, this video only focuses on four people from the 92nd generation. You could say that they are the main characters."
The students muttered among themselves, they didn't understand why Eve only focused on four people if she wanted to show events related to the 92nd generation.
"Why only the four of them?" one of the students asked.
"Because the events of the past year have focused on them and their lives are much more interesting to watch."
The students nodded in understanding, although some of them were a little annoyed because Eve indirectly said that their lives were not interesting.
"So who are the four people?" Terunori asked, leaning lazily in his chair.
"Here's the list," Eve said as the theater screen came to life and displayed images of four people who were known to almost everyone in the room.
Yukihira Souma
Nakiri Erina
Tadokoro Megumi
Takumi Aldini
"Yukihira Souma… so we'll see about him, huh…"
"Erina-sama is also included."
"Tadokoro Megumi? Why are we looking at that gloomy girl?
"Kyaa, Takumi-kun!"
Several different reactions were made by the students, some were interested and some were not, some were disappointed and some squealed with joy. They all display different reactions towards each main character based on their own feelings.
.
"Is this why they weren't brought to this place?" Yuuki asked.
"Maybe, because we will see their lives," said Ikumi.
"I'm a little uncomfortable about this, it's like we're looking into someone's privacy," said Ryouko.
"I don't think that Overseer thought about it at all, what she did was just for the fun of it," said Shun.
"At least we understand the reason they weren't summoned," said Isami, sighing in relief at his brother's news.
"Fufu, so we're going to see Erina's life, huh," Alice said with amusement.
"You seem quite excited about seeing your own cousin's life," Akira said raising an eyebrow.
"Of course, it's very rare for something like this to happen."
Akira just sighed and turned to Ryou to hear his opinion, but Ryou just shook his head.
"Don't ask me," said Ryou wearily.
"I see, thank goodness Megumi is fine. But why is he in the spotlight?" thought Mrs. Tadokoro with a sigh of relief.
.
"So four of them, huh," thought Koujirou. He remembered the times he trained them on the train, because he had trained them you could say they were his students.
Kojirou immediately realized what he was thinking and shook his head, "Damn, I was influenced by that brat."
"What's wrong, Shinomiya-senpai?" Hinako asked curiously.
"Nothing."
.
"Erina, huh. She's all grown up," Mana thought while looking at her daughter's picture on the screen. It had been years since she had seen her daughter's face and she didn't know how she felt right now, as a mother of course she loved her daughter, but as a fellow owner of the God's Tongue she didn't like her, not towards her daughter but towards the legacy she carried.
As the owner of the God's Tongue, Mana knows very well that this privilege is a curse, no happy ending will await them. And one day her daughter will experience the same thing, that's why she doesn't like how Erina tries to follow in her footsteps.
"Hm, so there are four of them, huh," muttered Anne from behind Mana, she sat down using the small chair she got. As Mana's personal secretary, she didn't want to stay away from her.
"Do you know who they are, Anne?" Mana asked.
"Yes, it seems they are Miss Erina's friends."
"I see…" said Mana, she looked back at the screen and scanned the rest of the list. "Friend, huh. At least she has that."
.
"Fufu, it seems like Yukihirachin is one of the main characters, huh. Good, good," said Terunori nodding while rubbing his chin.
"Why are you the one looking proud?" said Nene frowning slightly.
"Haha, Tadokoro-chan is included too," said Satoshi laughing.
"Aldini too, huh..." snorted Etsuya.
"An interesting lineup, they are the first years who gave us the fiercest resistance," Soumei said interestedly.
"Yukihira Souma, huh. Now I can see where his determination comes from," thought Tousuke.
"…" Momo didn't say anything and just played with her doll, but her gaze didn't leave the screen.
"Haha, I can't wait to watch it," Rindou said grinning.
"Yeah, me too," said Eishi with a small smile.
.
"Hey look, Berta. We will see Souma-san's life," Cilla said excitedly.
"You're right, Cilla. But I'm also interested in seeing Takumi Aldini, he's really handsome," said Berta.
"Wow, you're right, he's really handsome. What should I do? I'm confused about who I should support?" said Cilla putting both hands on her reddened cheeks.
"Let's just support both of them, Cilla. This isn't a cooking competition after all."
"Agree."
"Fufu, they're starting again," said Leonora while giggling at the cute conversation between her two subordinates.
"I can't blame them for being excited, this list has me interested," Soue said looking at the screen.
"The four of them are children we trained before, and now they are also on this list," muttered Gin.
"This is definitely not a coincidence," Senzaemon said.
"Yes, Eve must have seen the bond they formed while in Totsuki."
"Interesting, I wonder what Souma's life is like at school," said Jouichirou grinning. Even though he didn't agree with sending his son to Totsuki, he was still curious about what kind of life Souma experienced while studying there.
.
"Wow, we will see Yukihira's life in high school, Mayu," said Aki to her shy friend.
"Y-Yes," said Mayumi, although she was happy that she would see Yukihira's life in high school, but her gaze was more focused on the two girls on the screen. "They are very beautiful, especially Nakiri Erina. What is their relationship with Yukihira-kun?"
"Hehe, and we will also see that handsome man," Aki said chuckling while looking at Takumi Aldini in fascination.
.
Eve stood on the stage and watched as everyone sat neatly in their chairs. They were ready to watch, Eve couldn't hide her smile, she was going to really enjoy this.
"It seems you are ready, then let's get started!"
