Here is my second collection of custom cards for another Yugioh crossover idea. This time the main focus of this crossover is with the Invader Zim franchise. Another unique idea that I have never seen an actual fanfic on. So I want to try to get the idea rolling by not only showing snippets of the story, but also the custom cards that you might find in this story or ones that you would like to use in your own Yugioh fanfic.

AU explained: The actual plot of the series is almost similar to the original series, only of course the game of Duel Monsters has taken the universe by storm. The main character of the series is of course the Irken Invader Zim, who is sent to Earth under a completely made up mission. To the Irkens, Duel has great meaning, it decides wars, countless fortunes are won or lost, a single duel could decide life or death. Most of the series goes about the same way, except that there is huge world wide Dueling event underway, sponsored by none other than Membrane Labs. Determined to not only conquer Earth, but also to become the greatest duelist in universe, Zim decides to enter this event and prove his skills as a duelist. But first, in order to register, he requires a team of three.

Main Characters Profile and Deck:

Invader Zim: The Irken with an ego the size of a galaxy, he is quite destructive and all of his plans and logic seem to defy common sense. Many of his talents are questionable, but he does actually have the skills to match his ego when it comes to dueling. Honestly, the only reason he wasn't executed by his race was because he was one of the Irken Empires best duelists. He figures that since this is a world wide event, he will showcase his skill and show these inferior beings what a Irken duelist is capable of. Also he has a developing crush on Gaz, but don't tell the Dib-human.

Deck: Alien (Shocker, I know)

Dib Membrane: The big headed paranormal investigator who wishes to prove the existence of ghosts, cryptids and most importantly aliens. However he has quite the infamous reputation as a weird big headed kid, it also doesn't help that he can get extremely paranoid at times and he can be pretty annoying. He will stop at nothing to prove that Zim is an alien and quote um quote 'save the Earth'. So it was no surprise that when he heard that Zim was entering the tournament sponsored by his father, he followed suit in hopes of exposing his identity in front of national television.

Deck: Danger!

Gaz Membrane: The scariest pizza loving gamer girl you'll ever meet on this side of the universe. Gaz isn't really one who duels often, but when some hotshot dares to challenge her thinking she is an easy opponent, there are plunged into a nightmare world from which there is no waking. She cares little for her brother's and Zim's little skirmishes, since she believes that Zim is so bad at conquering the planet and Dib is too stupid to see that. Originally, she wasn't planning on participating in the tournament event, but then Zim comes to her with the proposition of joining his team, in exchange should they win he will give her the prize money which was enough for her to pay for all the games and pizza for a lifetime. Also, she thought that this would be a fun way to mess with Dib, although lately she has been feeling weird about Zim lately.

Deck: Vampire/WarHog (custom support)

Of course there are more characters with their own decks, but you'll probably see them in later chapters. Well, here's the basic idea for the story and its characters, next chapter will feature the custom cards so stay tuned.
