In Winterfell's courtyard, young boys and girls are practicing archery. Jon, Sansa, Aldarra and Davos stand on the upper level watching the training.

Jon asked, "You know him better than any of us. What do you think?"

Aldarra said, "I believe him. If Tyrion said it there, then it's there."

Davos said, "It's there. I was there with Stannis."

Aldarra said, "We need active mining for it, though more importantly. If the Crown found out we were there they would stop us."

Davos pauses to ponder something. He said, "What if we send the ships to get some with some people to mine it?"

Jon asked, "What?"

Aldarra said, "Then we wouldn't have to pass by land. You still have Stannis' ships and I still have my one at White Harbor."

Davos said doubting, "No, this is too dangerous."

Jon said, "But I don't see any other choice?" Jon gazes back to the courtyard looking concerned.

Ships bearing the kraken sigil of House Greyjoy are sailing into King's Landing Blackwater Bay port. Tywin and Jamie watch the boats from the shore, escorted by Gregor Clegane and several other guards.

Jamie said surprised, "The Greyjoys? You invited the Greyjoys to King's Landing?"

Tywin said, "Not all of them."

Jamie said, "Well, it looks like all of them."

Tywin said, "I invited Euron Greyjoy, the new King of the Iron Islands. You said it yourself, we need stronger, better allies. There you are."

Jamie said, "How are they better allies? How are they different from the Freys? They both broke their promises and murdered their former friends as soon as it suited them."

Tywin said, "Unlike the Freys, they have ships. And they're good at killing."

Jamie said, "They're not good at anything. I know the Ironborn. They're bitter, angry little people. All they know how to do is steal things they can't build or grow themselves."

Tommen sits on the Iron Throne, flanked by Jamie and Tywin as Ser Gregor stands watching. Euron Greyjoy stands at the foot of the throne. Guards line the hall.

Euron said, "The moment I was chosen Lord of the Iron Islands, they turned on me. Their own uncle. They stole my best ships and ran. Sailed the right to the North.

Euron points at Tywin.

Euron said, "It's nothing compared to the treason you suffered at the hands of family members, from what I hear. But still, it bothers me. Murdering them would make me feel a lot better. And since it appears that all our treasonous family members are fighting for the same side, I thought we rightful monarchs could murder them together." Tywin thought this may be a mistake.

Euron starts walking up towards the throne. Ser Gregor takes a step towards him. Euron stops walking and looks up at him.

Jamie said, "You're not a rightful monarch, though, are you?"

Euron smiles and walks backwards off the steps. Gregor returns to his previous position.

Jamie said, "The Greyjoys rebelled against the throne for the right to be monarchs, but as I recall, you were soundly defeated. Come to mention it, weren't you the one who started that rebellion by sailing to Casterly Rock and burning the Lannister fleet? You certainly caught us there. Very smart move on your part. Of course, we all made it to the Iron Islands anyway. I was there."

Euron said, "I remember very well. I saw you. I heard so much talk. The best in the world. No one can stop him. I didn't believe it, to be honest. But I must say, when you rushed through the breach and started cutting people down...it was glorious. Like a dance."

Jamie said, "The people I was cutting down were your own kin."

Euron said, "The place was getting crowded. I enjoyed watching it. I truly did."

Jamie said, "And I enjoyed killing Greyjoys."

Euron said, "A good thing for me. If you hadn't crushed us, I wouldn't have gone into exile. If I hadn't done that, I wouldn't be the greatest captain on the 14 seas."

Tywin said, "If not the most humble."

Euron said, "You're not humble. You're the Hand of the King of a great nation. You don't care about the Iron Islands. They're nothing but rocks and bird shit and--and a lot of very unattractive people. The Iron Fleet, on the other hand, that's something else entirely. It's the greatest armada Westeros has ever seen. With the Iron Fleet, you own the seas. You can defeat the invaders of the east and the pretenders of the north and south."

Tywin asked, "What do you want in return?"

Euron said, "Your wife. Here I am, with a thousand ships and two good hands ready to help for one woman." Euron raises his arms. Jamie's face twists.

Tywin said stoically, "I decline your proposal."

Euron asked smirking, "Why?"

Tywin said, "You've broken promises to allies before and murdered them at the nearest opportunity. You murdered your own brother and I will not let you have my wife."

Euron said, "You should try killing your brother. Feels wonderful." Euron chuckles. Jamie looks at Tywin.

Euron said, "I don't expect you to trust me outright. You need proof of my honest intentions. In my experience, the surest way is with a gift. A priceless gift. I won't return to King's Landing until I have that for you. Maybe then you will renegotiate with me." Euron turns and exits the Great Hall

At a roadside Inn, two men are at a table having a conversation.

The first man said, "They say her dragons are bigger than Aegons."

The second man said, "Horse shit. The King is just trying to frighten us."

The first man said, "If it's true, if she lays siege to King's Landing prices will triple." Arya was eavesdropping on the men.

The second man said, "As long as we get back there before they start."

The first man said, "One more round. It's a long ride." A waiter approaches Arya's table.

Hot Pie said, "Ary!"

Arya smiled and said, "Hello, Hot Pie. Sit down. Who's that for?" Arya reaches over and grabs a potpie from the tray and starts eating it."

Arya said, "Mmm. This is good."

Hot Pie said, "You think so? The secret is browning the butter before making the dough. Most people don't don't do that because it takes up too much time."

Arya said, "I didn't do that."

Hot Pie asked, "You've been making pies?"

Arya said, "One or two."

Hot Pie said, "I can't believe you're here. Did you meet the big lady?"

Arya asked, "Big lady?"

Hot Pie said, "The lady knight. I figured she was a knight because she had armor on. She was looking for your sister but I told her about you. Did she ever find you?"

Arya said, "She found me."

Hot Pie said, "What happened to you Ary?" She pauses and doesn't answer Hot Pie.

Arya asked, "You got any ale?" Hot Pie starts to reach for a pitcher on the tray. Arya reaches over and grabs it before him, pouring herself a cup.

Hot Pie asked, "Where are you heading?"

Arya said, "King's Landing."

Hot Pie asked, "Why?"

Arya said, "Tywin Lannister and The Mountain are there."

Hot Pie said, "I thought you'd be heading for Winterfell."

Arya said, "Why would I go there? The Boltons have it."

Hot Pie said, "No. The Boltons are dead." Arya stops eating and drops her food.

Arya said, "What?"

Hot Pie said, "Jon Snow and Sansa Stark came down from Castle Black with a Wildling army and won the Battle of the Bastards. He's King in the North now. They have a Lady Aldarra Lannister who has a dragon with them. She burned two thirds of the Bolton army alive."

Arya said, "You're lying."

Hot Pie said, "Why would I lie about that? They're your brother and sister, right?" Arya starts picking up her things to leave.

Arya said, "Thanks for the pie." Arya reaches to her side and produces a bag of gold. She starts to open the pouch.

Hot Pie smiled and said, "Friends don't pay. I can't believe I thought you were a boy. You're pretty."

Arya said, "Thanks." Arya stands and walks past Hot Pie. She turns and puts her hand on his shoulder.

Arya said, "Take care of yourself, Hot Pie. Try not to get killed."

Hot Pie said, "No, I won't. I'm like you, Ary. I'm a survivor." Arya turns and exits the Inn.

Arya climbs on her horse. She looks towards the south, then the north. She makes a decision and turns around to head back north. She rides off into the distance

In Winterfell's Great Hall, the room is filled with northern lords and ladies including Sansa, Rickon, Jon, Aldarra, Brienne, Tyrion, Lyanna Mormont, Robett Glover, Yohn Royce, and Baelish. Jon is standing in the great hall.

Jon said, "We have discovered proof that Dragonstone sits on a mountain of dragonglass."

The lords murmur amongst themselves.

Jon said, "We need this dragonglass, my Lords. We know that dragonglass can destroy both White Walkers and their army. We need to mine it and turn it into weapons."

The lords nod in agreement

Jon said, "But more importantly, we need my ships from Stannis. The Night King's army grows larger by the day. We can't defeat them on our own. We don't have the numbers. Ser Davos and I will ride to White Harbor tomorrow, then sail for Dragonstone. We need men to help fill the ships with the dragonglass. About 500 men will make it fast. The Crown doesn't know we are there so we need to fill the ships quickly."

Yohn Royce stands up and turns to face Jon. Yohn Royce said, "Your Grace, you have my help." The lords shout in agreement.

Glover said, "We called your brother king, and then he rode south and lost his kingdom."

Lyanna said, "Winter is here, Your Grace. We need the King in the North in the north."

The lords pound the tables in agreement.

Jon said, "You all crowned me your king. I never wanted it, I never asked for it, but I accepted it because the north is my home. It's part of me and I will never stop fighting for it, no matter the odds. But the odds are against us. None of you have seen the Army of the Dead. None of you. We can never hope to defeat them alone. We need that dragonglass. I know it's a risk. But I have to take it."

Sansa said, "Then send an emissary. Don't go there yourself."

Aldarra stood up and said, "I'll go then and oversee everything with Davos. I'll even bring my dragon to watch from the skies."

Sansa said, "I didn't mean for you to go, Aldarra."

Aldarra patted her shoulder and whispered in her ear, "It's ok little one. I'm taking my baby and Shireen with me and it will be ok."

In the Winterfell crypt, Jon stands in the torchlit crypt looking at a statue of Ned Stark. Baelish approaches him.

Baelish said, "I delivered his bones myself. I presented them to Lady Catlyn as a gesture of goodwill from Tyrion Lannister when he was Hand to the King. It seems like a lifetime ago."

Baelish looks up at the statue of Ned Stark.

Baelish said, "I was sorry when he died. Your father and I had our differences but he loved Cat very much. So did I. She wasn't fond of you, was she? Well, it appears she vastly underestimated you. Your father and brothers are gone, yet here you stand King in the North with Rickon and Sansa. Last best hope against the coming storm." Jon turns to face Baelish.

Jon said, "You don't belong down here."

Baelish said, "Forgive me. We have never talked properly. I wanted to remedy that."

Jon said with a bit of impatience, "I have nothing to say to you.'"

Baelish said, "Not even thank you? If it weren't for me you'd have been slaughtered at that battlefield with or without Lady Aldarra's dragon. You have many enemies, My King, but I swear to you I'm not one of them. I love Sansa as much as I loved her mother."

Jon grabs Baelish by the throat and pushes him against the wall. Baelish begins choking.

Jon said, "Touch my sister and I'll kill you myself. The battle was almost over before you came. It just ended it quicker. Aldarra made sure to even the odds and saved my little brother in the process if not for her."

Jon releases Baelish. Jon turns and walks to exit the crypt.

In the Winterfell courtyard, Aldarra, with her son in his sling around her, fed and asleep, Shireen and Jorah Mormont sat on horses. They stand next to Ser Davos who is seated on his own horse awaiting to leave. She sees Jon and Sansa on the upper level of the courtyard. Aldarra waves goodbye smiling at them and they both wave back. Aldarra, Davos, Shireen, Jorah, the Winterfell guards and the banner men ride out of the gate and exit the courtyard headed to White Harbor. Baelish exits from the crypt looking shaken.

Sansa said, "It feels strange watching her go this time. I feel like I may not see her for a while."

Jon said, "I know. She is a brave woman. She never hesitated to help me since I've known her. She left me ten ships to take to Eastwatch, for the evacuation. She is paying for them to be loaded with supplies for the wildlings."

Sansa said, "I know. She never wavers to do what's right for any of us in the group." Jon smiled and nodded.
