The next afternoon, Aldarra took Tywin by the hand and they walked out to the dragon pits. He sat down on a chair and said, "Ok, Aldarra, my love. Show me." Aldarra stood out in the middle of the pit and was looking to the skies searching for her dragons.

Tywin asked after a few moments, "How long will it take?"

Aldarra said, "Be patient. Give them time. It takes a while to fly from somewhere." Tywin huffed. He sat up with his arm propping up his elbow whilst resting his chin in his hand. After ten minutes he huffed again. Then the air began to blow, stirring up everything and a huge black dragon landed in a pit with armor and a saddle on its back. It roared. Then a white dragon landed with a big thud and a green dragon next. Aldarra went right up to the black one and rubbed her hand all over him to Tywin's amazement. She greeted all three of them talking, hugging and kissing them.

Aldarra said, "The black one is Drogon, the white one is Viserion and the last but not least the green one is Rhaegal. These are my dragon friends. Aren't they beautiful and extraordinary? Drogon found me reading a book in a field of wildflowers one day and then introduced me to his brothers one at a time. Tyrion rides the white one and Jon rides the green one. I hope you understand that I would never lie to you Tywin."

Tywin stood up and said, "They are amazing, Aldarra. Why can you attract three dragons when Daenerys Targaryen was the last Targaryen?"

Aldarra was scared to tell him but he needs to know. She said, "I… ummm… I recently found out that I am a bastard of Rhaegar Targaryen and Leona Marbrand. I was conceived one week before my mother married Brixton Blackthorne. It happened at a Lannisport festival. Neither of them knew because I came out looking like my mother with her eyes and hair. Do you not want me anymore now that you know I'm a bastard?" She looked at him for his reaction. He sat down again just staring at her. She turned to her dragons, petted each one, kissing them goodbye and thanking them for coming." They all three flew off one at a time. Aldarra just stood there looking at Tywin for a long time, She started to cry and walked away to the Red Keep, where Jorah was waiting for her at the entrance, that turned into a run in her dress as she pulled up handfuls to not trip. Jorah followed. He wondered why she was upset.

She ran all the way back to the tower and threw herself down in front of the fire on the floor and laid on her side crying and looking into the fire. The septa came out and gave a crying hungry little boy to her as she slipped her dress off her shoulder enough to pull out her breast. The septa undid the stays at the back and she thanked her. Aldarra sat alone nursing her son on the floor in front of the fire.

Tywin came in and sat on the chair behind her and said, "Who else knows?"

Aldarra said, "Varys, Sansa and Bran Stark. Bran found out, Sansa told me and I told Varys."

Tywin asked, "Why would you tell Varys?"

Aldarra said, "Because he is one of nine people I can trust completely." It bothered him that he was not one of them.

Tywin asked, "Who are these people you trust so much?"

Aldarra said, "Sansa Stark, Jon Snow, Tyrion Lannister, Shae, Shireen Baratheon, Ser Davos Seaworth, Ser Jorah Mormont, Varys and Ser Barristan Selmy." He was not on the list and he knew he would have to redeem himself to her.

Tywin asked, "Do you have three knights sworn to you?"

Aldarra said, "I have six people, three knights, seventy soldiers sworn to me, most of them are at Winterfell. I have taken Shireen Baratheon as my own. Stannis tried to burn her at the stake before he lost the battle with Ramsay Bolton. I and my dragon Drogon burned up two thirds of his army to even the odds and saved Rickon Stark from being shot in the back with an arrow from Ramsay in a sick game of his at the beginning of the battle."

Tywin said, "Aldarra, I still love you. I think Tyrion is Aerys child of rape." Aldarra froze, turned around on the floor and switched breasts for Tyren.

Aldarra said sadly, "I am so terribly sorry for you and for Tyrion. Is that why you don't like him at all?"

Tywin said stoically, "That and Joanna died giving birth to him. He reminds me of... I couldn't bring myself to kill him because he was part of her." Aldarra understood why he was so shut down emotionally now. His pain of loss and pain of the reminder of his failure to protect his wife from Aerys. Now Aldarra knew why the dragons responded to Tyrion and his fascination with them. He is her uncle.

Aldarra held up Tyren and burped him. She sat him on Tywin's lap to hold while she straightened her dress pulling on the stays to tie them back up. She was on her knees and crawled over to him and the baby. She crawled between his knees as he held the baby in his arms.

She kissed Tywin on the lips and said, "We both love you Tywin and always will." She smiled at him, rubbed her nose tip on his and said, "Even if you have done bad things. Just try for us to do good things now." Tywin smiled at the baby reaching for his face to touch.

Tywin kissed his son and the baby smiled, speaking gibberish. He asked her, "When is my son's name day?"

Aldarra said, "Exactly eight months and a fortnight to the day of our wedding night."

Tywin said, "The first time I had you huh?" She smiled at him and giggled nodding.

Aldarra said, "Nobody is quite like you Tywin Lannister. Let nobody say you're not a potent and virile man." He smirked looking at her and then looked at his son's beautiful face. He rubbed his little chubby cheeks. The baby closed his eyes and blinked at him. Tywin loved his new family.

That evening Aldarra and Tywin had to have a feast with the king and queen. They had an evening of music, food and people were actually happy. Euron Greyjoy came to the feast dressed up a bit and sat at one of the main tables eating heartily and leering at Aldarra. She had heard that he had his sister Yara Greyjoy in the black cells in the dungeon. Aldarra had been talking with Queen Margaery, King Tommen and Olenna Tyrell. She was just done talking to Varys, when she turned and Euron Greyjoy was standing there behind her.

She asked narrowing her eyes at him, "What do you want?"

Euron said, smiling deviously, "Ever since I was a little boy, I wanted to grow up and be with the most beautiful woman in the world. To my surprise I saw her fight killing over twenty of my men by herself on a ship we were raiding from Braavos. I almost had her in my arms to carry away with me, but lost her to another man who married her. Now, here I stand in front of her again in a hall. You're what I want, my lady."

She said, "I'm taken." She goes to walk away. Euron grabs her arm and turns her around.

Euron said snarkily, "What do you want with an old man with saggy balls and skin, and cock won't work, when you could have me virile, young and vigorous. I'd keep you busy in my bed fucking you until you couldn't come again. Your cunt would be so sore you couldn't walk the next day. You make my cock hard just looking at you."

Aldarra said, "Stay away from me, if you know what's good for you." She yanked her arm out of his grip and walked away this time. He laughed out loud and boisterously attracting attention. Aldarra found Tywin and hook her arm in his as he was talking to Olenna.

Tywin said, "We can negotiate later when I talk to Willas."

Olenna said, "My you have a healthy glow about you, Lady Aldarra. You have been gone so long I'm surprised you returned."

Aldarra said, "I returned with our son, so he could be with his father."

Olenna said, "Yes, I heard, but that doesn't explain your absence."

Aldarra said clipped, "No it doesn't." Olenna smirked at her knowing she wouldn't get anything more out of her.

Olenna said, "Good evening, to both of you." She walked away.

Tywin asked subtly, "What was Greyjoy talking to you about?"

Aldarra looked out around the people gripping his arm tighter and said, "He is trouble. He is determined to have me in his bed in the most lurid way. He said I'm what he wants. I told him I'm taken and to stay away if he knows what is good for him."

Tywin said still stoically, "I must keep an eye on him. I don't need him harassing you."

Aldarra squeezed his arm and said, "My hero." A small smirk was on the corner of his mouth.

Sansa and Baelish enter a chamber, with Sansa closing the door behind them.

Sansa asks upset, "Where did she get it?"

Baelish lied and said, "I don't know. She seems very resourceful. You're worried." Sansa checks another door.

Sansa said, "We're asking 20,000 men to fight with us in the worst winter any of them have ever seen. The weather will be the least of their problems. Many of them will be happy to find a good reason to go home."

Baelish said, "You question their loyalty?"

Sansa said, "Their loyalty is to Jon. Jon is not here. I haven't heard from him in weeks."

Baelish said, "You're the Lady of Winterfell. The King chose you to rule in his absence. And rule you have. Wisely. Ably. They see that. They respect you. Some may even prefer you."

Sansa said, "Yes, they turned their backs on Jon when it was time to retake Winterfell and then they named him their king and now they're ready to turn their backs on him again. How far would you trust men like that? They're all bloody wind vanes. If they found out I wrote that letter, a woman who almost already married not one but two enemies of her House. By the time Jon comes back, he'll have no army left."

Baelish said, "Arya is not like them. She's your sister. You may have disagreements, but she would never betray her family."

Sansa said, "She would if she thought I was going to betray Jon."

Baelish asked, "Is that what she thinks?"

Sansa said, "I don't know what she thinks. I don't know her anymore."

Baelish suggests, "Perhaps Lady Brienne can help. She's sworn to protect both of Catelyn Stark's girls. Did she not?"

Sansa said, "She is."

Baelish said, "And if one of you were planning to harm the other in any way, wouldn't she be honor bound to intercede?"

Sansa said, "She would."

Jon was trapped fighting with Longclaw and shouted, "All of you run back to Eastwatch. Get a raven to Aldarra, tell her what's happened. She can reduce their numbers. Grab the wight and run like you have the dead chasing you!"

Tormund and Sandor look at him hesitating, they both grab the wight they captured and the whole party starts running back to the gate.

Jon shouted, "Go on! Run!" The dead have him surrounded.

Tormund shouts, "Come on!" Everyone flees back to the gate. The dead are in pursuit.

Unexpectedly, a dark, mounted rider plows through the advancing horde, spinning a flaming blazier that fells the soldiers as he passes. He rides through to Jon and dismounts. He drops his hood to reveal Benjen Stark.

Jon said, "Uncle Benjen! How?"

Benjen takes hold of Jon, leads him to the horse and helps him to mount.

Benjen said, "You ride for the gate."

Jon said, "Come with me."

Benjen said, "It's not time. Go!"

Benjen slaps the horse, sending it galloping. He ignites his blazier again. The undead army overwhelms him, the blazier goes out, and Jon rides away.

--

When they get there, they fall down completely exhausted. The gate opens and four men run to meet him and drag them through the gate.

One of the wildings asked, "What happened?"

Tormund said panting heavily, "Raven. We need to send the raven to Winterfell and have them send one to Dragonstone to Aldarra."

The wildlings shouted, "Get the maester! Now!"

A few moments later a rider on horseback. The sound of the gate opening. Below, a single exhausted rider approaches, doubled over on his horse. It is Jon.

—--

A little while later, Jon is being tended by a wildling, who undresses him with help from the crew. Tormund watches as his ravaged torso is revealed.

Two days later, Aldarra was sitting in front of the fireplace feeding her son when Tywin entered the room with a scroll in hand.

Tywin said, "There is a scroll for you that came from Winterfell."

Aldarra noticed it was open but said nothing. She said, "It seems I'm needed in Eastwatch. I'll leave in the morning after I have breakfast and feed my son. You will have to arrange for a wet nurse, my love." He smiled at her, calling him 'my love'."

Tywin said, "Why do they need your dragons?"

Aldarra said, "The army of the dead must be large. I can reduce their numbers like I did with Ramsay's army."

Tywin said, "I don't like this. It's too dangerous, Aldarra."

Aldarra said, "Why do you think I have armor and saddles you strap into on my dragons? It is not for fashion. I had it made for this reason to protect them and myself in case of a fight. Men or the dead. Tywin, I am needed and Jon can ride Rhaegal, the green one. I told you this is real, not some made up fairytale. They said they have gotten the proof and that says everything to me. The damn idea was mine because I knew none of you would believe us. Jon has risked his life to do this so we can show you the truth. I have never told you a lie and I'm not starting now. This is dangerous, more than you know. They are coming for all of us, not just the North but everyone. They will consume every living creature and person to add to their army. Tywin, this is the greatest threat to ever be in ten thousand years. Winter is coming for everyone this time. I'm leaving in the morning, I'll be back with proof, so when the request comes, I'll be with the delegation sent here. Until then, protect our son, that's all I ask."

Tywin didn't know what to say. He said after a moment, "I will, Aldarra, I promise our son will always be safe."

After making love to her husband a few times that night, in the morning she kissed her son and husband in the dragon pit. Jorah Mormont was traveling with her. Tywin was holding the baby, Tyren.

Tywin said, "Aldarra, you're one of the most important people in my life with my son. You can't just fly to the most dangerous place in the world."

Aldarra asked, "Who else can?"

Tywin said, "You can't help raise our son if you're dead." Aldarra begins to climb onto Drogon. She turns to look at them both.

Aldarra replied, "So what would you have me do?"

Tywin said frustrated, "Nothing. Sometimes nothing is the hardest thing to do. If you die we're both lost."

Aldarra said, "You told me not to do anything about letting Shae be sent away so harshly, or forcing Tyrion and Sansa to marry. I'm not doing nothing when I have the means to help. I'll see you both when the delegation is sent here. I'll send you ravens when I can. I love you, Tywin and Tyren." She kissed them both one last time.

Aldarra mounted her dragon, in a black long fur coat with all her black leather men's clothes. Tywin bought the coat for her made of black wolf pelts. Jorah put on his warmest clothes with a fur trimmed wool cloak. She took one last look at Tywin and her son before Drogon, and the other two dragons took to the sky. Tywin and Tyren watched her leave.
