Bran sitting in his wheelchair facing the weirwood tree. Jamie walks towards him. He stops a couple feet from him and looks down.
Jamie said, "I'm sorry for what I did to you." Bran turns his head towards Jamie.
Bran said, "You weren't sorry then. You were protecting your family." Jamie walks around in front of Bran.
Jamie said, "I'm not that person anymore."
Bran said, "You still would be, if you hadn't pushed me out of that window. And I would still be Brandon Stark."
Jamie asked, "You're not?"
Bran said, "No. I'm something else now."
Jamie asked, "You're not angry at me?"
Bran said, "I'm not angry at anyone."
Jamie asked, "Why didn't you tell them?"
Bran said, "You won't be able to help us in this fight if I let them murder you first." Jamie nods and raises an eyebrow.
Jamie asked, "What about afterwards?"
Bran replied, "How do you know there is an afterwards?" Jamie stares at Bran.

In Winterfell's courtyard, all of the Northerners are busy building defenses in preparation for the army of the dead as Tyrion walks past. Jamie approaches him.
Tyrion said, "Well, here we are."
Jamie said, "Yes, here we are."
Tyrion said, "Together again." A man standing above them clears his throat and then spits on the floor beside them.
Tyrion said, "And the masses rejoice." They start walking together.
Jamie asked, "How do they feel about the dragons being here? I still can't believe Aldarra brought them back with her."
Tyrion said, "The people remember what happened the last time Targaryens brought dragons north. They'll come around once they know Aldarra is different. Jon and I rode one each. Mine was Viserion, the white one. He's incredible."
Jamie asked, "Aldarra is she different now?
Tyrion said, "She is the most unique, strong and intelligent woman I have ever met."
Jamie asked, "You're really sure about her then?"
Tyrion said, "I am. She is one of my very best friends and our good mother."
Jamie said, "She seems sure about you but not me."
Tyrion said, "It's hard to blame her. You haven't had as much time as I have spent with her. She has done some of the most incredible things right in front of me."
Jamie said, "Hmm."
Tyrion said, "Cersei once told me that she was stupid and houseless. I never believed her because I went to King's Landing with her under guard for father. She was already showing signs of someone I liked. Now I trust her with my life." They stop walking and Tyrion turns to look up at Jamie.
Tyrion said, "Does father really love her?"
Jamie said, "Yes, that part is real. He was shut down again when she left. Joffrey and Cersei were both threatening to have you two beheaded." Tyrion thinks to himself and they both start walking again.
Jamie said, "Cersei had always been good at threatening and following through. I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. She's fooled me more than anybody. You and Aldarra would have been dead if she ever found you. She still thought you could have killed Joffrey, even though you were in Essos. We never did find out who did it." They start to walk up a staircase and Tyrion turns to look at Jamie.
Jamie asked, "What?"
Tyrion said, "She never fooled you. You always knew exactly what she was, and you loved her anyway. If I was a betting person, I would swear Petyr Baelish had something to do behind it. It's been discovered that he is the one to have caused this whole war between us all leading to more than many deaths and harm."
Tyrion walks ahead as Jamie remains in the same spot. After a couple seconds, he follows. They both walk along the walls of the castle looking over the courtyard.
Tyrion said, "So we're going to die at Winterfell? Not the death I would've chosen. I always pictured myself dying in my own bed, the age of 80, with a belly full of wine and…"
They both said together, "A girl's mouth around…"
Jamie said grinning, "Your cock."
Tyrion said, "Yes. My cock." Tyrion smiles up at Jamie.
Tyrion said, "At least Cersei can't murder me anymore. I'm sure I feel some satisfaction being I denied her that pleasure while I'm being ripped apart by dead men." Jamie notices something whilst Tyrion continues to talk and walks off.
Tyrion said, "Maybe after I'm dead I'll march down to King's Landing and spit on her grave."
Tyrion glances up where Jamie was and notices he is gone, he looks behind to see Jamie looking over the wall looking at Brienne walking outside the walls among the soldiers.

Davos is seen testing out the traps around the castle as other soldiers and Northerners work around him. Jamie walks out the front gate. We see Podrick training with a soldier as Brienne watches on, smiling proudly. Jamie stands next to her and she glances at him.
Brienne said, "Ser Jaime."
Jamie said, "Lady Brienne."
Podrick blocks the soldier and pushes him back, bettering him. They continue to fight with their swords.
Jamie said, "He's come a long way."
Brienne said, "He's alright. Still has a lot to learn." Brienne starts walking away and Jamie follows
Jamie said, "I'm sure you'll teach him. I've been told you're commanding the left flank."
Brienne said, "I am. It's, uh… it's good ground."
Jamie said, "It is."
Brienne said, "The rise, it should give us some advantage." They stop walking.
Brienne said, "If we can keep a tight formation, we might be able to beat them back."
Jamie said, "Yes, I think you're right." Brienne quickly turns to face Jamie.
Brienne asked, "What are you doing?"
Jamie looked at her clueless and asked, "What?"
Brienne said, "I think you know."
Jamie said, "I truly don't."
Brienne said, "We have never had a conversation last this long without you insulting me. Not once."
Jamie asked incredulously, "You want me to insult you?"
Brienne said, "No!"
Jamie smiled and said, "Good." He pauses.
Jamie said, "I came to Winterfell because-I'm not the fighter I used to be. But I'd be honored to serve under your command, if you'll have me." Brienne goes silent and looks down briefly. She returns his gaze.
Brienne said, "I better get back." Brienne walks off, leaving Jamie standing alone.

Jorah Mormont knocks and enters Aldarra's room. Jorah said, "Forgive me, Lady Aldarra."
Aldarra asks concerned, "Is everything alright?"
Jorah said, "Yes. I just need to talk to you."
Aldarra said, "Ok, come sit." Jorah sits down on one of two chairs facing each other in front of the fireplace.
Jorah said a bit nervously, "I don't know where to start. When we went back to King's Landing. I was hoping that… your relationship with Tywin Lannister was over. It broke my heart to see that it wasn't. I have feelings for you… I love you, Aldarra. I know that if it had been another time, another place, even another life. I would hope that we could have been more if things were different."
Aldarra was in shock because he never said a word the whole time he was with them, but was always with her when she needed him to be. She said, "I don't know what to say, Jorah."
Jorah said, "It's ok. You made the right choice to keep your family together."
Aldarra said, "I was under the impression it was a job, but we were friends too. I never knew and you never let on."
Jorah smiled wistfully said, "I didn't. It was all I could do not to throw him in the bay. I was jealous that he had captured your heart again. Perhaps, I should have told you before you left for Dragonstone." Jorah chuckles thinking of his missed opportunity.
Jorah said, "I just wanted you to know that I care for you, in case anything should happen."
Aldarra said, "I appreciate everything you've ever done for me, Jorah, honestly. I may not be in love with you but I can tell you that I love you and that will never change."
Jorah looked down and said, "That is more than I could have ever deserved." Aldarra stood up and took his hand as he stood.
She wrapped her arms around him and said, "You're a good man Jorah Mormont and I'm glad I met you and added you into my inner circle. In another lifetime I could see myself more than friends with you too." They let go and Aldarra kissed him on the lips gently but chastely. He caressed her face and left out the door closing it behind him gazing back at her before closing it trying to burn her into his memory.

Aldarra walks into the library as Royce said, "The moment we can get the last infantryman out onto the field, we should shut the gates." Royce and Sansa were sitting at a table together.
Sansa said, "Keep them open for as long as you can. There are still people coming in from the countryside." They both notice Aldarra's presence and stand up.
Aldarra said, "Lady Sansa, I was hoping we could speak alone." Royce looks at Sansa who nods, granting him leave. Royce walks towards Aldarra, bows and then leaves out the door. Aldarra turns to watch him leave before turning back.
Aldarra said, "I wanted to talk to you while there is time. Sansa, I love you. You're my very best good friend and I love you dearly."
Sansa got tears in her eyes and dove into Aldarra's arms hugging each other. She said, "I trust you more than anyone. I love you too, Aldarra. Thank you for saving me and keeping me safe."
Aldarra said, "I'd do it again. Anytime you ever need me. I'm there for you. Always remember that, my girl."
Sansa said, "You must be safe and warm when you're up there fighting with your dragon. I need you, your baby, Shireen and even Tywin needs you to be safe."
Aldarra said, "I'll make sure to help save as many as we can." They both sat down at the table.
Sansa said, "I should have thanked you sooner." Aldarra places her other hand on top of Sansa's.
Aldarra said, "I'm here because I love your family and those in my group of people around me."
Sansa asked, "Who was the first?"
Aldarra said, "Shae, then you, then Tyrion. I met him first with Tywin but Tyrion had to grow on me like Tywin." They both chuckle with one another.
Sansa said, "And what happens afterwards? We defeat the dead, we destroy the Night King. What happens then?"
Aldarra said, "I'll make sure we find peace somehow. I can do that I hope."
Sansa asked, "What about the North? It was taken from us, and we took it back. And we said we'd never bow to anyone else again. What about the North?"
Aldarra said, "We will find some kind of middle ground. Trust me, my girl. I can't allow it to go on like this. People need to thrive after all this much death."
Maester Wolkan walked into the room and said, "Excuse me ladies."
Aldarra asked, "What is it?"
—--
Maester Wolkan leads Aldarra and Sansa into the great hall, where we see Theon Greyjoy standing in the center of the hall surrounded by many of the Ironborn. Aldarra looks surprised wondering who he was.
Theon walks up to the most beautiful woman he ever saw and asks, "Who are you?"
Aldarra said, "Aldarra Lannister. Who are you?"
Theon realized this was the woman Yara mentioned that had Euron obsessed with. He said, "Theon Greyjoy."
Aldarra asked, "How is your sister? I heard your uncle had imprisoned her?" He thought it was kind of this Lannister lady to ask if his sister was ok.
Theon smiled at her and said, "She only has a few ships, and she couldn't sail them here. So, she's sailing to the Iron Islands instead, to take them back from Euron. I was able to free her from his ship while he was in King's Landing."
Sansa asked, "I heard you escaped Ramsay but not before he tortured you. Why aren't you with your sister?" Theon looks at Sansa.
Theon said, "I want to fight for Winterfell, Lady Sansa, if you'll have me. I have a lot to make up for in your family."
Sansa walks up to Theon quickly and hugs him tightly saying, "I forgive you." Theon hugs her back with tears in his eyes.
