the stirring of feelings
AT THE HOSPITAL...
"oh... hi. uh... Blaze? would ya mind explaing to me what happened?" said Silver, as he awoke in the hospital bed. "we were all fighting neo metal sonic and mecha sonic shot at Espio so you raced in front of him and got shot instead," she said. "and you scared us all to death, especially me." she finished. "oh" said Silver. "how long have i been in bed" he asked "two days because the doctors needed to take the spike out of your stomach" said Blaze. "TWO DAYS?" said Silver "yes two days" said Blaze. Sudddenly he door swung open and Sonic, Tails, Knucles, and Shadow came in. "oh i was not expecting to see you Shadow" said Silver. "eggman escaped and gave me back my memory" said Shadow. "and it seems you couldnt do anything but be stupid and kill yourself" said Shadow "shut up the dude has had a long day" knuckles told shadow "um ok" said Shadow "will i be here for a day or a longer time?" Silver asked Blaze. "just a day" she said. "so.. i am gonna go to my house and get some stuff" said Silver as he got up "oh no your not your staying right there" said Blaze she put him back in bed. "but i... i needa get something..." he said. "ill get it for you," she said. "um okay but dont look inside it i need my artbook and my wallet" said Silver. "where are they?" asked Blaze. "they're in my drawer in my room in my house" he said. "ok" said Blaze. she closed the door and walked outside of the hospital and raced off to get his stuff, but she was a little curious as to what was in his artbook. she burned open the door and ran upstairs. she went to his room where Buddy was waiting. "oh you must need some food," said Blaze. she filled his water bowl and his food bowl, then got Silvers stuff. She looked inside his wallet. "oh how nice" she said. "he has a picture of me in there" she said. she saw his artbook and picked it up. "I wonder whats inside...?"
SILVERS POV:
she's taking a long time. I wonder if she was looking inside my artbook! Oh, I hope not. I should trust her not to look, because I told her not to look in it. but, but what if- oh stop it!
BLAZES POV:
he said not to look in it. but he can't know if i did or didnt at all. but i still shouldnt look. he said not to. but again, what is in there. mabye a tiny peek wont hurt? ill look for just a second. ill say Buddy knocked the book over so i saw whats in it. ok, that could work. ill look just a little bit.
BACK AT SILVERS HOUSE...
Blaze opened the book. "alright, lets see what i-" she was cut off and startled by what she saw in the book. there was a very good drawing of her and little notes next to the drawing. "oh wow thats pretty good" said Blaze. She looked at the notes and was shocked by what she read. heres what it said:
"the drawing is okay. there are some little uncolored spots on her shoes i needa fix that. i need to make the picture look as beautiful as the real Blaze but of course thats impossible shes to beautiful to draw"
Blaze was shocked. her phone rang. it was Silver. She answered. "hi Silver" she said. "hi um its been like 20 minutes are you um uh you know like almost done" he said, nervous she had looked in his artbook. "oh yeah" Blaze said. "but Buddy had to be fed and so i did it" she said. "oh Buddy oh i forgot about him thanks for feeding him the doctor says that ill be able to be out of the hospital tommorow so you dont need to bring him here" said Silver. "but he also says ill definenty need someone to care for me while im at my house so would you mind-" "of course" Blaze replied. "see you tomorow bright and early" said Blaze. "bye" said Silver. "alright bye handsome" said Blaze. she hung up. "did she just call me handsome...?" said Silver. "yeah she did" said Sonic.
2 HOURS LATER...
Blaze had delivered the stuff 2 hours ago. Silver was now walking to his home, carrying his stuff. Does she really like me? thought Silver. I hope she tells me tommorow so I can kiss her.
Mabye I can make tommorow less of her caring for me and more like a date, he thought.
THE NEXT DAY...
Silver awoke by his dog licking his face. He gave his dog a tummy rub, then took a shower. He did his hair extra well, cause, y'know. his secret crush was coming over, and he wanted to impress her. after that, he got dressed in a red t-shirt and white pants and sat on the couch to wait for Blaze. about 5 minutes later, Blaze showed up.
They watched a movie, played some video games, and talked. The movie they watched was a comedy movie, and Blaze laughed every second of it. she has the most beautiful laugh, thought Silver. They talked long into the night, so much that Blaze forgot to go home. They watched a tv show after that, and in one boring episode, Blaze fell asleep. Her head rested on Silvers shoulder. Silver blushed like crazy. She has the most beautiful and soft fur, thought Silver. "I didnt do it today," said Silver as he ran his fingers through her fur. "But tommorow I promise ill kiss you," said Silver. He put a blanket on her and left for his room.
