[Episode 1 : Prologue]

The wind blows through the trees. A shadowy figure emerges. From a distance a small girl can be seen walking. Now this usually wouldn't startle anyone but there was no park, no school nearby. Yes the young girl was walking through the woods, alone.

Now anyone with a brain would find that strange. No child should be out alone without an audit. The little girl walked deeper into the woods searching for something. The child then gets on one knee and lifts a black jacket in the air.

"Soon...Soon I'll be able to locate you..."

The little girl folds the black jacket. "And when I do...you won't be able to run from me anymore".

{Weeks Earlier}

"Get up loser..."

"Please just leave me alone!".

A group of boys gathering around pushing and shoving a five year old light brown skin boy who had curly short black hair and brown eyes.

He wore a black and white headband with black baseball cap a t-shirt with The Bullet Club symbol on the front a pair of black baggy jeans and black van sneakers.

"Why should we?" The leader of the group said. Nathan Lawson honestly this kid was worse than average bully. The kid was spoiled rotten. He thinks he owns the planet. Joel couldn't stand him, not only that but he was jealous. See Joel is a orphan his parents gave him away at birth so he lived in the system. Broke and unwanted can get it and worse? Yes it can but right now he feel like he's already hit rock bottom.

A couple of hours later he traveled to the nearest playground. Playing on all of the equipment at the park before tiring himself out. Joel sat down exhausted. A young girl entered the park. He noticed because he was the only one there. She looked around for a minute then lays her eyes on him. Joel got up from where he was sitting and walked up to her. Something that he'll regret doing in the future.

"Hello!" He greeted the stranger.

"Are you the only one here?"

"Yeah no one comes to this park often".

"Really? Unusual"... Honestly the girl's voice sounded robotic. But Joel is a smart lad. He knew that some kids had those weird voice amplifiers because of damage they sustain when they were younger. So it didn't bother him that her voice was a little weird.

"Not really, not to many kids live here and it's a school night".

"Then why are you here? I'm sure your parents are worried".

"Honestly I wish I had a mom or dad".

"..."

"I'm an orphan. It's cool I understand you don't wanna-"

"I do not hate you because your an orphan so do not finish that statement".

"Really?" Joel's eyes sparkle. That was the first time anyone has ever said that to him.

"Yes, really...well since what I'm looking for is not here I'l-"

"Wait but you just got here?" Joel said grabbing her arm. She looked at him. The boy noticed that she was taller than him now that the two were closer.

"I know we just met and all, I know you might be busy but...could you hangout with me for awhile please? I-I'm lonely"... Joel felt ashamed because he begged the girl to play with him.

"No need to be ashamed. I... understand what it's like to be alone".

The boy's face lit up, Joel and the girl played for hours until the sun started to set. He didn't even know her named yet and here he was having a blast.

"What's your name?" Joel finally ask.

"My name is Megan".

"Nice to meet you Megan, I'm Joel".

"Joel, I'll remember that". She said smiling.

After that the two went their separate ways. This would be one of many playdates.
