Bi-Han, The king of a land named "Lin Kuei", He calls himself as "Sub-Zero" for his super ice powers, he's an unstoppable ninja who fights for honor! He joined the Mortal Kombat tournament. Quan Chi the Sorcerer needed himself new member for his Underworld clans! So he took Shang Tsung's power, turns himself to look like Bi-Han while he was in tournament to control Lin Kuei's warriors to attack a clan called "Shirai Ryu" ruled by "Hanzo Hassashi". Hanzo sees him clan getting destoryed, and seeing his wife and child dying by fales Sub-Zero before him own death!
However, he got resurrected again by Quan Chi who lied to him that it was Bi-Han. Quan Chi offered him to bring his clan back, in return killing Sub-Zero. Hanzo agreed and turned into "Scorpion". A ninja from hell! He managed to kill Sub-Zero in tournament as Raiden warned him before to not to, But he didn't care! Quan Chi's plan was successful, and turned Bi-Hans soul to "Noob Saibot" a shadow ninja who can use Shadows as his own clan members.
Bi-Han's younger brother "Kui Liang" the second Sub-Zero after his brothers death revealed to Scorpion it was Quan Chi all the time! Scorpion and the new Sub-Zero became aligns and both killed Quan Chi to receive the taste of Vengeance!
In this story, we are going to see "What would happen if Scorpion never existed?" So stay with me my friend!
Hanzo never joined Mortal Kombat tournament, and Quan Chi didn't plan to kill Hanzo to use him for capturing Bi-Han. Bi-Han reaches to the tournament and fights with his opponents, killing them one by one to reach himself to the final fight with Shang Tsung.
Now there are two scenarios here which both are from different dimensions!
One: Bi-Han's next opponent will be Liu Kang, the champion of Earthrealm! Before this fight, Princess Kitana the daughter of empress Sindel warned Liu Kang to "Use his own element against him!"
In the fight between Liu Kang and Sub-Zero, Liu Kang sees a bucket of water and when Sub-Zero was about to turn the whole fighting stage to ice, Liu Kang splashes the water which turned into an Icy sharp blade by Sub-Zero's power, and drives into Sub-Zeros heart, causing the death of Bi-Han! Quan Chi will never creates Noob Saibot with Bi-Hans soul, and he was waiting for Liu Kang to get to the final stage! Liu Kang after a while sees Sub-Zero was still alive, until he realized it was Kui Liang!
As he wasn't there for Vengeance, but for his clan and his brother to proves that Lin Kuei is strong and honorable! So he instead facing the champion of Earthrealm, he team-up with him and together defeats Shao Kahn, giving the Earthrealm the victory!
Kui Liang raises the Lin Kuei's clan to a big amd strong clan, as they're always prepared for any war happens to defend! Kui Liang is not longer "Sub-Zero" but he is "Grand Master" of Lin Kuei!
Two: Bi-Han manages to defeat and kill Liu Kang in the tournament even tho Kitana wanted him, but Liu Kang didn't pay attention to the bucket of water. Liu Kang freezes by ice, and Bi-Han breaks him into pieces of bloody ice. The Earthrealm loses it champion by Sub-Zero, as he manages to kill Shang Tsung,Quan Chi and Shao Kahn all by himself... Permenantly!
Bi-Han will recieve the victory only for himself and clan, not for Earthrealm! He then raises the Lin Kuei clan stronger and powerful! More than it used to be! Too much power and respect, turns Bi-Han to a selfish Grand Master! It wasn't enough to him! He wanted... More! More power! More spaces to grow his clan bigger and bigger! He then attacks Shirai Ryu clan, and just like original he kills Hanzo, his clan and his family!
He claims Shirai Ryu clan for himself, and changed it to Lin Kuei, as it's people are Forced to whorship "Sub-Zero"! Raiden feels bad about it as he goes to visit Bi-Han and asking him to stop it! But Bi-Han ignores Raidens warning and he was keep attacking other clans! Bi-Hans next plan was capturing the Outworld, and destroy it! Kui Liang will feel bad about this as he walks to Bi-Han and says... "This is tok much brother! We really should stop it!" But Bi-Han ignores his brother! Kui Liang will realize that his brother all this time did this for himself and clan, not for honor and peace!
Kui Liang unites with Rebels and all together defeat Bi-Han, and kill him permenantly! Bi-Hans death by his own young brother won't be remembered, as Kui Liang brought the real "Peace" to all realm, and Raiden gives him the role of "Grand Master"!
Kitana becomes the queen of outworld, and becomes an align with Lin Kuei. In other hand, Chaosrealm is trying to bring back the Chaos and Invation! Havik, the king of Chaosrealm attacks Earthrealm himself, as the clan of Lin Kuei requests for support for Special Forces! General Sonya Blade with her Partner Jackson Bricks who everyone call "Jax" support Lin Kuei, and defeat Havik!
Unfortunately Havik survived, and thinking to find a way to destroy Earthrealm again! He had no choice, but paying a terrorist group called "Black Dragon" who's in the lead by Kano! They reset the war again!
Black Dragon and Chaos dominate and destroy Special Forces! Kano and Havik attack the Lin Kuei, but this time surprisingly... The Outworld arrived and together killed Kano and defeat Havik, for good!
Havik survived cause he's unable to be killed since he's a walking dead! He returns to Chaosrealm, and accepts defeat... until future...
