Mystic Falls, Virginia Lockwood Residence

Iris, Care, Remus and Sirius walk up to the Lockwood residence. They were attending with hopes of getting an in with the main people of the town. The girls are quick to say their 'hellos' and head into the house. Luckily Sirius was raised around rich and pompous people like the mayor so he knew how to appeal to him.

Iris was standing at the bar that was set up, waiting on her and Carolines drinks. Feeling a nudge in her side she sees what Care was trying to tell her. Mrs. Lockwood is heading in their direction.

"Caroline, you look smashing" Carol Lockwood tells her.

"Thank you Mrs. Lockwood. Let me introduce my friend to you, Iris Black this is Mrs. Lockwood. Iris and her uncles moved here from London." Caroline tells Mrs. Lockwood, "Luckily I was able to snatch Iris up as a friend"

"It's very nice to meet your Mrs. Lockwood" Iris tells her.

Carol Lockwood smiles at her, "I just met your uncles, it's always great to have new people in town. Especially people like your uncles." Iris can tell she is talking about how he must have old money from how he came off.

"I hope you both enjoy the party, I need to check on the staff" Carol tells them

Caroline is looking at the door and notices her mom walk in, sighing she turns to Iris "I'll be right back, I need to talk to my mom" Iris nods at her.

Caroline walked away and she notices her uncles talking with a bunch of adults. Turning to walk out on the patio she is suddenly pulled into a room. The door quickly closes behind her and the person who grabbed her. Sliding her wand into her hand she turns and sees her attacker.

"Damon" Iris says, hiding her wand behind her leg.

Smirking, Damon looks at her, "So what exactly did you do so I can't enter blondies house?" he asks.

Iris just stares at him before replying, "What makes you think I did anything, anyone with a brain would know you're bad news. Care must have decided that a perv like you wasn't worth her time"

Smirk dropping, Damon goes to rush her. Unfortunately he didn't notice that she was ready for him.

"Petrificus totalus" Iris says, pointing her wand right at his chest. Damon freezes with a shocked look on his face. Iris may have forgot he would fall face first into the ground with the way he was running.

Laughing at the thud he made, Iris sends a text to Remy that she needs help ASAP.

It only took seconds before both of her uncles come into the room, noticing the lump on leather on the ground before Iris.

"So I don't think that he liked us making sure Care was safe" Iris tells them.

After deciding on a plan, they rolled Damon over and erased his memory of Iris and her wand. Modifying it a bit, they made it look like he intimidated her and then let her go. After all this they stupyfied him and made a quick exit from the room.

Walking back into the party, Iris notices Care isn't in the room. Iris tells her uncles she's going to go look for her while they mingle some more.

After walking around the patio, Iris finally decides to look in the back yard. Finding Care unfortunately wasn't good. Damon had made a remarkable recovery and had her cornered. Iris started to run for her when she was stopped by Stefan.

"You need to go back inside" Stefan tells Iris, trying to turn her around.

Iris stomps on his foot, "Fuck off, I'm going to get my friend"

Stefan tries to stop her again but doesn't manage to get her away before they both see Damon bite Caroline.

"Care" Iris yells, Stefan runs over to them and grabs Damon. Iris leans down by Caroline, checking her over, "Are you ok? We need to get out of here so we can take care of that, let me get Siri and Remy and we will get you back to my house" Iris tells her.

"I can take her" Stefan tells the girls. Whoops, forgot he was still here.

Luckily her uncles ran up and seen the girls and Damon laying on the ground. "We should just stake him now, it would solve a lot of issues" Sirius tells Remus.

Stefan stands in front of Damon, "You don't want to do that" he says, looking Sirius right in the eye.

Sirius laughs at him, "You're funny. Those little tricks don't work on me vampire"

Stefan jerks back like he was hit. Looking to both girls then back to the men, Stefan looks nervous. "I'm not sure what you're talking about"

Remus takes this as his cue to end it before it gets worse, "Why don't you take your brother home with you and make sure he leaves these two alone from now on. We won't be responsible for what happens after"

Stefan looks at them and nods. Grabbing Damon up he takes off.

Leaving the party Sheriff Forbes told her daughter that she wouldn't be home until late so Care decided she was just going to stay Iris. The three magicals were definitely okay with this. With everything that happened that night, Sirius and Remus didn't feel comfortable leaving Care alone.

Pulling into the house Care looked at them as they walked up the steps, "Thank you for letting me stay again. My mom just works so much and she's never home and I know you made my house safe, but I didn't want to be alone." she tells them.

Remus gave the girl a hug, "You are welcome in our house any time you want or need. You have been a great friend to Iris and we will make sure you're safe."

Iris had a huge smile on her face at what Remus said. "Come on Care, let's have a movie night we deserve it."

For the rest of the night the girls hung out and watched movies. Dobby made them a bunch of snacks and made the living room look like a fort. They may be seventeen but no one could turn down a fort to watch movies in.
