"I suppose it explains why he allowed you to date that creature." Wesley said. "He probably thought it was manageable and helped avoid you killing anyone, he only delayed the inevitable though or you'll become used to using vampires as an outlet for your darker impulses, without destroying them. If what you say about her soul being damaged can be proven, then a means of protecting it would be necessary. How do we prove it?"
"Amy can do it, she's very powerful, even as young as she is. She can probably help me get home too. What grants wishes?"
"Vengeance demons, sometimes known as justice demons." Wesley answered. "Hundreds of them, each with an area of expertise. If we can discover which one granted the wish, we can have them reverse it."
"Alright, let's go find Amy and my other self, he needs to know what's going on. Either Uncle Rory's dead or other me hasn't talked to him about it."
"Why not talk to his own father about it?" Buffy asked.
"Tony drinks because he's angry and bitter that the Legacy bypassed him." Xander answer.
"Xander's dad drinks?" Buffy asked, confused again.
"You really don't know much about him, do you?" Xander asked.
"I know plenty, Willow's told me a lot."
"Willow's alive here?" For the first time since arriving in this new reality, Xander was the one who looked lost.
"She's not where you come from?" Faith asked.
"She was killed and vamped just before the Harvest. I destroyed the thing wearing her face and destroyed the vampire who killed her. Once we've found Amy and I've talked to my other self, I'll have a word with Willow. As much as we love Tika, Jesse's adopted sister, Willow was our sister first."
"You think of Willow as a sister?" Buffy asked, surprised. "I hadn't realized that, Willow's been pining for him for so long that I thought he was being an ass ignoring her. I didn't realize he thinks of her as a sister, guess it explains why he's never shown any interest in her."
"She's not our type, Hell, you're not our type. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if his crush has more to do with hero worship of a hot superhero. He'll out grow it as soon as he knows what the real thing is like. So what time is it anyway?"
"About seven in the evening." Buffy answered.
"Then Amy's probably at the Bronze, well let's go. This should be interesting." Xander took a deep breath and the four of them headed out and arrived at the Bronze not long after.
"There she is." Xander pointed. "You guys haven't mentioned Jesse and back home they've been practically attached to each other for two years, but I don't see him with this Amy."
"Xander destroyed what was left of him at the Harvest." Buffy said sympathetically. Xander closed his eyes briefly and nodded.
"Alright, let's get this over with and if you see anyone acting weird toward me, just leave them alone, okay. Should have stopped to get some sunglasses." On that crypt note they made their way over to Amy, they'd almost made it to the table where Amy was sitting when Murphy struck and Hogan Martin bumped into Xander. "Outta my way, geeeee." Hogan stared at Xander who leaned towards him and said. "I'm not a Boogeyman and you're not a monster, we don't have to be enemies. Pass it on."
"Okay, I'll do that. Excuse me." And Hogan all but ran out of the Bronze.
"Two fucking years of protecting them, of proving I'm not a monster and the first one I see here thinks I'm a monster."
"Why is he afraid of you, Xander?" Buffy asked. "And is he one of these Wesen?"
"Word of warning, it's considered rude to just ask. Volunteering Information is a sign of trust and he's afraid of me because some Grimms went bad and hunted the ones they're supposed to be protecting. Unfortunately they went so bad, it included torture, not just killing. It made them afraid of all of us. Over a century of Harris' protecting Sunnydale and some are still wary of us." They arrived at Amy's table and Xander addressed her.
"I need your help, Amy." She looked up and sucked in a breath as she looked at him. "I'm not the local and he's not aware. You can help him understand, we're not monsters."
"What a face." Faith said, staring at Amy. "You're sure she's not -."
"Great, another one." Amy sighed.
"I'm sure, Faith. Back home, Amy is one of my best friends."
"We're friends?" Amy asked. "Given what we are, that's not easy. We don't trust easily and Grimms, that's usually a non starter."
"Back home, you're dating Jesse and have been for two years. You're both very happy. I very much want to get back to the foxy perfection of my Cordelia as soon possible. We think a vengeance demon may have granted a wish Faith made and brought me here."
"What was the wish?" Amy asked.
"To have someone in this town who actually cares about me. He keeps calling me Little Sis and says we're related."
"You are, at least in the fact that you're descended from the same person. Alright, where were you when you made this wish?"
"Why does that matter?" Buffy asked.
"She needs to go there so she can track the Magic." Xander answered. "Will you help me?"
"Yes and I'll help the other Xander too. He'd help me if the situation was reversed."
"Buffy needs help too. You know what she is?'
"Yeah, she's a Slayer. I knew what they were before she helped me when my mother body jacked me."
"Yeah, that happened back home too. I'll let Buffy explain what her problem is. In the meantime, Faith's wish was granted at the Crawford Mansion."
"One more question, why aren't either you or she destroying the vampire she's standing next to?"
