Back at the cabin lunch is finished now, Nero does the dishes in the kitchen while Gemma is reading the book she brought with her she starts to get tired after a few moments, yawning loudly she lays her head down on the pillow within seconds she's asleep with the book resting on her chest, moments later Nero comes back into the room the sight in front of him stops him in his tracks and he stares at his wife smiling, he walks over quietly to her removing the book from Gemma's chest placing it back on the table he bends down to his wife closing his eyes kissing on her forehead. Nero gently crawls onto the other bed because he doesn't want to wake Gemma switching on the TV turning it down, he finds tries to find something to watch he does he finds an action movie while Gemma continues to nap.

Chapter 14: Maybe A Baby

October 12th Cabin 8am

Gemma sighs to herself then remembers about her pills she yells out to her husband "Nero!" he comes running into the room concerned by her tone "You okay, babe?" Gemma nods "Yeah, I'm fine I just need my pills" he puts his hand to his heart sighing in relief " I'm glad your fine, but you almost gave me a heart attack, Mama" Gemma smiles chuckling "Sorry, will you get my pills for me? they are on the kitchen table" he replies "Sure, be right back" Seconds later he returns with her pills and some juice "Here you go and here's some juice to take with them" She takes the medication from his hand popping them into her mouth washing them down with the juice, groaning as the pills go bitterly down her throat "ugh I hate that part"

Still at the cabin Gemma is still sitting with Nero beside her, he kisses her on her cheek lovingly. Gemma gets up from the bed suggesting "We haven't checked out the beach yet, you want to?" Nero smiles "Sure" With that Gemma walks over to her suitcase opens it up, she bends down slowly to look for her bathing suit she finds after a few seconds, but she's struggling to reach it, Nero notices and comes over to help her "Here you go, Mama" he says handing it her, she smiles "Thanks" Nero replies "You're welcome"

As she stands up a wave of dizziness over comes her "Oh!" she exclaims as Nero rushes over to her

"Baby, you alright?" he asks, holding onto her seeing her unsteady

"I'm dizzy" she says, holding onto him tightly

"Here, let's go sit on the bed for a minute" he suggested

She just nods and they slowly walk over to the bed together and he carefully sits her down

Once on the bed Gemma closes her eyes trying to get the dizziness to subside while Nero continues holding her.

"Do you need to go to the hospital?" he asks after a minute of silence

She shakes her head no "I think it'll pass"

After relaxing for a few minutes her dizziness finally goes away

"Is it gone?" he asks, looking over at her with concern in his eyes

She nods responding "Yeah"

She slowly rises from the bed slowly, Nero stands up with her helping her up, but lets go after a bit

"You okay?" he asks as she walks towards the bathroom to change into her bathing suit with her hand on her back.

"Yeah, baby, I'm fine" she says

"Let me know if you need any help" he says

"I will" she says back

While Gemma's in the bathroom Nero goes into the utility room to turn on the air conditioner; after minutes later she comes out of the room; Nero walks over to her putting his arms around her waist, they grab two towels, their sunglasses and sun tan lotion then step outside and down the stairs as their feet touch the hot sand "Ouch!" they both exclaim in unison both look at each other laughing; the couple set their towels in the sand sit down on them, Gemma rubs the sun tan lotion on her body once finished she hands the bottle to Nero "Here, baby put this on" Nero takes the bottle from her rubbing the lotion on his body while Gemma puts her sunglasses on, then lays down on her towel after a few moments Nero is finished with sun tan lotion when he asks "Babe, can you put some of this on my back?" Gemma replies "Sure" handing the bottle to her she puts some lotion in her hands then starts rubbing the lotion on his back "mmm" he sighs in content, chuckling she continues rubbing on the lotion "There all finished" Nero smiles "Thanks, do you want me to put some on yours?" She nods turning around with her back to him, he puts some lotion in his hands rubbing it onto her back a few seconds later he's finished "Done" She says "Thanks" taking the lotion from him lay it on the towel.

A few minutes later, Gemma decides she wants to go in the water "Come on, baby, join me" She says taking his hand trying to drag him with her "Okay" He replies getting up with her they run into the water, Gemma laughs while Nero splashes her with water she splashes him as he wraps his arms around her body and kisses her on the lips.

9am

An hour later, Gemma and Nero are cooled off now and decide to get out of the water "ooh!" Gemma picks up her towel to dry herself off, Nero sneaks up behind her wrapping his wet body on her she screams "Stop that!" She giggles "You're all wet!" She exclaims; Nero laughs "Sorry, Mama" Nero starts to dry himself off with his towel "I'm gonna go back inside, are you coming?" She asks looking at him, he nods following her once inside she shivers a bit wrapping her arms around her body, she turns to Nero asking "Why is it so cold in here?" Nero replies "I turned on the air conditioner before we left" Gemma replies "Oh okay...well I'm gonna go change out of this bathing suit because I'm cold" Nero asks flirtatiously"You want some help?" walking over to her she smiles back "Sure" he follows her into the bathroom, Nero shuts the door behind him once in there she starts to take off her suit, first the top, then the bottom now naked in front of him, that's when Nero walks wrapping his arms around her cupping her breasts, kissing her neck, she moans his name softly "Nero..." she turns around in his arms kissing him, her tongue slips inside his mouth, their passion heats up, he takes off his boxers gently picking her up putting her against the wall, he trails kisses down her body as she moans loudly, she whispers into his ear "inside me, Nero" he obliges her request gently slipping himself inside her legs automatically come up to his torso, he thrusts into her deeply holding onto the wall for support as Gemma holds onto him whispering "Oh god, baby" she moans loudly as ecstasy takes over her body a few seconds later she climaxes, he gently pulls out of her then put her down kissing her, her breathing is heavy "You know it's so amazing that I always climax with you" Nero holds her in his arms "Yeah, well I guess I'm just that great" She nods agreeing "Yes you are"

Gemma then puts on some clothes; Nero puts on his robe then goes into the kitchen to make them breakfast he decides on something simply toast, he takes four pieces of bread putting them into toaster while waiting for them to get done he goes into the bedroom where Gemma is sitting, she glances at him "Hey" he smiles announcing "Hey yourself, I'm making us some breakfast" Gemma replies "What are you making?" he replies laying on the bed "toast" a few seconds later he gets up from the bed to check on the toast it's now popped up from the toaster, he grabs two plates putting the pieces of toast onto them then he butters them all then grabs two cups from the cupboard pouring orange juice into them leaving his juice and toast on the counter he brings Gemma hers "here you go Mama" handing the plate and juice to her "Thanks" she says thankfully, Nero goes back into the kitchen to get his breakfast bringing it back into the bedroom so he can eat with his wife.

A few moments later the couple is finished with breakfast, Gemma sighs contently looking over at her husband breaks the silence "Baby, when we get back I was thinking we could go for a family photo session, I know I'm pregnant, but I'd still like to do one with you, me and Lucius and maybe we can even do a pregnancy one you know with just you and me, what do you think?" Nero smiles "I think that's a great idea" She smiles leaning over to kiss him "Good"

The couple fall into a comfortable silence for a few minutes then Gemma breaks it "I'm really enjoying this vacation, baby the peace and quiet...I love it I needed this" Nero moves over closer to his wife taking her hand into his kissing it "I'm so glad you're enjoying it, I always want you happy because you deserve it" She chuckles leaning into him continuing to enjoy the time they have together.

Gemma looks at him, he looks at her "What, Mama?" She smiles "I was thinking we could take a bubble bath together you know just to relax" Nero replies "Sure, come on" helping her up from the bed, they walk into the bathroom together she removes her clothes quickly, Nero does the same she goes over to the tub turning on the water making sure it's not too hot or too cold once that's done she sprinkles some bubble bath into the water then steps into the tub, Nero then steps in sitting down, he grabs Gemma's hand pulling her to him, once she sits down she leans back into his body sighing contently she closes her eyes as Nero's hands go to her stomach rubbing it he feels his baby girl moving around "She's moving" She nods "I know" Gemma places her hands over Nero's on her belly they stay in the tub in each others arms making small talk as they continue to enjoy their time alone together.

"Uh oh" she says out of nowhere

"What Mama?" he answers, looking over at her concerned

"I've gotta pee" she states

He sighs heavily "Alright, hang on, I'm comin'"

"I'm sorry, baby" she apologizes

"It's okay, babe you can't help it" he says, getting out of the tub walking around to her side helping her out carefully

They walk back into the cabin together and to the bathroom going inside once there Gemma walks over to the toilet with her husband's help she sits down and pees Nero waits on her to finish after a few moments she finishes and wipes herself he helps her up flushing the toilet

"Ready to go back out there?" he asks, kissing her on the lips

"Yeah" she smiles

With that they walk slowly back out to the hot tub together

12pm

A few hours later, the couple gets out of the tub, Nero steps out first then helps Gemma, Nero hands her a towel to cover herself she walks to where her suit case lays looking for some clothes to wear while Nero just puts on some boxers and leaves his shirt off, Gemma finds some clothes and goes into the bathroom to change minutes later she comes out refreshed "That felt so good, baby" She says places her arms around him "I'm glad, Mama" he kisses her "Do you want some lunch?" Gemma nods rubbing her belly "We could eat" he rubs her belly talking to it "Hey little one, I love you so much" Gemma chuckles lightly slapping his arm "Baby, I love watching you with our baby" Nero smiles "I love her so much already" adding "And you, my love" kissing her forehead "We love you too" She says sitting on the bed, Nero announces "I'm gonna go make us some lunch, what do you want?" Gemma thinks for a few moments although she's not really hungry she knows she has to eat "a hamburger and fries" adding "oh and a pickle, salt and vinegar potato chips and some of that strawberry jello I know the baby loves it" Nero replies amused "Is that all?" She nods, Nero sighs "That means I have to go into town" Gemma nods "Yep, but your daughter is hungry so you have to go" He raises an eyebrow "Oh do I now?, what about you?, aren't you hungry?" She shrugs her shoulders "Not really, but I know I have to eat for her" He walks over to the bed crawling onto it sitting next to her taking her hand rubbing it gently "Yes you do, so I'll go get your food" She whispers "Thank you" he whispers back "You're welcome, I'll take my phone just in case you need to call me" She nods "Okay, I love you" he replies "I love you, too" Nero heads out to get her food while Gemma puts on the headphones she brought with her on her belly putting on classical music for the baby she rubs her belly as the baby moves inside her "Do you like the music little one?" the baby moves again "I guess that's a yes" within a few minutes the baby stops moving "Well you seem to be asleep now" she remarks, smiling.

Just then the door opens, Gemma looks up to see Nero coming in with bags of food "I've come bearing food" he announces, Gemma takes off the headphones turning off the music as says handing her the bags, she looks in them taking out the food "Thank you, babe" he smiles "You're welcome" Nero goes into the kitchen to make himself something to eat while Gemma starts to eat her food he bought her.

"She's asleep now" she let's him know.

He puts his hand to her belly he feels no movement, he smiles, remarking "Mm, she needs it" she nods agreeing.

Nero lifts up her shirt exposing her rounded belly leaning his head down toward it and started talking to his baby girl

""Mija, necesitas dormir, así que quédate así" (Mija, you need your sleep okay so stay that way) he whispers as Gemma smiles lovingly just listening

"Las queremos mucho y no podemos esperar para verte" (We love you so much and can't wait to see you) he continues. Still whispering

"Vas a ser tan hermosa" (You're gonna be so beautiful) he whispers laying his head on her stomach eventually falling asleep while Gemma continues eating.

A few hours later, Gemma is done with lunch now she and Nero are relaxing with a movie and popcorn, Nero looks over at his wife noticing she has fallen asleep he moves her down onto the pillow and covers her up kisses her forehead whispering "Sleep tight Mama, I love you" Switching off the TV he gets up from the bed letting Gemma sleep while he goes upstairs to call Kayla to check in on Lucius he dials her number after a few rings she picks up

"Hey, Nero" She says sitting down on the bed

"Hey, I just want to call to check in on Lucius" Kayla replies mouthing to Lucius "it's your dad"

"He's great, we're having a great time" She says adding "How is your vacation going with Gemma?"

Nero replies pressing his hand on the bed "Great, we'll probably be back tomorrow sometime"

Kayla replies "Okay, I know Lucius will be happy to see you guys, he misses you"

Nero chuckles "I miss him too, see you guys tomorrow"

Kayla replies sighing "See you tomorrow, bye"

Nero replies "Bye, tell Lucius I love him and give him a kiss for me"

Kayla replies picking up a few toys from the floor "I will"

Nero and Kayla both hang up, Nero goes back downstairs to check on Gemma, finding her still asleep he decides to wake her up "Mama wake up" he gently shakes her, she stirs groggily slowly opening her eyes "Hey" She yawns sitting up rubbing her eyes of sleep, he caresses her face "Hey, did you have a good nap?" nodding she asks curiously "Why, did you wake me up? Aren't we on vacation?" Nero explains "Yeah we are, but I just wanted to tell you I called Kayla to check on her and Lucius and they are fine" She glares at him frustrated "You woke me up just for that" Nero replies deadpanned "Well..yeah" Gemma rolls over her on side annoyed "Couldn't you have waited until I woke up?" Nero smiles "No" She laughs slapping his arm lightly, just then a phone rings Gemma looks around asking "Is that yours?" Nero replies "Nah Mama, it's yours" She groans frustrated trying to find her phone as it continues ringing finally she finds it, but throws it down not letting it ring.

Leaning back onto the bed, she and Nero cuddle together, he rubs her thigh sensually as he starts kissing her neck gently biting it leaving his mark, she moans softly; his hands move under her shirt to her bra she removes her shirt throwing it onto the floor as he starts kissing her on the lips passionately his tongue slipping inside, his hand reaches around un clipping her bra removing it to the floor as she quickly removes his shirt it falls to the floor their passion ignites more as Gemma can feel her wetness inside her panties she guides Nero's hands to her jeans he un zips and un buttons them quickly taking them off leaving just her panties to contend with, his hand slips inside them feeling around as Gemma's arousal gets more intense "Nero..." she purrs as his fingers reach her opening she gasps in pleasure as he inserts his two fingers whispers "I wanna taste you, baby" he goes in deeper trying to find a good rhythm with her body he does as her contended moans get louder and her opening gets tighter around him "Oh god, baby!" After hours of love making, Gemma's wore out again by now it's 6pm, she's now down for a little nap; Nero figures their last night in the cabin should be romantic so he decides to make a candlelight dinner for them to enjoy on the deck along with some cider instead of wine since Gemma's pregnant, he starts to put his plan into action, first making the dinner he decides steak, potatoes and corn, then looks around for some candles he finds some in a drawer, he puts them into the candle holder and lights them with a lighter; he quietly tries to find some cider finally after a few minutes of endless searching he finds some taking the bottle out of the cabinet, he reaches for two wine glasses pouring the cider into them placing them onto table, then he waits for the dinner to be done.

While waiting he goes to check on his wife, she's still asleep which he's not surprised about he always tends to tire her out with sex not that she complains nor does he. He gently sits on the bed hoping the movement doesn't wake up Gemma, it doesn't she's sound asleep flipping on the TV he finds something to watch, he finds some movie on that gets his attention about an hour later the ding of the stove goes off that means dinners done, Nero turns off the TV then walks into the kitchen taking out the dinner from the stove, places the food onto the plates, he grabs silverware from the drawer, he walks out to the deck putting the plates down onto it then walks back in for the glasses of cider and the candles then goes to wake up Gemma crawling over to the bed he gently shakes her whispering "Babe wake up, dinner's ready" she opens her eyes stirring, she groans letting Nero help her up from the bed as he guides her out to the deck, she gasps in surprise at seeing the scene "Oh my god, baby did you do this?" he smiles "Yeah I did, I thought our last night here should be romantic" She smiles at him kissing him on his lips whispering "Thank you, this is so sweet" he pulls out her chair for her as she sits down, he sits down in his "I poured us some cider since you can't have any alcohol" She replies happily "Thanks" he takes her hand kissing the top of it "You're welcome, I love you" Gemma sniffles replying back "I love you too, Nero" With that they start to eat just enjoying each others company and the dinner, Gemma breaks the silence commenting"this is so romantic, I love it , thank you for making our finale night here special" he smiles "You're welcome Mama, you deserve all of it"

After another hour they are finished with dinner, Nero takes their plates and glasses into the kitchen placing them into the sink where he washes them after a few minutes the dishes are all washed, he puts them on the drying rack then he goes back outside where he finds Gemma sitting on the swing he takes a seat beside her she lays her head on his shoulder as his hand caresses her face gently "This is nice" She comments as the cool air hits her, he agrees "Yeah it is" they swing for a bit, Gemma closes her eyes letting the breeze take over, the couple continues sitting there enjoying the scene together as they watch the sun go down.

9pm

A half hour later, Gemma starts getting tired, she gets up from the swing extending her hand out to her husband "Come on, Esse, I'm ready for bed, I'm tired" she yawns as Nero gets up from the swing taking her hand "Let's go to bed" he announces with that said they head back inside put on their clothes for the night and crawl into the bed on each of their sides, Gemma lays down on her pillow while Nero moves over close to her putting his hand on her belly kissing it "Night, night baby girl" adding "Good night to you too, Mama" he kisses her on the lips "Good night, baby, I love you" she whispers, he whispers back "I love you too" She turns over onto her side as Nero moves closer to her wrapping his arms around her waist, Gemma quickly drifts off to a peaceful slumber with Nero following seconds later.

Morning – Cabin October 13th 10am

The next morning, Gemma and Nero are already up starting to pack up their things to leave the cabin, they are helping each other. An hour later everything is all packed. Gemma walks into the kitchen to make herself some breakfast, she yells out "Baby, you want some breakfast?" Nero yells from the other room "Nah Mama, I'm good" taking a breath she starts on her breakfast making herself some a bagel with cream cheese and orange juice to drink just then she feels a pair of hands around her waist kissing her neck she moans in content "mmm hey, baby" he smiles replying "Hey, need some help?" Gemma nods her head back and forth "No, I've got it" letting her go he announces "I'm gonna call Kayla and check on Lucius gonna tell her we'll be home soon" Gemma turns around and smiles "Okay" She continues spreading the cream cheese on her bagels then starts to eat them drinking her juice in between.

A few moments later Gemma has finished her breakfast, she sighs walking over to the bed to sit down, she put her hand on her stomach rubbing it whispering "Hey baby, I love you so much, can't wait to see you, your daddy loves you too" Gemma looks up to see Nero looking at her "Hey Mama" he crawls onto the bed laying down gently rubbing her thigh "I called Kayla and Lucius they are doing fine, I told them we'd be home soon" She smiles putting her hand on top of his rubbing it "Okay well let's go" Nero gets up from the bed helping Gemma up she walks over grabbing her suitcase putting the strap on her shoulder, Nero walks to pick up his suitcase putting it onto this shoulder; Nero walks into the bathroom to get their brushes, shampoo, Gemma's make up etc, he walks over to Gemma handling her the bag she carries it with her as they head out to the car with all their things as she hands Nero's her bag and suitcase to put in the car then he put his bags in the car.

1pm

Back at the cabin, Gemma and Nero are in the car heading back home to Charming, both look at the cabin one last time "Well back to the real world now" Gemma announces, Nero nods "Yeah, I'm gonna miss this place" Gemma smiles agreeing "Me too, baby" As they are heading for home it starts raining Nero suddenly stops the car, Gemma looks at her husband confused "Baby, what are you doing?" she takes off her seat belt he grabs her hand they get out of the car Nero walks them into the woods then stops looking at her intensely she swallows as he starts kissing her passionately his tongue quickly slips into her mouth, she moans "We shouldn't have stopped" he whispers "Yeah" she rips off of his shirt and pants as he gently lays her on the ground getting on top of her, her shirt comes off so does her bra exposing her breasts, Nero sucks on them as she moans loudly "Oh god!" he trails kisses down her body as his hands take off her jeans then her panties in one quick movement Nero is on top of her his hard erect member slapping the inside of her thighs she whispers "Baby..." he whispers "I know" his boxers come off and he slip himself inside of her, moaning intensely as each other thrusts goes deeper inside her "I love you, Nero" she whispers holding him close to her as he whispers back "I love you too, Gem" after a few minute they climax together, Gemma shivers remarking "Maybe this was a bad idea" he chuckles "Maybe it was" they put their clothes back on and head to the car once again.

After another hour they arrive home, Gemma takes off her seat beat and steps out of the car, she starts to get her suitcase, but Nero stops her "I'll get it Mama, you go in and relax" She kisses him "Thank you, I'm so lucky to have you" She walks into the house calling out "Kayla, Lucius!" Kayla yells back "We're in here, Gemma!" Gemma walks into Lucius's room smiling "Hey you two, we're home" She comes over to the bed sitting down on the edge patting Lucius's leg "Hey baby, how are you doing?" he smiles "Good, Kayla's reading me a story, where's my dad?" Gemma replies "he's bringing our things in from the car" Lucius replies "Oh okay" Kayla speaks up "So, did you guys have a good vacation?" Gemma nods "Oh yeah it was amazing, we definitely took advantage of all the peace and quiet" Kayla smiles "I'm so glad you two had a great time, but so happy your back...pausing a bit Kayla asks curiously "why are your clothes wet?" Gemma smirks replying in general terms "Well, let's just say we got carried away coming back to Charming"

Seconds later the back door slams shut in comes Nero with some of their things in his hands he carries them to their bedroom dropping them onto the floor making Gemma jump placing her hand on her stomach "I'm gonna go check on your dad" Kayla jumps up to help Gemma from the bed "Thanks, sweetheart" Kayla smiles "you're welcome, it's gotta be hard getting up being pregnant" nodding as she continues walking into their bedroom "Hey, baby" she says as he smiles up at her in the doorway with her manicured hands on her rounded stomach "Hey" he stands up walking over to her kissing her on the lips, rubbing her belly she giggles he leads her over to the bed where she moves over to the pillow leaning her head onto it, closing her eyes as she feels Nero taking off her shoes then rubbing her feet she moans in content at sensation "That feels so good, babe" he continues his work while Gemma lays there enjoying it.

Meanwhile over at the clubhouse Wendy and Jax are playing with Abel in the room playing with him on the floor.

A Few Days Later: Photography Center - October 18th 2pm

Gemma and Nero are driving to the photography place with Lucius in the backseat; Gemma is talking with him.

"So baby, are you excited about taking our family picture?" She asks turning to face him.

He replies happily "Yeah!"

After a few minutes Nero pulls into the place, Nero gets out of the car going around to Gemma's side helping her out then gets Lucius helping him. Gemma takes the boy's hand into hers as Nero goes to the other side of his son holding his other hand as they help him walk into the place moments later the family opens the door looking around that's when a young woman named Molly walks over to them "Can I help you?" She asks looking at the family; Nero speaks up "We have an appointment for a family photo shoot, the name's Padilla" Molly smiles in recognition "Oh yes of course, follow me" She motions as they follow close behind stopping once they get to the where photos are taken, Molly turns to speak to the couple "Okay you two would you like to start off with a photo of just the two of you? or all 3?"

Gemma who is sitting in a chair looks to Nero who shrugs his shoulder who is helping Lucius sit down in a chair next to Gemma, she turns back to Molly "It doesn't matter to us" the young woman nods "Okay well why don't I do the two of you first, Nero you stand over here" She says pointing to the corner where she wants the older man to stand, he does turning to Gemma the young woman says "Gemma, you go stand over by Nero" the young woman helps Gemma up from the chair "Thanks" She smiles as she walks over to Nero they turn sideways gazing into each others eyes smiling brightly as the flash of the camera clicks taking the photo, then Nero puts his arms around Gemma's waist holding her stomach while camera flashes once again after a few more photos of them together they bring over Lucius and all 3 of them get their photo taken with Gemma and Nero bending down to Lucius's level.

At the clubhouse Abel is taking a nap in the room in the middle of the bed while Jax and Wendy are talking quietly among themselves the two decide to go elsewhere so they talk louder before leaving though Wendy covers Abel up kissing him on his forehead whispering "Night baby" She follows Jax outside in the hallway Wendy puts up her hands asking "Where to?" Jax takes her hand in his and together they go into another room down the hallway sitting down on the bed they continue to talk until she kisses him on the lips he kisses back slipping his tongue inside her mouth as their passionate heat gets the best of them; Jax gently pushes her down into the bed, taking off her shirt it lands somewhere on the floor as he unzips his pants and takes off his underwear while Wendy throws off her jeans leaving her panties on, Jax quickly rips them off getting on top of her she feels his hard member against the inside of her thighs as he slips inside of her, gasping a bit as he thrusts himself in her "Oh god, Jax don't stop" she moans softly.

Back at the photo place Gemma, Nero and Lucius are done taking the photos they've paid for them, Molly hands them the developed photos "Here you go, guys" The couple smiles as they look at the photos "Wow these are great, baby" Gemma comments as Nero looks at them with her "Yeah they are" They head back out to the car with Lucius when Gemma stops in her tracks clutching her stomach groaning "Oh!" Nero looks at her concerned asking "Mama you okay?" she shakes her head no, trying to stay calm in front of his son and Gemma he replies "Okay hang on, let me call Kayla to come get Lucius" Staying calm for his son and his wife he quickly dials Kayla's number after the first ring she picks up "Hello" Nero replies "Hey Kayla, it's Nero I've gotta take Gemma to the hospital can you come get Lucius and take him with you?" Kayla asks concerned "Is she okay?" Nero takes a breath "I don't think so" Kayla replies getting her coat and purse "Okay, I'll be right there, where are you?" She asks "Outside at the photo place we were getting professional photos taken" Kayla responds "Alright I know where that is, see you in a few" Nero replies "Thanks, please hurry, bye" the younger woman replies "I will, bye"

While waiting for Kayla to arrive Nero tries his best to keep himself and Gemma calm although she's in pain "Babe, do you think you're in labor?" by this point Gemma's in so much pain she can't even talk, her breathing is heavy Nero reminds her whispering into her ear "You've gotta stay calm for Lucius" She just nods moments later Kayla arrives "Hey kiddo" greeting Lucius he smiles "Are you ready to go back with me?" he responds "Yeah, dad is Gemma gonna be okay?" he asks sadly, Nero walks over to him bending down to his level "I think so, Mijo you go with Kayla now okay and I'll see you later" he kisses his son on his forehead, Kayla takes his hand and they head to her car back to her apartment once the car is out of sight, Nero turns his attention back to his wife "Mama, let me help you to the car" they walk slowly to the car with Nero helping her in and putting on her seat belt, he races around the drivers side door opening it then getting in putting on his seat belt, they head to the hospital.

St. Thomas Hospital – October 18th 3pm

As Nero drives to the hospital, he notices Gemma gasping in pain "I think I'm in labor!" she exclaims; Nero holds her hand as he continues to drive "Hold on, Mama we'll be there a few minutes" Another surge of pain grips Gemma "Oh!" she squeezes Nero's hand as the pain gets more intense "uh babe, that's my hand your squeezing" he exclaims as she lets go saying "sorry" minutes later they arrive at the hospital; Nero jumps out of the car going around to Gemma's side he helps her out of the car wrapping his arms around he guides her slowly into the hospital "Oh!" she gasps "I gotta sit down" Nero nods "Okay hang on" Nero runs up to the receptionist Shelly whose filling out paperwork at the desk "Can I help you, sir?" She asks looking up at him "Yeah, my wife Gemma I think she's in labor" Shelly quickly gets up from the chair rushing over to Gemma who is bent over in pain "Gemma, are you having contractions?" nodding "I think so" the younger woman responds with her next question "Okay, how far along are you?" gasping as another contraction comes she whispers "27 weeks, my contractions are five minutes apart" Hearing that Shelly runs to get a wheelchair quickly returning to the couple she gently sits Gemma into it, the three rush Gemma up to the O.B. floor inside Nero's really hoping she's not in labor though because he doesn't want this baby coming earlier than it should.
