This Dramione drabble is written for the one and only Hope! Thank you for choosing Slytherin!

Hermione sighed deeply with her head bent down as she thought through everything that was going wrong. This was all a lot more stressful than she had ever considered it would be. There were sometimes she wanted to throw the towel in, but even she knew she was too stubborn for that.

She would continue. Even if it killed her.

Another deep breath to fill her lungs with fresh air changed. There was a scent of strong chocolate. She sniffed the air before opening her eyes, looking up, and catching the eyes of Draco. A smile made its way to her face as she saw the mug in his hand, very likely the cause of the chocolatey smell.

"Hot chocolate?" he offered, placing the blue mug onto her desk.

"Thank you," she replied, clasping both of her hands around the piping hot mug. "This is impossible."

Draco moved closer and leant against her desk. "Nothing's impossible, Hermione. You taught me that."

She looked up at him, her brown eyes meeting his blue ones. "It's been rejected four times, and that was after more than a year of getting it considered for approval." Hermione let out a frustrated sigh. "There's no reason for it being rejected apart from discrimination against house-elves. And everything else that isn't a Wizard."

"Let me help."

"It's not your battle."

"You're my wife, I share your battles."

Hermione looked up at him again, a soft smile on his lips. How did he always know the right thing to say? Her initial idea about not wanting to use the status or position of her husband to help get anything approved was more out of the determination to prove she could do it on her own. However, it wasn't her life she was trying to make better, it was that of the house-elves.

She nodded her head lightly and felt his hand on her shoulder. "How can I help?"

That was a complicated question for her to answer, she wasn't sure specifically what would be best currently.

With her hands still clasped around her mug, she stood up. "How about we enjoy our weekend and focus on this on Monday, instead."

A genuine smile made its way to his face at her words. "That's a great idea."

Hermione took his free hand and led him away from her home office. "How about a picnic, it's a great day."

"Perfect."
