Savannah groaned, waking up and frowning; she missed her home in Greendale. She noticed Jason's face and could tell he was having the time of his life.
Stephen woke up, still in a stormy mood after last night. He didn't care that it was New Year's Day. Not one bit.
Haiku had made him a special breakfast for his awards celebration day. He tearfully ate and just got in the shower, crying.
Meanwhile, Lucy made Luke a special breakfast for his awards. Luke ate it, but still felt horrible for Stephen. He didn't want to celebrate his own awards.
"We got an award! We got an award!" Kat and Ana chanted.
Luna and Luan brought Shane his breakfast. Shane ate every bite, then saw Luke shedding tears as he was feeling like a bad friend.
"You're not a bad friend. Besides, he should be there for you. You have way more awards." Lucy says. Luke finally snapped after she said that and stormed out.
"Maybe you should learn that Luke was humble about his award victories and actually cares about someone else for once!" Shane says.
"Awesome achievement." Ana says.
"We gotta party!" Kat says as they rush off.
Later, Dr. Crygor was thinking about taking Penny out for ice cream and saw the mortician club decorating for Stephen.
Stephen was at home, boxing up all his baking awards.
"Underappreciated. Thankless. Uncaring. The list just goes on and on and ON!" Stephen sobbed. "After all the work I did for them, they still don't care about Stephen Meyers, baker extraordinaire!"
His parents felt bad for him. They held him as he felt heartbroken, hurt, and very upset with his friends. They could feel him shattering inside.
Meanwhile, Haiku baked a cake for him. She hated to see her cousin upset.
"The balloons and stuff are up." Lucy says.
"He doesn't like dark stuff! Don't you know him at all?!" Haiku says.
Lucy frowned. "Just because I'm Luke's sister doesn't mean I know his friends." Lucy says
Haiku hung up the right balloons.
Stephen felt shattered and just laid on his bed all day. He held the promotional copy of his new dessert cookbook in his arms and laid there, shedding tears and ranting.
Meanwhile, Oliver came down to see Brandy's friends lying down, depressed and homesick.
"Poor Sabrina…" emila says
Gabriel was packing boxes.
"What's going on?" Bill asked.
"We're moving back into our old house, which is a few houses down from this one." Gabriel says. The Fox quints looked excited about this. "I bought it back from the people who were staying in it before."
Emma tears up and clings to Pam. "Please don't go!" She sobbed.
"We're not going to be too far from you. I thought Skylia told you this." Gabriel says.
"She never tells us anything." Alem tuber says.
"So, the divorce is happening? Because these are signs towards a divorce. Husband and wife constantly avoiding each other and now having separate houses." Bill says, shattering Emma's heart more and more.
"Maybe we should go back to Greendale." Alem tuber says.
Gabriel was now on the phone with the We-Haul-It moving company to arrange dates for the moving to the Foxes' old place.
Emma ran to her room, sobbing. She wouldn't have a sister anymore. It was back to the small, boring family who was barely around. She cried hard.
Meanwhile, Haiku blindfolded Stephen and was leading him to the party she and her friends set up.
"Haiku, I'm not in the mood…" Stephen sniffed.
She soon took off the blindfold.
"Surprise." The goths say as they are trying to show their best emotions.
He looks around at the party at his favorite restaurant. There were balloons, cake, gifts, and food. Stephen looked down.
"Here, you can open my gift." Haiku says. He sadly opened it. It was a new apron for baking. He slightly smiled.
"Thanks…" Stephen sighed.
After a bit Luke came in. "Okay, Stephen, you're in for a big surprise." he says and took Stephen away.
"You have some nerve…" Haiku growled "I'm trying to make my cousin happy!"
Luke took him to Dave & Buster's and took off the blindfold.
"Ta-da!" he says as confetti fell on Stephen. All his friends came out as Stephen was shocked.
"See? We do care about you!" Luke says.
Meanwhile Penny, Kat, and Ana was in diamond city eating ice cream
"We won an award, we won an award!" Kat and Ana chanted.
"Shut up!" Wario says. Kat and Ana keep chanting as he grabbed them.
"We won an award, we won an award!" They chanted more as Wario was seeing red. But Mona walked up to Wario and made him put the twins down.
"We won an award, we won an awa-" They say.
"Shut up already!" Mona snapped as Kat and Ana began to whimper. They ran out of the store, crying. Mugman saw this and frowned with disapproval.
"Kat, Ana, I'm sorry!" Mona says, but they had gone home to the manor.
"Is this because we came?" Bill asked.
"No, no, me and the quints had been talking about moving back to our old place for some time. This has nothing to do with any of you." Gabriel says. "The quints started to miss their old rooms and whatnot and we had talked about going back to the old house since our last trip to visit their aunt and uncle."
"Do you and Mommy still love each other?" Emma asked.
"We love each other very much, Emma. But, me and the quints won't be moving far. Just a few houses away." Gabriel says. "Your mother should have told you that we weren't moving away from Royal Woods."
"It's nice that you guys get to go home. Maybe we should go to our old home." Alem tuber says.
"We can't, we're not allowed there! If we show up, we're dead!" Emila snapped.
"I like it here" Jason says as Emila shot a glare at him.
"Why don't you just kiss Luke already and shut up! You only stayed for your siblings. Why are you even part of our team?!" Emila shouted as Gabriel used a spell to shut her mouth.
"Maybe we shouldn't be heroes." Jason says.
"Jason, wait!" Savannah says as he left to go to his house he had here.
Emila used a magic pencil to draw her mouth back.
"Good, because I quit, too!" Emila says, leaving.
"Emila!" Savannah says as Emila teleported to the swamplands.
"That does it! We're taking Gem down!" Alem tuber says.
Meanwhile, Stephen's party began with dancing as Stephen just sat alone. Since Lonnie dumped him on Halloween, he had been single.
Melissa decided to dance with him as Melony was in the corner. Melissa could see he felt hurt.
"It's okay. I'm sure you'll find a girl who loves you for you. You really are a brilliant baker." Melissa says to Stephen.
He smiled a bit. Melony covered her ears at all the mushy romance stuff.
Meanwhile, Kat and Ana ran home sobbing as Charity picked them up and held them.
"Mona yelled at us!" They sob.
"I heard, and it wasn't very nice." Charity says, comforting the twins. "I know you girls were excited. Don't worry."
Mona felt really bad after leaving her job as she got fired and her parents would be livid.
Mugman couldn't believe Mona was disrespectful to the twins.
"Well, she did have a temper in the past." Cuphead says.
"That didn't excuse her from screaming at those twins like that." Mugman says. "The sight of those girls being sad nearly broke my heart."
"Mugman, I need your help. I need you to help me decorate a party for Kat and Ana." Mona says.
"You squashed their excitement and you really hurt them." Mugman says.
"I know. I need to make things right." Mona says.
With Kat and Ana, they were sniffling and putting their trophy in the trash. But Charity grabbed the trophy and put it in their trophy case instead.
Sharon and Lance came home from their yoga retreat.
Shelby and Shiloh ran to hug them. "My babies!" Sharon says, hugging them.
"Where's your brother?" Lance asked.
"At a party." Luan says as confetti falls. There were decorations and a big Welcome Back banner.
"Surprise!" Shane says with a smile. Sharon ran up and hugged Shane.
"Son, did you plan all this?" Lance asked.
"No, I was with Luke, trying to plan Stephen's party. But I then remembered you were coming home today." Shane says
"We helped, but never mind, we're just annoying " Kat says.
"You girls are in no way annoying. We missed you, too." Sharon says as the twins hugged her.
Meanwhile, Stephen sees the new spatula Luke got him and smiles.
"Thank you." Stephen says.
"No problem. Oh, my aunt and uncle are back." Luke says.
"Uncle and auntie are back?" Lucy asked.
"You can go." Haiku sighed as Lucy ran home.
"Oh, they're my best clients. They buy my healthy stuff like the lemon poppyseed muffins and my homemade granola bars for their health club." Stephen says, remembering when they first came to his bakery because they were needing healthy treats to make their clients happy.
"We're celebrating their return." Lucy says.
She arrived home and saw the party going on. Sharon and Lance were talking about their yoga retreat.
"Oh, we have something to give you!" Shelby says and gets the award they won.
"It's beautiful." Lance says.
"This is an honor!" Sharon says with a smile. "Why did we win this?"
Shelby explained.
"Hardest Working Citizens?" Lance asked. "Amazing!"
Meanwhile, Kat and Ana arrive at the park to see a big party for them.
"Surprise!" Everyone says as the twins sniff.
"I'm so sorry!" Mona says " I'm really sorry…"
They look at her. "We forgive you." They say.
The party began as Penny wondered where Shane was.
With Stephen, Haiku got him a scrapbook of his best cakes. He didn't know what to say.
"I love it!" He says.
Oliver and the Foxes had a performance ready and performed for him as he smiled.
Penny arrived to see Shane talking to his parents.
"Hey, Penny. Why not move in at this point?" Lisa says.
"Sorry, I get homesick easily." Penny says.
"Shoot." Lisa says, grumbling. She wanted someone like Penny around.
Stephen sees everyone dancing.
"I don't have feelings for you, Melissa." he says.
"I know. You just seemed lonely." Melissa says.
Meanwhile, Kat And Ana see Mugman and Mona leaving with everyone, shutting their excitement down.
"Let's go to our old village." Kat says as they arrive at the iga clan village as people were surprised to see them after so long.
"They're back!" one of them says as they begin throwing a feast for the twins. They drool at the sight of this.
The rest of the Warioware crew arrived at Luke's house, same with Luke's friends and Stephen, too.
"So much for my party..." Stephen says.
Lance and Sharon had knowing smiles on their faces as Shane emerged with a cake that had Stephen's face on it in icing.
"I love it…" Stephen says.
"We're so proud of you, Stephen!" Everyone says.
They began to sing as Stephen wished he, Garrett, and Remy could win ANH and blew the 15 trophy-shaped candles out.
Everyone cheered for him.
Later, Penny arrives home as she was stunned to see an ice cream sundae in her honor. "Awww, thank you, Grandpa!" Penny says.
"You're welcome." Dr. Crygor says and opens his eyes. She was gone with the ice cream.
He sighed. "She's growing up so fast…" he says, looking down and feeling lonely.
Kat and Ana storm past the Warioware crew, really upset. They go to their room and get their things and jump in the sewers.
"What just happened?" 5-Volt asked.
"We ditched their party for Shane." Penny says.
Kat and Ana arrive at their village and look heartbroken.
"Come on, Ana, let's get some sleep." Kat says.
"Um, okay." Ana says, scared of sleeping outside the manor.
