On the 4th, Beau made birthday pancakes for Tina.

"Thanks, brother." she says. "You've made my day. Oh, I'm going to be off. I know you have plans today." Tina says, kissing his head.

Charity was stirring. Kat and Ana hadn't been back and that was because Mugman was still at the manor and where Mugman goes, Mona goes.

Kat and Ana sighed as ANH was supposed to return on the 9th. The village was kind to them.

"I wanna go home." Ana says.

"No!" Kat says.

"But I'm homesick!" Ana sobbed.

"No, stop, ninjas never cry. Not in the village." Kat says, stopping Ana from crying. But it was no use.

Kat heard footsteps and decided to knock Ana out. The footsteps stop.

Kat sighed in relief. But she saw that she hurt Ana.

"She's going to be fine…" Kat told herself.

Meanwhile, everyone else was at Warioware.

"Where are Kat and Ana?" Lulu asked.

"They ran off to their village." Mona says.

"I have an idea on how to get them home." Ashley says.

"Don't curse them." Penny says as Ashley grumbled

Shane arrived with flowers for Penny.

"Shane, what brings you here?!" Penny asked.

Wario grumbled.

"I came to give you these." Shane says as Penny kissed him. "And I was hoping you and I could go to dinner tonight."

"Sure." Penny says.

"I'm taking you to this nice restaurant called El Chemistri." Shane says. "It's a restaurant that serves up food in many scientific ways. I think you will love it just as much as me."

Penny squealed and hugged Shane.

"Okay, back to work…" Wario grumbled.

Penny stuck her tongue out at him before shoving it down Shane's throat. Shane moaned in ecstasy.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Mona says "Kids are in here!"

"Oh, sorry." Penny says, embarrassed as she pulled Shane into her lab and closed the door, where they continued to make out.

Meanwhile, Ana woke up. She had a bump.

"What? Ow, it hurts" Ana says as Kat stops her from crying.

"Listen, the chief is hosting a meeting. We gotta attend." Kat says.

She took Ana outside. But it was very clear that Ana never wanted to come back here.

"We don't got a choice, Ana!" Kat says.

"Well, I do! You hurt me just to keep me quiet! And when Miss Charity finds out that you hurt me and dragged me back here, you're gonna be very sorry!" Ana finally snapped.

"She cried?" The chief says as Kat grabbed Ana and ran to Warioware as fast as they could.

Ninjas landed as Kat got ready.

"I don't wanna die!" Ana sobbed.

"And I don't wanna face those jerks who ditched us." Kat says as she leaped up only to get tossed into Wario's office.

"Kat!" Everyone says.

"Get away from me, you jerks!" Kat screamed.

Ana was whimpering and very close to confessing to everything Kat was going to do to her.

"You guys broke Ana's heart for the last time. First Luke, now this!" Kat screamed as Ana shook. Ana then started confessing everything.

"Kat dragged you back there because we ditched your party?" Mona asked, realizing Kat did what she did because she was afraid they would hurt Ana. But Ana was the one who ended up hurt.

"I don't trust any of you. I quit!" Kat says and runs home since Mona and Penny weren't at the manor. 5-Volt held Ana and rubbed her back.

"We're really sorry for making you sad, Ana." 5-Volt says.

Ana pushed 5-Volt away and ran home, crying.

When Charity found out what Kat did, she got grounded, but not fully punished. Ana sniffed as Sharon gave her an oatmeal bath.

"I'm allergic to oatmeal!" Ana sobbed.

"Sweetie, you're itching from the spots on your body. You have chicken pox." Sharon says.

Ana was surprised, then thinks that 9-Volt must have given it to her.

She turned green. Her village forced her to eat meat. Lance grabbed a bucket as Ana threw up into it, and while she did that, Sharon called the doctor.

Kat felt bad. "Ana, I'm so sorry…" Kat says.

"Do you even know that she ingested meat when you should have known that she was a vegetarian?!" Shane says to Kat.

"We ate separately." Kat says, but wasn't aware that Ana was given meat and had been forced to eat it.

Ana was shaking as Lance got her into some clean pajamas and held her head over the toilet as she threw up three more times.

Charity sternly tells Luke to not have anyone over tonight. Ana was sick and she didn't need anyone else catching Ana's chicken pox, not to mention Ana was still feeling the after-effects of eating more than enough meat to severely tear up her insides.

Kat was sent to her room after dinner that night to think about what she did.

"Ana…" Kat says. "I'm really sorry…"

Ana was laying in her bed and shaking. Kat tries to hug her, but Ana screams for Sharon.

"Sweetie, what happened? Do you need more ginger ale? Or clean sheets?" Sharon asked.

Ana shows her bump that Kat gave her a few days ago as Sharon gasped. Due to a lack of care, it was getting worse. Charity had come up to look as well. She ended up calling Dr. Santiago to make a house call.

Kat was heartbroken, seeing her twin was scared of her. It also hurt to see her sick and hurting. The siblings could hear the drama.

Ana shook as Maria examined her. There was an open wound on her foot and scars on the back of her ear that Kat never noticed. The bump on her head was also examined by Maria.

"It hurts…" Ana whimpered.

"I know, sweetheart. It's all right." Sharon says.

"So what can you tell us, Dr. Santiago?" Charity asked.

"She has mold poisoning due to sleeping on the floor so much and her bump needs to be taken care of. I need to get her to a hospital bed straight away." Maria says as she calls an ambulance.

The siblings gasped. Kat sniffed, beginning to cry and actually feeling regretful.

"I'm so s-sorry…" she sobbed as Leni tried to comfort Kat. The ambulance soon arrived as Ana was taken to Royal Woods General Hospital, where Maria worked.

Ana was shaking as she started to pee on herself and cried, embarrassed and unable to control her bladder. Maria was very concerned when she found this out.

"I'm not potty trained…" Ana sniffed. "I never learned how to use the toilet. My father just slapped me and told me to go to the woods."

"We'll get you to the hospital and get you cleaned up, then I'll toilet-train you." Maria assured her.

They soon arrive as blood leaked out of Ana's foot. Ana couldn't breathe right. Maria carried her into the hospital and got her to a room. Nurses made quick work of her foot wound after Ana was settled down enough.

"She has mold poisoning." Maria says.

Charity gasped. She was furious with the way Kat had treated Ana. Ana was severely sick and it was all her fault.

Kat was at home, feeling really guilty. She was scared of losing Ana.

"Why does she have mold poisoning?" Leni asked.

"Because we had the worst room." Kat sniffed.

"Are you sick?" Leni asked, knowing Kat tended to sleep in the woods or on the floor.

"It was a ninja tradition. We all had to do it. I only hit Ana because crying isn't allowed in our village." Kat sniffed.

At the hospital, Ana shook.

"I need to…" She said and blushed, crying as the fluids rushed out of her. She peed again as Maria then took her to the bathroom.

She cleaned Ana up as Ana screams. Maria then starts to toilet-train her.

At home…

"So your not potty trained?" Leni asked

"No!" Kat screamed. "Excuse me for having a dad who slapped me for not going in the woods!" Kat says.

Later, Kat arrived at the village wanting payback for what they did

She used a fire flower and began to make clones. They shot flames at the ninjas as they dodged. Fire Kat attacked a few ninjas. "You got my sister sick!" She screamed as the chief kicked her down. The village was on fire.

Ninja kids was shaking as The chief grabbed Kat and kicked her so powerful she spat out blood and blacked out.

"Ana, I'm sorry…" Kat groaned as her body ached.

Later, Ana was sleeping.

Kat arrived. "Ana, I'm so sorry!" Kat sobbed as she attempted to try and hug Ana. Ana shook in her sleep as sweat was pouring down her head. Kat didn't leave her side.
