"Ragnar can you run to the corner store for some groceries?" A woman asked from downstairs in two story home towards her son's room. Her son is Ragnar Lotvall, seventeen with fair skin and black wavy hair on his head with blue eyes while being dressed in simple jeans and a tank top as he sat on his bed while playing on his phone.

Your mother asked you to pick up some supplies from the corner store. That's it.
Objective 1: Obtain the shopping list and money from your mother.
Objective 2: Go to the corner store and pick up the supplies.

Ragnar simply closed his eyes with a sigh before he hit the accept button.
"I'm coming down." Ragnar said loudly before putting on a simple T-shirt before going downstairs to get the list, money and his shoes before he headed out of the house and started walking towards the nearby store in deep thought.
Two weeks ago, Ragnar woke up to a light blue tinted videogame style message and ever since then, his life has basically become that of an RPG protagonist. Granted there are a lot of super powered individuals in the world, but Ragnar couldn't exactly say that having videogame powers was something that he wished for…Well. Not publicly anyway.
The trip was short and boring as expected. Ragnar returned to his home and handed his mother the bags and left over cash before returning to his room where he promptly laid down on his bed with a groan before he heard an alert ring in his ears.

Ragnar simply sighed before he decided to sleep early without dinner since thinking about this bizarre power quickly gave him a headache.
2nd of February/2024
"Alright class. Who can solve this formula?" The math teacher asked the class before Ragnar raised his hand.
"The answer is 32 over 'X'."
"Correct." The teacher replied easily enough before moving onto the next question while Ragnar let thought about how difficult these school subjects used to be before he got this power and had his mental and physical abilities slightly changed.
Ragnar carefully lifted his math book in front of his face before he gave into curiosity and mental thought of somehow summoning a status screen for himself and surprisingly the screen appeared before him.

Ragnar was slightly amazed at seeing an actual videogame themed status sheet about him along with a 3D image of him next to it with empty armor slots except for his clothing. Apparently, armor can be worn over clothing or any clothing item that remains within the first layer of equipment instead of the second layer that acted as placement for armor.
Ragnar looked at his stats and experimentally touched each one to see a description of each stat as well as noticing that nobody else seemed to see the screen in front of him.
STR aka Strength determines how much he can lift along with his standard punching power and body strength.
PER aka Perception covers his senses in all respects. It also manipulates his balance, the effects of Buffs and things like that.
END aka Endurance covers his body's natural defenses along with his health and AP which stood for action points or stamina in simple terms.
CHA aka Charisma is a bit self-explanatory. And it irked Ragnar that his charisma was low since a six-point array seemed to be the natural standard for someone who didn't work out or anything.
INT aka Intelligence covers mental strength and thinking ability along with any specific knowledge that Ragnar would need.
AGI aka Agility determined his movement speed, flexibility, energy recovering speed and other things around the idea of speed and flexible movements.
LUK aka Luck determines how lucky Ragnar is and it didn't elaborate much on that.
Perks were the important things because they seemed to be what allows Ragnar to enhance his abilities or his core stats apparently since he had the option to enhance one of his basic stats since he had a perk point available to him. Ragnar decided to use his perk point now and see what would happen if he enhanced his mind a bit more.

Ragnar didn't feel particularly smarter or anything and simply focused on dismissing the game screen and returned to his studies while glancing over at his crush a bit.
A red headed girl by the name of Julie Power. The two of them were fast friends but Ragnar knew that the girl meant something to him in a romantic sense and he wanted to try and see if she felt the same, but Ragnar's insecurities stopped him from saying anything.
Soon the school bell rang, and math class was dismissed. Ragnar's next class was gym and despite what his stats suggested from a visual standpoint. Ragnar was very much out of shape compared to some of the jocks and athletes of the school.
Flash Thompson was one of the jocks who enjoyed being the bully, and sadly he took the time to bully Ragnar and Peter Parker about how they both came in last during today's physical fitness test.
The worst part was that some of the girls in the class laughed at his insulting jokes and tried to cling to him and the other mean jocks, but Julie and Mary Jane where two of the girls who disliked Flash and the mean boys and girls.
The group of four friends banded together and soon reunited at lunch where they were joined by Julie's brother Alex and Peter's childhood friend Harry Osborn.
The day seemed like another ordinary day for Ragnar despite his weird powers and he didn't know how to feel about it. He knew that he should do something with these powers, but he didn't know what, and that question bothered him for the rest of the day.

A/N: Yeah, another new story, sue me and this story is going to be more RPG style compared to the normal Gamer stories. Hint…This story was inspired by the Fallout series. And some lore videos and character build videos for the Fallout Games.
