Total Drama Island With Gen 2 and 3 is being cancelled.
It was a tough decision that I have thought about for a while. But I've simply lost interest in it. Plus, I have other projects I'd like to focus on. (Which rest assured, I am not giving up on.) However, I figured it would be fair to tell you how things would've played out had things continued.
Paintball Deer Hunter: Cameron unfortunately suffers Cody's fate and gets eliminated, though Sky reminds Jo that if it wasn't for that, Jo would be gone. Brick also rebels against Jo's alliance and tries to persuade Ella to do the same. Amy and Scott got Duncan and Courtney's role, and the duo soon agreed to an alliance. Jasmine is still bummed about Shawn's sudden elimination, but Dawn's encouragement keeps her head focused in the game. Samey unintentionally discovers Mike's little 'secret' and is unsure how to proceed.
If You Can't Take The Heat...: Mike fills Heather's leadership role because he figures putting Jo, Sky or Brick in charge would only lead to trouble. However, his patience soon runs thin as Jo ends up getting knocked out by a crate, the fruit Ella brought giving Brick a rash because it was infested with bugs, and Zoey and Sky accidentally ruining the dessert. Brick manages to trick Mike into going into the freezer and locks him inside. On the Bass side, Amy, alongside Scott and Lightning, keep bullying Samey by claiming she 'left her dirty panties around the cabin'. Jasmine and Dawn don't buy it, but Dakota ends up falling for the lies. The Bass ends up winning while Mike scolds his teammates. He then notices the statue on the table, which Brick reveals is the statue he took from Boney Island, unintentionally making their team lose. Mike and Brick are in the bottom two, and Mike claims the last marshmallow.
Who Can You Trust?: Sky and Jo are still at each others' throats, Zoey and Mike are a little uneasy due to the last challenge, Samey's uneasy due to the secret she's keeping, and Scott, Lightning and Amy have formed a solid alliance. In the challenge, Amy and Samey are paired up for the rock climb and Amy pulls the stunt Heather did. Ella ends up paired with Jo, but the Bass win the first point. Mike and Zoey are paired for the cooking challenge while Lightning and Dakota are also paired up. The Gophers easily win while Dakota is sent to the medical tent. At the dock, Mike and Zoey chat a bit when they notice Bunny (who, unbeknownst to Dawn, was set free by Scott) running around until he gets eaten by a snake, hawk and shark. Mike bluntly breaks the news to Dawn while Zoey tries to argue that Bunny just ran away, but the news still upsets Dawn and leaves her heartbroken. Jasmine and Samey are paired up for the apple slingshot, along with Ella and Sky, with the Gophers winning and Samey getting sent to the medical tent after getting pelted with apples. For the trapeze, Dave and Jo are paired up, along with Lightning and Amy. The Bass win while Dave ends up getting shocked by the jellyfish. As he gets into the medical tent, Samey notices Mike leading a rabbit with a carrot. At the toboggan race, Scott and Dawn are paired up while Jo and Sky are paired up. Mike subtly gives the rabbit to Zoey, who tries to show it to Dawn. However, Dawn doesn't buy it until Scott removes her blind and points out the rabbit. The Bass comes in first, but because Dawn's blindfold was removed, the Bass end up losing. After the challenge, Samey works up the courage and speaks to Mike about knowing both the rabbit and his 'secret'. Mike is stunned for a moment but tells Samey to keep everything under wraps, especially around Zoey and Amy. Later that evening, Dawn is voted off for costing them the win.
Basic Straining: With encouragement from both Jasmine and Mike, Samey finally stands up to Amy. However, Amy fake cries to make it look like Samey's the mean one, with Scott, Lightning and Dakota siding with her. Samey storms away in frustration, unknown that Mike overheard the transaction. He later convinces her to join him on a raid for food in Chef and Chris's tent, with Samey disguising herself as Amy and Mike throwing on a dark-colored hoodie. The Bass ends up losing, with Amy and Samey landing in the bottom two. However, to everyone's surprise, Amy ends up eliminated, with her, Scott and Lightning protesting the results. A confessional later reveals that Mike used his favor Jo owed him to get everyone away from the confessional long enough for Mike to change the votes to make it 4-2 Amy.
X-treme Torture: Zoey and Dakota discover a love poem and each assumed it's for them. In the challenge, Sky skydives for Gophers while Scott skydives for Bass, with the Gophers winning. Lightning does the moose bit and wins while Ella surprisingly gets flung into the sock pile. Dakota and Zoey soon figure out that the love note was for neither of them and try to seek out the sender. On the mud-skiing, Dave skis while Jasmine drives. Jasmine reveals in a confessional that she's worried that her friend Samey will get cut if the Bass loses, so she decides to cut Dave first. As she plans to cut the line, her top is accidentally ripped off, exposing herself to Dave to the point that the duo crash. Jo drives Samey around and attempts to crash her, but Samey perseveres and wins for the Bass. Dave and Jo end up in the bottom two, but Jo gets the last marshmallow. Before Dave leaves, he reveals that he sent the love poem to Sky, and the duo share a kiss before he leaves.
Brunch of Disgustingness: Not much really happens. The teams are still as is, Sky defends Ella from Jo's harsh orders, and the Gophers win the reward trip.
No Pain, No Game: Amy and Shawn both return to the game as they were both technically cheated out, as revealed by Chris. Shawn apologizes to Jasmine about leaving her behind in the Phobia challenge and he forgives her. Samey and Mike attempt to gang up on Amy in order to get her out, but Amy ends up winning immunity. The others decide to vote off Jo for her being a threat, with Jo actually a bit impressed that everyone recognized her strength.
Search And Do Not Destroy: Scott ends up learning Mike's secret and blackmails him in order to keep himself safe. Amy convinces Scott to try and break up Shawn and Jasmine, who just shared their first kiss. He later gets Mike and Jasmine to kiss by tripping Jasmine, and he sneaks away just before a heart-broken Shawn sees the sight. He later explains what he saw to Samey and Lightning, who notices him crying on the bed. While Samey confronts the duo directly, Lightning goes and tries to convince everyone to boot Mike or Jasmine next. Mike manages to win immunity, leaving Jasmine with the short end of the stick at the elimination, much to Shawn and Samey's sorrow.
Hide And Be Sneaky: Scott tries to rope Shawn into his, Amy and Lightning's alliance, though Shawn is very reluctant. Mike and Samey manage to explain things to Shawn, revealing Scott's true nature to him. Meanwhile, Amy tries to 'befriend' Ella in hopes of eliminating either Samey, Shawn or Mike. However, Sky becomes wary of this and tries to warn Ella, but to no avail. Amy and Mike manage to win immunity in the challenge. Later, the alliance tries to get the votes against Samey. However, Shawn warns Zoey, Sky and Samey about this and they agree to vote for Scott. Later, Scott and Samey are in the bottom two, with Samey receiving the last marshmallow. Scott soon realizes that Mike turned against him and tries to go after him, but Chef drags him to the Boat of Losers.
That's Off The Chain!: Everyone manages to construct a bike and they have to trade for the first race. Samey, Shawn and Zoey's bikes get knocked out of the race, leaving Amy, Sky, Ella, Lightning and Mike in the race. Amy ends up crossing first, with Ella crossing second. However, since Sky, Mike and Lightning crashed, it means that Ella was last to cross and is automatically eliminated. However, Sky tries to argue that Ella should stay because she helped Amy win. Amy soon reveals that she didn't care for Ella, breaking the princess's heart. Sky then tells off Amy in a Lindsay-styled way, exposing Amy for the villain she is.
Hook, Line And Screamer: During the episode, Zoey ends up finding out about Mike's secret when Samey accidentally blurts it out, angering Zoey a bit that Mike didn't tell her about it and turning her into Commando Zoey. Shawn gets spooked when he sees Amy in a green spa mask resembling a zombie, making him run off. Zoey eventually defeats Chef the 'killer' while Dakota kicks the real killer in the chin, making him storm off. Chris later declares Dakota the winner and Shawn the loser in a DJ-like way. Sky tries to protest the unfairness but she gets silenced.
Wawanakwa Gone Wild!: The challenge ends up being a sudden-death elimination, with the last one catching their animal gets eliminated. Mike tries to talk to Zoey and explain things to her, but to no avail. Meanwhile, Amy tries to ensure that someone other than her ends up in last place by swiping the tranquilizer gun. Samey tries to console Mike while Dakota tries to reason with Zoey. Lightning manages to get his animal (the deer) first, with Dakota getting her animal (the duck) and Samey getting her animal (the frog) after him. Sky soon collects her animal (the raccoon) and notices that Amy had been oddly quiet during the challenge. Meanwhile, Mike and Zoey soon meet, though things aren't any better. Unknown to the duo, Amy is hiding in the bushes and aiming her tranq gun before firing. Mike noticed the dart and shoves Zoey aside so she wouldn't get hit, though he got hit instead. The two later reconcile and were about to share their first kiss when Chris interrupts and says that Amy has collected her animal (the beaver) and that the next person to get their animal will be safe while the other will get eliminated. Zoey then notices Mike's animal (the chipmunk) running by and collects it for him. Mike is at first hesitant but Zoey convinces him to go ahead. Mike then returns the animal to Chris, making him sixth and Zoey come in last, eliminating her.
Trial By Tri-Armed Triathlon: The Final Six are paired up for the next challenge, with the teams being Amy/Dakota, Mike/Samey and Sky/Lightning. Unfortunately for the group, the duo of Amy and Dakota end up winning 2-1, much to everyone else's displeasure. The votes are 4-2 against Mike since Amy was immune and Sky sided with Lightning after he opened up about the pressures from his dad. Before he leaves, Mike wishes everyone except Amy good luck.
Haute Camp-ture: The losers open up about the Final Five. Scott wants payback to Mike after getting outed by him. Shawn is supporting Jasmine and Samey while Brick, Dave and Ella are rooting for Sky. Jo voices her vote for Lightning, along with Max and Staci. Sam supports Dakota while Cameron, Mike, Zoey and Dawn support Samey. Sugar is the lone supporter for Amy as she likes her vibes. Chris ends with the episode and predicts that one of the good ones will fall.
Camp Castaways: The Final Five are washed away by a flood to a remote island. The group at first argues among themselves, then later bonds a bit due to being isolated. They later spy the hidden production camp and invade the area, only for Chris to scold them for doing so. He also decides to give Amy immunity as he believes she was first to arrive, much to the others' disdain. Dakota then offers herself to get voted, as she's already wealthy and the others need the money more than her, sealing her fate as the next one to be booted.
Are We There, Yeti?: Chef pairs the Final Four up, with it being Amy and Samey against Sky and Lightning. The duo of Sky and Lightning rush to get back to camp first while Samey attempts to slow Amy down so that she'll lose. However, Amy reveals in a confessional that she stole Chef's night-vision goggles and plans to be first back. During the night, the duos get spooked by Sasquatchanakwa and run off. Amy soon admits defeat and suggests they bunk for the night. Sky agrees, but hides the map and compass in her shirt so Amy doesn't try any tricks. Come morning, Samey alerts them that Amy's gone and the map stolen. The trio rush back but discover Amy had already touched the totem. With the twins immune, Amy then plants the goggles in Sky's stuff, which prompts Chef to eliminate her that night.
I Triple Dog Dare You!: The Final Three compete in the semi-final where the one who chickens out loses. Amy and Samey try to get the other out with dares while Lightning scores a bunch of freebies for himself. Samey then offers a team-up with Lightning to get Amy out, even saying she'll split the money with him. He agrees while Amy protests against it, with Chris shooting her down. After a bunch of dares, Amy lands on Zoey's picture and her dare is to have her head shaved. Amy kicks the razor away at the last second, which lands on her head and shaves most of her hair off. Chris then reveals that since Amy never officially accepted the dare, she got herself eliminated. Amy protests her elimination while Samey and Lightning celebrate it.
The Very Last Episode, Really!: All the former competitors return to support the finalists. Staci, Max, Scarlett, Sugar, Jo, Scott, Sky and Amy support Lightning while Sam, Rodney, Cameron, Brick, Dawn, Dave, Jasmine, Ella, Shawn, Zoey, Mike and Dakota support Samey. In the end, Lightning manages to win Total Drama, but Samey is fine with how far she came and graciously accepts her loss. Lightning, Rodney, Scott and Jasmine soon toss Chris into the lake at the end.
