Chapter 1: Jambo!:
Sonic's POV:
I was just sitting there. Then Scar came in. "Hey," says Scar, "Mom's trying to get me in the spirit of Kwanzaa."
I then thought about it. "Oh yeah, how's that going," I said. It was Kwanzaa and it's our first Kwanzaa.
"Just doesn't seem like that big a deal to me," says Scar.
"Sonic," says Captain Fox, "you're needed in Africa!"
. . .
Me, Scar, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy then arrived in Africa.
"Sonic the Hedgehog," says this dude, "I am Gabadi!"
"His name is Poacher Hans! He is a notorious poacher who is hunting down endangered animals," says Gabadi, "I ask you to help save them!"
"Hey, I'm happy to help," I said.
"There are four rangers you may speak with," says Gabadi, "Edward Arniele, Marit Söderström, George Wildman, and Naftali Ngugi!"
"Got it," I said.
We then headed off to find these rangers.
