Republic victory is at hand! Clone troopers under the command of the Jedi have successfully invaded the Separatist-occupied world of Ryloth. Anakin Skywalker and May Kirtman battle the enemy in the skies, while Obi-Wan Kenobi and Max Kirtman frees villages from the grip of vile Separatist leader, Wat Tambor. Now, Jedi Generals Mace Windu and John Bertrand lead the attack on the enemy lines in the final offensive to liberate the capital city of Lessu...

As a group of All Terrain Tactical Enforcers (AT-TEs) Crossed along a cliffside path, several Armored Assault Tanks (AATs) ambushed them and opened fire at them. As shots were exchanged, the Lead AT-TE took several shots before it fell, stopping the others from advancing. John and Mace led the Clones out of the downed walker as John said, "Take cover!" While Mace went to the front and used the force to break the glass, getting the Injured AT-TE Pilot. Getting the wounded to cover, Clone Commander Ponds and Nitro ran up to Mace and John when Ponds said, "Eh, we're pinned down!" That was when John said, "Commander, Call up the Lighting Squadron and the Thunder Squadron!"

"I want Lighting and thunder up here now!" Shouted Nitro into his comm bracelet. The backs of the AT-TEs, a set of two All Terrain Reconnaissance Transports (AT-RTs) each were lowered with Advanced Recon Force (ARF) Scout Troopers at the controls piloted the AT-RTs towards Mace and John. John told the uninjured Clones, "Keep the injured back! We're gonna clear the road!" Then with Master Windu, he and John used the force to push the Damaged AT-TE off the cliffside as the clones soon ran to cover as Lighting and Thunder ran up to the front.

"They're all yours generals." Said two ARF Troopers to the two Jedi to take their place before Windu said, "We'll lead the way commander." and then the two Jedi lead Lighting and Thunder squadrons to the AATs as Nitro and Ponds had the AT-TEs Push forward. As the AT-RTs got closer, the AATs turned their attention to them and fired. One shot struck an AT-RT, but the remaining were avoiding the shots at them. John and Mace then got to the Droid command post as one Battle droid asked they should run, but the other one said, "It would be better if he just surrendered." and John smirked as he shot EMP rounds at the droids, shutting them down. He had his Clone engineers modify their AT-RTs to shoot EMP Rounds.

Soon the AATs were all taken out. Getting off their AT-RTs as the remaining AT-TEs got to them, Mace asked, "How many men did we lose?" Ponds took his helmet off as he said, "32, I think. Including command crews of three walkers." John sighed as Nitro took his off before saying, "Good news however is that Generals Kenobi and Max have broken their lines. We can clear a path straight to the capital." That was when John said, "The Battle for Ryloth has been a costly one. However I feel victory is near." That was when Mace said, "However we will need help if we are to take the city."

Meanwhile, in the Capital City of Lessu, Wat Tambor and a T-series military strategic analysis and tactics droid called TA-175 listened in on their conversation. Wat Tambor told TA-175 that the Republic was advancing faster than he expected. TA-175 told Wat Tambor, "I calculate they will reach the main gates by morning. I recommend we prepare our retreat." But Wat Tambor said, "I will not retreat. Those Jedi do not have the troops to take this city. Bring our units inside the walls and secure the bridge." Back with the Republic Forces, John walked outside the lead AT-TE as Nitro said, "What do you think they're talking about in there sir?"

"My guess is that Anakin is reporting that he has the Separatist cruisers on the run with my former Padawan May. Max told me that he and Kenobi have taken the Jixuan desert, securing the southern Hemisphere." Nitro then asked if that meant the battle was nearly over. John told his clone commander, "Not quite Nitro. The key position we need to take is the Capital of Lessu, where Wat Tambor made his Command Center."

"So let's bomb it." Nitro suggested, but John told him, "No, we're here to help the Twi'leks take their homes back. Meaning no bombing. No doubt Master Windu will recruit the local freedom fighters to help us take the capital. They're led by one Cham Syndulla." Nitro looked at his Jedi General and said, "If I recall what you said about the future, He's the father of a Rebel/New Republic hero, right?" John nodded his head and said, "Yes, the Twi'lek freedom fighters will be a great ally to help us to take the capital."

"If I may ask sir, I've been doing some intel gathering. According to reports, Cham Syndulla was a Radical before the war, he was political rivals with Orn Free Taa. Can he really be trusted to help us? And what if command sees fit to give us reinforcements?" Said an 898th ARF Clone trooper. John shook his head and said, "He can be trusted trooper. Plus there are no current reinforcements available. Cham Syndulla and his freedom fighters are the best we got. We can't win without Syndulla's help." That was when Master Windu walked out and said, "John, pick a trooper and come with me." John nodded his head and looked at the 898th ARF Clone trooper, CT-6910 "Razor" and said, "Come on trooper." Razor nodded his head

Later, Master Windu, John, Razor, and another ARF clone trooper, CT-6909 "Stak", then arrived at an edge of a battlefield on their AT-RTs where they could see two crashed C-9979 landing craft and gravestones in front of them. Razor asked the two Jedi, "What makes you think the rebels are this way, generals?" That was when John looked down and saw a track. Kneeling down, he examined it as Mace did the same thing. John then said, "The Resistance fighters ride creatures that are native to this region, Blurrgs. Wonderful creatures, fast, mighty, and they make a fine meal when needed. ANyway, these tracks are fresh."

"Which means they can't be that far." Said Razor after getting off his AT-RT. Then Stak got off his and looked at the graves as he said, "isn't this the spot where they were massacred?" Then Razor said, "Looks like it was one hell of a fight." John nodded his head and said, "Yes, Yes it was." That was when they heard a creature groaning and one of the clones asked if that was the rebels. Soon the four of them got back on their AT-RTs to jump down below.

In the City of Lessu, Wat Tambor and TA-175 were on a holocall with Count Dooku and he said, "Your Tactical Droid has informed me of the pitiful job you have done protecting our investment on Ryloth" Wat Tambor looked at TA-175, then back to Dooku before pointing at the tactical droid and said, "That droid exaggerates. I have not lost yet" Dooku told Wat Tambor that he was no match for Master Windu, that was when Tambor said, "and what of that other Jedi. the one with glasses and blue lightsaber." Dooku realized he was talking about John and told Wat Tambor, "The same can be said about that Jedi too. Do not become greedy, Emir Tambor. Take what valuables you can and destroy everything else."

"Everything?" Wat Tambor asked. Dooku told him that they could put the defeat to political use. He said that the charred ruins of Ryloth would demonstrate to the galaxy the cost of a Republic Victory." Wat Tambor nodded his head and said, "As you wish." After the transmission ended, Wat Tambor looked at TA-175 and said, "Were you always reporting my actions to the count?" TA-175 simply said, "I was following orders."

Back with Mace, John, and the Clones, they hid behind a disabled Multi-Troop Transport as a Battledroid Patrol with six B1 Battledroids and 2 Super Battle droids as they looked for a lost patrol. While the droids passed them, Razor accidentally made noise and one B1 Battledroid asked, "Did you hear that?" making the Patrol stop. John and Razor prepared Droid poppers, But Windu stopped them before another B1 said, "I don't see anything."

"Look, it's RB-551." Said the first B1 Battledroid, then another one said, "No wonder he got blasted. He's one of those older models programmed by a central computer." The First one then said, "Not like us; we're independent thinkers." and they all said Roger Roger before moving on. Razor and Stak looked at Windu and Razor asked, "Why didn't we take them out, sir?" and Windu told them, "I have a feeling, the rebels will do it for us." Soon there was blaster fire from the droid patrol and cries from the battle droids. Arriving after the fighting was over, the Jedi and Clones were greeted by defeated Droids.

That was when the Ryloth Resistance appeared and aimed their blasters at Mace and John as Cham Syndulla walked into view and he said, "I was wondering when you'd find me, Master Jedi." John walked forward and said, "Cham Syndulla, we're here for your help." Cham Syndulla had his arms crossed as he asked, "what makes you think, you'll get it?" John then said, "Cause I know for a fact you will do what you can to free your planet." Back in Lessu, Wat Tambor was told by TA-175 that their bombers were nearly ready to launch. TA-175 then said that he would ready Tambor's ship for evacuation, but Tambor said, "No, I am not ready to leave." TA-175 then said, "In any case, we have a schedule to keep. The ship will be ready."

At a distant part of Ryloth, Cham Syndulla led the Jedi and clones into his Resistance headquarters. John looked around and said, "Not bad spot Cham, the droids would never suspect you using one of their crashed ships as a headquarters." Cham nodded his head and said, "It has advantages." Soon they walked by the cages where they had the Blurrgs in as Mace said, "We saw the graves of many of your people in that battlefield as well. Together, we can prevent that from happening again."

"Do you know why we were massacred, Master Jedi?" Cham asked him, and John said, "I do. When the droids swept over Ryloth, the Republic was unable to help you. Those who were on planet did the best they could, but soon they were all wiped out. You were forced to surrender to the Droids, came here unarmed, and were gunned down, by tanks to exterminate you." They then saw Stak try and pet a Blurrg but it snapped at him. John walked to the blurrg and used the force to calm the mount. He then looked at Stak and said, "This Blurrg may have an ill temper, but it's faster than our AT-RTs." Stak doubted it as they entered the main room.

Meanwhile, in Lessu, the Hyena bombers were ready and took off. Wat Tambor ordered that they bomb every twi'lek village in range, the inhabited ones first. TA-175 nodded his head and said, "Of course." with the Main Republic army under command of commanders Ponds and Nitro, they were approaching a village as Ponds asked if their scouts had reported in from the village ahead of them. One command clone said, "The enemy's already pulled out, sirs. Friendlies are all that's left, mostly women and children." Nitro nodded his head and said, "See if we can spare some rations, they might need them."

"Sirs. Enemy ships are entering our sector!" said another clone as the Hyena Bombers arrived and bombed the village. The explosions were felt at the walkers and Ponds asked for a damage report, but the clone who warned them said, "There's no tactical damage, sir. They didn't hit us, they bombed the village!" Nitro ran to the hatch and got it opened. Nitro and Ponds saw the village burning as ponds said, "Make contact with the Generals, now." Then Nitro said, "898TH! LET'S GET IN THERE AND LOOK FOR SURVIVORS! LET'S GO!

Back in Syndulla's Camp, Upbeat tribal music played as there were dancers in the middle with John and Windu sitting with Cham. Cham looked at the Jedi and said, "I hope you two don't mind this. A little distraction goes far to ease the burden of war on my men." Mace told Cham that he had provided well for his men and all of his people. He then asked Cham why he wouldn't help them from Ryloth from the occupation. Cham replied, "I don't trust Senator Taa, his plans for our world after the war."

"The Republic will help you rebuild Cham. We won't abandon you Chan" John said to the Twi'lek general. Cham asked if their troops would stay for security and John was about to answer that when Mace said, "For a while, to keep the peace." John sighed as Cham said, "Another armed occupation is not a free Ryloth." John muttered under his breath, "You don't know the half of it Cham." Cham then asked how long it would be until he was fighting the Jedi. Before Master or John spoke, Master Windu's Comlink beeped and when he answered it, it was Commander Ponds. After Windu asked Ponds what he wanted, Ponds told him and John, "The droids have begun a firebombing campaign. Several Villages in our sector have been destroyed. Nitro is sending gunships to pull survivors out."

The area then fell silent as Cham put his hand on his face as the other Twi'leks listened in. John and Mace looked at Cham before he told them to make the arrangements, that he would speak with Senator Taa. John put his hand on Cham's Shoulder before he said, "Like Commander Ponds said my clone commander is sending gunships to look for survivors. Let us hope that we can find common ground now." Back in Lessu, Wat Tambor was approached by a B1 Battledroid who Tambor asked if that was all of the treasure, the B1 Battledroid said that they were still waiting for two transports from their southern base. The droid then asked if they should depart without them.

"No. I will have every valuable on this rock before I leave." Wat Tambor said in his greedy fashion before TA-175 brought over a holocommunicator with Dooku on the other end as he said, "Emir Tambor, why haven't you evacuated?" Wat Tambor told Dooku that the exit strategy was taking more time than Expected to implement, attempting to buy time for his greed. Dooku then told Tambor that he wanted him out of the city before the Republic arrived. He then said, as he turned towards TA-175, "Once Master Windu and his Jedi Ally have invaded the capital, you will bomb it from afar. Am I understood?" TA-175 told Dooku that he understood and after Dooku ended the transmission on his end, Tambor told TA-175, "You will not do anything until I give the order." To which TA-175 told him, "We have our orders, Emir."

Back in the Resistance Headquarters, John, Mace, and Cham walked into Cham's meeting room where they connected to Senator Taa. The first thing that was said was by Cham and he said, "Senator Taa, so glad you could join us from Comfortable Coruscant. Our people have survived with only me." John put his hand on his face as Taa said, "I knew you would try to turn this into a campaign to take power. Need I remind you that it is I who leads out people in the senate?" Cham retorted by saying, "And it is I who leads our people here and now." Mace looked at John, who looked back as the two Twi'Leks talked. Mace stopped the argument and said, "There will be nothing left to lead if you two refuse to work together."

"General Windu, General Bertrand, Do you copy?" Said Anakin through their comlinks. John answered first and said, "We hear you, Anakin, how's it going up there?" with Anakin, he told them, "My and May's fighters are taking out the bombers as fast as they can, Master Bertrand, but there are just too many. I doubt we can stop them all. I suggest you get the people away from the cities." Mace told Anakin that he must destroy those bombers and then meet them at the capital. Anakin told Mace, "I'll do what I can" before taking out another Droid Bomber as May took out more bombers with her squadron backing her up and Ahsoka too.

"What do the Separatists hope to gain from burning our homes?" Senator Taa asked the three, Cham was the first to reply and he said, "Nothing. Wat Tambor spoils for others what he cannot possess." Senator Taa then said that they had to act quickly before John said, "Senator Taa, your people are hesitant to join us because they're worried there will be another Military Occupation, this time from the Republic." Senator Taa told them that his people have his promise that the clone army would leave once Ryloth was free of the droids. Mace looked at Cham and asked him what assurance could he give Senator Taa that he would not try to assume power, Cham told them, "I only want to see my people free, Master Jedi. I give my word. I believe in Democracy" Taa nodded his head and John smiled as he said, "Then we are together in this. For a free Ryloth." Cham nodded his head as did Senator Taa before Cham looked to his men and said, "Men of Ryloth, the time has come to free ourselves!" Those who were gathered around cheered in anticipation. As the freedom fighters got ready, John pulled Cham to the side and told him, "You are a good leader Cham, make sure Hera leads well too." Cham was confused, how did john know about Hera, but didn't want to get distracted.

At Lessu, a droid patrol was on the holo bridge when air raid sirens sounded, all but one managed to get off before they deactivated the bridge. TA-175 asked Tambor about the city's inhabitants, to which Tambor told him, "Drive them outside, but not too far. The Jedi will reconsider an attack when they see them in their line of Fire." The droids forced the inhabitants outside the walls into a makeshift camp. As John and Windu's republic forces, along with Syndulla's Freedom Fighters, made their way to the capital, one of Syndulla's fighters challenged one of John's ARF Troopers to a race as Mace Windu and He joined Syndulla at a cliff overlooking the city.

"Tambor is still there." Windu said as Syndulla looked through Electrobinoculars and asked how they were going to attack with his people so close. John looked around as Mace told Syndulla that his people would never be in danger if they could get their walkers across the bridge and into the city. HE then heard the Jedi Master ask him, "Your thoughts Master Bertrand?" John put his hand on his chin before spotting two MTTs with escorts. He pointed them out and said, "We use them. They activate the bridge for them since they're carrying Ryloth's treasures… am I right Cham?"

"Indeed master Bertrand, it's not enough they enslave and Murder us, they have to rob us too!" he said with anger in his voice. A while later, MasterWindu, John, Razor and Stak got onto a spot to jump onto one MTT as the convoy moved closer to them. Mace contacted Cham and said that when he and John got control of the bridge, they had to start the attack before he jumped down with John. taking out a Droid on a STAP before hopping onto the rear transport, followed by Razor and Stak. Cutting into the Rear MTT and getting in it, John signaled to Char to get ready.

"Commanders, we'll need to create a distraction. Get the rest of Lighting Squadron and Thunder Squadron." John said to Ponds and Nitro before they acknowledged him. Cham rode up to the clones and said that his men were ready as the MTTs were approaching the bridge. In his command Center, Wat Tambor was approached by TA-175 who said that it was time to leave, stating that the Republic walkers were holding at 1,200 meters before a B1 Battledroid told them that the last shipments of approaching. Wat Tambor said, "Just in time. Activate the bridge and get them across immediately."

"Initiate plasma Projectors." Said a Droid at the Bridge control center. After the bridge powered up, two battledroids began scanning the MTTs. The first one cleared no issue, but when they began scanning the second one, they picked up an Anomaly in it, meaning that John, Mace, and the clones were going to be detected. The Droids ordered the MTT Driver to open the back and when the back door lowered, Mace and John ignited their lightsabers.

"Oh no!/You're under arrest. You have the r…" was what the droids said before John forced pulled one and cut it in two. Then the battle began with the republic walkers firing at the droids. Soon after the alarm was sounded, and John shouted, "Run for it! They're turning the bridge off!" Before he and Mace used the force to get Razor and Stak to safety before the Plasmabridge turned off. Being expert users of the force, Mace and John jumped from object to object that was falling before they landed in front of the clone Troopers and helped them up.

"Thank you sir, both of you." said the clones. John and Mace nodded their heads before they saw the gates to the City open up as B1 Battledroids marched out. Getting their lightsabers ignited again, John and Mace said to the clones, "We'll hold them off. Get that bridge back up!" The clones acknowledged the two Jedi as they charged into battle and the clones took a door to get the bridge back up. Back with the Republic and Ryloth Freedom Fighters, Cham Shouted, "Charge!" and he led the attack to assist John and Mace.

In the control tower, the clones got to the command Center and one B1 Battledroid said, "Hey you're not Authorized." One Clone trooper said save it as he and his brother opened fire, taking out the four droids and getting the Plasmabridge up just in time too as the Republic and Ryloth Freedom Fighters. Back with the Jedi, John and Mace blocked blaster shots right before Droidekas and Super Battledroids arrived. They used the force to force the droids back as an AAT hovered over to them. Seeing one of the big doors, John and Mace used the force and pulled it down and it crushed the AAT.

The Civilians Cheered as the Freedom fighters rode past them to take out the Droids. When Cham got to Mace and John, the Jedi from the future told him for him and his men to take the droids, as he and Mace would find Wat Tambor. As the Droids and an AAT were taken out, Battledroids attempted to retake the Bridge Control station with Commando Droids. But thanks to the quick acting of Razor and Stak, the two ARF Clones were able to hold the bridge and take the Droids out.

AS this happened, TA-175 told two B1 Battledroids to start HIS ship, Pointing out that Tambor was a fool. Right as Wat Tambor was walking out with Super Battledroids, he watched TA-175 take off in his Sheathipede transport shuttle, making the greedy Skakoan say, "My Ship!" ON the Sheathipede Shuttle, TA-175 was in contact with Count Dooku via Holoprojector and the Droid told him that he was afraid that Emir Tambor refused to retreat in time.

"That is… unfortunate. Order our bombers to destroy the capital immediately." Dooku said to the standard tactical droid. IN the skies, Hyena Bombers received the orders and flew towards the Capital. Back in Ryloth's Capital, Mace Windu and John blocked blaster bolts from the Super Battledroids protecting Tambor. Windu sliced one down as John used the force to slam the other into the ground. Mace held his lightsaber to the Skakoan and demanded he surrender. Tambor tried to make a compromise with the Jedi, but John said, "Not in the compromise mood today Tambor. Not when we hold all the cards."

"It appears a Surrender is Unnecessary . We will all perish for the glory of the Separatist Alliance." Tambor said before John and Mace looked up to see 4 Separatist bombers going for a bombing run, only for Anakin, Ahsoka, and May to appear behind them and shoot them all down before they could drop their bombs.

"Whoa, that was close, Master." Ahsoka said to her master. Anakin did his classic smirk and said, "Isn't it always, Snips?" May then said that they needed to make sure no more bombers were coming since the ground army took the Capital. Back with the Jedi and Tambor, Cham's Freedom fighters arrived with clones and Tambor asked what were Cham's terms of Surrender.

"They're unconditional." Cham said as he moved his blaster to point to the sky, and Tambor agreed to the unconditional Surrender, Ryloth was freed from Separatist control. Cham thanked the Jedi and said that all of Ryloth thanked them. Mace told him that he and his people earned their freedom. Later there was a celebration for the victory the people of Ryloth and the Republic fought hard for. John let them celebrate as he walked off to order his men to gather up the droids and begin Reprogramming them just as they did before. That was when a Twi'lek walked up to John and thanked him.

"Like Master Windu said, You and your people fought and earned this day. Now I want to let you know something… be prepared for the end, cause once the War is over, the clones may not want to leave." The Twi'lek was confused but John told him to be patient and time will show before getting into an LAAT To head back to his fleet.
