CAG and DEVGRU operators G Squadron, Blue Squadron, and Red Squadron operators had been shipped here 3 hours ago and they were one of the main forces of this operation. Mitchell was able to pull some strings and convince Vice Admiral Pillar's Seal Team 7 Alpha Platoon led by Lieutenant Commander James Reece. The White Side Seals and Tier 1 Seals began to talk to each other with the exception of Commander Reece, Petty Officer First Class "Boozer", and Petty Officer Second Class Mitchell. "Nice to meet you boys", Reece said, exchanging a handshake which Ross (Ghost Lead) reciprocated. "You too". They were about to go Operation Fragged, a mission that someone would pay the price for. CAG and GST were to be on this op so they would get it done.

Mitchell called AFO Hunter and Alpha Team from CAG's G Squadron led by Sergeant Major Jonas Blane. They each took their seats in the briefing room. Commander Brauson and Captain Daniels, leaders of Alpha Team were present as well as Major Sarah Jackson. Mitchell started to speak, "Everyone listen up, we have gotten word from a NSA cell that Roba's assistants, Kevin Sparks and Marcus Washington are working with the Zarzagoa Cartel. These 2 individuals have betrayed the U.S government and have sided with Roba. We have word of a Zarzagoa compound in Guatemala City where apparently there is a Day of the Dead Festival being held. Ghosts, your mission is to infiltrate the festival and kill Kevin Sparks and Marcus Washington". "Delta, your mission is to provide security and QRF in case Ghost Recon gets into a situation", Brauson said. Jackson started to speak, "Be advised, multiple hostiles all over the area. For the CAG element, I can provide an AC-130 for support. For the Ghost Recon element, I cannot". "You each move out in 20 mikes", Mitchell said. Everyone got up and made their way to their kit room.

The team made their way to the kit room. "Do we have to wear all of this stuff ?"30K asked as he looked at a black sombrero hat and face paint. "Yes, it's camouflage", Kozak said. "Whatever you say, little brother", 30K said as he reluctantly put on the outfit. Kozak and Pepper used a SIG LVAW for their primary while 30K and Ross used a SIG MCX , all members using a P45T. With everyone kit up, Operation Fragged was to commence.
