Chapter 1
Once there was a Cipher Pol Agent who was considered the Greatest Of All Time. His name was Monkey D Luffy. He was amazing. Every Enemy of the World Government feared him and every Cipher Pol Agent revered him. But one day, he fell in love. He retired, he got married and Luffy became a bartender and waiter in a small bar on a small island in East Blue, the Weakest of the Four Blues.
"What may I get you?"
A young 17 year old man of average height with shaggy black hair, round black eyes, and a slim muscular build said as he noted the man's order. This Black Hair man was Monkey D Luffy.
He noted the order and went to the kitchen, where a slim young 19 year old woman of average height with orange hair and brown eyes took the order from Luffy. This was Nami, the girl Luffy had married.
Just then a tall, tanned, broad-chested, muscular old man. He had a beard and a scar over his left eye. He wore a Vice Admiral coat with special golden and blue shoulder padding. This was Vice Admiral Monkey D Garp.
"Bring me with my Usual, Makino. Luffy, it is time for a family meeting."
Makino nodded as she closed the doors and Luffy and Nami sat before Garp.
"Why don't we discuss this with the other members of the Monkey D Family?"
Just then a large shadow appeared from the door to the Kitchen. And entered Monkey D…
HANA.
Hana was the 2 Year Old daughter of Nami and Luffy. She had short black hair that was a common trait in her family. Her arm stretched and wrapped around Garp before she went flying towards Garp.
"Garp-jiji. You came back so early."
Garp laughed as he hugged his Great-Granddaughter. He let her down.
"Let's get to the point."
He pulled out a paper and slammed it on the table.
"The World Government has learnt that you are not dead yet and as such they have assigned you a Bounty."
Luffy, Nami and Hana looked at the Paper and saw that it was a Bounty Paper. It was of Luffy wearing a White Shirt with Black Loose Tie and Black Coat. He had Blood Coated Black Gloves in his hands. He looked down.
'WANTED
ONLY ALIVE
MONKEY . D . LUFFY
B 1,000,000,000'
"So what are you going to do?"
Luffy looked at Garp before smiling. He stood up as he went out of the Bar. He returned wearing the clothes he had worn in the Bounty Poster.
"Hana, do you want to be a Pirate and become the Pirate Princess?"
Hana nodded wildly. Luffy smiled.
"Then welcome to the Mugiwara Kaizokudan. You will be the Crew Girl of the Crew. So, go with your mother and get ready."
Hana nodded as she ran out of the bar with Nami behind her.
"Why is it so high?"
Garp motioned towards Hana. Luffy understood as he nodded.
"Of course they want the Devil Fruit. I had faked my Death but it seems the World Government will know."
"I have already prepared the Boat for you to use. And here, keep it on the counter for Makino."
Garp gave some money to Luffy, who understood what to do. He put the money on the counter before punching Garp out of the bar. He grabbed Garp's leg and tossed him into his BattleShip.
Hana and Nami ran out with a Bag. Luffy grabbed them and used Geppo and Soru to get to the Boat Garp had prepared.
"What great weather to set sail!"
Nami said as they set sail. Garp stood up as he went into his room. He pulled out Den Den Mushi and called Sengoku.
"He is as strong as ever. He tossed me into my Battleship and escaped."
Before Sengoku could say anything, Garp cut the Call. He smiled as his Grandson had left again to re-write his tale.
Sometimes later…
After recklessly going out to sea with a little boat, his wife and his two year old daughter, this young man planned on making some friends and forming his own fleet of pirates and correcting everyone of his mistakes. He thought back to everything that happened in his life.
Flashback,
Foosha Village…
"Hello there. Do you want to join Cipher Pol?"
Luffy stopped eating as he turned to the extremely muscular, broad-chested, tan-skinned, strong-shouldered elderly man who had his whitened hair and beard arranged in an array of spikes, and some fuzz on both sides of his face, similar to a lizard's spine. He also has a stitched scar under his left eye. This was Kong, the Commander In Chief of the World Government.
He had heard about Garp's Grandson. Kong had thought for a long time and decided to train the boy. That way he would be better than his Father and Grandfather. Kong knew that he would have to take over the Training and give Special Privilege to Luffy.
"What is Cipher Pol? Can I eat it?"
"Sure. If you reach till Cipher Pol Aegis, then you can eat all the meat you want."
Luffy thought about it for some time.
"Sure."
Some Days Later,
The island of Guanhao…
"Did I not tell you to not accept food from strangers?"
Luffy smiled at his Grandfather as he chomped on some meat. He had to train a lot and Kong would give him coupons for Food. So Luffy trained harder than everyone on the Island. Today, he met his Grandfather.
"But I get to eat as much meat as I train. I am super strong now. Kong-Sensei says that he will teach me to run in the Air next."
Garp sighed. At the least Kong had treated Luffy well.
"Don't worry, Garp. I will take care of your Grandson. He will easily be strong. Like everyone in your Bloodline."
Garp turned to Kong.
"Why are you doing this?"
"I am protecting him. The World Government may want him dead soon enough. I will make him a CP Agent so they will not try to kill him. It is the least I can do after all you have done. Well, Dragon did some things for me too. Don't worry."
Garp was thankful. He did not want Luffy to join Marine as such he was trying to make him hate being Marine so that Luffy would be out of their this was still better than Luffy dying.
1 Year Later,
Enies Lobbies…
"Are you telling me that I have to take care of the Brat?"
Kong sighed. He looked at the 25 year old man in front of him wearing a simple dark suit paired with a dark dress shirt, plus a tie of contrastively light colour, his hair at neck length, his long bangs still hiding his eyes. This was Who's-Who. A CP9 Agent that was tasked with being the one to bring a Treasure of the World Government from Cautela Island.
But he was surprised as Kong, the Commander In Chief, presented him with a boy. A boy that would be joining them in his mission.
"Do you doubt me and my training? He is also the Grandson of Monkey D Garp. I tried a lot to make him different from Garp. But he is the same as Garp."
Who's-Who sighed. It was nepotism. But he could not complain to anyone.
"Very well."
Sometimes later,
Cautela Island…
"Who's-Who, we have confirmation. The fruit is here, but there are Pirates guarding it."
A growl escaped Who's-Who's lips.
"Prepare for a swift operation. We need to get in and out before reinforcements arrive."
Disembarking swiftly, the CP9 agents spread out, moving with stealth through the dense foliage of the island. Who's-Who led the charge, his senses on high alert.
Navigating through the dense jungle of Cautela Island, Who's-Who and his team of CP9 agents focused on their objective. As they approached the designated location, the dense foliage gave way to a small clearing where the fruit was rumoured to be hidden.
Who's-Who, using his superior Rokushiki techniques, moved swiftly and silently through the jungle.
"The fruit is just ahead, guarded by a few Pirates. It seems they haven't noticed us yet."
Who's-Who nodded, signalling his team to move into position.
"We strike fast and hard. No mistakes."
With precise coordination, the CP9 agents moved in. They quickly took care of the Pirates.
Who's-Who approached the small chest where the Gomu Gomu no Mi was kept. Opening it, he gazed at the strange-looking fruit, feeling a sense of accomplishment.
"We've got it."
He spotted movement at the edge of the clearing. Before the CP9 could react, a group of rogue pirates emerged from the jungle, weapons drawn.
"Hand over the fruit, that is ours after all."
The pirate captain snarled, a greedy glint in his eyes. Who's-Who's expression hardened. CP9, engage."
The battle was swift and brutal. Who's-Who himself engaged the pirate captain, his Rokushiki techniques proving superior. With a combination of Soru and Shigan, he quickly overwhelmed the pirate leader, delivering a final blow that left him incapacitated on the ground.
The remaining pirates, seeing their leader defeated, fled into the jungle. Who's-Who surveyed the clearing, ensuring all threats had been neutralised.
"Secure the fruit, We need to leave before more arrive."
As the CP9 agents made their way back to the Iron Justice, the weight of their mission's success was felt by all. The Gomu Gomu no Mi was now in their possession, a crucial victory for the World Government.
As the Iron Justice sailed away from Cautela Island, Who's-Who allowed himself a moment of satisfaction. They had accomplished their mission, but he knew the Grand Line was unforgiving. Their journey was far from over, and more challenges lay ahead.
He then heard a Snore and saw Luffy sleeping. They had worked hard while the brat was sleeping. He hated it. But he could do nothing against Nepotism.
Sometimes later…
The sun was setting over the Grand Line, casting an orange hue across the sky as the Iron Justice, a government vessel, sailed smoothly through the tranquil waters. Who's-Who stood at the helm, eyes scanning the horizon.
"Stay alert. This fruit is of significant importance. We cannot afford any mistakes."
His CP9 agents, each one skilled and deadly, acknowledged the order with silent nods. The atmosphere was tense, every agent aware of the gravity of their mission.
Suddenly, he used his Kenbunshoku, and spotted a ship approaching fast.
"Boys, we've got company. It's the Red Hair for battle. Do not let them take the fruit."
As the Red Force drew closer, the silhouette of Shanks and his top officers became clear. Without hesitation, the Red Hair Pirates boarded the Iron Justice, the clash of steel and burst of gunfire marking the beginning of the skirmish.
"Shanks! You dare attack a CP9 ship?"
Who's-Who snarled, his eyes narrowing.
With Shanks…
"Captain, we've got company!"
Yasopp called from the crow's nest, his eyes spotting an approaching ship on the horizon.
Shanks turned, his eyes narrowing as he saw the black sails emblazoned with the World Government's emblem. Shanks smiled, recognizing the elite cipher-pol agents tasked with covert operations and assassination. This was probably the Ship that held what he wanted.
At its helm stood Who's-Who.
"Ready the men. We're taking that fruit."
As the ships drew closer, Shanks and his top officers, Benn Beckman, Yasopp, and Lucky Roo, prepared for the impending battle. Shanks himself leaped onto the deck of the Iron Justice, landing with feline grace. His crew followed, each one exuding an aura of confidence and strength.
"Shanks! You dare attack a CP9 ship?"
Who's-Who snarled, his eyes narrowing.
Shanks smirked, his hand resting casually on the hilt of his sword.
"Hand over the Gomu Gomu no Mi, and no one gets hurt."
"We'll see about that."
Who's-Who retorted, signalling his agents to engage.
Aka a Giraffe Zoan user, transformed and launched himself at Lucky Roo, his powerful kicks aimed to incapacitate. But Roo, with surprising agility, deflected each attack, matching Kaku's speed and strength.
Abra, a Lizard Zoan user, targeted Yasopp. Using his speed and ferocity, he attempted to close the distance, but Yasopp's sharpshooting skills kept him at bay, bullets flying with pinpoint accuracy.
Eno, utilising Soru, tried to create an opening behind Benn Beckman. But Benn, anticipating the move, fired a precise shot, forcing Blueno to retreat and rethink his strategy.
Meanwhile, Uma and Fuuro engaged the other members of Shanks' crew. Their unique powers and fighting styles were formidable, but the Red Hair Pirates' experience and teamwork began to overpower them.
Who's-Who himself faced Shanks, their battle causing shockwaves across the deck. Who's-Who used his expert Rokushiki techniques, striking with incredible speed and precision. However, Shanks' supreme Haki and sheer strength were overwhelming.
"You're strong. But we won't let you take the fruit."
"You underestimated us."
Shanks' eyes hardened, his Haki flaring with intensity.
In a final, decisive move, Shanks unleashed a powerful Haki-infused strike, overwhelming Who's-Who and sending him crashing into the deck, defeated.
Who's-Who, battered and bruised, struggled to his feet as he saw the remaining CP9 agents retreating. The realisation hit him hard: they had lost. The Gomu Gomu no Mi was now in the hands of the Red Hair Pirates.
The Red Hair Pirates stood victorious, the Gomu Gomu no Mi now in their possession.
"Another day, another fight."
Lucky Roo said with a grin, holding up the coveted fruit. Shanks nodded, his expression thoughtful.
"Let's keep moving. This fruit will be important, but our journey is far from over."
But he stopped as he felt an immense Haki approach.
"That was a good sleep. Where have we reached Ho-oh?"
Shanks and his crew were surprised as a small 6 year old came out. Even though he was small, Shanks and his crew were sure that the Boy was stronger than Who's-who.
Luffy looked around and saw everyone on the Ground. He saw Who's-Who on the ground too. Who's-Who had fed him, even though Who's-Who hated him.
"Who did this, Ho-oh?"
Who's-Who pointed at Shanks. Luffy looked at Shanks, his Haoshoku going wild.
"Please secure the Fruit. It is what is important."
Luffy looked at the Fruit as he coated his fist in Haki and used Soru and grabbed the fruit. He then used Soru and created multiple after images. He grabbed Who's-Who and the remaining CP9 Agent while the Red Hair Pirate was trying to attack.
Luffy helped them while dodging Shanks as Shanks was stronger. Luffy put all of them in a Ship as he used Geppo and flew with the Boat. Shanks was surprised at the Strength. He was sure he knew who that boy was related to. But he could not let Luffy escape though.
"Divine Departure."
Luffy heard the sound as he threw the Ship away, with all his might. He coated his leg in Buso.
"Haki Dragon's Wind."
He knew that he could not win but his Haki Dragon's Wind could delay Shank's Divine Departure. And he was right. He quickly used Soru and escaped. He pushed the Ship till they reached Enies Lobies and fainted.
Sometimes later…
The atmosphere in the imposing headquarters of the Enies Lobies was thick with tension. Who's-Who, battered and defeated, stood before the formidable Kong. He had just gotten up and had to go to report. The CP9 agent knew this would be the most challenging report of his career.
Kong, a towering figure with an aura of authority and strength, looked down at Who's-Who. "Report."
Who's-Who took a deep breath, collecting his thoughts.
"Commander In Chief Kong, the mission to retrieve the Gomu Gomu no Mi would have been a failure if not for Monkey D Luffy."
Kong's eyes narrowed.
"Explain."
Who's-Who straightened up, despite the pain from his recent battle.
"We successfully secured the fruit, but before we could extract it, the Red Hair Pirates arrived."
Kong's expression darkened.
"Shanks."
"Yes, sir. Despite our best efforts, their strength and coordination were overwhelming. Shanks himself was more than a match for me. They managed to take the fruit."
"And?"
Kong prompted, sensing there was more.
"During our retreat, the young boy intervened. He managed to create enough of a distraction for us to escape while also grabbing the Fruit."
Who's-Who admitted, his voice tinged with frustration and disbelief. Kong's face remained impassive, but his eyes showed a flicker of interest. Kong let out a deep sigh, his expression a mix of disappointment and contemplation.
"You've failed in your mission, Who's-Who. This would be a significant setback for the World Government if not for Luffy. He was not officially part of the mission, so it is your failure. But his success. Wait outside. I will talk to the Gorosei and tell you what they have decided."
Sometimes later,
Marijoa…
Kong had to report to Gorosei, the highest authority in the World Government. In a grand chamber filled with an aura of power and secrecy, the five elder statesmen awaited the report. Kong bowed slightly before addressing them.
"Honourable Gorosei, I bring news regarding the Gomu Gomu no Mi."
The eldest of the Gorosei, with his long beard and wise eyes, motioned for Kong to continue.
"The fruit was secured by CP9 under Who's-Who's command, but they were intercepted by the Red Hair Pirates. Despite their efforts, the fruit was taken by Shanks. During the confrontation, a young boy, Monkey D. Luffy intervened and took the fruit from Shanks. Who's-Who has failed in his mission. But I had sent Luffy in order to prevent the fruit from getting lost."
The Gorosei exchanged glances, their expressions bald Gorosei, holding a katana, spoke up.
"Shanks is becoming a thorn in our side, but this failure cannot go unpunished."
The bearded Gorosei nodded in agreement.
"Who's-Who's incompetence has cost us dearly. The implications of this fruit in the hands of our enemies are severe."
The elder with glasses adjusted them thoughtfully.
"And this boy, Monkey D. Luffy, he is Garp's grandson?"
Kong confirmed. "Yes, and he shows remarkable potential, even at his young age. So I had taken him under my wing."
The Gorosei deliberated briefly before the bearded one spoke again.
"Who's-Who's failure must be addressed. He is to be dismissed from CP9 immediately. His incompetence cannot be tolerated. We will reward your student for securing the fruit without even being in CP9. You are dismissed."
Sometimes later,
Enies Lobbies…
"The Gorosei have decided. You are hereby dismissed from CP9, effective immediately. Your failure would have cost us greatly."
Who's-Who's face fell, a mix of anger and resignation washing over him.
"But we got the fruit."
"No. You almost lost it. Luffy got the fruit. And he is going to be the one rewarded. Now get lost before I throw you away."
As Who's-Who left the office, the weight of his failure and the consequences bore heavily on him. The once proud agent of CP9 was now stripped of his position, a reminder of the unforgiving nature of the world he served. He hated Monkey D. Luffy and Red Haired Meanwhile, the legend of Monkey D. Luffy, the boy who dared to face the Red Hair Pirates, began to grow, setting the stage for future adventures and conflicts.
Sometimes later…
"Luffy, the World Government acknowledges your actions in securing the Gomu Gomu no Mi from the Red Hair Pirates. Despite not being officially part of the mission, your intervention proved instrumental."
Luffy scratched his head, a sheepish grin spreading across his face.
"Ah, it was no big deal, really. Just did what I had to do."
Kong nodded, a hint of admiration in his gaze. "
Nevertheless, your actions have not gone unnoticed. As a token of our appreciation, the World Government offers you a reward."
Luffy's eyes widened with curiosity, his excitement palpable.
"A reward? What is it?"
Kong gestured towards a nearby pedestal, upon which rested a strange and exotic fruit.
"This, Monkey D. Luffy, is the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Ryuo. It is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit."
Luffy's gaze lingered on the fruit, his curiosity piqued. "Ryuo... sounds cool! What does it do?"
Kong explained, his voice filled with authority.
"The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Ryuo, grants the user the ability to transform into the Dragon King. It enhances your physical attributes, and gives you the ability to use Every Element."
Luffy's eyes sparkled with excitement as he reached out to touch the fruit.
"This... this is amazing! Thank you, Sensei!"
Kong nodded, a rare smile gracing his lips.
"Use it wisely, Luffy. Your potential is limitless, and the World Government hopes that you will use this power for the greater good."
One Year Later,
Marijoa…
"Elder's, Fisher Tiger is said to be in Foolshout Village. What punishment do you want to give him for his Crime against the World Government?"
The Gorosei looked at each other.
"Send him and tell him to hurt Fisher Tiger hard."
Kong understood who Gorosei wanted to send. In the past year, Luffy had been promoted to lead the CP9 but he went on missions alone as he was enough.
"Very well. I shall send Luffy."
Sometimes later,
Foolshout Village…
"You are foolish to trust others when you are a criminal. But still, I am here to give you your punishment. As you should be aware, you are guilty of Crimes of Raiding Marijoa."
Fisher Tiger looked at the Boy in front of him. Did the World Government think so low of him to send a small boy. But he would have to take care of the Boy before he called for reinforcement.
"I am sorry little boy. But I must go. This will just knock you out. Water Shot."
Tiger threw a single drop of water like a bullet at Luffy. But Luffy opened his mouth and ate the attack. Tiger was shocked. How was that possible?
"Lightning Dragon's Breakdown Fist."
Luffy punched the air, releasing a giant, high-speed lightning blast in the shape of a fist, which, upon contact with Tiger, generated a massive, sparking explosion. Tiger gave a shout as he was electrocuted.
"White Shadow Dragon's Rough Silk."
Luffy created a multitude of very thin beams of light and shadows which pierced and sliced Tiger, heavily damaging him. Luffy walked closer to Tiger and put his hand on Tiger's head.
"Sky Dragon's Heal."
Luffy hit Tiger and healed him until Tiger was completely broken. He then used Geppo and landed on Tiger's Ship. Everyone was shocked and angered at seeing Tiger's Condition. They shot water at Luffy but Luffy ate the attack. Luffy then raised his fist.
"Resounding through the air, the roar of thunder, plunge from the heavens and reap destruction! Lightning Dragon's RAGING BOLT!"
Those who could use Kenbunshoku grabbed those who could not and jumped out of the ship as the whole ship was destroyed. Luffy used Geppo and dropped Tiger off on Marijoa and returned to Foolshout Village, sure that someone would return for revenge against the Humans. And he was right.
"Shark on Darts."
Luffy coated his fist in Buso as he slammed Arlong down and broke his nose.
"Why come here when you lost your Captain?"
"I am here to Slaughter every last one of the humans who sold out Big Bro."
Luffy just slammed his fist into Arlong's stomach and knocked him out. He took him to the nearest Marine Headquarter and dropped him off and went on his way.
Two Years Later…
"Now they have no other choice but to make me a Warlord."
Amidst the turbulent seas of the Grand Line, Donquixote Doflamingo, the enigmatic and ruthless pirate, seized control of ships laden with the Heavenly Tribute intended for the Celestial Dragons. Using this leverage, he blackmailed the World Government into granting him the prestigious title of Warlord of the Sea.
But unknown to him, Monkey D. Luffy, the CP Aegis Agent, received a summons from the World Government.
"What is it, Kong-sensei?"
Kong explained the Situation to Luffy. Luffy sighed. He would need to take care of it. He wore his monkey mask as he got ready to fight. Luffy set sail towards the Island that Doflamingo was currently stationed in. Doflamingo noticed Luffy's Ship coming and got ready to fight.
"Get ready, my family. The World Government has sent someone to get the Heavenly Tribute. We should send them back dead and show how strong we are."
Doflamingo, with a smirk, surveyed his crew, confident in their strength.
Luffy jumped off his ship and landed on the island. He used his Kenbunshoku and scanned the Island. The Pirates were not going to cause him any problem. Luffy's eyes narrowed as he prepared for the onslaught. The air around him crackled as his Haki flared with intensity.
Trebol lunged first, his sticky substance shooting towards Luffy. But Luffy, using his enhanced speed and agility, dodged effortlessly.
"Sky Dragon's Wave Wind."
With a swift motion, he unleashed a burst of wind, dispersing Trebol's sticky attacks and sending him crashing into the ground.
Diamante followed, transforming the ground beneath Luffy into fluttering cloth. Luffy leaped into the air, his fists crackling with lightning.
"Lightning Dragon's Iron Fist"
He delivered a devastating punch that sent Diamante flying. Pica merged with the stone around him, towering over Luffy.
"You can't defeat me, Monkey."
Luffy, however, took a deep breath.
"Water Dragon's Roar"
Luffy released a Large Burst of Water which crashed into Pica and shattered his stone form.
Vergo stepped forward, his body coated in Haki.
"I'll handle this,"
Luffy met him head-on, their Haki clashing violently. But Luffy's mastery of Haki gave him the edge. With a powerful kick imbued with Haki, he sent Vergo sprawling.
Lao G and Gladius attacked in unison, their combined strength formidable.
"Wood Dragon's Leaf Tempest.!"
But Luffy created a vortex of Leaf around him. The attack engulfed both opponents, leaving them incapacitated.
Baby 5 transformed her arms into guns, firing at Luffy, while Buffalo spun towards him at high speed.
"Sky Dragon's Breath!"
Luffy dodged the bullets and countered with a concentrated blast of gust knocked Baby 5 off her feet and sent Buffalo spiralling out of control.
Jora attempted to use her Art-Art Fruit, but Luffy was too quick. Before she could activate her powers, Luffy closed the distance and delivered a knockout punch.
Finally, it was just Luffy and Doflamingo. The air was thick with tension as they faced off.
"You've humiliated my crew, Monkey."
Doflamingo growled, his strings poised for attack. Luffy took off his mask and threw it down. He grinned.
"And now it's your turn."
Doflamingo's lips curled into a sneer.
"You think you can defeat me, Monkey? You're nothing but a rookie from how you look."
Without another word, Luffy launched himself forward, Metallic Scales appearing on his arm.
"Iron Dragon's Hard Fist."
His Haki-infused iron punch was aimed directly at Doflamingo's chest. Doflamingo barely had time to react, his strings forming a hasty barrier. The impact was explosive, the force of Luffy's punch shattering the string shield and sending Doflamingo skidding backward. The Warlord's eyes widened in shock; he had underestimated Luffy's power.
"You're stronger than I thought,"
Doflamingo admitted, his confidence wavering. Luffy didn't respond with words. Instead, he pressed his advantage, his movements a blur as he closed the distance between them.
"Sky Dragon's Breath."
He unleashed a powerful gust of wind that sent Doflamingo tried to counter, his strings lashing out in a desperate attempt to ensnare Luffy.
"Parasite String!"
Doflamingo aimed to control Luffy's movements. But Luffy's mastery of Haki rendered the strings useless. With a burst of energy, he broke free, his willpower overwhelming Doflamingo's control.
Doflamingo attacked with everything he had, but Luffy's speed and power were too much for him.
"Overheat!"
Doflamingo sent a massive, heated string towards Luffy. Luffy dodged effortlessly, his body moving with the fluidity of the wind.
"Poison Dragon's Fang Thrust."
Luffy punched the air in front of him as his hand transformed into A Red Blob of Poison. The attack engulfed Doflamingo, leaving him with no room to manoeuvre.
As the battle continued, Doflamingo's movements grew sluggish, his attacks less precise. He was clearly outmatched. Luffy's relentless assault left him no time to recover, each blow pushing him further into defeat. In a final, desperate move, Doflamingo summoned all his remaining strength.
"God Thread!"
His strings formed a massive, serrated whip aimed at Luffy. But Luffy was ready.
"Dragon King's Roar."
Luffy roared, his entire body crackling with elemental energy. With a powerful roar, he unleashed a burst of energy, colliding with Doflamingo's attack in a cataclysmic explosion.
When the dust settled, Luffy stood victorious, his chest heaving with exertion. Doflamingo lay defeated at his feet, his once-proud form battered and broken. The Warlord's eyes were filled with disbelief and humiliation.
Luffy looked down at his fallen foe, his expression resolute.
"It's over, Doflamingo. You are going to answer the World Government for your crime."
Sometimes later…
"What is the meaning of this?"
Kong looked at the News Article. It was about Doflamingo joining one of the Seven Warlords.
"I thought that I brought a beaten up Doflamingo. Why is he a Warlord now?"
"He blackmailed the World Government."
Luffy slammed his fist through the Desk in anger.
"Why are we listening to some Pirates? Why not just kill them before they become a nuisance?"
Luffy did not listen to Kong and just left the room.
I HAD THOUGHT ABOUT THIS WHEN I STARTED TO READ SAKAMOTO DAYS. AND THE ANIME WAS JUST ANNOUNCED. SO IT MAKES SENSE TO WRITE IT.
