It is the evening of the last day of October, Samhain, a magical night where the gates between worlds are wide open for those who can travel through space and time. Ciri can, and she has a surprise for her boyfriend Cahir, a very nice surprise.

On their way from Toussaint to Stygga the Hansa get separated from each other in a natural disaster. Regis, Geralt and Angoulême find themselves stranded together on a little island. (Companion piece to 'Flood and Fire')

Regis is waiting in front of the Witcher Keep, but Vesemir is reluctant to let the monster inside the walls of Kaer Morhen. / Returning from his unfortunate adventure with the doppler, Cahir runs into Regis on the doorsteps to Kaer Morhen just before the rain starts pouring down.

While his father was away fighting in the Greyjoy rebellion, Jon hears the washer women whispering about how Ashara Dayne might be his mother. With this new information, Jon goes on a quest. He didn't expect that when he passed out, he would wake up in a place called "Ard Skellig"

"Finished!" Angoulême exclaims and starts to dance circles around the victim of her wager. "I bet nobody'd take him for a Nilfgaardian now!" she adds with a raucous cackle that reminds strongly of a goose on fisstech ... Cahir loses a bet and Angoulême is having fun.

On their way to Stygga Castle Angoulême is unusually quiet. There is a question she wants to ask Geralt and Milva. But, with not a clue as to how they will react, she is reluctant to pose it. Finally, she takes all her courage in both hands.

Wet and tired from travelling, the Hansa (Geralt, Regis, Milva, Cahir and Angoulême) spend a night in a little cave.

Ciri is off to Zerrikania to take part in the famous swordsmanship Games. There she meets somebody from her past, Boreas Mun.

Regis tries to teach Angoulême how to grow mandrakes. Cahir helps.

It's Litha, the longest day of the year, and Geralt is throwing a garden party at his newly acquired estate, Corvo Bianco, the old vineyard in the Sansretour Valley. Milva cannot dance, but Cahir is a good teacher. The delicious wine and Jaskier's newest song also help. And then there are Angoulême's Hansa Games and Regis's hot hooch ...

Geralt and Cahir go on a monster hunt together where they meet Jaskier of all people. Unfortunately, the hunt is not as easy as expected ...

While travelling with the Witcher and his friends in search of Princess Cirilla, Cahir faces a frightening monster.

On Thanedd Ciri is cornered by Cahir, the black knight of her numerous nightmares. And really wants to kill the man who, in her mind, is responsible for all the bad things that have happened to her, for everything she has lost. Wants to shove her sword in his throat until his feathers are soaked in blood...

"Cahir, have you ever fucked a goat?" During their stay at Beauclair Castle, Geralt's Hansa play a game of cards. It soon turns out that not all the Hansa members enjoy it equally much, although Regis claims that it is both entertaining and enlightening. At least, Angoulême is having fun.

Cahir only almost dies at Stygga Castle thanks to Yennefer and Ciri. Travelling through space, Ciri takes the badly wounded knight to Kaer Morhen. Months later, Yennefer and Geralt arrive at the keep to check on their friend, only to find out that there are still some lingering after-effects from his injuries. jSequel to 'If I don't make it back from where I've gone'.)

While Geralt's company (Jaskier, Milva, Regis, Cahir, Angoulême and Geralt) is staying in Beauclair, another festive event is coming up. However, like with the famous fall masquerade, not all is going as planned. This time it is not Jaskier's fault, though. This can be read as a stand-alone or together with its kind of prequel "Creatures of the Night".

An event the Witcher cannot refuse to take part in, even if he has to dress up for it. Not everything goes as planned. Blame it on the grape punch. Or is it the bard's fault after all? Jaskier seems to run into Witcher's quite a lot when he travels apart from Geralt. He also seems to be oblivious over how much loyalty he inspires. Will that hold true when all the secrets of his past come into the light?
