But here comes trouble knocking at the door with a missing ally, and an old, abandoned mansion, and - what in the world is that thing! Watch your backs, ninja. Set after Crystalised, in a AU where the merge won't happen. I was disappointed at how briefly Lloyd used Oni form in Crystalised, this continues that arc, giving him motivation to explore it further. Wu and Garmadon are a balance of good and evil, I wanted to continue this dynamic in the next generation. This means there is an OC, who is key to the plot. Nice Jay & Cole moments.

(Archive) Cole and Jason were once very close twin brothers. But after tragedy and bad choices, a 16 year-old Jason runs away never to be seen again. A few years later, Cole has become a ninja and tried to forget the pain and sorrows of his past. But his past returns to confront him in a way he didn't expect.

After the battle with Imperium, the ninja team finally realizes after 5 years that Jay isn't coming back anytime soon. Something must have happened to him and they need to find him. Going to include Jay's birth parents and that Jaya angst you're looking for!

Ronin has always been a mysterious person, only ever referring to himself as a master thief and loner. When he has a run-in with someone from his past, he's finally forced to talk about how he got to where he is today. With a little communication, perhaps he can finally move on to a new stage in his life. Contains violence and depictions of abuse.

Kai started the day with an overdramatic flair and a movie, but when the ninja are alerted by a new Serpentine villain, Kai ends up facing challenges he never thought he'd have to endure, especially when he no longer has the help he so desperately needs.
