Recovery Girl just stared in awkward confusion at her most unusual patent.
The youngest Todoroki was tossing and turning in his sleep. A massive deviation from the other victims of Izuku's quirk, who were completely unresponsive to any stimuli.
The most disturbing part was the contortions of his face, which were ether a furious grimace or the smile of a man who had never smiled before.
It was honestly just too creepy, even for someone as experienced as her.
"Ah, forget it! I'm getting too old for this!" she bemoaned with frustration. It wasn't like she was getting any useful data from Todoroki's weirdness.
In light of this and combined with the other oddities the young man had displayed, Recovery Girl decided to just write him off as a freak of nature and move on to more important patients.
Namely a certain woman with green fire for hair and a dangerously swollen belly.

"Midorya, you are so dead when this is over… then I'm retiring and taking a vacation so I can purge this madness from my memories!" she grumbled as she questioned if perhaps she'd already gone senile.
Only to realize that would mean her mind was practically a sewer to come up with this kind of kinky situation, and resined herself to the madness of reality.
Meanwhile, Rei groaned as her body trembled in the aftermath of the world shattering pleasure she'd just received.
Her cloudy mind still recovering as she clung to the warm, comforting body next to her. The same body that had her wrapped up in his safe and protective embrace.
A sudden chill of fear seamed to run up the body next to her and she opened her eyes to see Izuku laying on his back with his left arm around her and his right arm around someone else with an enormous belly protruding on the other side.
A cold sweat ran down Izuku's face before he shook off the feeling and turned his attention back to Rei.
When their eyes met however, there was an immediate awkwardness between them and both their cheeks burned red as Izuku realized Rei was awake and she suddenly remembered everything that happened.
Many things could have happened at that point.
Rei could have screamed in horrified guilt and disgust at herself for not only giving in but begging a younger man, her son's best friend, to impregnate her.
She could have had a nervous breakdown as she realized she was once again used as breeding stock to produce powerful quirks and discovering her daughter apparently had a kink for that.
So many things were running through her mind that in the end she just stared in stunned silence.
A moan broke her from her frozen state though, as Fuyumi finally started to come to her senses and propped herself up enough that Rei could see her properly with her massively pregnant belly.
The mental breakdown now appeared to be the inevitable outcome as Rei suddenly felt her belly churning and tightening and her eyes flew to her belly in fear as it grew and…
Stopped growing…
Confusion mixed with anxiety as she waited for further growth, but her belly never grew beyond the size of twins.
Eventually Rei's brain registered the protective and comforting hand around her as Izuku tightened his grip and she vaguely heard Izuku's mumbled apologies and promises to support her.
In that moment, all of the fear, guilt and anxiety just melted away, as Rei melted into Izuku's grasp, briefly silencing the young man's rambling and barley intelligible string of apologies and words of comfort.
"Please stop apologizing so fast… you're making me dizzy…" Fuyumi mumbled as she slowly recovered from the wonderful delirium and soreness that Izuku had left her with.
Izuku's head whipped back and forth between them in an almost panicky state as he debated which one needed the most attention.
A debate as old as time and with no answer unfortunately.
Fortunately, Rei would spare him the torturous dilemma for the time being, as she finally found her voice again.
"Thank you…" she spoke softly, stunning both Izuku and Fuyumi.
"W-what… b-but I-"
"Let me feel the love and care of a good man for the first time in my life and stayed with me afterwards" Rei interrupted Izuku as she snuggled in closer to him, burying her head in the crook of his neck while one of her hands rested on her belly.
Make no mistake. Rei was not ok with the situation yet. She only vaguely understood the situation thanks to Mina basically acting as an information broker during their hunt for Izuku.
But she wouldn't deny how wonderful being with Izuku had felt and how wonderful it was to wake up in his warm, comforting and protective embrace.
She also wasn't about to blame him for something out of his control. She would just need time to process everything and then talk with Izuku and the other girls he'd knocked up already.

She'd also need to have a talk with her daughter as well about what happened…
For now she just needed to enjoy Izuku's strong arms hugging her close.
Meanwhile, Izuku sighed in relief as he noticed Rei calming down and held her close as they lay on the small mattress he'd made on the floor so he could comfort both girls.
Speaking of which.
"Um… Midorya…" Fuyumi muttered as she finally came all the way back to the land of the clear headed and un-horny, and Izuku looked over to see her laying there and nervously tapping the tips of her fingers together as she avoided eye contact.
"A-about earlier… I'm sorry if I said anything… weird… i-it's just that-" Fuyumi was interrupted by Izuku pulling her close as well and she squeaked with an intense blush of embarrassment as she covered her face.
"It's ok… I… I d-d-don't mind it… just… be careful in the future… that kind of talking kind of… s-sets off my quirk…" he stuttered out with equal embarrassment.
Fuyumi whined softly as she peeked out through her fingers at Izuku before giving a defeated sigh and letting her hands fall to her belly, where she felt movement within.
"H-how many?" Fuyumi stuttered out without thinking and Izuku gulped as he glanced down at Rei, who had her eyes closed but was clearly still paying attention as she gripped him a little tighter.
"R-Rei has twins… I tried holding back with her but I can't make anything less than twins it seems" Izuku said and felt Rei relaxed as her lips quirked up in a soft smile.
Izuku then split his gaze between to two women.
"A-and you… like I said, stuff like what you said… well I couldn't really stop myself and… you're pregnant with fifteen…" Izuku stuttered out and waited for whatever reactions they had.
There was a clear and immediate tension in both their bodies, but Rei calmed down and relaxed into him quickly and Fuyumi shuddered in arousal, which prompted her to cover her face again with another embarrassed squeak.
Never in a million years did she think her secret fetish would be known to anyone else. Least of all Izuku and her mom. Now they not only knew but had participated as she experienced it firsthand.
Poor Fuyumi was so embarrassed but the growing wetness between her thighs didn't lie, even as she tried to cross her sore and weak legs to hide her desire for her brother's best friend to keep breeding her. Fortunately for her, Izuku made the conscious effort to ignore that as he rubbed her side gently and offered all the comfort he could.
All in all, they were taking this pretty well and Izuku was incredibly relieved by that as he let his head rest next to Fuyumi's.
His moment of relief was interrupted by the shadow that suddenly loomed over him and he looked up into the mildly displeased eyes of Nana.
"Ok, you got some explaining to do" she spoke mentally, so as not to disturb ether of the girls who had yet to notice her presence.
Izuku gulped as the two girls in his arms worked through their issues while Nana stared down at him intensely.
"W-what do you mean?" Izuku replied nervously, to which Nana quirked an eyebrow as she gestured to Rei.
"You knock up Burnin' with TWENTY kids, but only give Rei twins?" Nana deadpanned while not even bothering to point out that Fuyumi didn't have as many ether, even if she still had a lot.
Izuku sputtered a little before formulating a response.
"You know what Rei's been through! I couldn't possibly make her relive a more horrifying version of that!" he shot back with a bit more venom then anticipated, causing Nana to recoil slightly.
Izuku then looked away with embarrassment and shame.
"Also… I didn't intend for Burnin' to have THAT many…" he quietly admitted, causing Nana to tilt her head in confusion as Izuku calmed down and collected his thoughts.
"All this time, with all the girls, getting them pregnant was always a… side effect… don't get the wrong Idea, I knew what would happen each time and I already love each and every one of my children and will do anything to protect and support them and their mothers… but I never wanted to make all these girls have so many children at once, or even a fraction of the number I have over time…" Izuku explained before sighing in resignation.
"Burnin' was the first time I was actually TRYING to get a girl pregnant. The first time I consciously did it with the intention impregnating a girl with as many kids as possible… and also… my quirk has been getting stronger the more I use it. And I don't meant all the new quirks I'm getting…" Izuku explained as he looked back to Nana who was less judgmental and more contemplative now.
She was also praying that Izuku would show restraint with Tsu and Mirko in the future if his quirk really was stronger then when he first had them and if he kept his current mindset. She didn't even want to imagine how big those girls would get if Izuku actually tried the next time they had sex with him. Or even Mina for that matter, given how her biology worked.
The woman eventually sighed as she shook her head.
"Ok I get it. But even so, don't you think you're overreacting a tiny bit? I mean, All For One doesn't even know you have kids or even a girlfriend yet" Nana asked with a shrug of her shoulders.
"No, he's reacting appropriately to my brother" The First sudden joined in on the conversation.
"Also, we can all hear you when you communicate like this. So just keep that in mind" First finished as some of the other vestiges grumbled into their mental link at having to hear that Izuku hadn't even been putting his full effort in this whole time with so many girls.
Both Izuku and Nana blushed as they stared at each other in awkward silence at the revelation.
Izuku took a breath to calm his nerves though as he closed his eyes and relaxed for the first time in hours.
"Well at least all the girls who saw me and Toru together are calm now" Izuku muttered out loud.
"Who?" Rei suddenly asked and Izuku's bloodshot eyes snapped wide open. One could almost hear glass shattering somewhere in the aether as Izuku's hopes were equally shattered.
He then slowly turned his head with jerky movements to look at Rei.
"Toru… the invisible girl I was… with…" Izuku clarified with dread as Rei looked at him with innocent confusion before it finally clicked with both the Todoroki women.
"Oh… I wasn't part of that group who made the fireball. Me and Fuyumi were working together and planning to betray them so we could have you to ourselves" Rei explained and dread lodged itself in Izuku's core.
"Well… we were until we actually had you…" Fuyumi muttered with embarrassment as she remembered how they lewdly fought and tore each other's clothes off over Izuku. Both figuratively and literally.
Fuyumi squeaked as she looked away but Izuku barely registered her words as he realized he wasn't done yet.
BOOM!
"Are you fucking kidding me!?" Izuku mentality screamed as an explosion shook the building, or at least the floor they were on.
Nana gave a frustrated groan as the other girls watched Izuku's eyes fall into a half lidded deadpan, showing just how done he was with this situation and his questionable luck.
Next thing they knew Izuku had extracted himself from the Todoroki ice cream sandwich and created a duplicate to carry one while Nana took the other.
"Sorry I have to leave so soon. But I have to deal with this" he said half flatly and half regretful that he could stay with them longer.
Rei was admittedly disappointed that Izuku couldn't stay longer and comfort her, but she understood the situation and settled for his duplicate's strong arms as he picked her up.
Izuku spared one last glance at them and a comforting smile before he faced away with a frown and practically blinked out of the room with sheer speed.
He was so frustrated by the fact he couldn't take a moment to rest and comfort ANY of his girls, that Izuku forgot to ask who he was about to face again.
Something that would make him facepalmed later in life when it finally occurred to him on a random day over breakfast.

Hello everybody. I have to say, real world issues aside, I'm feeling a lot better about my writing now that I've had time away. Not necessarily with the quality but how easily it was to actually get ideas out of my head and onto metaphorical paper.
Still may be slow updating for a while but I'm confident that I can at least keep putting stuff out.
Also, a few chapters back someone pointed out that the number of kids I listed was wrong. Here's the updated numbers, hopefully I calculated it properly this time.
