I hope that you all enjoy this series along with Multiverse Odyssey as I will be switching back and for the between these stories. But one day, these stories will soon interconnect, look forward to that.

Chapter 01: Invitation to the Kingdom
Dream
"Isn't the KC Battle Pro League the toughest league in the world?
"Yeah, the best of the best will be there. And as far as I know, I'm the only rookie to ever compete in it. It'll be a long league, so I won't be around for our daily hangouts."
"It must be scary…going at it alone."
"I'm not really alone. I have my cards, and of course, you and Yoko and my other friends. Even if we're not together physically our bonds will keep us connected. That's why while I'm over at Battle City, I want you to rise through the ranks and win the Junior Youth Championship."
"Right. I'll win the tournament and surpass you and Dad and make everyone smile with my Dueling!"
Domino City – Jonouchi Residence
Katsuya Jonouchi woke up from his sleep as the rays of the sun hit his face. He yawned and he sat up. "That kid again." Jonouchi muttered. Jonouchi had been having dreams recently of a kid with red and green hair. He didn't know who that kid was but for some reason, he felt pride and joy whenever he thought of him. "Who are ya, kid?"
Jonouchi got out of his bed and did his morning rituals of showering, combing his hair and having a simple breakfast of toast and coffee. "I wonder if that kid has something to do with what happened yesterday."
Domino City – Domino High Classroom (Yesterday)
Jonouchi was sitting across from Anzu as she and him were in a Duel with their friends, Yugi and Honda watching with them.
"Okay, I summon Cavern Djinn – Ogre Rock and attack your set monster, Anzu!" Jonouchi did his play and Anzu flipped her monster. "Yes! Ogre Rock is stronger than your Happy Lover, I weakened your defenses. I end my turn."
"My turn." Anzu started her turn. "I activate the Magic Card: God's Breath."
"God's Breath, what card is that?" Jonouchi was confused.
"That's a card that destroys Rock-type monsters." Yugi explained.
"Damn it…" Jonouchi cursed.
"And now you're Life Points are 0! I win again!" Anzu smiled.
"Jonouchi's so weak." Honda commented. This lowered Jonouchi's spirit even more.
Domino High – Recess Area
"If it helps, Jonouchi you were close to actually winning." Yugi tried to cheer up his best friend.
"I don't get it." Jonouchi grumbled.
"Well, you just started playing Duel Monsters. You'll get better in time." Yugi said.
"But that's just it, Yugi. I just started but I feel like I've been playing this game my whole life. I feel my fighting spirit burning up inside me, but something's missing. Something that's important to me." Jonouchi complained.
"Something that's important to you in Duel Monsters?" Yugi questioned. "Hm, maybe my grandpa can help you with that."
Domino City – Kame Game
Sugoroku Muto had finished putting up a poster promoting the Duel Monster National Championships. "Grandpa, I'm home!" Yugi called out as he and Jonouchi entered.
"Oh, welcome back." Sugoroku greeted.
"Hey, Gramps. Are you feeling okay?" Jonouchi asked.
"As you can see, I'm livelier than ever!" Sugoroku smiled.
"That's good to hear, I still can't forgive that damn Kaiba for putting you through all that." Jonouchi got ticked off remembering Kaiba.
Kaiba had forced Sugoroku to Duel him using his Virtual Simulator that brought Duel Monsters to life. The shock hurt Sugoroku and his treasured card, the Blue-Eyes White Dragon was destroyed. Yugi was able to defeat Kaiba and Jonouchi got to watch the Duel in person.
"It's kind of you to worry about me, Jonouchi. So, did you come here to buy more cards?" Sugoroku asked.
"Actually, Jonouchi wanted to talk to you about something. Go ahead, Jonouchi." Yugi said.
"Gramps, I just started playing Duel Monsters, so I know I'm gonna lose some Duels, but for some reason, I'm getting really frustrated. But it's not from the losses." Jonouchi explained.
"You're frustrated but it's not from losing. Tell me more." Sugoroku crossed his arms.
"Well, I've really connected with my deck, but I feel like that we could do better that we can achieve higher levels but I feel restricted. Like I'm missing something important…" Jonouchi explained.
"May I see your deck?" Sugoroku extended his hand.
"Sure." Jonouchi took his cards out of his deck case and gave it to Sugoroku. Sugoroku looked through the cards with intense concentration.
"I believe I know the problem." Sugoroku analyzed.
"You do?" Jonouchi asked.
"Jonouchi, the thing you are missing…is a symbol of your deck." Sugoroku said.
"A symbol of my deck?" Jonouchi questioned.
"Yes, all decks have a specific theme to them and each Duelist has a card that they call their ace card, which is basically the symbol of the deck itself. Your deck has great cards but not one seems to be the perfect representation of it." Sugoroku explained.
"So, what you're saying is, my deck is incomplete until I find a card that fits me perfectly." Jonouchi said.
"Exactly, though I'm not sure what kind of card it is, only you can figure it out." Sugoroku said.
"I see…thanks for your time." Jonouchi took his deck and headed out.
"You think Jonouchi will find his ace card?" Sugoroku questioned.
"Who knows? Only time will tell. Oh, by the way Yugi, a package came for you today." Sugoroku said.
"A package?" Yugi questioned.
Domino City – Domino High Pool
"My ace card…" Jonouchi looked at his deck. "I like all of you but if none of you are my ace…then who is?"
"Looks like they don't know either."
Jonouchi jumped and yelped a little as he turned to see a young woman in a pink cloak next to him. "Who the hell are you?"
"Someone who needs your help, Guardian of Domino City, Katsuya Jonouchi." The young woman responded.
"Guardian? What are you talking about?" Jonouchi was confused.
"Aw, you still have Baby Dragon." The young woman was looking through Jonouchi's deck.
"Huh?" Jonouchi looked at his now empty hand. "How did you?"
"Just as I thought, you're missing some good cards." The woman said. She then reached inside her cloak and pulled out a stack of cards. "Perhaps these might help out." The woman put the stack in Jonouchi's deck and shuffled the cards. "Here yo go." The woman gave the deck back to Jonouchi.
"Why did you give me your cards?" Jonouchi was confused as he took his deck back.
"Well, they're not really mine. Let's just say that they wanted to be with you again." The woman smiled.
"Again?" Jonouchi was now more confused than ever.
"Guess your memories have been jumbled up. Must be a side of effect of what happened and why you ended up here. I can't make any promises but, perhaps I can get some of those memories back." The woman revealed her left arm and a pink Duel Disk activated.
"Whoa, what is that?" Jonouchi was in awe of the device.
"A Duel Disk. Here, you can have this one." The woman tossed a Duel Disk to Jonouchi. "Don't worry, I labeled it so you know which cards go where, now let's begin."
"I don't know what you're doing, but I don't turn down a challenge." Jonouchi put his deck in the deck slot and his Duel Disk activated.
"Duel!" Jonouchi and the woman declared.

"Yuka…" Jonouchi looked at the name.
"I'll go first! I summon Opera the Melodious Diva (ATK: 2300, LV: 4)!" Yuka summoned a Fairy that sang like an opera singer. "Next, I set one card and end my turn!"

Jonouchi LP: 4000, Hand: 5
"The first turn and she already summoned a powerful monster…" Jonouchi commented. "My turn! Draw!" Jonouchi drew his card. "I don't have a monster that's strong enough to take that fairy down. Hm…is this one of the cards she gave me?" Jonouchi eyed a card. "Hm…with this, I can maybe double my defense."
"I set a monster in Defense Position!" Jonouchi set a defensive monster. "I end my turn."
Yuka LP: 4000, Hand: 3
Jonouchi LP: 4000, Hand: 5
"It might bring back all of his memories but I hope it can bring back memories of Dad." Yuka looked at her deck. "Mom…give me strength."
"My turn! Draw!" Yuka drew her card. "When I have a Melodious monster on my field, I can Special Summon Sonata the Melodious Diva (ATK: 1200, LV: 3) from my hand!" Yuka summoned another Fairy that sang beautifully.
"Next, I release Opera and Sonata!" Both of Yuka's monsters disappeared. "Enchanting melody echoing in the heavens. Awaken the sleeping virtuoso. Come forth! Level 8! Melodious Maestra Prodigy Mozart (ATK: 2600, LV: 8)!" Yuka summoned a large Fairy with a baton.
"Whoa…" Jonouchi was in shock by the powerful monster that Yuka summoned. "She summoned a powerful monster like it was nothing."
"My turn is far from over Jonouchi. I activate Prodigy Mozart's Monster Effect! Once per turn, I can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Melodious Monster from my hand! I Special Summon Canon the Melodious Diva (ATK: 1400, LV: 4)!" Yuka summoned another Fairy.
"Next, I activate the Continuous Magic: Fortissimo! With this card, once per turn, I can select one Melodious monster on my field and have it gain 600 Attack Points until my next Standby Phase!"
"Crap!" Jonouchi panicked.
"I choose Prodigy Mozart!" Prodigy Mozart gained power.
Prodigy Mozart (ATK: 2600→3200)
"Battle! Canon the Melodious Diva, attack the Defense Monster!" Canon sang a song and it destroyed Jonouchi's set monster which was a baby black dragon with red eyes.
"Red-Eyes Baby Dragon's effect! When this card is destroyed in battle and sent to the Graveyard, I can Special Summon a Level 7 or lower Red-Eyes monster from my deck and equip this card to that monster! I Special Summon Red-Eyes Lightning Lord Evil Demon (ATK: 2500, LV: 6)!" Jonouchi summoned a fiend to the field. "Furthermore, the Special Summoned monster gains 300 Attack Points!"
Evil Demon (ATK: 2500→2800)
"I see. You would use Red-Eyes Baby Dragon's effect to summon a powerful monster that would destroy a stronger monster on my field! Good strategy, but unfortunately for you, my Fortissimo has made my Prodigy Mozart stronger than your Evil Demon." Yuka commented.
"I know that…" Jonouchi disappointingly agreed.
"Prodigy Mozart, attack Evil Demon! Graceful Wave!" Prodigy Mozart unleashed her attack and it destroyed Evil Demon and Jonouchi grunted.
Jonouchi LP: 4000→3600
"Red-Eyes Baby Dragon has another effect! When it's sent to the Graveyard while equipped to a monster, I can add a Level 1 Dragon monster from my deck or Graveyard to my hand!" Jonouchi added another card to his hand.
"I activate Canon's effect! Once per turn, I can switch its Battle Position! I switch Canon to Defense Position and end my turn." Yuka finished her turn.

Jonouchi LP: 3600, Hand: 6
"Man, this girl is tough, she might even be stronger than Yugi or Kaiba, and they're both tough." Jonouchi thought. "Even with these new cards, I don't think I can win…"
"Don't tell me you're thinking of giving up?" Yuka questioned Jonouchi.
"There's no way I'm ever giving up, it's just…even if I stall for time, you have a strong Offense and Defense as well as a power boost with your Magic Card. The result is already clear." Jonouchi grumbled.
"What are you talking about? Just because I have strong formation, that doesn't mean I'm gonna win." Yuka pointed out. "You're stronger than this Jonouchi, I know you are."
"What do you know about me? I have an alcoholic dad, my mom took my little sister away, my best friend is popular because he beat the best Duelist in the world and I can't even win a Duel against a newbie."
"I know that you're strong when you fight for someone you really care about. I know you will do anything to help your friends even if means risking your life. And I'm not the only one who knows that, just continue the Duel and you'll see I'm right." Yuka said.
Jonouchi sighed. "Fine. My turn. Draw." Jonouchi drew his card and his eyes widened. "This card…Red-Eyes Black Dragon…" Jonouchi then heard a roar coming from the card. "Are you…talking to me?" A roar was heard again.
"Okay…" Jonouchi got determined. "I'll break down that formation! I summon Black Dragon's Chick (ATK: 800, LV: 1)!" Jonouchi summoned a freshly hatched dragon.
"Is it coming?" Yuka looked hopeful.
"I activate Black Dragon Chick's effect! By sending this card from the field to the Graveyard, I can Special Summon one Red-Eyes Black Dragon from my hand!" Black Dragon Chick disappeared from the field. "Appear! Red-Eyes Black Dragon (ATK: 2400, LV: 7)!" Jonouchi played the card on his Duel Disk and Red-Eyes appeared and let out a prideful roar.
Jonouchi gasped as he felt a strong resonation from Red-Eyes. He saw himself and Red-Eyes winning tournaments, helping others who couldn't fight back and getting stronger together.
"Uncle Jonouchi!" Jonouchi saw a boy with red and green hair smiling and waving at him.
"What…" Jonouchi put his hand on his chest. "My chest…it's hurt…why?"
"And who was that kid?" Jonouchi wondered.
"It's working. His memories are slowly surfacing." Yuka smiled.
"I'll figure it out later. I have a Duel to win. From my hand, I activate the Magic Card: Black Flame Blast! When I have a Red-Eyes monster on my field, I can inflict damage to my opponent equal to its Attack Points! Go! Red-Eyes! Black Flame Blast!" Red-Eyes unleashed its attack and it struck Yuka, making her grunt.
Yuka LP: 4000→1600
"Not bad, but you can't break my formation with that. Because now you can't attack with Red-Eyes anymore." Yuka smiled.
"True, but I still have cards in my hand! I activate the Magic Card: Fusion!" Jonouchi played his Fusion Card. "With this card, I fuse the Red-Eyes on my field with the Meteor Dragon in my hand!" Both dragons entered the spiraling vortex.
"Black Dragon with red-eyes! Merge with the dragon that fell from the sky and become a new power of friendship! Fusion Summon!" Jonouchi punched his fists together. "Appear! Level 8! Meteor Black Dragon (ATK: 3500, LV: 8)!" Appearing was a large purple dragon with red marks all over its body.
"Battle! Meteor Black Dragon, attack Prodigy Mozart! Burning Dark Meteor!" Meteor Black Dragon unleashed its attack and it destroyed Prodigy Mozart. The shockwave of the attack sent Yuka skidding back and her hood flew open.
Yuka LP: 1600→1300
"Alright! That felt amazing!" Jonouchi was really happy. He heard a roar from his Duel Disk. "You're happy too. I'm glad Red-Eyes."
"Well done, Jonouchi." Jonouchi looked at Yuka and saw her face. She was a beautiful young woman with dark pink and green hair, along with blue eyes.
"Huh?" Jonouchi blinked and he could've sworn he saw Yuka before, or someone similar to her. But like with the boy he saw when he drew Red-Eyes, he couldn't remember her name.
"That's enough for today." Yuka ended the Duel.
No Result
"W-Wait, where are you going?" Jonouchi asked.
"My goal was to get you to remember your true strength." Yuka explained. "Jonouchi, this world has its destiny set in stone, and ending where we have to say goodbye and part ways with dear friends. You can't let that ending happen, not again."
"What are you talking about? This world? Goodbye with friends? And what do you mean by again?" Jonouchi asked.
"I can't tell you any more than I have to. The rest is up to you. But Jonouchi, you have the power to change this world's destiny. You have the power to unite this world along with the others. And…you can bring back the man that we both admire." A small tear went down Yuka's face.
"Do you know that person?" Jonouchi had a feeling she was talking about the boy he saw. "Who is he? What's his name?"
"I'm sorry, but you'll have to figure it out yourself. But he's very important to you, just like your sister, Shizuka." Yuka answered.
"Shizuka…wait, how do you know my sister's name?" Jonouchi asked.
"See ya, Grunkle Jonouchi." Yuka waved before she played a card and she was covered in pink light that blinded Jonouchi and when the light died down, Yuka was gone.
"Grunkle Jonouchi?" Jonouchi scratched the back of his head. "What was that all about?" Suddenly, Jonouchi felt his phone vibrate and he saw that he got a mail message. "Get to Kame Game now."
Jonouchi pocketed his phone before running towards Kame Game.
Jonouchi Residence – Present Day
"I went to Kame Game and learned that Gramps had his soul taken by the creator of Duel Monsters, Pegasus J. Crawford. And that in order to get him back, Yugi has to defeat him in his tournament." Jonouchi talked to himself.
"But who was that girl? And who is that boy and girl that looked like her?" Jonouchi scratched his head.
A knock was heard on his door. "Coming." Jonouchi went to the door and he opened it.
"Packages for Katsuya Jonouchi." The mailman gave Jonouchi a big package and a small one.
"Oh, thanks." Jonouchi took the packages and closed the door as the mailman continued his route.
"Guess, I'll start with the small one." Jonouchi opened the small package. "A video tape?" Jonouchi put the tape in his VCR.
"Hello, Big Brother Katsuya? Are you doing okay?" A girl with long brown hair appeared on the TV.
"Shizuka…" Jonouchi was surprised that his sister sent him a video.
"I sent you this video I recorded so you won't forget my face, Big Brother. Sadly, I won't be able to see your face anymore. To be honest, I didn't really want to talk through a video, but face-to-face." Shizuka began to cry. "I wanted to see your face one last time."
"Wh-What? Last time?" Jonouchi got sad. "Don't tell me, her eyes…"
"Well then, bye-bye, Big Brother." The video ended.
"Damn it…" Jonouchi punched the ground in frustration.
"Let's see what this package is." Jonouchi opened the other package and he saw a glove, two stars and a couple of cards. "Who sent this?" Jonouchi looked at the address on the label. "Industrial Illusions, wait, isn't that…"
Domino High
"Whoa, you got the same package too, Jonouchi." Yugi was surprised when Jonouchi showed up with the same package he got yesterday.
"Yeah, it was just delivered today." Jonouchi explained.
"I mean, I can understand Yugi being invited but Jonouchi…" Anzu was skeptical.
"He's just an amateur." Honda bluntly stated.
"Hey, I'll have you know that I found what I was missing." Jonouchi argued.
"Oh, you found your ace card. Show me." Yugi got excited.
"Sure…look." Jonouchi showed Red-Eyes.
"No way! You have Red-Eyes?!" Yugi was surprised. "That card is as rare as the Blue-Eyes. Where did you get it?"
"A nice woman named Yuka gave it to me." Jonouchi explained. "She and I had a Duel and when I drew Red-Eyes, I felt happy, like I could achieve anything."
"Well, with that confidence, now we have double the chance to rescue Yugi's grandfather." Honda pointed out.
"That's right, Yugi. I'll do everything I can to help you save your grandpa." Jonouchi promised Yugi.
"Thank you, Jonouchi." Yugi smiled.
Domino Pier
"Welcome to the even held by Industrial Illusions! We have investigated every single one of your Duel Monsters records. You are all elites we've singled out. We have bestowed upon all of you an equal chance. Right now, above each of you, shines the bright light of glory! Now, Duelists…cross the ocean. Come seek glory in the Kingdom!" A man in a black suit announced to the participants of the Duelist Kingdom Tournament.
"Please present your Star Chips when boarding!"
Yugi showed his Star Chips. "Very well."
Jonouchi showed his next. "Go ahead."
"Duelist Kingdom, here we come!" Jonouchi got excited.
Duelist Kingdom Boat
"You know, I'm still surprised that Pegasus invited you to the tournament." Yugi said as he and Jonouchi hung out outside.
"Yeah, it was a big shock to me, but those guys let me on board, so I'm not gonna argue with it." Jonouchi said. "This is my first major tournament though and there's gonna be tough opponents. But I'm not worried, not so long as I have my cards and of course, my friends."
"Wow, your confidence is high off the charts. Did that Yuka girl give you more than just new cards?" Yugi asked.
"Well…it's kind of weird, actually." Jonouchi said.
"What do you mean?" Yugi asked.
"Well…"
"I don't believe it!" Both Jonouchi and Yugi turned to see a beautiful blonde hair woman wearing purple and white. "Wow, are you really the Yugi boy everyone's been talking about? I'm honestly surprised. I can't believe such a small child beat the Kaiba. You're a celebrity, you know."
"Wh-Why thank you…" Yugi sweated nervously.
"Easy Yugi, when a woman gets flirty, they want something from you." Jonouchi advised.
"Oh, aren't you clever." The woman turned to Jonouchi. "You know, I like a smart guy."
"Eh, you're not my type." Jonouchi shrugged the woman off. "Besides you're too old for me."
"Old?!" The woman got ticked off and smacked Jonouchi hard on the head.
"Point…proven…" Jonouchi fell to the ground.
"Even if my opponent is a child, I don't hold back in a Duel. I'll crush them all." The woman walked away. "My name is Mai Kujaku."
"You okay, Jonouchi?" Yugi asked.
"Geez, that woman is such a pain." Jonouchi rubbed his head. "Definitely not my type. My type is…" Jonouchi then saw a woman who looked at him lovingly with burgundy hair and purple eyes.
"Jonouchi?" Yugi saw that Jonouchi was blushing with a smile.
"Oh, uh, sorry. Forget I said anything." Jonouchi tried to cover his face with his jacket. "Man, why was I thinking of my perfect girl. Yet, why do I feel like I know her?"
During the boat ride, Yugi and Jonouchi met with famous Duelists like Insector Haga and Dinosaur Ryuzaki, the winner and runner-up of the recent National Tournament. Also, Jonouchi was able to get some new cards from trading with others, though he kept his Red-Eyes cards hidden from view.
But during the boat ride, Jonouchi was starting to see visions of people that he has never met before but he somehow still knew them. First, he saw a young girl with long blonde hair, then another girl with blue hair that released a chilly aura, a young boy with blue-green hair in a ponytail working on machines and finally another girl that had blue hair with something coming out of her Duel Disk.
Jonouchi splashed water on his face as he tried to calm down. "Man, ever since I met with Yuka, these people just keep appearing." Jonouchi sighed. "What is going on with me?" Jonouchi looked in the mirror.
Jonouchi then slapped his cheeks with his hands. "Get it together, Katsuya. You have to focus on this tournament. You have to save your sister's sight." Jonouchi looked at one of the cards that Industrial Illusions gave him. Glory of the King's Right Hand. It said that the winner would receive a cash prize.
Jonouchi went back out to the ship and he saw Yugi with Insector Haga, though something was off. "Hm? Why does Haga have the Exodia cards?"
"It'll be good for me if I do this!" Haga threw the cards over the ship and they flew in the wind. "Now there's no one who can oppose me!" Haga laughed as he walked away.
"No, the cards that my grandpa gave me!" Yugi cried out.
"Bastard…" Jonouchi cursed as he stared at Haga before running and jumping over the railing and into the water.
"Jonouchi!" Yugi cried out as his best friend dived down to the ocean.
"Hang on Yugi. Even if those cards are damaged and can't be used, they're still important to you. I won't let you lose a connection to your grandpa." Jonouchi held his breath as he went underwater and reached for the cards floating above him.
"If I remain on the surface, the waves will make it harder, but if I'm underwater, the waves won't push me around." Jonouchi kept swimming.
"One…" Jonouchi grabbed the first card. "Two…Three…Four…one more…one more." Jonouchi looked around before he saw it. "Got it, the last one!" Jonouchi quickly pocketed the cards and swam up.
"Jonouchi!"
"Quickly get on!"
"Hurry!"
Jonouchi looked up to see Yugi, Anzu and Honda shouting for him. "Everyone…" Jonouchi roared as he swam against the rough current before grabbing the ladder. "I got it!" Jonouchi called out. Yugi, Anzu and Honda pulled on the rope ladder and Jonouchi got back on the ship.
"Are you okay, Jonouchi?" Anzu asked.
"Geez, man, you're too reckless." Honda scolded.
"Hey, I'll do anything for a friend." Jonouchi pulled out the five Exodia Cards, though they were heavily wet. "Sorry, though, Yugi. I don't think you'll be able to use them in the tournament." Jonouchi held out the Exodia cards.
"I can't believe you risked your life for my cards." Yugi said.
"You said it yourself, they're important to you because your grandpa gave it to you. You're fighting to save him from Pegasus…just like I'm fighting to save my sister." Jonouchi said.
"You're sister?" Yugi questioned.
"You never told us you had a sister, Jonouchi." Anzu said.
"My dad is an alcoholic, and when he and mom divorced, she got custody of my little sister, Shizuka. Ever since Shizuka was born, she was suffering from poor eyesight. She was expected to go blind one day."
"Go blind." Yugi repeated.
"When I got my invitation to Duelist Kingdom, I also got a video tape from her. She said that she wished she could see me one last time. I'm pretty sure that her doctor has told her that she will go blind soon." Jonouchi said.
"But there is a way to save her. There's a doctor in Germany that has the best equipment to perform the surgery to save her eyes. But that costs money, money I don't have. This tournament is my chance to save my sister, to protect her eyes. I will be…the Guardian of my sister's eyes!" Jonouchi spoke with determination.
Above them, Yuka watched with a smile. "You can do it, Grunkle Jonouchi." Her Duel Disk vibrated and she answered it. "Hey, Big Brother Yusaku. You'll be happy to know that I've started my part over here."
"I'm glad." Yusaku said. "I'll be doing my part soon, as well as Yukio and Yumiko. For now, just keep an eye on Jonouchi, support him from the shadows and make sure that Yugi and Atem don't part ways. They have to still be here when we bring back the United World."
"So, I get that I'm helping Jonouchi, you're helping Asuka and Yukio and Yumiko are helping Rua and Rio respectively, but who's going to help Aoi?" Yuka asked.
"Don't worry about that. Everything is going to work out. We'll get our home back, and we'll get our parents back too." Yusaku assured Yuka.
"I know we can get our Moms back, but can we really get Dad back? I mean…he died…" Yuka said.
"No, he's alive, I saw him. Here, I'm sending you coordinates to where he's going to go next. If you want to see him, head there, but don't let him see you." Yusaku sent Yuka coordinates.
"Thanks, Big Brother." Yuka smiled. "I'll go see him and then get back to my mission."
The sun started rising as Jonouchi, Yugi, Honda and Anzu looked over the horizon. "Let's do our best Jonouchi. For my grandpa and your sister." Yugi said.
"Yeah…" Jonouchi nodded.
"There's the island." Honda pointed towards a lone island.
"Shizuka…your big brother is gonna save your eyes." Jonouchi thought to himself. "I'll defeat anyone who tries to stop me…even my best friend."
And that is the end to the first chapter of the Shattered World Fanfiction. I hope you guys are exciting to see where this story and Multiverse Odyssey will go from here. But I'm happy to let you know that both of this story will interconnect with each other with the Multiverse Odyssey and both stories will end at the same time.
