Empire of Tamriel
The Birthplace of Magic, and for over 4 centuries has been ruled by the Septim Dynasty and is currently under the rule of Uriel Septim VII, as the birthplace of Magic the Empire of Tamriel is well respected by the Outrelm (our universe) specifically by the magical nations.
Thus the Emperor of Tamriel is considered as the Lord of Magic in the outrelm as they could easily close the portal that connects their realms and sever the magic of Aetherius which would end the magical world.
The Elder Council is trying to convince the Emperor to take action against the Ministry of Magic in Britain to protect Tamriel as the nation of Britain is divided by Civil War.
Magical Britain
One of the many magical nations that exist in the outrelm the magical Government of Britain has enjoyed a certain prestige over its rivals as the portal to Tamriel exists in Britain, and most recently its premier school of Magic hosted the daughter of the Emperor as one of there students where she eventually fell In love and married a Pureblood of great House.
However, the current war between the Ministry and the rebel faction known as the Death Eaters has caused a lot of problems, the strain that it has caused between the British Wizengamot and the Imperial Elder Council has grown, with the obvious corruption of the ministry and their lacklustre attempts to quell the Rebellion has the Elder Council pushing for direct Military Action as a way to defend Tamriel or closing the Portal and ending the problem once and for all.

Chapter 1
Imperial City Palace
Palace District
Imperial City
31st Suns Height 3E418
Outrelm Date of 31st July 1976
The Imperial Palace was closed despite hundreds of people outside its doors, the Palace Guards kept everyone out, not that anyone was rushing to get in they were awaiting word on the newest member of the Imperial Family.
You see, Princess Lillian Mara Septim-Potter was in Labour with her And her Husband's First child, Her Husband Lord James Potter Duke of Inverness was a Lord of the Outrelm Nation of Britain, but most importantly a member of its Magical Community.
Normally, a member of the Imperial Royal family especially the Emperor's only Daughter would never have been allowed to marry an Outrelmer, but her Father Uriel Septim VII had approved of the match.
However, currently, the Emperor, his sons and son in law were outside his daughter's chambers, while Uriel was worried for his daughter he had to admit he did find the current situation funny his sons were grinning at a very pale James potter.
Lillian was cursing James promising to burn his manhood if he ever touched her again. "Worry not James, I'm sure she wouldn't kill you or burn your genitalia," Geldall Septim spoke in a no nonsense tone.
Geldall didn't like James he believed he wasn't a suitable match for his Baby Sister however when Lillian had announced she was going to marry the man-child he took some time to accept it, hell it was only his sister pleading to let her be happy that he relented.
Just in the door is the princesses chamber opened As a priestess of Mara exited bowing before the royals before addressing the Emperor.
"Your Majesty, her Highness has delivered a healthy baby boy, you all may enter but please keep the noise down as the baby is sleeping." With that she made her way back into the chambers, Geldall picked James off the floor and followed his family into his sisters chambers.
Lillian lay in her bed tired her hair damp with sweat, but she didn't care as she held her baby boy in her arms he was perfect, his eyes were green and his cute tuff of black hair on his head in her 19 years of life she had to admit this was the happiest day of her life.
Seeing her family and Husband enter she smiled at them. "Come James meet your first born son."
James slowly picked up his son from his wife's arms trying not to wake the child….unfortunately for him it appears the Prince of Madness decided that was not goi g to happen.
The little unnamed Prince apparently didn't like being moved from his mummy as she was warm, James however had very cold hands waking the little Prince, who let out a cry and with amazing muscle control hit his fathers nose with his let arm.
The 3 uncles in the room found this hilarious of course as did Lilian and Uriel not that they would admit as such. James however quickly handed the baby over to his mother freaked that he may have hurt the child, only to frown at the child calming down and snuggling close to his mother.
Knowing that he would never hear the end of it from Padfoot however he just sat next to his wife and son and smiled his son was perfect he would teach him all his tricks of the trade and when he attended Hogwarts it would be glorious poor Professor McGonagall.
Lilian however had different ideas for her child she was not like her Husband when I came to the current situation regarding Magical Britain, the war was not going to end anytime soon she would not raise her son in a land torn by Civil War.
The Temple of the One
Temple District
Imperial City
"By the Grace of the Nine, born under the sign of the Dragon we pray for good health and long life too his Royal Highness Hadrian Potter-Septim, Prince of Tamriel." The Primate of Akatosh called loudly to the crowd that had gathered in and around the Temple.
Lillian smiled down at her sleeping son, he had cooed at the priestess that were present when they came up to give there blessings and when the Primate of Akatosh had checked to see his birth sign he had reached his little arms up at the small magical stars as they formed the symbol of the Dragon.
The news quickly spread across the Empire of the new Prince and eventually made its way to the Outrelm nations and to Hogwarts School 2 days after the Birth.
Birth of a new Prince
By Rita Skeeter
We at the Daily Prophet have received word From the Imperial city, that her Royal Highness Princess Lillian Septim-Potter, Daughter of Emperor Uriel Septim and Wife of Lord James Potter has given Birth to a healthy Baby Boy in the Imperial City.
The Young Prince and Heir to the vast holdings of the Potter Family is with his family in the Imperial palace where Emperor Uriel to celebrate his Grandsons Birth has commissioned 2 weeks of games and feasting across the Empire.
We at the Daily Prophet wish all the best for the young Prince and hope to see him here in Magical Britain one day soon.
The students and staff were gossiping about the new development, by the Nine the entire Magical World was.
Albus Dumbledore, was very happy for his former students and while he would love to have the young lad come to Hogwarts when he turned 11, he knew it would never happen not while the country was in its current situation.
Lillian was like her Eldest Brother, she had a knack for military action she didn't approve of his way of fighting this war, he couldn't blame her for that in his youth he had traveled to Tamriel and had seen the Imperial Military in action.
During his time in the province of HighRock a large group of Bandits and Mages had gathered under the leadership of some native from the Reach located across the Border in Skyrim, his goal had been to gather a large host and cross into Skyrim and reclaim the Reach for the Forsworn.
However the city of Jehanna on the Border of Skyrim had denied them the battle had been brutal, Albus himself had aided as a healer for the city Watch, the brave men and women held the line but the bandits smashed against the defenders for hours.
Albus generally thought he would die that day, until the sounds of war-horns echoed across the land, the banner of the Septim Empire, thousands of Imperial legionaries came into view leading them was a big brute of a Nord.
Legate Tormund Giantsbane was the name of that Imperial Officer but that red beard was very notable not to mention the Warhammer he carried into Battle alongside him was his Large white coloured Wolf.
That man and his legionaries crushed the Bandit raid while the legate crushed the Forsworn leaders head like a grape even with Mages on there side they were no match for the Empire's Force.
It's why Albus Dumbledore promoted second chances and redemption, seeing the Legions decimate the Bandits with no mercy had been more horrific to him then fighting Grindelwald during the war, it's also why he hoped the young potter family would agree to raise there child in Tamriel until the war was over.
He knew that if anything happened to Lilian or Young Hadrian, his Grandfather and Uncles would bring the full might of the Empire against them not just one legion like in highrock.
"Poor fool you have no." choice a voice said yet know one heard it.
