So… this story is just where I can deposit the little plot bunnies running amuck in my mind. I hope everyone enjoys!

Alpha Omega
Eddy groaned as he hauled his overheated frame from his bed, eyes blinking rapidly to try and force the lingering grasp of sleep away. With a stifled yawn, he proceeded to stumble his way forward into his adjoining bathroom. With an overzealous stretch pulling a low moan from his lips, Eddy got to work on making himself semi-presentable for the day.
It was Saturday, a day he would normally sleep in until noon… or until Ed and Edd came banging on his door to make himself somewhat useful for the day. Unfortunately, today was not going to be like most of his lazy, lounging days… Today, he would be having a visitor… if you could even call him that.
Eddy groaned at the thought as he set about brushing his teeth. As he did so, Eddy took a quick look at himself. His blackish blue hair looked frazzled. With his free hand, he slowly reached up and ran his hands through his locks, grumbling around his toothbrush as his fingers got snagged on several tangles. After several attempts to smooth his hair into something more normal, Eddy finally gave up after his hair was raked backwards in a loose, messy style.
Eddy went about examining his lithe frame. He had, eventually, lost most of the weight he had carried around when he was 12… mostly thanks to a summer of hard labor that his parents insisted he do to make money for his "shenanigans". While he had vehemently despised every second of his forced summer job, he could say that it did wonders for his already charmingly good looks. He was no longer chubby around the edges; his frame leaner and more defined. He definitely wasn't built like many guys in his grade, but his body wasn't exactly something to be ashamed of either.
Eddy bent to spit his toothpaste into the sink before swishing mouthwash around, and then dispersing with that as well. Eddy leaned closer to his bathroom mirror, fingers lightly tracing the dark circles under his eyes. He frowned… last night had been terrible all around. He had been tossing and turning most of the night, his body flush from an unknown source. Without much thought, Eddy shrugged his shoulders before willing his body to return to his room and make its way over to his dresser.
Eddy quickly pulled on a loose pair of jeans and a loose plain black shirt. Long gone were his days of astounding loud-colored bowling shirts. Eddy was grateful for his sense of fashion change; while he was still continuously bullied in his grade, his sense dress was no longer brought into it.
Eddy scowled as he thought about his bullies. They sought every opportunity to target him, especially about things he had little control over. His height being one of them. While he had grown since his early prepubescent days, it had only been a hand full of inches. He was still one of the shortest students in his school after all. He barely came to 5'4, but nobody actually knew that besides his closest friends… he tended to pad his shoes to appear taller. It usually gave him a couple of inches, but it barely put him on par with most of the female population at his high school.
Another thing his brain dead classmates loved to bring up: his secondary gender… or lack thereof. At 16, Eddy was getting tired of waiting.
Eddy shook his head, willing his insecurity and self-doubt away. His eyes glanced at the retro clock ticking away on his wall… He was just a few minutes shy of his agreed upon meeting time with, ugh, him.
Eddy quickly put on a pair of his padded shoes, and then just sat at the end of his unkempt bed for a moment. Eddy tugged at the collar of his shirt, body still flush from whatever was plaguing it. He was starting to feel really warm, and ideally wondered if he was catching some sort of bug. It had been an unusual fall this year, after all, with weather jumping all over the place.
Eddy shook his head once more, trying desperately to shake the fog that been with him all morning. Eddy lift his hands to his face, delivering a quick, aggressive rub as he flopped backwards, making his mattress bounce under him. Just as his arms flopped outwards, a rather violent beating of his door forced Eddy back into reality.
With an irritated huff, Eddy dragged his body upwards. Just as he made his way to stand, another round of agitated bangs came from his door.
"I hear you already, damn! Give me a minuet to open the damn door, will ya?" Eddy spat as he stomped his way over to the door.
The door was quickly thrown open, the built silhouette of their school's quarterback filling it's frame.
"Took you long enough, pipsqueak," the red head muttered before he shouldered his way into the room.
Eddy grit his teeth, a foul 'Fuck you too' on the way out before the red head spun around, his gaze lingering on Eddy as he spat out:
"You burning a candle or something? The fuck does it smell like vanilla?"
Eddy took a moment to look perplexed as he tried to subtly scented the air, but nothing overtly sweet stuck out to him
"The hell are ya talking about? I don't smell nothing," Eddy grumbled as he moved to close his door and push past the muscled frame in front of him.
Eddy whipped around as the red head snorted in response, a hundred insults dancing on his tongue before he forced himself to a take quick breath.
"Let's just get this over with, shovel chin," Eddy hissed as he went to gather his half of the supplies. "I'd like to not completely ruin my Saturday spending it with your ass."
Kevin sneered in response, but nonetheless dropped his backpack full of supplies onto the shaggy rug. Eddy promptly dragged over his supplies, practically throwing them at Kevin's feet.
"Why the hell I had to be paired with you, dork, I'll never know. I think Mr. Fritz just likes to see his students suffer." Kevin bit back as he folded his muscled arms across his chest, his green eyes boring down at Eddy, a slight frown twisting his handsome features.
Eddy finally hissed out the 'Fuck you' that had been building up before he made to sit down on the floor. Just as he made himself somewhat comfortable, arms about to reach out and grab his supplies, Kevin cleared his throat, a shit-eating grin on his lips as he just stared at the shorter boy.
Eddy waited a moment, before snapping up at the red head, "What?"
"You know, a good host would provide their guest with refreshments."
Eddy glared at the man still standing, breathing in and out for a couple of seconds before answering.
"Would you like something to drink?" Eddy said, words dripping in venom. Kevin merely smirked and nodded.
"Got any soda?" Kevin asked, his features still twisted in that shit-eating grin.
"All I have is diet… Mom's on a health kick," was all Eddy said as he forced himself upwards, leveling one last glare at his rival before promptly disappearing up the stairs.
When Eddy came back down, Kevin had finally sat down, his legs crossed Indian style, his thick binder open in his lap. Eddy moved over to the red head, before shoving the soda into Kevin's face.
"I don't drink diet… taste like shit," was all Eddy got in response and it took every fiber of his being to not simply chuck the can of soda at the red head.
Eddy inwardly spewed all kinds of insults and slurs towards the jock, but quickly settled back into his position, now sitting directly across from his nemesis.
Kevin scanned the brief of their shared project, before looking up into Eddy's blue eyes.
"I'll take care of the notes and shit… you, build the diagram."
Eddy raised an eyebrow, a frown beginning to form on his lips, "Who said you were in charge?"
"I want to get a decent grade and, well… you are you, dork," Kevin said, mirth dancing in green eyes as Eddy flipped him off.
"Whatever," Eddy grumbled as he pulled supplies over to him and began to work.
Nearly an hour went by, and the only sounds to be heard were the sounds of a pencil scribbling on paper and Eddy's shifting and cutting of paper. The near silence was eventually disturbed by the sound of the once forgotten can of soda popping open. Kevin's eyes shifted from his work, taking in the flushed frame of the shorter male.
"Thirsty," was all Eddy said as he look a long sip from the can, but the still-cool liquid doing nothing to soothe the heat building in his slight frame.
Kevin rolled his eyes before going back to work. Eddy moved to continue his own, but the fog from earlier was thickening in his head. Eddy sat back for a moment, a piece of cardboard paper in his hands, as he tried to shake the sensations in him.
Eddy frowned, pretty sure that he had contracted something. He was flushed all over, his body was just barely tolerable in it's warmth, his hands trembled slightly, and his head was clouded with a dense fog that seemed to only be getting worse.
Eddy took another opportunity to take a swig from his soda and, as he did so, his eyes wandered to his rival.
Kevin had definitely grew into an athletic body. Defined muscles pulled against the somewhat tight shirt the male was wearing. He had kept his hair from his childhood: tight on the sides but long up-top. Kevin was the star quarterback for their high school football team, but he was also still an adamant biker in his free time. He had grown too, much like all the kids of the cul-de-sac. Kevin stood at a towering 6'3, making Eddy envious of that small fact. Kevin also had his handsome looks, time doing nothing justice for the male. Kevin: the good-looking, ever popular, football Captain. And worst of all, he was an Alpha… something Eddy desperately wanted to be.
Eddy found his eyes lingering on the pull of those masculine arms as they stretched above the red head briefly, the action causing the others shirt to lift upwards, revealing a soft outline of abs. The question forced Eddy back to the current situation. He blinked his hazy eyes, before letting go of the cardboard he had been holding.
"Yeah," Eddy mumbled, his hands rising to his face, trying to scrub away the worst of the fog, "Think I caught something…"
Eddy, without thinking, mewled into the hands covering his face as an aggressive shiver raced up the length of his spine. Kevin froze at the noise, his green eyes locking onto Eddy's hazy blue ones.
And then Kevin scented the air, his pupils dilating, blowing wide as something sweet and tantalizing caught his interest. Kevin promptly dropped the binder and sheets of paper he had been working on, his body rigid, intrigued alpha pheromones trickling into the surroundings.

A rumble echoed from somewhere deep within the red head and Eddy had to carefully squash the responding mewl that wanted to leave his lips. Eddy reach up and swatted Kevin's hand away from his face.
"The fuck are you doing?" Eddy demanded, but the persistent red head only forcefully grabbed Eddy by the arms and shoved his slight frame backwards into the white carpet. Eddy squeaked in surprise before glaring up at the athlete hovering above him.
Kevin remained silent as he trapped the smaller male beneath him, green eyes peering into blue as he slowly lowered and scented Eddy once more.
"Fuck…" Kevin rumbled out, his voice rough from his inner alpha. "You smell good."
Eddy only looked quizzically at his companion before bracing hands against the well-defined chest and pushing.
"I don't know what's gotten into ya, dipshit, but get off of me." Eddy said as he continued to try to push the alpha back. Kevin did not budge. Instead, he took both of Eddy's hands into one of his own larger ones and held them in place above Eddy's head.
Before Eddy could tell the other one off, Kevin leaned down, pressing his nose directly into Eddy's neck, just above his scent gland and inhaled. The same rumbling purr slipped into the air between them, Eddy responding with a shutter and a quickening in his breathing.
Kevin, fueled by the pheromones dripping off of Eddy, lightly raked his teeth over the soft, sensitive flesh of his neck. Eddy laid gasping and trembling on the floor, his mind barely registering that the alpha had pulled away. A whine at the loss nearly pulled itself from his body, but Eddy weakly suppressed the urge. Eddy, dizzyingly, sat up, his glazed eyes trying to glare daggers at the teenager across from him.
"What," Eddy panted, his cheeks a rosy red from the flush of his body, "What was that?" Eddy questioned, his mind still hazy from the red head's actions.
"Eddy, you fucking idiot!" Kevin growled out, his voice muffled by hand still covering his face. Eddy only shot him a 'WTF' face in response.
Exasperated, Kevin dropped his hand as he flung his arms out as he bellowed, "Do you really not know?"
Eddy only canted his head to this side in confusion, panting breaths still dragging their way through his lips.
"Damn it Eddy," Kevin muttered before he looked squarely into Eddy's eyes, "You're in heat, damn it!"
Eddy sat there as he processed the information before a bellowing laugh of disbelief escaped his lips. Kevin startled at the noise, clearly not expecting Eddy's response.
Eddy continued his laughter for a full minute, before he breathlessly said, "No I'm not."
Kevin looked baffled before he growled at Eddy as he began to pack his things away.
"Yes, you are, dork face!" Kevin snapped back as he roughly shoved the papers he had been working on haphazardly into his bookbag.
Eddy shook his head in response, standing as the alpha stood as well. Kevin shook his head in disbelief before he dropped his bag to the floor once more.
"Yes! Look," Kevin began as he started listing off Eddy's ailments, "You look like you have a raging fever, I can see your body trembling…"
"I just have the flu or somethin'," Eddy interrupted, a frown pulling at his features. Kevin snarled in frustration as Eddy continued to deny what was happening.
"I can smell the omega on you!" Kevin bit back, only for Eddy to vehemently shake his head.
"You're delusional…" Eddy began, which only served to fuel Kevin's irritation.
"I'm sick… that's it. Jeez, if you wanted to come onto me, you didn't have to make up such a lie-"
"Kneel!"
With that simple command, Eddy's knees hit the carpeted floor so fast it made them both wince. Eddy couldn't believe it… his eyes rounding out in almost horror as he finally realized the truth. Eddy, from the sounds of it, shifted behind him but he refused to level his eyes on the other.
"We shouldn't be near each other. Not right now." Kevin hissed out, his rational mind trying desperately to fight through the thick blanket of omega pheromones suffocating the air around them.
"Help me," Eddy whispered, anxiety building as he feared the alpha's rejection. He didn't know what else to do… School taught that alphas help omegas in heat… Right?

Eddy was trembling, his pale body flushed red from the heat searing through his veins. Blue eyes, while hazy, were still lucid enough to recognize what was happening.

Eddy looked at him for only a moment before closing the distance between their bodies and sealing his lips against Kevin's.
Kevin released a pleased growl, the purr rumbling from deep within his chest. He brought one of his hands to Eddy's hip, his other pulling the smaller frame closer to his own.
