Thanks for the reviews. I might do a flashback, haven't decided if I can brave a bit of a smut yet.
'Carla, are you avoiding me' Lisa said, catching up to Carla and gently pulling her round to face her.
'No, I'm just busy, I've got to get to work' Carla replied hastily, as Lisa furrowed her brow.
'Carla, we need to talk' she said as Carla avoided catching her concerned gaze.
'About what?' Carla sighed as Lisa scoffed.
'Um, about last night, or was it that forgettable already?' Lisa asked as Carla puckered her lips.
'No, it wasn't forgettable, in fact I haven't stopped thinking about it since' Carla quipped as Lisa moved to face her properly, her eyes dancing between Carla's green eyes and plump lips.
'Then why can you barely look at me' Lisa asked as Carla looked up at the sky and let out a breath.
'It shouldn't have happened..' she said as Lisa cut her off.
'But it did, and I didn't see you complaining about it' she said with a slight smirk, trying to coax a smile from Carla's lips.
'Yeah and it can't happen again' Carla said, her words flurried.
'Are you embarrassed?' Lisa questioned as Carla let out a laugh, which didn't convince her otherwise.
'No! I just, don't want folk gossiping' Carla said as Lisa laughed.
'Why would anyone need to know what we get up to?' Lisa pushed her as Carla pulled her cardigan tighter around her body.
'Look, I can't talk now, I have a meeting' Carla said abruptly.
'Then when can we talk?' Lisa said as Carla shook her head.
'I don't know, look, can't we just..'
'What, forget it? No Carla. Look I'm not trying to pressure you but it feels like you're regretting what happened, and I don't know why' Lisa said as Carla snapped.
'Because I'm not… that way inclined, this, us, it's not me' Carla said gesturing with her finger as Lisa scoffed.
'Well you seemed pretty that way inclined last night, there's nothing wrong with liking women you know' Lisa said, growing frustrated with Carla.
'I didn't say there was, it's just not me' Carla said, turning on her heel to walk away.
'Oh so you're just going to leave, act like it never happened are you' Lisa said, coldly watching the brunette shy away.
'I don't know, Lisa, I don't know, but right now, I need to go'.don't know, but right now, I need to go'./p
