TWs: Brief panicking, mention of past injuries, mention of being crushed/destroyed. Stay safe :)
The Sun noticed something was off the moment he saw it; a blue light in the distance seven times bigger and brighter than he was.
His eyes widened and a smile grew on his sphere as he realized who it was.
The planets stopped what they were doing to stare at the mysterious presence of the unknown Star.
She said something to Neptune, who perked up and nodded. The Blue Star shifted forms, her body adjusting to have extra limbs. She stretched out her arms, raising them over her head before putting one hand on her waist as the other fiddled with a stray hair.
Then, her eyes met his; pale yellow intercepted soft blue.
Neptune must've said something since Spica glanced down at the smaller Celestial and nodded. Neptune raised his hand, moving aside as he gestured widely to the rest of the solar system.
Spica smiled, cautiously making her way towards the other. The planets made way for her, afraid they were going to get sucked up into her orbit if they got too close.
Finally, they were face-to-face.
"Well, well, well... we meet again, Sol," Spica spoke.
"Heheha, it's been a long time coming!" Sun grinned, shifting into his Celestial form. He took Spica's hand, placing a fiery kiss upon it.
"What was that?" Saturn asked Jupiter.
"Spica is a superior Star compared to the Sun. A kiss on the hand symbolizes that relationship." The bigger planet responded.
"I've never seen anything like your solar system, Sol." Spica glanced around, "It's all amazing compared to everything else out there."
"It is amazing, isn't it?" Sun raised an eyebrow.
"I see modesty still isn't your best policy," Spica smirked.
"It never was!" The Sun pulled her aside, his voice falling into a whisper, "What brings you here on such short notice?"
Spica rolled her eyes, "Oh, y'know... I came here to warn you about the other's plans."
"And...?"
Spica furrowed her eyebrows, "Two days from now..."

"...On other events, reports have been circulating around the world as to what would appear to be... a second Sun." The news reporter said, "Strange occurrences, such as the sky turning a different shade and fatal accidents leading to citizens having to go to the hospital have been happening. The government has issued a warning not to go outside and to wear protective eye gear- and no, sunglasses do not count."
"Oh, dear..." The lady uttered under her breath. She turned to her son, who was playing with his spaceship on the floor, "At least you're inside."
The boy looked up at his mother, still having the same bored expression on his face.
"I hope your father's alright..."
...
"Someone please tell me where that other Star came from!" Houston shouted as he looked at the screens with wide eyes.
"We're not sure, sir. We've been going through all our databases to find where it originated." NasaDude replied, his eyes scanning through an assortment of papers.
"We've found something, Administrator!" A nearby recruit holds up a picture, "This was just captured by one of our telescopes."
"Give me that!" Houston took it from the recruit, his eyes squinting at it, "This is...?"
NasaDude huffed, grabbing the paper, "It appears to be a picture of the binary Star system, Spica..."
"Doesn't there need to be two or more Stars for it to be a binary Star system?" Houston pointed out.
"Exactly! Which can only mean..." NasaDude trailed off, glancing at a different screen showing live News footage of the Sun with its much larger blue counterpart, "That Star is Spica B."
"Well," Houston collapsed in his chair, "Now we really do need to go to space..."

"What's it like out there?" Mercury asked.
"Well, it's not nearly this lively..." Spica responded, "Though, careful you don't fall prey to my gravity- I don't have a good grasp on it."
The Rocky Planets flew back a few units with wide eyes.
"Alright, the first order of business." Spica clapped her hands, "Sol?"
"Right- we now know that the Stars are to be attacking around here, somewhere." The Sun gestured with his hand.
"Wait- what!?" The Earth yelled.
"Don't worry, Earth, I've got you covered." Sun hummed, glancing around, "Anyone willing to risk their core for the Earth? Please raise your hand."
Mars and Uranus immediately raised their hands, Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus following after.
"Well, that's unexpected..." Sun uttered.
Spica elbowed her partner, clearing her throat, "It would make the most sense for the biggest planets to guard the Earth, however... Saturn and Uranus contain icy materials within their surfaces; if they were to go up against Stars, who knows what would happen to them?"
"What about Mars?" Mercury pointed out.
"I have icy permafrost on my poles, but that's about it." The planet in question responded.
"Now that we've got that covered, Neptune, was it...?" Spica glanced at the blue Celestial.
"At your service, great superior!"
The Blue Star chuckled, "Please- just call me Spica. Nine is your brother, correct?"
"Yepperino!" Neptune nodded, smiling despite feeling a pit forming in his stomach.
"Are you sure you can handle facing him one-on-one?" Spica furrowed her eyebrows, analyzing the smaller.
Neptune faltered, his eyes tracing down at his chest; where he was previously injured and put out of commission, "Well..."
"He won't be facing him alone." An accented voice spoke, "I'll be there with him."
Neptune's eyes widened as he looked at Uranus, "Really?"
"Of course, mate! I'm not letting you out of my sight again after what happened last time!" Uranus frowned before huffing and looking away, "Besides, me and him have unfinished business..."
Before Neptune could ask what he meant, Spica's voice rang out, "Alright, that brings us to our last concern; Gliese."
The Sun raised an eyebrow, "What about Gliese?"
"She's a brown dwarf- she may be sixteen times bigger than a planet, but she's technically not a Star. She may have formed the same way main sequence Stars do, but she never gained enough mass to do fusion on the scale of a main sequence Star."
"And...?"
"She's capable of being destroyed under our pressure." Spica scowled, "Imagine what would happen if she got too close to us. It would be history repeating itself, just like what happened with-"
The Sun cleared his throat, his eyes looking back and forth between her and his planets.
Spica followed his gaze, her face falling into a frown, "You haven't told them yet...?"
"I only said I did things I wasn't proud of- not the whole story!" The Sun gestured with his hands.
"Sol..." Spica rolled her eyes, "Well, luckily, we have high odds of winning."
"We do...? We didn't even put Sirius into account." Sun crossed his arms.
Spica looked at him with a mischievous smile, "High odds, Sol."
