Hello everybody I'm back with another exiting chapter, please leave a review, I would love to know how I can improve my stories.
Chapter 3: Trouble on the Bay"PAW Patrol to the lookout," said an enthusiastic Ryder.
"Ryder needs us," Responded the tired pups.
"Today is an exciting day pups, today we have a shipment of top secret supplies. I want all of you at the docks at noon sharp." Ryder said sternly.
"Okay Ryder," said the pups with confusion.
Meanwhile at the docks, Captain Turbot was pre paring for the shipment. He put up the crane, and he prepared to dock the big cargo ship. But little did he know, mayor Humdinger was listening. Mayor Humdinger is the most despicable man alive. He hates the PAW Patrol more than anything. And he will do anything to ruin the PAW Patrol's day.
"The ship will dock at 1:30-ish, I want everything set up by 12:00," Commanded captain turbot. Captain Turbot is a sea captain who is good friends with the PAW Patrol, he loves his ship, the Flounder, and he will do anything to help the PAW Patrol.
"Aye, Aye, captain," responded his crew mates.
"The PAW Patrol needs this shipment, so let's make it happen," Said captain Turbot.
"This important shipment is for the PAW Patrol, Ooo, I have the brilliant plan to ruin the PAW Patrols day, Muhahaha." Humdinger said with a malicious grin. Humdinger slinks away to hatch his plan to ruin the PAW Patrols day. Turns out that humdingers plan was to lance a hole in the hull of the ship, and that is exactly what he did. First he slips into the water in his submarine, now don't ask me how he got it. Next he spots the cargo ship, and he sneaks up and at full speed rams into the ship. He put a very large hole in the ship, but his spear head broke off and was stuck on the ship.
"Good luck stopping me this time, PAW Patrol, muhahaha," humdinger said with a blood curdling laugh.
About 15 to 20 minutes later the captain of the cargo ship sent out a distress signal.
"PAW Patrol, what's your emergency," Ryder said with a hint of concern.
"Mayday, mayday, this is the PAW Patrol container ship, we're taking on water, and fast," panicked the captain.
"Hang tight, we're on our way, PAW Patrol, to the lookout." Said very concerned Ryder
"Ryder needs us," Responded the exited pups.
At the look out the pups line up in the same order, Skye, Rubble, Chase, Marshal, Zuma, and Rocky.
"PAW Patrol ready for action Ryder sir," Chase said confidently.
"Thanks for hurrying pups, we've got a big emergency on our hands. I received a distress signal from our container ship; they are taking on water, fast. This mission is going to require the whole PAW Patrol." Ryder said with a sense of urgency.
"Aye, Aye, Ryder sir," responded the eager pups.
At the docks the pups all assembled for Ryder's plan.
"Chase, set up a perimeter around the dock and clear it of people unless they can help." Ryder commanded.
"Chase is on the case."
"Skye I need you to fly out and use your harness to lift the crew to dry land."
"Let's take to the sky.
"Zuma and Rocky, drive out to the ship and Zuma, you dive down and find and if possible, fix the hole. Rocky you hand Zuma the materials."
"Green means go."
"I'm weady to dive in Wyder."
Once they got out to the ship Zuma gets ready. He puts on his oxygen tank and diving suit. Then he dives down to find the hole.
"Wyder, I've got good news and bad news, the good news is I've found the hole. The bad news is it's too big for me to fix alone. Wocky will have to help."
"W-what, no, no, no, can't you f-f-fix it Zuma," Stuttered Rocky, full of fear.
"No, Wocky, you awre the best mechanic in Adventure Bay, you have to help"
"O-Okay, anything for a-a r-rescue."
Rocky puts on an oxygen tank and scuba gear.
"Here w-we g-go," Rocky stuttered as he jumped off into his deepest fear.
Once below the water Zuma and Rocky both held a plate of steel over the hole. Then Rocky used his rivet gun to shoot rivets into the steel, which sealed it enough to get the ship to the dock.
"Ryder, the hole is sealed and the captain will now dock the ship where I can fix it properly." Rocky gasped as he came up out of the water.
Once the ship had docked Rubble used his crane to unload the crates. Chase inspected the hole, and there he found the tip of Humdinger's spear, it had his name written on it.
"I should have known Humdinger was behind this." Chase said with an exasperated expression.
Right at that moment, Humdinger tried to sneak way.
"Ooo, that is not good, time for me to vamoose." Humdinger said a bit to loudly.
"Hay, Mayor Humdinger stop right there, you are under arrest."
"Uoh, run," shouted Humdinger.
Chase hopped in his cruiser and started off after Humdinger. Chase chased Humdinger all over Adventure Bay. Then Humdinger set a trap, he gets Chase in an ally way. There he surrounds Chase with his kittens, which launch hair balls at him. Since Chase is allergic to cat hair, he is stuck in a fit of sneezing. He is sneezing so much that Humdinger is able to tie he's legs up and make his escape.
"Ryder, help, I'm-acho, I'm stuck." Chase yelped through sneezes.
"Rocky, free Chase, Skye find Humdinger," Ryder bellowed.
Skye searched, and searched, but Humdinger was nowhere to be found. Later at the evening meeting the pups talked about the exiting day they had had.
"Great job today pups that could have been a disaster, and Rocky I am so proud that you faced you fear of water to save the ship." Ryder said with relief.
"What's in the boxes anyway." questioned Zuma with a hint of curiosity.
"Ammunition and replacement parts for pup packs and pup tags," responded Ryder.
"You mean we can fix my pup tag that I broke when I fell in the pool." Marshal said with a hopeful grin.
"Yes, Marshal, I will do that tomorrow, but now it's time for bed."
"Ryder, can I stay up and work on the Humdinger case tonight", chase asked.
"Yes, you may, but the rest of you pups, time for bed, good night pups." Ryder said with a peaceful tone.
"Good night Ryder," responded the pups. Ryder turns the lights off, Chase go's of to work on the case. And the rest of the pups peacefully go to sleep.
PAW Patrol to the rescue as always, but humdinger got away, will chase find out where humdinger went, join my next Monday for another chapter.
