Magic is used the same way as it is used in the HP world just without wands, they will have the same spell structure just no conductor.

Chapter 16

Lucius left the next morning for Italy to find the other supreme omega. He had had a little problem with the NRDD, as they had not wanted to give out the address. As their sole responsibility was to protect the omegas, but Lucius being the King helped the matter along. After all, a little bribe could solve anything…..

He did not have the exact address of the supreme omega, just where he had resided last. The omega apparently moved a lot and did not register his address every time he did so. It seemed that the omega didn't want to be found so Lucius sent the spies he brought with him, to find out the exact address and run a background check on the wary omega.

Lucius apparated to the determined address. He landed in the back of an alley, standing in front of aged stone steps with a potted plant on each step. Heavy vines grew from the railing of the stairs up to the building and just under it was a window next to a door almost hidden by the vines.

The vines grew over the door like a canopy and even though it had a brown and an old look it looked quaint and homey. It did not smell like trouble. Lucius approached the door to knock on it but as he raised his hand the door opened, and he got socked in the face by a short man... well any man was short compared to him. So shocked was he that Lucius did not react but just clutched his now bleeding nose to stem the flow.

He vaguely noticed that the man had started cursing and apologizing before being pulled into the house. The man made him sit on a chair, apologizing continuously, and before Lucius could say anything the man flicked his fingers, and voila, his nose was fixed, albeit rather painfully. The man got him some wet towels to wipe off the blood from his face and stood guiltily, unsure of what to do.

Now that Lucius was healed, he looked over the man appraisingly.

The man was around 5'8" with a delicate build and to say that the man was beautiful would be an understatement. He had high cheekbones, dark brown hair, and soft brown eyes that glowed with power. "I did not think that I would meet you like this, Mr. Diggory," at that Diggory's magic snapped around him but Lucius raised his hands in a placating manner, "Please just listen to me, I just want your help, nothing else. Help for my wife who is also a supreme omega".

Hearing that Diggory sat down angled towards the door, understanding dawning in his eyes, but still obviously suspicious of him, "Ahhh you are from Britain, I should have gathered that from your fancy clothes, but I thought that the supreme omega was a he and not a she?"

"It is a he...".

"But you said 'your wife', how is a wife a he, wouldn't he be your husband?".

"It is just our way of calling...".

"Why? Isn't that weird to call a man wife?"

Diggory interrupted him again "Yes, but……" "Oh does he identify himself as a her?"

Lucius gritted his teeth, he had never been interrupted so many times. Not to mention after getting punched in the face. He was just thankful that he was alone and not with Thomas and Severus or he wouldn't hear the end of it, that he, Lucius, had gotten overpowered by an omega...

Lucius groaned at that. "Are you okay? I thought I had healed you, do you still feel the pain?" "No I am fine, please do not worry about that, now as I..." "Ahh, so you were groaning because you got hit by an omega" Diggory interrupted him….again, "No it is not like that and as for us calling Harry wife, it is just our way, we call anyone who has

the hermaphrodite gene that…" "Are you sure, you sound confused, anyways, it is weird to be calling your husband wife but you British are strange...huh to each their own way."

Lucius contemplated killing the man sitting opposite him, but no, he couldn't do that. He was here for Harry, yes deep breathes, think of Harry... "Can I speak or do you have anything else you want to ask?" At the shake of the omega's head, Lucius continued, "We would be grateful if you could help our omega. He hasn't reached his maturity yet so we would like to help in any way we can and be prepared if any difficulty arises."

The omega's eyes softened at this, "It is good to see an alpha care so much for his omega its heartwarming. Wait you said we, how many of you are there in this relationship?" "Well, there are four of us, I mean me and two other alphas. One of whom is a supreme alpha..." "A supreme alpha and a supreme omega…now that hasn't happened in decades. Wait you said supreme alpha, you mean the Emperor of Britain? Please don't tell me you are from the royal family," and then realizing what he had done, "Ohh, God I punched a member of the royal family" "Actually I am the Ivory King..." Lucius said "Great even better, I am going die today, you are going to kill me aren't you? Well for the record I thought it was someone else, you see this person has been giving me difficulties... Lucius cut the omegas rambling, "Please do not worry it was an honest mistake seeing as you did not recognize me, I will say its water under the bridge, and if you would like me to help you get rid of the person troubling you I will." "Oh good, thank you for not killing me, and as for that man, do not worry I can handle him, after all, I broke your nose Alpha" Diggory smirked, and Lucius saw the power crackling around him, he was powerful alright. "Please call me Cedric...My King...My Lord..??" "My Lord would do, thank you. So you are going to help us with Harry?" "Hmmm…..you do not get distracted, you have passed the test." Said a smiling Cedric. Stunned, Lucius spluttered, "Test?" "Yes, a test forgive me, I had to test you. See we omegas have been used in the past for our status, for our magic, and used as broodmares. I am sorry but I had to see that if you were genuine." "So you think I am genuine in my need of help how?" "Well first you did not attack me when I punched you, sorry again for that, it was a mistake, you did not get angry when I healed your nose, which pains as much as when it is broken, I interrupted you again and again, though you did get angry you controlled yourself no doubt thinking about your omega. No, I am not a mind reader also I did not know you were a King, so sorry for that as well. I tend to stay away from the spotlight, news, the world in general, would you care for some lunch as I am going to have it?" Lucius acquiesced and was pleased that he had found the omega to help Harry, how it was going to go was a question Lucius did not want to answer. -- Lucius was sitting in the omega's living room, having just finished dinner, thinking about what to done next when Cedric came in the room with two cups of tea, "So when does your omega mature?" "On October 31st" Lucius replied.

"Oh so we do have some time before that, though there is not a lot to be done, he will reach his maturity, his magical power will increase, the omegan empathy will be amplified, and if he has an extra trait that also will be increased." "Empathy, extra trait, I don't understand, I thought just the magical power increased," Lucius said.

"Yes, that as I mentioned increases, it is not well known but every supreme omega is born with empathy, they are always able to feel the emotions of people around them. It especially becomes bad when we remember the past omegas suffering. We not only see it from an outsider's perspective but we feel their pain as if it is our own."

"So would this happen when someone reads their mind?" "Not exactly but why anyone would read an omegas mind? Especially considering our past, it is just plain cruel." Stated Cedric with a shudder, "We start to feel those memories when reach the age of three. It is very difficult to understand what exactly is happening at that age as there is no one to help us but as we grow older we construct a barrier, something like occlumency, but not that strong, it truly is a horrendous thing that all of us experience. If someone read an omega's mind, it would destroy their fragile barrier and bring those feelings of pain back until the omega could rest and reconstruct his barriers."

Looking at the saddened face of Cedric, he understood Harry's reaction that day and to go through that again must have been horrifying. "Did something happen to your omega like that, did someone read his mind?" Cedric asked him. Lucius hesitated to tell exactly what had happened but in the end decided it would be better if Cedric knew the truth, "Yes something like that happened, when the Emperor first looked into Harrys eyes he involuntarily entered his mind, please trust me he did not want to do that…" "Yes, I can feel that My Lord, please don't be agitated. It must have been because they both are supremes," Cedric said gently.

"The maturity of your omega will pass, there is nothing you can do about that but you can ease the pain of it. Yes, it will be painful but he will be able to bear it. You should have someone train him before and after he reaches his maturity, his magic, his empathy, will increase a lot and he will need help to controlling that. Do not worry, I will contact the person who helped me at the time of my maturity. If you can allow me access to your omega, we can reach your palace by next week at the most if that is all right with you."

"Of course, thank you, we will handle everything and anything else that I can do for you." Saying that Lucius gave Cedric the instructions on how to reach the forbidden city and a letter of entrance with his royal seal. "No there is not, please do not trouble yourself with me, though if one day I need shelter I will call on you, also please keep all this secret, I would appreciate it.", "Of course, our doors are always open to you, we will be in your debt, thank you," Saying this, Lucius left.
