"How are things on your end?" Shinjiro asked on his phone.

"There doesn't seem to be any suspicious activity going on at the BTS here," Kagami responded. "It seems that losing most of Alpha Force has caused them to reconsider their actions."

"They could just be biding their time, formulating plans and waiting for the right time to strike, Shinjiro cautioned her.

"I would say you were being paranoid but your intuition hasn't been wrong before. Everyone's already heading back to base and I'm about to head on back myself. What about you?"

"I'm going to stick around for a bit and spend time with my family," Shinjiro told her.

"You should," Kagami agreed. "Time spent with family is always precious."

"Thanks, Kagami. I love you."

"Love you too, Jiro. See you later."

The call ended and Shinjiro let himself relax a little. He sat atop the Hive Tower roof as he admired the sunrise. It was truly a magnificent sight that one could not help but wake up early just to catch a glimpse of its splendour. Unfortunately, he could not fully appreciate it.

They had Kyofu in custody and had collected enough evidence to put him away for good. He planned to wipe out most of the human race and rule over the survivors who would be the only ones he deemed worthy to receive his 'gift'. How could such a twisted man exist? Shinjiro concluded that Kyofu was obsessed with validation.

He should be feeling pleased that Kyofu was locked up. However, there was a small pit of anxiety in his stomach. The Brain Trust Society was still active and a potential threat. Once they realised that their leader was captured, they would no doubt launch another attack to break him out.

There was also the Spirit Stone to worry about. Presently, it appeared to be in a dormant state but as long as it existed, Kyofu's plans could still be realised. Fortunately, Shinjiro had been working on a contingency plan of his own.

"Hey, what are you doing up here?" Shinichi asked as he came up to the roof. Shinjiro looked over his shoulder to see his father and mother walking up to him. "It's almost time for breakfast."

"Tou-san, you should be resting," Shinjiro advised as Shinichi had only recovered yesterday.

"I'm fine. Hana let me out after she checked me out," Shinichi assured him as the couple sat down beside their son to watch the sunset together with him. Rena sat on Shinjiro's left while Shinichi sat on his son's right, putting him between them.

"It's pretty, isn't it?" Rena smiled appreciatively. "You know, back when this was a junkyard, your dad and I would sit on top of my old van to watch the sunset together."

"Must have been nice," Shinjiro remarked.

"It was a spectacular view, especially since I got to share it with your mom," Shinichi said. It had also been a much simpler time. "So, I'm guessing you didn't come alone."

"What makes you say that?" Shinjiro asked.

"Call it a hunch," Shinichi answered. "So, am I right?"

"Yes," Shinjiro confirmed. What would be the point in denying it anyway? Especially to his father?

"So, you decided to come back in time to help us fight Kyofu," Rena concluded. "Does that mean he becomes a threat in the future?"

"No, actually. We never even heard of him until we came here," Shinjiro replied, shaking his head.

"Guess that's another change in the timeline I need to take note of," Shinichi commented. Ever since he went back in time to change Viviana's past, he had been keeping his eye open for any changes in the timeline.

"At any rate, is there anything to eat?" Shinjiro asked, changing the subject. "I have to consume about ten thousand calories a day to keep up my strength."

Both Shinichi and Rena gawked at their son.

"You need to eat that much?" Shinichi gasped. "Is that a side effect of your Rider powers?"

"Afraid so," Shinjiro admitted. "The Dino System burns a lot of energy so I need to refuel often."

"Well then," Rena grinned as she flexed her arm. "Just let your mommy help you with that. She can make you something extra special!"

Showa Chronicles: Road to Annihilation

Act XVIII: Catch Up

Daytona sat in his cell, glaring furiously at the invisible forcefield. Once he had regained consciousness, he immediately tried to break out. Unfortunately, with his powers suppressed by the inhibitor collar, there was no chance of that happening. He hated feeling weak and powerless but what else could he do?

"Sup?" Ryuji greeted as he stood in front of Daytona's cell.

"Come to gloat?" Daytona sneered. He did not need this right now.

"No, just wondering how you joined up with a guy like Kyofu," Ryuji replied. "You don't look like someone who takes orders from anybody."

"Why should I tell you anything?" Daytona growled.

"What do you have to lose?"

Daytona groaned. He hated how much sense that made. What did he have to lose by telling this guy anything?

"Not like I had any other choice," Daytona grumbled as he explained. "Kyofu found me after my whole gang was wiped out in a single night. A rival gang found us and they came packing with some advanced weapons that we'd never seen before. I was the only survivor after they killed everyone. I wanted so much to hunt them down and make them pay but I knew my firepower wouldn't be enough."

"Sounds rough," Ryuji said sympathetically.

"Like I need your pity," Daytona scoffed. "Kyofu promised he'd help me to hunt down the bastards that killed my gang. I still wonder how they found our hideout."

"Was your hideout so hard to find?" Ryuji asked.

"Believe me, under normal circumstances, you wouldn't be able to reach it," Daytona bragged. "It was our territory, our secret home away from home where we could be free. Now, it's just a reminder of everything I lost that night."

Ryuji listened to Daytona's story. His whole gang, the one he valued as family, were wiped out in one night. Only Daytona survived. And then, as if by coincidence, Kyofu found him with an offer of power and a chance for revenge.

"How do you know that's what really happened?" Ryuji questioned.

"What are you talking about?" Daytona demanded.

"I mean, you said it yourself, that your hideout was impossible to reach under normal circumstances. But then this rival gang found your hideout, killed your gang, and only left you alive. You, who was quite possibly their biggest threat with your powers. And then Kyofu just happens to find you after you've lost everything," Ryuji elaborated. "Seems pretty convenient for him."

"W-wait." Daytona started connecting the dots. "Are you telling me that Kyofu set the whole thing up!?"

"People like him will do anything to get what they want," Ryuji answered. "He must've known about you and your powers but he knew you wouldn't leave your gang. He must've sent that gang to kill your friends so there wouldn't be anything to stop you from joining him."

"THAT BASTARD!" Daytona roared as fire blazed out of his eyes. "I'M GOING TO KILL HIM!" He ran up to the forcefield and banged his fists furiously against it. "LET ME OUT OF HERE! LET ME OUT SO I CAN MAKE THAT SON OF A BITCH BURN!"

As Daytone attempted to activate his powers, his collar shocked and stunned him instantly as he collapsed to the floor. It lasted for a few seconds until he was finally subdued.

"Sorry, but just like you, he's under our custody. Even if you were tricked, it still doesn't excuse what you did," Ryuji said coldly.

After his talk with Daytona, Ryuji stepped out to take a smoke break. His wife would tell him that smoking was bad for him but his regenerative healing factor made sure he could never get cancer. She just disliked the smell but he refused to get a vape. Only douches sucked on those 'pussy sticks' and they weren't any less dangerous than a live cigarette.

"Ryuji-kun?" Kotonoha asked as she walked up to him.

"Hey," Ryuji greeted, holding his cigarette between his fingers. "What's up?"

"Just came looking for you, that's all." She noticed the look on his face. "Is something on your mind?"

"Just a little pissed at Kyofu. He tricked all those Espers so he could recruit them," Ryuji answered.

"You do seem pretty invested in that fire Agito, Ryuji-kun," Kotonoha stated.

"I guess it's because he reminds me of how I used to be before I met you," Ryuji admitted. He remembered being angry, violent and always looking for a fight. It was only when he met Kotonoha that his life changed.

"Back then you were looking for a purpose and you did," Kotonoha smiled. "You became a hero and protected my world."

"It was just a job I got contracted into doing. It only mattered to me because ..." He hesitated, knowing how cheesy it sounded. "You're my world."

"Aww~" Kotonoha smiled. It was cheesy but also sweet. He was no longer the misanthrope he used to be because of her. She made him happy. Itou made a mistake by cheating on her but his loss was Ryuji's gain.

"So, what do you plan to do about Daytona-kun?" Kotonoha asked.

"I think I can reform him," Ryuji suggested. "Warren saw the good in me and gave me a chance. I think I should pay it forward. Whaddya think?"

"I think that's very sweet of you, Ryuji-kun," Kotonoha approved.

"Don't call me 'sweet'," Ryuji growled, blushing. He hated showing his soft side around others besides Kotonoha. He had a reputation to maintain, after all. If anyone knew he was a big softie deep down, nobody would take him seriously.

"OK, I won't," Kotonoha said but she made no promises. "C'mon, let's go get some breakfast."

"Good, I'm starving."

Shinjiro came into the mess hall with his parents and saw that there were many people having breakfast. While most of the villagers had gone home, the rest remained at the Hive Tower. As the replicator was programmed with a large menu, they could order whatever they wanted. It was a chance for them to have food that they could not normally afford or have in Japan so they quickly took advantage of it. Daichi often used the replicator to make dishes that resembled meat. As he was a vegetarian, it was a good alternative.

"Where will we sit, Tou-san, Kaa-chan?" Shinjiro asked.

Shinichi scanned the mess hall and saw the rest of his brides seated at a table with Alan's family. The table was full and there were no seats left for them. Meanwhile, Shiori was having breakfast with her husband and Sho when she noticed them come in.

"Shinji, Rena-chan, over here!" Shiori waved them over to sit with her family.

"Let's go sit over there," Shinichi pointed and he led them over to Shiori's table.

"Are you sure?" Shinjiro asked, unsure.

"Kaa-chan has probably told Sho and Tou-san about you already," Shinichi assured him."It'll be fine." The trio walked to Shiori's table to join them. Before Shinichi could sit down, Shiori stood up to hug him.

"I'm so glad you're OK, Shinji," Shiori said softly.

"C'mon, Kaa-chan," Shinichi replied in embarrassment. "I was in good hands."

"I know, but I was so worried," Shiori said.

"Your mother was nearly scared to death when we heard what happened," Kasai stated, frowning.

"Sorry for scaring you, Kaa-chan," Shinichi apologized.

"Oh, Shinji. It's fine. You're fine now," Shiori smiled and then she looked at Rena gratefully. She had gone to see Shinichi after she heard about his recovery and was told everything. "Thank you again for saving him."

"It wasn't just me," Rena told her. "Megan and the others helped too."

"Where are Rika and Hanyuu?" Shinichi asked as he noted his adoptive sisters' absence.

"They decided to have breakfast with their friend Satoko at her place," Shiori answered.

"I see," Shinichi nodded. "So how do you like the food?"

"It's delicious," Shiori said, smiling. "And I can't believe it's not real."

"It tastes real enough," Kasai remarked.

"Hey, could you maybe put one of these machines in our home?" Shiori requested sweetly. "Pretty please, Shinji?"

"Sorry, Kaa-chan, but the replicators are ARMOR property and since it's future tech we're not allowed to share it with the people of this time," Shinichi apologized.

"Dang it," Shiori frowned. "Would make food preparation easier and more convenient. Just press a button and you have an instant meal. The future is amazing."

"You could always come to the tower whenever you want to use it, and speaking of the future..." Shinichi said, seeing a segue into introducing Shinjiro to them. "I want you to meet someone. Everyone, this is Shinjiro."

"Good morning, everyone," Shinjiro bowed politely. "It's nice to meet you all."

"Glad to see you again, Shinjiro," Shiori smiled. "I'm so happy to see that my grandson has grown up to become so manly."

"So, you're really from the future?" Kasai asked. Shiori had told him everything. Before he met Shinichi, he would not have believed in time travel, but after seeing monsters, cyborgs, and all manner of fantastic things, he had developed a more open mind.

"Yes, I am, Ojii-chan" Shinjiro confessed, smiling shyly.

"He came to help us out during this latest crisis," Shinichi explained.

"So what should we call you then?" Shiori asked.

"What do you mean, Obaa-chan?" Shinjiro questioned.

"Well, my grandson right now is a toddler but you're here as a teenager. What happens if both of you are in the same room? It'll be pretty confusing."

"If it helps, you can call me 'Jiro'," Shinjiro offered. "Everyone back home calls me that."

"That makes things easier, Jiro," Shiori smiled. "Now, you all should grab a plate."

"C'mon, Jiro. Let's go get our food," Rena said to her son.

"OK, Kaa-chan." Shinjiro went and followed his mother to the replicator to make their orders.

"What?" Shinichi noticed the odd looks his parents were giving him.

"Are we going to have visits from more of your kids from the future?" Kasai asked.

"Honestly, you should be expecting things like this to happen by now," Shinichi answered.

"I remembered that the most shocking thing in my life was finding out you were a superhero," Shiori recalled nostalgically. "But then I realised that was only the beginning."

"Oh, you have no idea, Kaa-chan."

Rena and Shinjiro returned with plates of food

"Here you go," Rena said as she put a plate of food down in front of Shinichi before she sat down with her son. Shinjiro sat down with his plate of food as well, which was a tall stack of pancakes, fried eggs and several strips of bacon.

"That is a lot of food," Shiori observed as she saw the mountain of food that filled Shinjiro's plate.

"My powers require me to consume a lot of calories, Obaa-chan," Shinjiro informed her.

"Oh, you mean you need it for stamina?" Shiori asked, smiling wide.

"Shiori, not while we're eating," Kasai admonished and she pouted. He was right, however, that the dinner table was no place for dirty jokes. "So, tell us, Jiro, what exactly do you do?"

"I'm a Kamen Rider," Shinjiro answered.

"Oh, like Shinji! Walking in your father's footsteps," Shiori smiled proudly.

"Yes, and I'm also studying to be a palaeontologist."

"What's that?" Sho asked.

"I study dinosaurs."

"Cool!"

"So, Jiro-kun, do you have a girlfriend?" Shiori asked.

Meanwhile, several tables away, Alan's family was seated together for breakfast with Shinichi's other brides. Conda was just about to finish telling them how she had defeated Clementine.

"She tried to stab me in the chest and her blade broke against my armour. As soon as that happened, I tied her up with my whip and then snapped her spine like a twig," Conda told her story proudly.

"That sounds wicked!" Satan grinned. "Wish I could've seen that."

"Oh, just ask Amora. I'm sure she'll be happy to replay it for you," Conda smiled as her adopted son sat beside her while chowing down on some meat.

"What am I? A screen projector?" Amora questioned, feigning offence before smiling. "But yes, I can replay the whole battle for you if you wish, Satie."

"OK, can I tell my story next?" Bishie asked. "OK, there I was, on stage, dressed like a Valkyrie."

"You're welcome," Amora interjected.

"Yeah, but then I ripped it off since it was getting in the way," Bishie continued. "I had the advantage while we were fighting at first but when he transformed, I had to Mega Evolve just to keep up with him. After a bit of back and forth, I took him out with a Mega Solar Beam!"

"Wow!" Celine's eyes widened in awe. "Mama, you're so cool!"

"Todd and I fought a complete psycho and he almost beat us but we were able to take down our opponent easily. Todd was able to drag him into his shadow but the psycho was trying to escape. Guess how I knocked him out. C'mon, guess," Jade said as she looked giddy.

"How did you defeat him?" Shawna asked, interested.

"I pulled a Chuck Jones and dropped an anvil on his stupid head!" Jade laughed. The other women laughed along with her, imagining a cartoonishly large anvil being dropped on the psychic.

"Oh, I wish I could see that," Tsukuyomi laughed.

"I can show you," Jade said as she used her powers to make a projection that showed an anvil fall on top of Vega. Everyone laughed at how ridiculous it was.

"It's swell that we can all spend time together like this," Satan smiled before grumbling, "The dummy should've told us about what was happening though."

"Indeed," Tsukuyomi agreed. "Our assistance would have been beneficial."

"Yeah, and we could have helped," Lum added.

"Technically, he did tell us when he said he could handle it," Shawna said.

"It seems to me that Shinichi just did not want to worry you all since you'll be having a wedding soon," Amora said reasonably.

"Wedding preparations can be stressful," Lala concurred. "Believe me, Alan and I were driven nuts when we were preparing for our wedding."

"Why?" Satan asked. "You weren't official but you were practically married before the ceremony."

"Yeah, but Alan knew I dreamed of a big wedding, so he worked with my Papa to make it happen," smiled Lala. "Besides the fleet of enemy ships that came to attack the ceremony, the wedding went off with no problems."

"Alan plans to wed each of us in a traditional ceremony in respect to our cultures," added Amora, smiling at the thought of Alan in traditional Asgardian garb. He would look so handsome.

"I can understand why Sir Shinichi would not want us to be worried, but I still believe we deserved to know what was happening," Shawna stated.

"And what you're doing sure sounds more exciting than wedding prep," Lum added. "I mean, it's nice that he didn't want to worry us, but we're not fragile."

"I don't believe he thought that either," Conda stated.

"But he knows he doesn't have to shoulder this burden, right? What's the point of a marriage if he can't share his burden with us?" Tsukuyomi questioned.

"Ugh," groaned Jade. "The whole damn family is like that. They think that if something from their past shows up, it becomes their personal responsibility to solve the issue."

"And don't forget that Shinichi has lost people in his life before. We know how he reacted when Lina died again. Imagine what he'd do if anything happened to you guys," Bishie pointed out. The brides shared a look. They knew all too well after seeing Shinichi's nightmare.

"At least it's over now," Lum said, smiling. "Bad guys are locked up and the world is saved."

Celine was not eating, which was strange as she just poked at her food. Usually, she would be asking for seconds by now.

"Why aren't you eating, Celine?" Bishie asked.

"Um, do you think they're OK down there?" Celine spoke up.

"Who do you mean, sweetie?" Bishie asked.

"The bad guys," Celine pointed at the floor.

"You don't need to mind them, Celine," Conda frowned. "They don't deserve your pity."

"But one of them is just a kid like me and I broke her toy," Celine stated.

"What does she mean by that?" Lum questioned, looking at Alan's family.

"They brought a little girl with them. She turned her toy into a monster but Celine here ate it and then knocked her out," Daiki explained.

"And you locked her up too?" Shawna looked aghast. "Doesn't that seem a bit cruel?"

"Locking the child up was not our decision," Conda said, frowning. The NEO-NUMBERS believed that the young girl could still be a threat and needed to be put in a holding cell. Instead of putting a power-dampening collar on Abby, they put her in a cell with a power-dampening field and toys to keep her entertained. They weren't monsters.

"She was trying to kill us," Daiki stated firmly.

"But she didn't know better," Celine argued. "I think all she needs is a friend."

"Then we can start by replacing her doll," Alice suggested and Celine smiled. Daiki didn't say anything else, clearly conflicted. After everything the Espers had done, he was not in a very forgiving mood, but Abby was not only just a kid but also younger than him. Maybe Celine had a point about her not knowing better.

Nozomu and Adam were not paying attention to everyone else. They were busy sharing a large platter full of meat that they eagerly devoured.

Daiki spotted Cryska as she walked into the mess hall with Michiru. He glared as the Russian Esper walked by and stood up.

"Daiki, where are you going?" Conda asked her adoptive son.

"I just need to talk to someone," he growled. Conda followed his gaze and sighed.

"Sit down, Daiki," Conda ordered.

"But, Mom!"

"Sit. Down," Conda repeated firmly and Daiki reluctantly obeyed.

"I just don't understand why she's not locked up with the rest of her friends," Daiki complained. "She's the enemy. Her team attacked the village. They're the reason you...you died, Mom."

"And don't you think I'm furious about that?" Conda questioned rhetorically."But Megan told us that she was being coerced to serve Kyofu. She's a victim too and right now she is not our enemy."

"She isn't a bad person," Shawna agreed. "We met her earlier. That awful professor held her sister hostage to make her do his bidding. She didn't have a choice."

"Well, I still don't like her and I still don't trust her." Daiki crossed her arms.

"By the way, has anyone seen Megan?" Lala wondered as their Martian friend was curiously absent.

"She said she had something to do," Nozomu answered.

The elevator doors opened and Megan came face to face with a huge set of guns.

"IDENTIFY YOURSELF AND STATE YOUR BUSINESS," Sprinkles commanded.

"I'm Megan Morse and I'm here to speak with Kyofu," Megan stated calmly.

"THE PRISONER KNOWN AS KYOFU IS FROZEN AND UNRESPONSIVE."

"I'm a telepath."

"YOU MAY PROCEED." Sprinkles withdrew his guns and stepped back to allow her entry. Yokoshima had instructed his pet warbot to guard the prisoners. He was intimidating enough for the job. As the elevator was too small for the warbot, Shinichi had brought him down here with one of his warp portals.

"Alright, you sick bastard," Megan said as she stood in front of Kyofu's cell, glaring at the frozen body of Ultima Agito. "Show me what you're hiding." As she was about to enter Kyofu's mind, she heard the elevator ding and saw Cryska step out with Michiru.

"STATE YOUR NAME AND BUSINESS."

"Sprinkles, it's me, Michiru. I'm just here to bring Cryska here to visit some friends of hers."

"YOU MAY PROCEED."

"Hey, guys!" Megan waved.

"Megan, what are you doing here?" Michiru asked as she walked over with Cryska.

"Just wanted to see if I could dig inside Kyofu's head," Megan answered, pointing over her shoulder. "So what brings you down here, Cryska?"

"I'm just here to visit some friends," Cryska answered.

"Don't let me keep you then," Megan said before she turned to face Kyofu's cell.

"They're over here," Michiru said as she led Cryska over to her friends' cell. Cryska saw that the two shared a cell and appeared to be comfortably watching TV.

"C, K," Cryska greeted as she stood on the other side of their shared cell.

"Like, oh mah gawd!" K called. "Check it out! Our dear friend Weapon I has shown up to visit!"

"You can call me Cryska. We're not in the Brain Trust Society anymore."

"Then call me Tamae!"

"You may call me Tamayo," C deadpanned.

"Alright, I will," Cryska nodded. "How are you doing?"

"Well, we're locked in a cell but it could be worse," Tamae answered. "At least we don't have those bombs in our heads anymore."

"Yes, I was told that BLACK 13 - sorry - Shinichi revived you after they were detonated," Cryska replied, still surprised that he could do that.

"Yes, he did," Tamayo confirmed. She remembered the darkness that came after death only to be brought back to life in an instant.

"He's not the monster that I believed he was then, none of them is," Cryska admitted, surprising Tamayo and Tamae.

"Weren't you always talking about wanting revenge on them for what they did?" Tamayo asked. "What changed?"

"I guess I understand them better now. They were only children and they did not have a choice. The fault lies in the organisation that controlled them," Cryska explained.

"So, how come you're not in a cell like us?" Tamae asked.

"I willingly defected and they helped me rescue my sister."

"Good for you," Tamayo said sincerely.

"Thank you," Cryska accepted. "So, what will you both do after this?"

"You mean, like, after we get let out?" Tamayo asked.

"My sister and I are thinking of going back to our old lives before Kyofu recruited us," Tamae answered. "Since all of this started because of Kyofu's grudge, it has nothing to do with us."

"So, you don't want to continue being heroes?" Cryska questioned.

"We were never real heroes," Tamayo frowned.

"But you could be. Just give it some thought. If the NEO-NUMBERS can become heroes, there's no reason we can't try."

"Guess with Kyofu on ice, we have that chance," Tamae considered.

"On ice?" Cryska asked.

"You see that block of ice over there?" Tamae pointed to a cell that held a frozen Ultima Agito. "That's Kyofu."

"So, they did manage to capture him," Cryska said as he saw him, surprised. She did not even know he had an Agito form. "Wait, where's D? She and Kyofu are usually together."

"Not here," Tamayo shook her head. "If I have to guess, she's back at headquarters."

"I bet she's gonna try to break her boss out of here," Tamae added.

B entered Kyofu's lab to check on D. She was floating in a cylindrical glass tank that was filled with a glowing green fluid. She had been stripped down to her underwear and had a breathing apparatus strapped to her face, supplying her with oxygen. Using the cloning vats as a basis, Kyofu was able to create a healing tube just for Weapon D. After her terrible loss at the hands of BLACK 13, she needed to recover.

"Does she dream?" B wondered as he watched D sleep through the healing process.

"Professor, where are we going?" D inquired as she followed Kyofu. She was only nine years old and dressed in a GS uniform with a hood over her head. "We don't have any training scheduled right now."

"Today is a SPECIAL day, D," Kyofu answered with a grin that nearly split his face in half. "The Great Leader has FINALLY allowed me to demonstrate and prove how my project will BENEFIT GIN-SHOCKER!"

"What must I do?" D asked.

"You will prove yourself by defeating Gebok's little PET PROJECT," Kyofu said in disgust when he said the last part. "Number 13."

D had never met Number 13 but from what she learned from Professor Kyofu, he was supposed to be Gebok's masterpiece. Professor Kyofu often spoke of Number 13 with such disdain.

They stood in front of the steel doors and Kyofu patted her on the shoulder.

"Do NOT fail me, D," he warned her.

The steel doors opened and D stepped into the training room. It was clean, almost sterile and spartan, with a steel floor and steel walls. Across from her, the doors on the other side of the training room opened and Number 13 stepped through before the doors closed behind him. Like herself, he was also dressed in a GS uniform. He looked at her with cold, emotionless eyes. There was a large screen akin to a scoreboard that was put up high on the wall of the training room. It was used to monitor D and 13's vitals.

Watching the children from behind a window high above the training room were the executive members of GIN-SHOCKER, including Professor Kyofu. Kyofu sneered at Gebok. Today, D would prove that psychics were superior to cyborgs.

"TODAY, WE WILL WITNESS A DECISIVE DEMONSTRATION!" the Great Leader's voice boomed in the training room. "NUMBER 13 OF PROJECT NUMBERS WILL FACE WEAPON D OF KYOFU'S PSYCHIC SOLDIER PROJECT! THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH WILL DECIDE WHICH PROJECT SHOULD CONTINUE AND WHICH SHOULD BE TERMINATED! NOW, BEGIN!"

Number 13 made the first move as he broke into a run. He threw a punch at D and she countered by knocking him back with a telekinetic blast. Suddenly, his eyes glowed and fired plasma beams at her. She swiftly dodged the beams as they zoomed past her.

"Laser eyes!?" Kyofu gaped.

"Plasma, a most recent upgrade for his birthday," Gebok boasted, looking quite smug. "And there are plenty more surprises in store."

As Number 13 fired his laser eyes again, D responded quickly and erected a wall of psychic energy which blocked the plasma beams. He kept firing his eye beams but the wall remained standing under the continuous assault.

"Looks like your so-called upgrade is USELESS!" Kyofu mocked.

"I told you, Kyofu. There are plenty more surprises," Gebok cruelly reminded his colleague.

Number 13 immediately switched tactics and stopped firing before he stood straight and spun his body like a top, drilling into the ground. D dropped her barrier when the ground behind her suddenly erupted as Number 13 emerged. She whirled around as he delivered a spinning kick that struck her cheek, knocking her back.

Weapon D's eyes glowed as she materialised multiple shining blades and threw them at Number 13 like harpoons. He bobbed and weaved between them before closing the distance to punch her across the face. She staggered from the blow as he followed up with a chain of punches before throwing her to the ground with a kick to the chest, knocking the wind out of her.

"Not even psychic power can compare to a cybernetically augmented body," Gebok taunted.

"D! GET UP!" Kyofu screamed. "GET UP AND FIGHT! YOU ARE EMBARRASSING ME!"

D recovered as Number 13 flicked his right hand to generate a blade of crimson plasma. Rising to her feet, she materialised her own blade. Sparks flew as both children began trading fierce blows. When D managed to break through Number 13's guard, she was about to deliver a fatal slash when Number 13 suddenly vanished from sight.

"WHAT!?" Kyofu gawked.

"Ah, my new cloaking system works like a charm," Gebok smiled proudly. "Good job, 13!"

D scanned her surroundings before she suddenly let out a yell as Number 13 reappeared and slashed her across the back. She spun around to swing at him but he parried her sword before he delivered a kick that was aimed at her stomach. She managed to pivot on her heel to avoid his kick. Reversing her grip on her sword, she swiftly plunged it into his side. It was a lethal strike and Number 13 stumbled backwards while holding his wounded side. D quickly delivered the killing blow as she drove her sword into his chest. As she withdrew her blade, she stained her clothes in blood and watched as Number 13 fell backwards. As blood began to pool around him, the machine used to monitor both combatants' vitals confirmed that he had been killed.

"YES!" Kyofu cheered as he threw his fists in the air. "YES, YES, YES! D, YOU DID IT!" He turned to look at Gebok with a taunting smile. "YOUR MASTERPIECE IS GARBAGE, GEBOK! GARBAGE!"

Gebok, however, did not rise to Kyofu's taunt. Instead, his smile never left his face.

"Oh, is he now?" Gebok responded.

Kyofu blinked, confused.

"WHY are you still SMILING!?" Kyofu demanded. "YOU lost! He's DEAD! I WIN!"

"Because you're about to witness why my masterpiece is greater than yours."

D stood over Number 13's body. She had checked his vitals and confirmed that he had expired. But then his body began to glow green and the lethal wound D had inflicted on him just disappeared. At the same time, the blood that pooled around him appeared to be drained back into his body.

All of a sudden, his eyes sprang open and he flipped back to his feet. Taking D by surprise, he grabbed her by the hood and began punching her repeatedly in the face.

"WHAT!?" Kyofu gaped. "H-H-HOW!? HE WAS DEAD! DEAD!"

"Because he has an accelerated healing factor!" Gebok boasted."Even at death's door, he will recover and be back to fighting shape just like that!" He punctuated this with a snap of his fingers. "A true miracle brought about by my augmentations!"

D's face was all bruised up by the time Number 13 finished brutalising her and he let her fall in a heap.

She did not get up.

"D! Get up! Get up! GET UP!" Kyofu screamed but D was unresponsive. "D..." This was humiliating. Utterly humiliating.

"Don't worry, Kyofu. I made sure to order 13 not to kill your pet," Gebok said condescendingly. "Even though it would be so easy."

Number 13 loomed over D and he raised his foot over her face before he brought it down.

Then everything went dark.

B heard the sound of the door opening behind him. Turning around, he found Rintaro leaning on the doorway, his breathing ragged. Looking at what he was holding under his arm, his hidden face turned grim.

"What happened?" B questioned.

"They knew we were coming," Rintaro growled. "They left some crazy bitches to keep us from getting to the village." He presented the head under his arm. "That bunny whore killed my brother!"

"A pity," B frowned as he looked at Rintaro.

"A pity? A PITY!?" Rintaro spat angrily. "I WANT THEM TO PAY! WHERE'S THE PROFESSOR!? I WANT HIM TO MAKE ME STRONGER!"

"Unfortunately, I can't seem to reach Professor Kyofu at this moment," B admitted dejectedly. "We may need to assume the worst." Rintaro dropped his brother's head in shock.

"Are you telling me...that Professor Kyofu...GOT HIMSELF KILLED!?"

"We don't know that for sure," B said as he attempted to talk Rintaro down. The serial killer became enraged as it sounded like B was patronising him. "I know that you want revenge for your brother."

"REVENGE!? YOU DAMN RIGHT I WANT REVENGE! I'M GOING TO GO BACK AND KILL THAT BUNNY WHORE! I'M GONNA GOUGE OUT HER EYES AND FUCK HER IN EACH SOCKET AND THEN I'M GONNA STAB HER AGAIN AND AGAIN SO I CAN MAKE MORE HOLES TO FUCK UNTIL SHE'S LYING IN A POOL OF BLOOD AND SEMEN!" Rintaro ranted.

"Crude," B grimaced at the graphic description of what Rintaro intended to do to his brother's killer.

"AND AS FOR HER FRIENDS, I'M GONNA-" Rintaro cut himself off as he looked behind B. "...What's going on in there?"

D woke up in agony.

Where was she?

What happened?

Where was Number 13?

"Professor...?" D uttered weakly as she saw Kyofu stand beside her bed. "Professor...what happened?"

"You have FAILED me, D!" he snapped angrily at her. "You LOST! EVERYONE saw you lose against Gebok's little TOY! The Great Leader saw it ALL! It was HUMILIATING! This was my ONE chance to prove I was not WASTING resources. Now I've been ordered to TERMINATE my research!"

"Terminate...?" D was confused.

"We NEED to leave, D," Kyofu stated urgently. "GIN-SHOCKER is NO PLACE for us now. If they can't SEE the worth of my research then they're all BLIND FOOLS!"

B whirled around and saw the fluid inside the tank bubbling violently as if it was boiling. It then began to glow with an angry crimson hue while the machinery around them began to go haywire as sparks burst like fireworks.

D's eyes snapped open, glowing bright red.

Years later, Kyofu and D would learn that GIN-SHOCKER was annihilated by BLACK 13. D couldn't understand it. He was their perfect weapon, given everything he could ever need. Why would he do such a thing? How could he do such a thing?

"Oh, the IRONY! The IRONY! HAHAHAHAHAHA!" Kyofu laughed after he heard the news. "Gebok, you FOOL! Who would have guessed that your GREATEST weapon would turn on you!? HAHAHAHAHAHA! I KNEW this would happen! I KNEW it!"

"Professor," D spoke up, interrupting Kyofu's moment of triumph.

"What is it, D?" Kyofu questioned, annoyed. "Can't you see I'm GLOATING?"

"Forgive me, but what do we do now? Since GIN-SHOCKER no longer exists and your rival has been killed, what are we supposed to do now?"

Kyofu pondered her question and got a wickedly brilliant idea.

"We're going to START our own group! That's right, D! We're going to REPLACE GIN-SHOCKER! We will gather what remains of their resources and create everything from the bottom up! It will be BETTER THAN GIN-SHOCKER! And this time, there will be NOBODY who can stop us!"

"But what about BLACK 13?" D questioned. "Won't he try to stop us?"

"Oh, he can try but by the time he realises what we're doing, it will be TOO LATE!"

"Something's happening!" B panicked as the tank began to crack, forming a spiderweb pattern that spread across its surface. With a sudden burst of power, the tank exploded, blowing both B and Rintaro off their feet. As they slammed against the wall, Rintaro was knocked out but B was protected by his metal helmet. He shakily rose to his feet, leaning against the wall for support.

The tank was shattered, with glass littering the floor as the healing fluid pooled around its base. But B's eyes were not focused on the damage. Instead, he was staring at Weapon D who hovered in the air with a crimson aura surrounding her. It was like she was on fire as tendrils of energy rose from her body. Her hair rose around her head as her eyes glowed blood-red while her veins were visible, glowing the same hue as her eyes. Her Alter Ring had also changed, now gaining three claw-like points that surrounded the central stone which seemed to hum with power.

"I see you've fully recovered, Weapon D," B remarked, trying not to wilt from the massive surge of psychic power emanating from her. "How do you feel?"

D touched down as her eyes returned to normal and her hair fell around her face, but her intense aura remained visible.

"We will finish what WE started," D swore.

Weapon Y was in her quarters and doing her morning Tai Chi routine while calming nature sounds played on her radio. This was her morning routine as it kept her limber and helped her to maintain spiritual balance.

Y was a young woman of Thai descent. She had olive-coloured skin and a head of bushy brown hair which she kept tamed in a ponytail. She had a slender build and was currently wearing sweatpants and a sports bra with the letters 'BTS' across it. Her routine was interrupted by a knock on her door. Annoyed, she turned off her radio and went to see who it was. Opening the door, she found Kirihara standing there.

"What do you want?" Y asked coldly.

"Just wanted to see if you wanted to grab some breakfast," Kirihara offered.

"With you?" Y scoffed. "Pass."

"Suit yourself," Kirihara shrugged.

"So, where are your buddies?" Y questioned. Kirihara was often accompanied by Sogou and Kyouya.

"Kyofu sent them on a mission to destroy Hinamizawa again."

"And you didn't go with them?"

"Since my powers failed to do anything, I was told to stay here."

"That must've sucked," Y mocked.

"I didn't feel like going anyway," Kirihara retorted.

"You know, they could be dead," Y stated. "Going after the cyborgs again after the last time was a stupid move."

"Careful what you say, Y," Kirihara warned.

"Or what? You'll tell me to kill myself?" Y rolled her eyes.

"I might," Kirihara threatened, gritting her teeth, eyes narrowed. "But I won't. You're just not worth it." Kirihara then turned and walked away. Y watched her go and flipped her the bird.

"Keep walking, bitch," Y hissed before she slammed the door shut. Turning her radio back on again, Y returned to her Tai Chi routine to regain the inner peace that Kirihara had interrupted with her visit.

Kirihara resented the fact that she was ordered to remain on base but there was little she could do about it. Her powers failed to do anything during their previous attack on Hinamizawa, so she was benched until Kyofu needed her. That was fine by her. She welcomed these moments of respite and did not want to think about Kyofu or his stupid plans.

Kyofu was obsessed with one-upping a dead guy and his creation, BLACK 13. She had not met him, personally, but she hated him as much as she hated the cyborgs. Unlike Alpha Force, the NUMBERS were free from their oppressors. It just did not seem fair, even after all they had done while serving GIN-SHOCKER. Oh, sure, they were being persecuted by people who could not accept them or forgive them for their crimes, but they pretty much had better lives than her.

As much as she liked her solitude, she wondered what had happened to Sogou and Kyouya. They should have been back by now. Same as the others, though she couldn't care less about what happened to them. Y's words about them being dead echoed in her mind and that made her frown.

That could not be true, could it?

Weapon Q had been ordered to remain on base in case of emergencies so he just stayed in his room while trying to occupy his time. Unfortunately, waiting and doing nothing did little to soothe his nerves or his headache. With nothing to occupy him but his thoughts, his mind drifted back to his high school days.

He remembered Hikaru and Ayukawa and how he dated the two of them at the same time. By the end of high school, they wanted him to choose who to be with but he could not. Tired of his indecisiveness, they subsequently dumped him. He remembered feeling depressed over the break-up until Kyofu came to him with an offer to join the Brain Trust Society. He said he would think about it and ask his father for his opinion. After that, he was a member of Alpha Force.

Wait, had his father given him his permission? What did his sisters have to say about him joining a group of psychic superheroes? When he tried to remember, everything came up blank.

Why couldn't he remember?

There was a knock on his door and he looked up from his bed.

"Who is it?" he asked.

"It's me," Kirihara answered. "Open up."

Q got up and opened the door for her. She wore a tight tank top and miniskirt combo that showed off her curves.

"Can I help you?" Q asked.

"Wanna fuck?" Kirihara asked bluntly as she looked at Q. Honestly, he was not bad looking. He had a pretty boy face with black shaggy hair and steel grey eyes.

"What!?" Q yelped, taken aback by the offer.

"Wanna fuck?" Kirihara repeated.

"I...I dunno..." Q hesitated. "I mean, we don't know each other and I-"

"Let's fuck," Kirihara cut him off and her voice echoed in his brain. His eyes glazed over as he slowly stepped back. Kirihara licked her lips enticingly as she stepped inside and closed the door behind her.

B and D both stood in front of two stasis pods that were kept in a secret underground lab beneath the Brain Trust Society. The stasis pods that stood before them were made of a strong metal alloy with only a circular window that allowed them to peer at what was inside. Painted on the left pod was the letter 'W' while the letter 'G' marked the one on the right.

"Who are these guys?" Rintaro wondered. After he regained consciousness, he decided to tag along with them out of curiosity.

"They were recruited before you and were among the first to be made into Agitos. Unfortunately, there were side effects," B explained. "There was another but he was deemed a failure."

"The former Weapon J, who currently calls himself 'Psyonic', was a weakling unworthy of the Power of Agito," D said coldly. "During the final days of Vandal Savage's rule, he foolishly got himself captured."

"Which is unfortunate. If he had possessed the potential to ascend, then perhaps things might have gone differently for him," B added.

"Open them," D commanded and B complied as his eyes glowed. The pods hissed as the lids came loose, the hydraulics allowing them to rise. Steam billowed out of the pods, obscuring their occupants.

The first to emerge from the steam cloud was an Agito whose armour looked quite organic. He had green eyes, a lean yet muscular build, and spikes jutting from his forearms. He was completely black with a pattern on his chest resembling a big red 'W'. Around his neck was a metal collar and his Alter Ring resembled D's newly evolved belt.

A buzzing could be heard before a swarm of flies burst out of the steam cloud. They flew past D and B to envelop Rintaro who screamed as he tried to swat them away. The swarm flew away, flying around the lab before gathering in one spot and merging into a humanoid shape.

"What is it... is it lunchtime yet...?" the humanoid insect swarm spoke.

"Breakfast, ACTUALLY, but we don't have time for that NOW," D answered. "I REQUIRE your assistance."

Q was in bed with Kirihara, both of them sweaty and naked. She rolled off of him and stretched out while he stared at the ceiling, unsure of how he got to be in this position. He remembered everything but did not feel like he was in control of his actions. It was more like his body was on autopilot while he and Kirihara had sex. Honestly, it felt good but at the same time, he also felt violated like it was not done of his own volition.

On the other hand, Kirihara did not care as she was pent up and needed release. It was not the best, but it was better than nothing, and out of all the dudes in this place, his face was the most decent looking. Maybe with some practice, Q could be a satisfactory fuck-buddy in the future.

"Thanks for that," she said as she got out of his bed so she could get dressed. "Maybe we can do this again another time."

Q did not answer, still processing what just happened. All of a sudden, the two of them received a call from Weapon B.

"All Alpha Force members please report to Kyofu's office."

After breakfast, Shinichi called everyone involved in the mission for a debrief. The NEO-NUMBERS, Alan's family, Ryuji, Kotonoha, Lucy and Shinjiro, now sat in the meeting room to go over everything that happened last night.

"You should be resting," Hana advised Shinichi.

"I'm fine. You confirmed it, remember?" Shinichi smiled.

"I know, but I believe you still need to take it easy," Hana said critically.

"I'm not gonna pull a muscle from leading a debrief, Hana."

"People have gotten strokes just from waking up."

"Hey, who's the new kid?" Daichi asked.

"He's my son," Shinichi answered. "Everyone, this is Shinjiro, and he's from the future."

"Hello," Shinjiro greeted, bowing his head. "It's nice to meet you all."

"Oh yeah, the dino kid who helped you, Ranma and the Demon King fix the timeline," Yokoshima recalled.

"Yes, I can see the family resemblance," Amora commented.

"Alright, so last night we executed a multi-part mission against Kyofu after he attacked the village," Shinichi started. "Michiru, you and your team went to infiltrate the BTS to look for intelligence."

"That's right," Michiru confirmed. "We found the archives where Kyofu kept all his video records and stole them. After that, we gathered in a safehouse so I could watch them."

"That should have taken hours," Kotonoha said.

"Oh, it would have if I didn't watch them in my pocket dimension, and I learned a whole lot from them like that he wanted to create an army of Agitos. He also harvested the Seeds from the failed ones," Michiru said.

"He harvested their seeds?" Bishie said in disgust.

"Not the kind of seeds you are thinking of," Megan interjected.

"And from watching those videos, I discovered that Kyofu kept Inia Barchenowa captive so he could use her psychic powers to brainwash the whole world. So, we, including Cryska, went to rescue her," Michiru continued.

"You let one of them go with you?" Daichi questioned, frowning.

"Yes, because she wanted to rescue her sister," Michiru defended.

"We encountered one of the Espers where Inia was being held and defeated her," Megan added.

"Currently, Inia is resting in the infirmary with a power-dampening collar on just in case," Hana finished.

"Good," Shinichi nodded approvingly at their summary. "Amora, what about you? How did your assignment go?"

"Oh, we created a distraction and lured a few members of Alpha Force to Shinjuku where we defeated them," Amora explained. "It was quite entertaining."

"And now they're locked up in holding," Conda added, happily pounding her fists together.

"The rest of us stayed behind to protect the villagers," Shogo reported. "Kyofu sent his Alpha Force and we stopped them."

"But some of them managed to get inside the tower," Lala added. "We subdued them as well despite a few difficulties."

"What sort of difficulties?" Shinichi asked.

"I died," Alice piped up.

"You died!?" Shinichi gawked at his little sister.

"Relax, Onii-chan. I'm still here so everything worked out. For the most part," Alice reassured him. "I even got an upgrade. Wanna see?"

"Maybe later, Alice."

"There was one other thing," Shogo continued. "An unknown party stopped a squad of BTS soldiers that were marching into the village."

"Oh, those must be my brothers' girlfriends," Shinjiro said, all eyes now turned to him. "We sent our people to help out."

"So, you're not working alone then," Tsukuyomi's eyes narrowed. "So you must know about what happened in Genovia."

"And that thief at the BTS," Hana added.

"Yes, they're my sisters," Shinjiro answered, earning stunned looks from everyone. "What?"

"Your sisters..." Tsukuyomi's eyes widened, thinking back to the silver-haired girl she met on the beach. "Then that means-!"

"How about we don't talk about any future kids right now?" Shinichi interrupted.

"Funny you should mention that because we ran into one of them too," Lucy said.

"Of course," Shinichi sighed and looked at Shinjiro who innocently shrugged. "What happened?"

"After you got trapped with D, we went on with our mission," Ryuji answered. "That was when we ran into your other son who looks like Shiro Juuyon."

"Then you ran into Hiroyuki," Shinjiro stated.

"He has strange taste in women," Lucy muttered.

"Yes, and he was a cocky son of a bitch but he was also skilled," Ryuji described.

"Please don't call my kid that," Shinichi deadpanned. "It's an insult to his mom too."

"We found his lab where he bred his foot soldiers," Kotonoha added. "Turns out his Psycho Soldiers and Bio-Breakers are genetically engineered clones."

"Makes sense since Kyofu used to work for GIN-SHOCKER. He must've recovered some of their cloning equipment so he could create his foot soldiers," Hana remarked.

"Heh, for someone who claims to support the natural power of psychics, he's sure not afraid to grow artificial ones," Daichi added.

"Yeah, what a hippotick," Yokoshima agreed. His Scarab beeped and he corrected himself. "Hypocrite."

"We also fought a giant monster after the lab purged all the clones and trashed the place in the process," Lucy grinned proudly. "You're welcome."

"So that's what you were doing while I was fighting D," Shinichi nodded.

"Yes, and then you decided to confront Kyofu alone," Ryuji frowned. "Luckily for you, your kid and I took him down when he had you in a trance."

"Thanks for that," Shinichi said gratefully.

"We also swiped Kyofu's computer so Sheila could hack into it," Lucy finished. "And there's a lot of Top Secret stuff in there."

"Hopefully, whatever you found in his files can help us stop his plans for good," Shinichi said.

"Isn't it over already?" Yokoshima asked. "Kyofu's on ice."

"Yes, but we still need to contain the Spirit Stone," Shinichi retorted.

"Can't ARMOR take care of that?" Daichi questioned.

"Warren has everyone mobilised to deal with a variant of Ultron who became a Multiversal threat," Ryuji answered. "So he can't afford to send anyone right now and all access to ARMOR is closed until the threat is over."

"And we'll also need to be ready in case D shows up," Shinichi warned them.

"You think she's going to storm the tower?" Shogo asked.

"If she's as loyal to Kyofu as I was to Gebok back when I used to be BLACK 13, then she's going to use whatever advantage or resources she has at her disposal. Remember, we only captured most of her teammates," Shinichi informed them.

"Without cloning vats, she can't make an army," Ryuji reminded him.

"Trust me, on her own, D's a one-woman army," Shinichi said grimly, having faced her twice.

"Yeah, but you kicked her butt, right? You can do it again!" Yokoshima said positively.

"I did but I have a feeling when she returns, she'll be stronger."

"Then we should take the rest of them down now while we have the advantage," Daichi proposed.

"That would be the most logical course of action," Hana agreed. "With all the evidence we've gathered already, even if we attack the BTS now, we can justify it as an act of global defence."

"So, what's your call?" Ryuji challenged Shinichi.

Shinichi considered their next move. He had them collect evidence of Kyofu's crimes so they could take him down without damaging their reputation. They had already succeeded there. Now, all that was left was to bring down the BTS for good.

"First, compile all the evidence we've gathered and have it sent to the media. After that, we'll mobilise and bring in the rest of the Brain Trust Society," Shinichi commanded.

"Shinichi, there's something you need to know about Kyofu," Megan interjected. "I went to read his mind earlier and I couldn't find anything."

"What do you mean you couldn't find anything?" Shinichi asked, concerned.

"I'm saying his mind was a total blank. Like Elvis, his consciousness has left the building," Megan answered.

The remaining members of Alpha Force were called to Kyofu's office. There was Weapon F (Rintaro), Weapon Q, Weapon R (Kirihara), Weapon T (Sado), and Weapon Y. B stood beside the Professor's desk while his chair faced the window.

"So, this is all that's left of us," Q muttered as he saw that they were the only ones present.

"Why did you call us here?" Kirihara asked B.

"Professor Kyofu asked me to summon you," B answered. The chair swivelled around to reveal Weapon D sitting in it with an uncharacteristic grin.

"D!?" everyone sans B and F yelled in shock to see her sitting in Kyofu's chair.

"HELLO, everyone," D greeted as she leaned back and rested her feet on the desk. "What do you think of the NEW me?"

"What kind of joke is this?" Kirihara demanded and D's eyes flashed, suddenly sending her crashing against the wall. The other members stood in shock as Kirihara gritted her teeth in pain, clawing at the invisible hands that were choking her.

"Do NOT interrupt ME," D said coldly before she dropped Kirihara. Kirihara sat on the floor, gasping and coughing violently as she stared in shock at D, never expecting a reaction like that from her. After all, D could not even take a shit without Kyofu telling her.

"...S-sorry," Kirihara meekly apologised and Rintaro could not help but snicker. The girl glared hotly at the psychopath who just kept sniggering.

"What's going on here?" Y asked. "Why does D sound like Kyofu?"

"Because I AM Kyofu,"

END OF ACT 18

DrEx: And that's where we're ending the chapter. So, this chapter is the aftermath of the mission to bring down the Brain Trust Society. It looks like the heroes have won with Kyofu on ice, most of the Alpha Force locked up, and their cloning vats destroyed so they won't be able to make more foot soldiers. However, Kyofu has one last trick up his sleeve as it appears he has possessed Weapon D. What will happen next? What does Kyofu plan to do? Find out in the next chapter.
