The rattling of keys and the slow creaking of the door sounded out in the apartment.
Kagome slowly sat up from her resting spot…their bed, obviously, looking at their bedroom door.
She knew her husband was now home from work. Nine-to-fives we're the worst days for them. She had to spend the whole morning without her husband and most of the afternoon. By the time he got home most nights he was exhausted, as eating dinner, showering, and going to bed was their every day lifestyle.
She couldn't help but get annoyed about it sometimes. She was a wife after all. A wife that wanted more time with her husband. Working in business was a difficult job, but nonetheless, she has spoke about changing his schedule to something where he could be home earlier in the day.
She snapped out of her thoughts as footsteps approached the door, smiling her herself.
As the door opens, she sees her husbands tall, muscular physique, and not to mention his adorable dog ears.
"Hi love…" He walks over to her, planting a soft kiss on her cheek. "You doin' alright?" He looks into her brown eyes with his dark gold ones.
"Yes, I'm doing alright…just tired…slept most of the day…I missed you…" She smiles at him, blushing a bit from the kiss she received.
"I missed you too. I bought takeout for us, if that is okay with you…if not, I can always cook you something. I just was tired." He sits next to her on the bed, holding her close.
She smiles at the feel of his embrace. "I understand Inuyasha…what did you get us for dinner?"
"Restaurant called Tonki. Heard it was good from a few of my co-workers. I decided to try it tonight. It smells delicious, love."
Kagome looks up at him, as she's laying against his chest. "I'll take your word for it Inu! I'm sure it's delicious…you're such a good husband…"
Inuyasha blushes, standing up a bit. "No need to say all that. I just bought us food, silly. Come on, let's go eat." Inuyasha takes her hand, leading her to the kitchen.
If there's one thing Kagome has never gotten over was how much he makes her feel like a teenager again. Giddy with endorphins, making her blush all the time, etcetera.
Inuyasha takes a seat, dealing out the bowls of food and sauces for the two of them, saying a quick thank you, before digging in.
"Love, how was work?" Kagome smiles, making a small humming sound, letting her husband know the food was incredible.
He smiles, nodding in reply to her cute gesture. "Busy. Per usual, I'm extremely tired…"
Kagome looks at him. "Yeah, if it was busy I can imagine. Your boss really needs to light up on you. You only get two days off, and you use them for sleeping, love. You shouldn't work so hard.
"Keh, I'm not weak Kagome, I can handle it. Besides, giving you the best life is what I need to do as a husband. Taking over my bosses stand one day would give us so much, and so many opportunities." Inuyasha smiles.
"I know, love! I'm happy that the opportunity will eventually be here one day and you get to become CEO! However, doesn't working not everyday sound nice, even if it was every once in a while? You always come home exhausted, like they're overworking you…I'm worried they may be taking advantage of you by making you work more."
Inuyasha looks up at her, putting the fork down. "Kagome, you know I've tried to change my schedule for me to be home with you more than many times…but you know the answer they give me…'you need to be here as frequent as possible, especially since you will take over as CEO soon…'"
Kagome looks at him in understanding. "I know…but isn't family important too?"
"Kagome…you know how badly I wish I could be home more…"
"Inu…I get that giving me a life that's worth living is what's important to you…but I already have plenty…I'm happy you get the opportunity as a CEO, but…even if that weren't an option, I would be perfectly fine with the life we have now. We're far from poor."
"Kagome…but I would rather get to that point, and be able to give you a fulfilling life."
Kagome looks at him. "My life would be more fulfilling if your boss would understand that you have a family you would like to get home to…"
Inuyasha looks at her. He wasn't one to get mad or irritated because of something work related. He understood where his wife was coming from though. Sure, because of his new soon-to-be- job description, working till late evening was hard enough, and harder to not just crash on the couch whenever he walked through that front door.
He also knows it has been a while since they had any time 'alone…'
Kagome sighs, putting the cover over her dinner. "I know the job means so much to you Inuyasha…but more than anything you mean more to me than any extra money could offer."
"Kagome, do you not want me to get the job?" Inuyasha looks up at her.
"I really don't mind if you do get it or not…we have plenty of money already…" Kagome looks at him.
"If we had more I could…"
"Inuyasha, I know you could provide me with more, but what I want more of is more time with you. This job is nothing but draining the time from us both…"
"I-I know that…I want more time with you then you can imagine..you don't know how much I'd rather be under the sheets with you, eating dinner, and spending time together every night…then being swamped in paperwork."
Kagome mumbles softly. "Then…maybe we can find a new job that fits into our time-"
"Kagome, what are you saying?! You just want me to quit?! Leave everything I worked for us behind?!"
"Wha-no…no! I'm saying that maybe there's another job out there that will pay you just as much and you don't have to sit here waiting for your boss to fully retire! You know he's not going to anytime soon, that job is too cushy for him to leave!"
"That job is a difficult job, Kagome. I'm training to give you a perfect life!"
Kagome looks at him, tears pricking her eyes. "Inuyasha…your boss is taking advantage of you. I've had bosses like him. Promising you'll take their spot and get all this money, but he may not give you his spot for another twenty years and you'll be working the same as you are now, with nothing changing."
"I'm not stupid! I know what taking advantage of means! My boss would never, my own father knew him! You know how hard it is to find a job! When I have to make it through this world as a half-demon? You don't understand how hard it is!"
"Oh, you don't get to tell me how hard it is! I know how hard it is because I have to personally watch it myself!"
"You're a human…you never had to go through any indifferences as I did…"
"So you wanted me to so I could share your pain?"
"Kagome! Dammit, no! That's not what I'm saying!"
Kagome knew the argument was stupid…they both did…but she knew once the fighting started, it would take forever for it to end. Damn his stubbornness…and hers too. The best thing to do is walk away.
Kagome sighs softly, walking to the doorway. "I'm not pissed at you, Inuyasha. I'm pissed at your fucked up boss for promising something that may not happen." She throws some shoes on.
"What do you know…leave then, see if I care."
She sighs. God, he's sorely losing the 'I don't give a fuck war.'
"I'll be back later…we can cool down for a bit if we remove ourselves from the situation, when I get back we'll be alright to talk this through more…our emotions just got the better of us…"
Inuyasha sighs, nodding. "I'll be here resting…text me when you get to where you're going…and be safe okay?"
Kagome nods, grabbing her umbrella, walking out of the apartment, locking the door behind her.
The walk to her destination was a good fifteen minutes. Thankfully the rain lightened up long enough for her walk.
She walks the steps she's very familiar with, closing her umbrella as she rings the doorbell.
She waits for a few moments, thinking no one is there, as she starts to walk away.
She hears a small sound…unlocking maybe… as she turns around seeing her friend since…forever standing in front of the door.
"Kagome…? Why are you here-"
Not wasting a moment after seeing her friend, she collapsed in her arms, sobbing.

"…So that's what happened…"
Sango looks down at Kagome, nodding. "That's…quite the predicament."
"I don't know what to do…I know we both knew the argument was stupid, but we're both…"
Sango smiles. "So damn stubborn. Ever since I got to know you, you two were always stubborn…more than normal."
Kagome laughs a bit, wiping her now red, swollen eyes. "I'm sorry for coming unannounced…"
Sango waves a hand at her. "Anytime! I know when me and Miroku argue and we need to step away, I do the same thing to you."
"You and Miroku never argue though. You tell him to shut up and he does. Me and Inuyasha tend to feed off each others emotions." Kagome sighs.
"You guys feed off every emotion you guys have had. At least, as long as I have known the two of you for." Sango smirks, taking a small sip of her wine she had gotten long before Kagome got there. "Don't be embarrassed, that just means you love one another."
Kagome looks at her, nodding. "Yeah…I know…it was probably stupid of me to have left the house then…it was a shitty misunderstanding…"
Sango stood up, leaving to grab something from the kitchen. "Sometimes space is what you need!" She comes back in with a bottle of sake, setting the two cups and bottle in the middle of the table. "Besides, advice from other married couples is the best way to go."
Kagome smiles, opening the bottle. "Especially if it's about marriage problems." She pours some in the cup, before lifting up the bottle to put in the middle of the table once more. "Wait, is this part of Miroku's stash?"
Sango laughs. "Oh, he won't care. You're like a sister to me! Besides you've had a long evening! A girls night is exactly what we need!"
"But how long until Miroku gets home?" Kagome looks up at her friend. "I don't want to impose…especially if you guys are wanting a night to yourselves."
Sango smiles. "Oh, Miroku isn't that pervy!" Kagome looks at her with that response, as Sango blushes. "Actually, he got called into work for an overnight shift, so stay as long as you'd like, I don't mind! I'm here for ya and here to listen to the gossip as we drink up!"
Kagome smiles, knowing full well getting a bit of a break with her closest friend would be the best course of action right now.

The girls sit, drinking well beyond their first glasses of wine. The night has been filled with much laughter and happiness from both females.
"It's nice…I mean I never get to see you! You work along with Miroku, which is amazing that you get to work in the same business department." Kagome pours her fourth glass of the evening.
Sango looks up at her. "Yeah, it's nice. Why don't you do the same with Inuyasha? I know you two would die for the chance to be with the other all the time."
"Yeah, I've tried. However, unlike your boss, Inu has a boss that is a stubborn old man who is waiting to give him the position until his boss dies off. He always tells Inuyasha that he will be put into the position soon, but that job offers so much money you know the old grump won't leave till he dies."
Sango laughs. "Well, we get paid plenty. Inu should come work with us, and you as well. That way worrying about money like this will be the last thing on your minds."
Kagome looks at the wine glass, taking a drink of the red liquor, before setting the glass down. "I would in a heartbeat Sango. However he trusts his boss, but I damn well know he is an untrustworthy man."
"What about if we send him an offer at our job. We have some here at the house if you wanna take some home with you. One for you and one for Inu." Sango smiles.
"Really? What about the hours?" Kagome looks at her, eternally grateful for the offer.
"Whatever will fit with your schedule. I know the nine-to-five is rough, especially when you get overworked. We have the opportunity to pick your own hours. Besides, he's not gonna know what hit him when he knows the pay." Sango walks over the file folder on her table, giving Kagome two papers.
"Holy shit!!" Kagome looks at Sango. "This is more then the old man is offering!!"
"We are far worried about money, however, the kids are a hassle and we save for them." Sango nods her head towards the bedrooms.
"Oh! How are the little ones?" Kagome asks before downing a bit of the sweet yet tangy rouge liquor.
"Busy as ever. Daycare, then coming home for naps, yet having plenty of time for fun play dates with mommy and daddy." Sango laughs a bit, finishing off her drink before setting aside her cup, signaling she's done.
"They're so sweet! You guys are too cute with them! Love the posts I see as well!" Kagome looks at the pictures along the wall. God her friend was an amazing photographer.
"Yes, and as you can see the family pictures are just as cute! They're everywhere!"
"God, you should be a photographer! You may have to do my maternity shoots when we get to that point!" Kagome downs the rest of her drink, sighing.
Sango smiles. "Oh? With how much time you had on your hands I honestly would've expected you to be busy!"
"Yeah…the thing is I'm ready, and I can tell he is too…but with how much he's working, and how tired he is all the time…" Kagome trails off.
"Ohhh…yeah you're right. Well obviously our job let's us have plenty of time…maybe almost too much time…" Sango blushes.
"Considering you have three?" Kagome puts some more red liquor into her glass. "That's more than enough time right?"
Sango looks at her with a nod. "Kagome careful! This is your fifth one! I don't want you sick!"
Kagome laughs a bit. "I'm fine, I'm fine!" She downs her drink some more.
"If you say so…however your cheeks are getting flushed, and your words sound…a bit slurred…" Sango laughs a bit.
"Huh?" Kagome looks at the bottle. "I didn't even drink that much! At least I didn't think I did…"
"Kagome, the intoxication normally happens a little after it's had time to settle in your stomach. I can tell you haven't been out much, huh?" Sango laughs as Kagome continues to heavy up on drinks.
"Been through a lot of stress. I hate the job situation, and we haven't had shit for time together. Don't get me wrong I'm grateful he's trying to care for himself and me! I'm just mad at the boss."
"Shit for time? You mean…?"
"Yup. We haven't made love in a while…which is okay and all, but I miss him nude. He's so toned and gorgeous!"
Sango blushes. "I get it, I feel the same way with my husband. When your a mom, as soon as those kids hit the pillow you're in your room trying to get as much 'relief' as you can."
Kagome smiles, giggling a bit. "His boss is taking his sexiness away from me! I miss running my hands down him and feeling him satisfy me in only the way he can. I'm having to be so quiet waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I'm glad sex toys are a thing."
Sango laughs a bit. "Revealing a lot huh? Maybe you should put the drinks down…"
Kagome watches her friend take the drink away. God she felt like the world was spinning around her. She was drunk no doubt about it.
"Kagome…I told you not to drink so much! I didn't want you to walk home intoxicated. I won't let you walk home intoxicated!" Sango looks at her friend.
"It's fine…I'm f-fine! I promise, I'm only a little drunk…I'm sorry I'm just so stressed…I needed a break from it I know I'm hella drunk right now…" Kagome laughs a bit.
"I'll call Inu to come get you…I don't want you walking home alone like this." Sango looks at Kagome, who's now found herself entertained on her phone.
Sango pulls out her cell, dialing Inu's number. It rings for a few minutes before she heard some static on the end of the line, letting her know someone picked up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Inuyasha? Hey it's Sango. Kagome is here with me…however she is…really drunk…like…really really drunk…I love her to death but I didn't want her going home by herself…"
She could hear a small sigh on the end of the line. "I'll be there in five. Is she alright besides her being drunk?"
"Yes she's fine…it's just starting to hit her, I just want her home before she gets any worse. She had five drinks ton-"
"What the fuck? Five?!"
"Yes. Five. However she's okay. She didn't do it maliciously. She's pretty out of it though. Just wanted you to know."
"Thanks for taking care of her. Stupid girl…I'll be there."
With that she heard a faint beeping sound, taking the phone away from her ear, putting it back into her pocket. "Kagome, Inuyasha is on his way to get you…"
"Nooooo! I was having so much fun!" Kagome smiles, laying down on her back on the floor.
"Well you'll be able to go home and have lots of more fun with your husband and get proper rest…okay?" Sango takes the papers Kagome rested on the table. "Just stay there until he gets her-"
All of a sudden she heard the faint ringing of the doorbell.
Sango smiles to herself going to open the door, slowly opening it.
"Well hello, Inuyasha! Good to see you!" Sango smiles, pointing over to Kagome.
Inuyasha sighs, looking over her as she's on the floor.
Kagome looks up at him, smiling brightly, holding her arms up in the air. "Puppyyyyy!"
Sango laughs. "You wouldn't even think she was mad, huh?"
Inuyasha looks at Sango. "I shouldn't have been so insensitive with her…I know she only meant well…"
Sango smiles. "She understands that. She's not mad at you at all. This was just a big understanding. You two are like siblings to me and Miroku. We've been though a lot together, trying to make each other's lives happier and easier. Actually, speaking of easier…"
Sango slowly walks up to Inuyasha, handing him the two offering papers. "This may just be what the two of you need right now. Open them when you get the chance. Call me when you made your decision."
"Sango what is this-"
"Just a little something I think the both of you will enjoy right now. Just…be sure to take care of her first…she needs it…and so do you!" Sango beams as Inuyasha kneels down in front of his wife.
"Okay…" Inuyasha softly picks up his wife. "Sango?"
"No need to thank me. I'm here for the both of you!" She smiles, patting his shoulder. "I've got babies to take care of, but you guys have a wonderful night."
Inuyasha nods, smiling down at his wife who's looking up at him with the biggest most beautiful smile he's ever seen.
The one he fell in love with…
He nods to Sango one more time before walking out of their home, looking down at his wife.
"What am I gonna do with you…" Inuyasha kisses her forehead.
"I dunno…" She nuzzles into his chest as he carries her outside.
"Thankfully the rain let up…it was pouring when I was on my way to get you."
"You didn't bring anything to cover you?" Kagome looks at him, noticing his wet hair.
"No…I was too worried about you…" Inuyasha's cheeks flush a bit, as he holds her.
"Your cheeks are red…" Kagome looks at him, stating the obvious.
Inuyasha smirks laughing a bit. "God, you're so drunk."
"Sorry…are you mad I had to interrupt your sleep…? I know you're normally in bed by now…"
"I'm not tired Kagome. I'm too worried about you right now…besides I called and begged my boss for a day off. Tomorrow is my extra day…"
She looks up at him. "I'm sorry…you didn't have to…I didn't mean to make you mad I'm sorry. I'm so grateful you're working so hard for us…"
"It's okay…you didn't make me do anything. I'm more worried about getting you home." Inuyasha leaps through the city holding his wife close to him.
Her drunk state along with the leaping, the way the world was flying past her, the wind in her hair, in the strong arms of her protective husband gave her a sense of illusory state of mind. She couldn't help but let out a loud drunken laugh.
Inuyasha smiles at her. "You having fun?"
Kagome smiles up at him. "Mhm!!"
He kisses her lips chastely, before landing in an alleyway, getting into a stance to leap off with her faster. "Hold on tight."
He adjusted her in his arms before swiftly taking off again, pushing her back into that unreal mindset.

Kagome was still on her high even when they walked into their apartment, in an unending fit of giggles.
Some people may have found it annoying, but Inuyasha found her the most beautiful being on this Earth.
"Kagome? Do you need help getting to our bedroom?" Inuyasha softly let's her go.
"Nope! I'm standing okay…I can make it…" She begins walking, slowly of course to maintain her balance, yet nonetheless could walk good enough to get into their bedroom.
Kagome sighed as she took a seat on the white and grey bedsheets, looking around the room, her eyes landing on the big window.
Maybe it was the alcohol, but the room felt more…romantic than usual.
"Kagome, I'm gonna start a bath, that way your muscles can relax for a bit…" Inuyasha disappears in the bathroom for a few moments.
Kagome sighs, looking around in the room, trying to focus on something to maybe relieve herself from the drunken state. She puts her hands on her temples, looking down to the ground when nothing is working.
"Kagome, the bath is warm enough for you to get in." Inuyasha walks out of the bathroom, snapping her out of the daze.
Kagome nods, beginning to undress, walking to the bathroom.
Inuyasha laughs a bit at the lack of her normal modesty, following her into the bathroom to make sure she doesn't get hurt.
Kagome tried to get in, yet not even being able to lift one foot up to get in, making a small huffing noise. "This was a dumb idea…"
"You think?" Inuyasha holds out his hand so she can grab onto his hand to help herself get into the tub and lower herself down.
"Are you good?" Inuyasha looks at her as she gets settled into her bubble bath.
"Yes…thank you…I'm sorry the lights are too bright…" She closes her eyes from the LED bathroom lights.
Inuyasha smiles, grabbing a few candles from the bathroom cabinet, lighting them, putting each candle in different places in the bathroom, before turning off the light.
"Is that good…?" Inuyasha looks at her, kneeling outside of the tub to her eye level.
"Yes…thank you…" She sighs, looking at the running water, before looking back at her husband.
"Wow…your eyes are so pretty in the dim light…it's like they're glowing…" She grabs his face with her wet hands.
"Feh, you see 'em all the time. Don't say those crazy things." He looks away from her. "Besides your eyes look pretty, too…"
"Hey, you don't have to act like it's not a big deal! Hmph!"
He huffs, putting his thumb on her chin, and his index finger under her chin, lifting her face up to meet his gaze. "They look more then pretty, they are the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my entire lifespan."
"Inu-" She gets cut off by his lips on hers, kissing her softly, with raw emotion in love in the kiss.
He softly pulls away from her, her eyes now glazed over with emotion and love, blinking a few times. "Inuyasha…"
He kisses her hand. "I'll be back, I'm gonna grab you a towel…"
He goes to leave before she grabs his sleeve of his white shirt. "Wait…"
He turns around to look at her. "Kagome?"
"Get in with me…? Please…?" She looks up at him with a small blush.
"Of course…" He slowly removes all of the garments he was wearing, slowly easing himself into the tub behind Kagome, pulling her back against his torso as he slowly gets her hair wet.
"What are you doi-"
"I'm gonna wash your hair for you…you don't wanna walk around smelling like alcohol, do you, sweetheart?"
She leaned into his touch as he softly scrubbed the shampoo into her head. Claws came in handy when he had to do this.
She still felt the world spinning. She wouldn't have drank too much. However…she was drunk…and probably more bolder and daring…she may just use it to her advantage.
Kagome turned towards her husband after he was finished caring for her hair. She softly moved over him, laying on his chest in the water.
"Kagome…? Is everything okay, love?" Inuyasha asked, running his wet hands through her hair.
She trailed her soft fingers down his toned jawline, down to his chest, before pressing a soft kiss over his heart.
He smiled at her as she continued to kiss up to his face, tilting his head back as she kissed up his neck.
Kagome blushed a little bit, giving him a small bite on the neck, sucking on the bite a bit, leaving a small mark on his neck, before trailing up his jawline, letting go, smiling down at him.
Inuyasha looked at her softly, holding a bit of her hair before pulling her down to kiss him softly, as she hummed against his soft lips.
"Mmm.." Kagome sighed after a moment nibbling his lips a bit, as he opens his mouth, as their tongues begin to wrestle in each other's mouths.
Kagome felt a small squeeze on her hips, sighing a bit, pulling away, panting. "Inuyasha…"
He looks up at her, his eyes reading the hint of lust over her gaze. "Kagome…"
She softly grabs his silver tresses resting on his shoulders, as she kisses him roughly. "Mmm…"
Inuyasha presses his clawed hand on her back, giving her support as she leans over him, as they both get lost in each other's taste.
They pull away, saliva connecting their tongues, panting.
Inuyasha lifts her out of the tub gently, placing her on the edge of the tub as he gets her towel.
"Inu…" Kagome sighs as he kneels down in front of her, wiping the water droplets off her body as he kisses everywhere the towel has been.
"Inuyasha…" She looks down at him, blushing. "Can we…"
He nods to her, kissing her cheek, whispering softly to her, his voice thick with love. "Irrefutably…"
She sighed into his neck, her knees already going weak. Damn the alcohol.
Inuyasha blowed out the candles, before he softly picks her up into his arms, kissing her before putting her on the bed softly.
Kagome looked out the window at the city and the moonlight for a moment, thanking no other windows are nearby for peeping neighbors to spy in on.
She felt the bed start to cave in as Inuyasha climbed in over her, smiling softly at him as he goes back to softly kissing her once again.
God his lips and tongue were heaven…
Kagome sighed as he moved his hands down her nude body lovingly, kissing her neck above her mating mark.
"Kagome…I'm so sorry…I love you so much…"
She smiles, watching his hands trail her body, sighing when his hands move between her breasts. They weren't huge by any means, but they were full, and gorgeous, to Inuyasha anyways.
He softly kisses her chest, right over her heart like she had done in the bathroom with him.
"You're so kindhearted…you're heart has always accepted me and you've always have cared and really loved me. Even when no one did or when I was at my lowest…"
He softly planted the pad of his finger on her dark pink areolas, completely covering her nipple, which actively hardened under his touch.
"You've always been here with me Kagome…I love you…God I love you so much…"
Kagome sighs under his touch, completely giving herself up to him.
After a moment the cool touch of his finger leaves her breast as he moves his hand lower towards her stomach.
"You're everything I could've asked for…hoped for…you're the most perfect being in this world…I'm so lucky to have you to spend my life with…"
He softly runs his fingers over her stomach, moving lower towards her lower stomach. He traces around that area, before he felt a small buck of her hips.
He softly plants a kiss on her lower stomach as his hands part her thighs.
"You're gorgeous…your body is more beautiful than a goddess…"
Kagome sighs softly, blushing at his words and the sensations of his cool hands.
Inuyasha runs his fingers softly over her drenched womanhood. "Kagome you're the most beautiful being I've ever seen…"
Kagome gasps softly, looking between her legs, seeing the gold eyes of her husband, relaxing her body, feeling more than safe.
He softly inserts his middle and ring finger into her folds, making her head throw back with a gasp, as he starts applying pressure on her walls.
"Inuyasha…" Kagome gasps out his name.
"Are you okay…? I'm not hurting you, am I?" Inuyasha looks intently at his ministrations, but more importantly, paying attention to his wife's reactions.

"Kagome…my claws…" Inuyasha looks up at her concerned.
"I trust you…you won't hurt me…it's okay…" She whines out.
He nods, moving his hands as her body bucks against him, trying to push his fingers deeper within her.
"Kagome…" He softly inserts his index finger along with the other two, stretching her out.
"Inuyasha!" She arches her back deeper, looking at him, before closing her eyes tightly.
He looks at her with a loving gaze. "Kagome…you're taking my fingers so well…you're doing such a good job…"

"Really? Do you get to pick your own hours?"
"Yes. I talked to Sango about that this morning…she gave me her bosses number. I've been on the phone all morning. He asked me to do an interview over the phone and everything."
Kagome gasps. "What?! Did you get it?!"
Inuyasha nods. "Yes. I quit the older one. Besides I'd only have to work four days, and I go in the morning, and get out early afternoon. That way I wouldn't be so tired, and I can spend so much more time with my beautiful wife…" He kisses her neck softly.
"Seriously?!" Kagome jumps for joy. "When do you start?"
"Not for a few more days, but I have my schedule and everything." Inuyasha smiles.
Kagome squeals, jumping in his arms, wrapping her legs around his waist, kissing him.
"We need to celebrate! Let's go get breakfast from the kitchen!"
Inuyasha smiles, nodding. "But before…"
Kagome gasps as he softly tilts her head up, kissing her softly. "I want another type of breakfast first."
She smiles, giggling. "Oh Inuyasha…hell yes!"
