Captains Meeting of the New Arrivals
An old man is sitting in his office looking over some paperwork that he has to do, looking over the reports of any Hollows sighting and the other squads are doing with the patrolling and securing the safety of the souls as much as possible.
Yep, such are the duties of the Soul Reapers, and this old man right here is the most powerful and wisest among them being the Head-Captain of the Soul Reapers and the 13 Court Guard Squads.
"Hmm, it looks like everything is in order." The old man said to himself.
This is old man is a fair-skinned man of average height. The oldest captain in the Gotei 13, he has aged into an elderly man with a bald head, deep wrinkles, hooked nose, and pronounced cheekbones. He has red eyes, long eyebrows, long mustache, and a hip-length white beard secured by a purple band crossing down it. He has two scars crossing above his right eye. In addition to the standard black shihakushō, he wears a captain's long-sleeved haori draped over his back instead of actually wearing it, with its size being greatly exaggerated.
His name is Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, Captain of Squad one.
"Hello captain, I thought I'd bring you some tea." A younger but old man entered the scene and placed a cup of tea on the desk.
"Thank you, Chōjirō. I have been feeling a little thirsty." Yamamoto thanked.
"It's nice to enjoy the peaceful times, sir." Chōjirō commented as he looks over toward the horizon.
Chōjirō has pupil-less eyes, short silver-gray hair and a small black handlebar mustache with lightly tanned skin. He wears a white jinbaori over a standard Shinigami shihakushō with long white arm guards. He wears a white turtleneck under his uniform and has his lieutenant armband on his left arm.
"It may seem like it now but let us not forget that we still have the issue with Sōsuke Aizen." Yamamoto reminded his lieutenant.
"Of course, sir. I'm just surprise that we're allowed to have peaceful moments like this even when we're preparing ourselves for the worse." Chōjirō said.
"That's because we Aizen believe it'll be our last moments before facing him, that we will never get another day like this, but we will prove him wrong." Yamamoto determined with a fierce, fiery glare from his eyes.
Chōjirō agrees with his Head-Captain, Aizen needs to pay for betraying the 13 Court Guard Squads and teaming up with the Hollows and powerful monsters in Hueco Mundo along with the more powerful ones known as Arrancar. But no matter the danger, the Soul Reapers will be there to stop Aizen's evil plan and save the balance of life and death even when they die to protect the three worlds.
"Sir, would you care to train with me for a while later today?" Chojiro requested.
"Hmm, it's been a long time since we've trained together. Why the sudden request?" Yamamoto asked curiously.
"I want to make sure we win against Aizen, that his darkness could never overcome our light." Chojiro explained his reason.
But before Yamamoto could give him a proper answer to that request, something small and fast came crashing through the roof of the office and pierce right onto the floor several feet from his desk.
"We're under attack!" Chojiro gasped and held his sword.
"Wait, I did not think the Royal Guard of the Soul King would attack us." Yamamoto pointed at the small object revealing itself to be an arrow with the Royal Guard symbol waving like a flag.
"The Royal Guard, as in Squad 0 and sworn protector of the Soul King!" Chojiro shocked. He has heard any tales about Squad 0, that they're the most powerful Soul Reapers to work directly for the Soul King who oversee the Balance of Life and Death.
"The very same." Yamamoto said as he walks over to the arrow.
"But why? I thought they never interfere with the affair of the Soul Society unless something would directly harm the Soul King?" Chojiro asked, feeling confused.
"If the Squard 0 have send us a message then it must mean the Soul King has something important to tell the Soul Reapers." Yamamoto picked up the arrow.
Yamamoto found the piece of paper folded and tied onto the arrow, he took it out and unfolds the paper to see there is a message on it.
"Quite unexpected for the Soul King to reach out to us." Yamamoto commented.
Yamamoto starts reading the message, then he reads it a second time to make sure he didn't miss every single detail, and a third time just to be extra sure.
"Oh my, it would seem the Soul King has surprised me even more." Yamamoto said.
"What is it, Head-Captain Yamamoto?" Chojiro asked.
"Here, it'd be better if you see this for yourself." Yamamoto handed the message to his lieutenant.
Chojiro reads the message himself and he became very shocked of what he is reading right now.
"I can't believe it; the Soul King really did this?" Chojiro struggled to process this a little.
"He did, and he is requesting our help. Call in an emergency Captain Meeting immediately, they must be informed about this." Yamamoto ordered.
"Yes, sir!" Chojiro saluted.
Immediately after giving the order, both the Head-Captain and the Lieutenant heard a big booming sound and look up at the sky to see eight lights shining brightly in day sky falling down towards the far distant of the Soul Society.
"It would appear they have arrived." Yamamoto said, seeing this just as the message said and the lights vanished into the horizon.
(Several Minutes Later)
A meeting of the 13 Court Guard Squad has been called for all the captains to arrive at the meeting room immediately and without delay.
One man who seems to be a captain is walking through the outside hallway though appears to be this captain is wobbling along the way.
"Oh man, I think that drink I had was too strong that I'm seeing double the hallway." The man said in a drunken tone.
This man is a tall, light-skinned Shinigami with high cheekbones, grey eyes and long wavy brown hair. His hair is tied in a long ponytail and has long bangs that frame the left side of his face. He also has a noticeable amount of body hair on his chest, feet, and arms. He wears a Sugegasa straw hat and a pink, flowered lady's kimono, which he drapes across his shoulders and over his Shihakushō. Although his haori and obi sash are cheap, his pin-wheel hairpins are very expensive. He does not wear tabi with his sandals. He has thin facial hair around his mouth and on his cheeks.
This man is Shunsui Sakuranosuke Jirō Kyōraku, Soul Reaper Captain of Squad 8.
"The bartender said it was a new recipe he made and saved up over time, but man, he really did wonders with that drink." Shunsui chuckled.
Shunsui wobbles some more until he bumps onto the high bar and almost trips that he was gonna fall over, but a hand grab onto his wrist preventing the fall.
"Honestly Shunsui, is there ever a time that you're not drinking?" Another man asked.
"I could be taking a nap, dreaming about lovely girls." Shunsui answered with a grin.
"And yet you're still single." The other man teased.
"Oh, that was just cold, Ukitake." Shunsui commented, playing a bit hurt.
"Come on, we have a meeting to get to." Ukitake reminded him of the meeting.
Ukitake is a tall man with a somewhat emaciated appearance. He has long white hair, almost reaching his waist, and green eyes. He wears it parted on the left side with one long piece that tends to fall over his right eye. He wears the standard Shinigami shihakushō with a long-sleeved captain's haori, and a crimson lining. He wears a narrow white obi, in which he secures his Zanpakutō.
His full name is Jūshirō Ukitake, Captain of Squad 13.
"Alright, alright, I'm good to go." Shunsui said, feeling a bit sober now.
Shunsui and Ukitake walk together making their way to the meeting room where they are met with the Head-Captain at the center and some other captains.
"Greetings Captain Shunsui, Captain, Ukitake." A tall wolf man greeted.
"Hello, Sajin Komamura, nice to see you're still going on strong." Shunsui commented at the fellow captain.
Sajin Komamura is an anthropomorphic wolf, although he is often mistaken for a dog. He is towering in height and the tallest captain of the Gotei 13. His fur is light brown in color, which is the same color as his gloves. He also wears shoulder weights over his haori and large, plated boots instead of sandals.
This tall wolf man is the captain of Squad 7.
One man in silence saw two more of the captains have arrive and seeing there is only one more captain to come and this meeting can begin.
This young man has slate gray eyes and long black hair, which he keeps up in intricate white headpieces called kenseikan which symbolize his nobility as the head of the Kuchiki Clan, wearing three on top of his head and another two on the right side. In addition to the standard captain shihakushō, he wears a white scarf, which is woven by the master weaver Tsujishirō Kuroemon III. The scarf is made from Ginpaku Kazahana no Uzuginu and is a family heirloom, having been handed down from generation to generation and given to each head of the Kuchiki Clan. The scarf alone is worth ten mansions in the Seireitei. He wears fingerless white tekkō which only covers the back of his hands.
His name is Byakuya Kuchiki, captain of the 6th Squad of the Soul Reapers and Head of the Kuchiki Clan.
"It's certainly a surprise that Head-Captain Yamamoto to call us here. What do you suppose it might be?" A kind-looking woman asked.
She has the appearance of a slender and very youthful woman with blue eyes and black hair. She wears the standard Shinigami captain shihakushō apart from using an obi instead of the normal sash, which hides her well-endowed bosom. Her hair is long and is always worn as a large braid down the front of her body. Unlike most Shinigami who carry their Zanpakutō in their sash, she has a large string attached to the sheath of her Zanpakutō and carries it over her shoulder. Breasts size: H-cup.
She is Retsu Unohana, medical captain of Squad 4.
"I couldn't say, but it must be something important." One very young-looking captain said.
The boy is short, with turquoise eyes and short, spiked, white hair. He wears a standard sleeveless captain's haori with a green sash around his shoulders, held together by a round, star-like clip. The sash holds his Zanpakutō's sheath in place on his back and is tied to it at either end.
He is Tōshirō Hitsugaya, youngest captain of squad 10.
"This better not be a waste of my time when I was doing important research." A man complained.
His appearance has a skeletal look to it with a skull-like visage. His face is painted entirely white with the inner portion of his face painted black with the exception of his nose. His eyes are a golden color, and he constantly bares his teeth giving the appearance of him constantly smiling. Both his ears are seemingly replaced with stubbed golden cones. His fingernails are blue and, with the exception of the fingernail on his right middle finger, are all short. The one long fingernail is as long as the finger itself. He also wears a white hat with two ends that point to his right and a large purple scarf around his neck. His whole body, even his face and hands, has been painted black and white.
This weird-looking man is Mayuri Kurotsuchi, the mad scientist captain of Squad 12.
"Try showing some respect when being summon, Captain Mayuri." A woman scolded.
She is a relatively petite woman with gray eyes and black hair which she wears short with two long braids bound in white cloth, each ending in a large golden ring. She wears a traditional Shinigami captain's uniform with a sleeveless haori and a yellow obi tied around her waist. Breasts size: D-cup.
This firm woman is Soifon, the captain of Squad 2, also known as the stealth group.
"Well, well, it looks like almost everybody is here." Shunsui looked around.
"I just hope Kenpachi got the message." Ukitake said.
"More like he's just looking for the next fight." Soifon believed.
"Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm here." Kenpachi entered the room.
"Ah, speak of the devil and he shall appear." Shunsui commented.
"Welcome Kenpachi, how are things going with your squad?" Retsu asked with a friendly greeting.
"Rowdy as ever." Kenpachi answered with a grin.
Kenpachi is a very tall, muscular Shinigami with a wild and aggressive appearance. He has a long face with high cheekbones, enlarged canine teeth, and pronounced, hairless brow ridges. He has green eyes and stringy black hair reaching past his shoulders. A noticeable trait in his appearance is a long, thin scar running down the left side of his face and across his left eye. He wears the standard, black shihakushō, with the addition of white bandages across his midsection and a short-sleeved captain's haori (which he took from the previous captain after defeating him), with ragged ends on the sleeves and back flap. He styles his hair into stiff strands, attaching small bells at its tips, and wears a special black eyepatch over his right eye.
This vicious man is Kenpachi Zaraki, captain of the rough and tough Squad 11.
"Okay old man, we're here. Got any big announcements you wanted to share with us?" Kenpachi asked.
"Indeed, it is something that has never happened before in our Soul Society history." Yamamoto nodded.
"(Could it be Aizen making a move?)" Tōshirō thought wondered, clutching his fist for anger against Aizen. Wanting to make him pay for what he did to Momo.
"Listen well, moments ago in my office, I have received a letter from the Soul King himself. All the way from the Royal Palace." Yamamoto informed.
This shocked the nine Soul Reaper captains; they never thought the Soul King himself could make contact with the Soul Society at all.
"Now this has my full attention." Mayuri smirked.
"What does the Soul King want, sir?" Ukitake asked.
"The Soul King has informed me about eight individual souls, each from different worlds, and has requested the 13 Court Guard Squard to help train these souls to be ready for a great battle that he predicts will be some time after our dealt with Aizen." Yamamoto explained.
"Hold on, different worlds? That can't be real." Soifon couldn't believe that it's real.
"It is, and the words from the Soul King is absolute." Yamamoto send an intense glare at Soifon, making her feel sweat in fear.
"You know, I did hear about this "multiverse" stuff from this one soul during my outing the other day, but I was too drunk to remember." Shunsui mentioned.
"The souls our King has recruited are strong in their own rights and will become strong warriors to help us in protect the balance of Life and Death." Yamamoto said.
"This is quite the unexpected, I never thought about meeting others from another world." Sajin said, feeling a bit curious.
"Is there anything we should know about these eight souls?" Byakuya asked.
"All the Soul King said that they're each unique in their own way, for the personality and traits as such. As they what they look like, some of them all appear human and such, but the others will be different." Yamamoto explained.
"How different are talking about?" Kenpachi asked with an exciting grin.
"(Of course, he'd want to fight them.)" Sajin thought sweat dropped.
"If you are that eager to fight, then I shall be sending you to bring those eight souls back here along with Captain Soifon, Unohana, and Hitsugaya." Yamamoto ordered.
"Do I really have to work with that man as well?" Soifon disliked the idea of working with Kenpachi of all people for a retrieval mission.
"Would it be alright if we bring our lieutenants as well?" Retsu requested.
"If you feel the need, then it's alright. As for the question about what I meant about some of them being different, you will have to see it for yourself." Yamamoto ordered, concluding the meeting with a tap of his wooden cane.

The rest of the Soul Reaper captains have been informed about the arrival of the eight souls, which means they are going to meet Izuku and the girls very soon as they will find themselves in the world of souls and among other things.
